In this embodiment, the service processing request receiving module 401, the information obtaining module 402, the first authentication module 403, and the second authentication module 404 may be integrated in the technical middleware 704, so as to process data.
In this embodiment, the service processing module 405 may be integrated into the service center 705 to facilitate service distribution. Specifically, the user can be matched with the centralized operation center, the network node high cabinet, the network node low cabinet, the video customer service, the customer service manager, the wealth consultant and other agents according to the service type corresponding to the service processing request.
In this embodiment, the service processing confirmation module 501 and the fraud analysis module 601 may be integrated into the basic capability platform 706, so as to process data generated in the process of processing the service request.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for executing the above-mentioned air banking business processing method is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
In the embodiment of the invention, a business processing request submitted by a user is received, and a face characteristic image, identity document information and an electronic identity identifier eID of a citizen network of the user are acquired; authenticating the face characteristic image and the identity document information of the user to obtain a first identity authentication result; uploading the eID and identity document information of the user to an eID system of a public security department for authentication, and acquiring a second identity authentication result; compared with the prior art that the current bank cannot provide a scheme for remotely handling various services under the condition of confirming the reliable user identity for the client, the invention can accurately identify the user identity by performing authentication through eID, face characteristic images and identity document information; in addition, if the first identity authentication result and the second identity authentication result are both authenticated, the service processing request is processed by matching a corresponding seat end for the user according to the service type corresponding to the service processing request; the identity of the user is authenticated in two different modes, and the transaction can be carried out only by the user through the two types of authentication at the same time, so that the unreliability of identity authentication by using the biological characteristics of the user singly is avoided, the remote handling of various services under the condition of confirming the reliability of the identity of the user is realized, the problems that the client needs to handle complex services at a bank outlet, the timeliness and the convenience of the client are greatly limited are solved, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (12)

1. An over-the-air banking transaction processing method, comprising:
receiving a service processing request submitted by a user, and acquiring a face feature image, identity document information and an electronic identity identifier eID of a citizen network of the user;
authenticating the face characteristic image and the identity document information of the user to obtain a first identity authentication result;
uploading the eID and identity document information of the user to an eID system of a public security department for authentication, and acquiring a second identity authentication result;
and if the first identity authentication result and the second identity authentication result are both authenticated, matching a corresponding seat end for the user to process the service processing request according to the service type corresponding to the service processing request.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the service processing request is processed, service processing confirmation information is sent to a user;
and receiving an eID private key signature fed back by the user according to the business processing confirmation information, and confirming the business processing request according to the eID private key signature.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a facial feature image of a user comprises:
acquiring video stream data of a user;
analyzing video stream data of a user to obtain a face feature image of the user;
if the acquired face characteristic image is a face living body characteristic image, determining the face living body characteristic image as a face characteristic image to be authenticated;
and if the acquired face characteristic image is not the face living characteristic image, refusing to process the service processing request.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when the service processing request is processed, recognizing the micro-expression and voice of the user according to the video stream data of the user;
and when the micro expression and the voice of the user are analyzed through the machine learning model and the fraud risk of the user is determined, rejecting to process the service processing request.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining identity document information for the user comprises:
acquiring an identity document image of a user;
and identifying the text content of the user identity document image to acquire the identity document information of the user.
6. An over-the-air banking transaction processing device, comprising:
the service processing request receiving module is used for receiving a service processing request submitted by a user;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring a face feature image, identity document information and an electronic identity identifier eID of a citizen network of a user;
the first authentication module is used for authenticating the face characteristic image and the identity document information of the user and acquiring a first identity authentication result;
the second authentication module uploads the eID and identity document information of the user to an eID system of a public security department for authentication to obtain a second identity authentication result;
and the service processing module is used for matching a corresponding seat end for the user to process the service processing request according to the service type corresponding to the service processing request if the first identity authentication result and the second identity authentication result are both authenticated.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the service processing confirmation module is used for sending service processing confirmation information to the user when the service processing request is processed; and receiving an eID private key signature fed back by the user according to the business processing confirmation information, and confirming the business processing request according to the eID private key signature.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the information acquisition module further comprises:
the video stream data processing unit is used for acquiring video stream data of a user; analyzing video stream data of a user to obtain a face feature image of the user; if the acquired face characteristic image is a face living body characteristic image, determining the face living body characteristic image as a face characteristic image to be authenticated; and if the acquired face characteristic image is not the face living characteristic image, refusing to process the service processing request.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the fraud behavior analysis module is used for identifying the micro-expression and the voice of the user according to the video stream data of the user when the service processing request is processed; and when the micro expression and the voice of the user are analyzed through the machine learning model and the fraud risk of the user is determined, rejecting to process the service processing request.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the information acquisition module further comprises:
the identity document information processing unit is used for acquiring an identity document image of a user;
and identifying the text content of the user identity document image to acquire the identity document information of the user.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
