Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any inventive step should fall within the scope of protection of the present specification.
As described above, more and more merchants open online stores on online shopping service platforms in addition to online stores. For the merchant, the off-line and on-line transaction links are independent, so that a great deal of energy is needed for management, and the operation cost is increased. Therefore, the document aims to provide a scheme which can realize the integration of the online service and the offline service and assist the integrated operation management of merchants.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for trading goods according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method shown in fig. 1 may be performed by a corresponding apparatus, comprising:
s102, the merchant device creates an electronic order of the target commodity based on a merchant account of the online trading platform, wherein the target commodity belongs to the online commodity of the merchant account.
The merchant device described herein is not limited to a personal terminal device of a merchant, such as a mobile phone, a PAD, a PC, etc.
Different from a traditional online electronic order issuing mode, the merchant device in the embodiment of the present specification logs in a merchant account of an online trading platform, and can create an electronic order for a commodity in an online store.
It should be appreciated that the electronic order created by the merchant device may contain transaction-related information items that are appropriate for the merchant settings. Such as: the transaction price, the category of the subdivision (such as the colour, size, model, etc. of the subdivision), the shipping method, etc. of the target good.
Specifically, in practical applications, the merchant device may initiate a data request to a server of the online transaction platform based on the running target client, so as to load a commodity list of a merchant account of the online transaction platform of the merchant device. The target client may belong to an application of the online trading platform, or may not belong to an application of the online trading platform (if the target client does not belong to the application of the online trading platform, the login account of the merchant device on the target client is associated with the merchant account of the merchant device on the online trading platform).
And then, the merchant equipment determines the target commodity from the commodity list loaded by the target client. In the embodiment of the present specification, the target product may be a product designated by a consumer. That is, the consumer can inform the merchant online or offline of the target product desired to be purchased, and then the product is matched from the product list loaded by the target client by the merchant device.
After the target commodity is selected, the merchant equipment can initiate an order opening request of the target commodity to a server of the online trading platform based on the target client, and an electronic order of the target commodity is established from a merchant account of the online trading platform by using the merchant equipment. It should be noted that the electronic order created by the merchant device does not specify a specific customer account number for the online transaction platform. That is, the electronic order of this step is not associated with the buyer of the online trading platform.
S104, the merchant device generates a graphic code based on the electronic order, and the graphic code is used for associating the electronic order with a consumer account of the online trading platform for scanning the graphic code.
Here, the embodiment of the present specification does not specifically limit the manner of generating the graphic code. By way of exemplary introduction, the merchant device generates the graphical code locally based on the electronic order through a locally installed client program. Alternatively, the merchant device may generate the graphical code based on the electronic order through an online trading platform.
S106, the consumer device scans the graphic codes through the consumer account of the online trading platform so as to associate the consumer account with the electronic order of the target commodity.
It should be appreciated that the customer account of the online trading platform may be a buyer of the electronic order of the target product after being associated with the electronic order. That is to say, the consumer device can pay the electronic order of the target commodity by using the consumer account of the online transaction platform in a code scanning mode through offline, so that the effect of fusing offline services to online services is achieved.
And S108, the consumer device completes the electronic order of the associated target commodity based on the consumer account of the online trading platform.
Specifically, in this embodiment of the present specification, after the customer account is associated with the electronic order of the target product, the electronic order may add some transaction information items of the customer account by default. For example, the electronic order of the target commodity created by the merchant device includes a delivery mode of the target commodity, and the delivery mode is logistics transmission, so that after the electronic order of the target commodity is associated with a consumer account of the online transaction platform of the consumer device, a receiving address of the electronic order of the target commodity defaults to a receiving address recorded by the online transaction platform of the consumer account.
In practical application, the consumer device can use the consumer account of the online trading platform to pay the electronic order of the target commodity on the premise of not changing the electronic order, so that the trading is completed.
Of course, if the consumer device considers that the electronic order of the target product needs to be modified, a part of the information items in the electronic order that are allowed to be modified by the consumer device may be modified before payment. Such as shipping address, subdivision of the target item, etc. Correspondingly, some information items that cannot be changed by the consumer device, such as the upper limit of the purchase quantity of the target product, the transaction price of the target product, and the like, may also exist in the electronic order.
According to the commodity transaction method, merchant equipment actively orders commodities in an online shop and generates a graphic code for associating an electronic order with a consumer account of an online transaction platform. This graphic code may be used as a payment code for the merchandise. In the scene of off-line transaction, after a consumer uses consumer equipment to scan the graphic code of the commodity, the electronic order of the commodity can be paid through an on-line transaction platform, so that the integration of off-line service and on-line service is realized. For the merchant, the scheme of the embodiment realizes the integrated service management capability and can greatly reduce the operation cost. For consumers, the payment is quicker, the users do not need to log in the online trading platform to manually search commodities, and can enjoy value-added services provided by the online trading platform.
The following describes an exemplary commodity transaction method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure in conjunction with an actual application scenario.
In the application scenario, a merchant can order the online commodities and generate graphic codes based on the small application program of the personal terminal equipment in a light weight mode, and therefore the consumers can conveniently perform code scanning payment offline.
Referring to fig. 2, the steps of generating the graphic code by the merchant device billing are as follows:
s201, the merchant device logs in a POS program (the POS program is only used as an example, and may be other terminal programs) using a merchant account of the online transaction platform.
S202, judging whether the merchant account logs in the POS program for the first time. If yes, executing S203; otherwise, S204 is executed.
And S203, signing the user agreement. After that, S204 is executed.
And S204, loading the commodity list of the online shop of the merchant account on the home page of the POS program.
S205, selecting the target commodity in the commodity list.
In the online scene, the consumer can be informed of the target commodity expected to be purchased to the merchant, and then the merchant uses the merchant device to select the same target commodity in the commodity list loaded by the POS program.
S206, the merchant determines whether the transaction price of the target commodity needs to be modified. If yes, executing S207; otherwise, S208 is performed.
And S207, entering an order opening page of the POS program to modify the transaction price.
And S208, ordering the target commodity and generating the graphic code of the target commodity.
In the online scene, the consumer can directly take the target commodity after paying the electronic order. Therefore, in this step, the merchant may ask the consumer whether to go to logistics. If the consumer selects a logistics shipment, an electronic order for the logistics shipment may be created for it.
After the graphic code of the target commodity is generated, the merchant can display the target commodity to the consumer through merchant equipment, and the consumer scans the code to pay for the target commodity.
Correspondingly, referring to fig. 3, the process of the consumer using the consumer device to scan the code to pay for the target commodity includes:
s301, a consumer logs in a consumer account of the online trading platform by using consumer equipment, starts a code scanning function, and scans a graphic code displayed by merchant equipment to enter an electronic order interface of a target commodity.
It should be noted that the client that starts the code scanning function is not specifically limited herein.
In the step, a consumer can directly log in a consumer account of the online trading platform to scan a code and enter an electronic order interface of a target commodity provided by the online trading platform; or, the consumer may also log in another application client, and scan a code based on a login account of the other application client (a binding relationship between the login account and a consumer account of the online trading platform), so as to jump to an electronic order interface of the target commodity provided by the online trading platform.
S302, determining whether logistics need to be used or not based on the electronic order of the target commodity; if yes, executing S303; otherwise, S304 is performed.
S303, the customer selects or inputs the delivery address of the electronic order.
In this step, after the consumer account is associated with the electronic order of the target commodity, the online transaction platform automatically sets the receiving address of the electronic order as the receiving address entered when the consumer account is registered. If the customer does not agree with the default shipping address of the online trading platform, the shipping address of the electronic order may be reset.
S304, the consumer confirms the electronic order.
S305, the consumer uses the consumer account of the online trading platform to pay the electronic order.
Based on the application scenario, it can be known that in the commodity transaction method in the embodiment of the present specification, a merchant can use a lightweight applet on a personal device to make an order for an offline business site, so that a consumer can complete commodity payment on an online transaction platform in an offline code scanning manner. For merchants, offline services can be docked into online services with low investment cost, so that online and offline shops are accessed, the capability of integrated management of services is realized, and the operation cost can be effectively reduced.
The above is a description of the commodity transaction method according to the embodiment of the present specification. It will be appreciated that appropriate modifications may be made without departing from the principles outlined herein, and such modifications are intended to be included within the scope of the embodiments herein.

Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method for generating a payment code for goods according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method illustrated in fig. 7 may be performed by a corresponding apparatus, comprising:
s702, creating an electronic order of a target commodity based on a merchant account of the online trading platform, wherein the target commodity belongs to the online commodity of the merchant account.
Specifically, in this step, the merchant may log in to the merchant account of the online transaction platform by using a personal device (such as a mobile phone, a PAD, a PC, etc.), and create an electronic order of the target product.
Unlike the traditional online electronic order placing mode, the merchant device of the embodiment of the specification can create an electronic order for the commodities in the online shop.
S704, generating a graphic code based on the electronic order to serve as a payment code for the off-line transaction of the target commodity, wherein the graphic code is used for associating the electronic order with the consumer account of the on-line transaction platform for scanning the graphic code.
It should be understood that the embodiment of this specification does not specifically limit the generation manner of the graphic code. By way of exemplary introduction, the merchant device generates the graphical code locally based on the electronic order through a locally installed client program. Alternatively, the merchant device may generate the graphical code based on the electronic order through an online trading platform.
It should be appreciated that the customer account of the online trading platform may be a buyer of the electronic order of the target product after being associated with the electronic order. That is, the consumer device may pay for the electronic order for the target item using the consumer account of the online trading platform in a code scanning over-the-line manner.
According to the method for generating the commodity payment code, merchant equipment actively orders commodities in an online shop and generates a graphic code for associating an electronic order with a consumer account of an online transaction platform. The graphic code can be displayed as a payment code of the commodity in the shop on line. When a consumer sees a desired commodity from an online store, the consumer device can be used to scan the payment code of the commodity, so that an electronic order associated with the commodity is placed in a consumer account of the online transaction platform, and the commodity is purchased online through the consumer account. For the merchant, the scheme of the embodiment realizes the integrated service management capability and can greatly reduce the operation cost. For consumers, the payment is quicker, the users do not need to log in the online trading platform to manually search commodities, and can enjoy value-added services provided by the online trading platform.
The following describes an exemplary method for generating a product payment code according to an embodiment of the present specification, with reference to an actual application scenario.
In the application scenario, a merchant provides an intelligent sales terminal for an online shop, and provides self-service commodity sales service for consumers.
Referring to fig. 8, the flow of the application scenario mainly includes the following steps:
s801, a merchant logs in a merchant account of the online trading platform by using merchant equipment, and online billing is carried out on each commodity sold by the selling terminal through the online trading platform, so that an electronic order paid on each commodity is generated.
Wherein, for a self-service selling scene, the electronic order of the commodity generated by the online trading platform may include: an identifier of the sales terminal and an item identifier.
It should be understood that in this step, the electronic order created by the online trading platform is not associated with a customer account, and thus the electronic order may be considered as a templated order that has not yet been validated.
S802, the merchant device generates payment codes of the commodities based on the electronic orders of the commodities sold by the sales terminal.
Specifically, in this step, the merchant device may generate a payment code for each commodity based on an electronic order of each commodity sold by the sales terminal based on the internal client program. Or, the merchant device may also request the online trading platform to generate a payment code for each commodity based on an electronic order for each commodity sold by the sales terminal.
And S803, the merchant device inputs the payment codes of the commodities sold by the sale terminal into the sale terminal, so that code scanning payment service is provided for the consumer.
S804, the consumer operates the sales terminal, and selects the target commodity expected to be purchased from the commodity class table displayed by the sales terminal.
S805, the sales terminal displays the payment code of the target commodity.
S806, the consumer logs in the consumer account of the online trading platform by using the consumer device, starts a code scanning function, scans the payment code of the target commodity, and initiates a correlation request to the online trading platform.
S807, the online trading platform associates the electronic order of the target commodity with the customer account.
It should be appreciated that after the electronic order for the target item is associated with the customer account, the electronic order for the target item may further expand the information items related to the customer account, such as customer account identification.
In addition, the electronic order of the target commodity is associated with the account of the consumer, which can be understood as that the on-line trading platform further generates an effective electronic order bound with the consumer on the basis of the templated order which is not yet in effect and corresponds to the target commodity. Therefore, in combination with a self-service selling scene, the electronic order of the associated target commodity is further expanded with information items such as an electronic order number, effective refund time for abnormal delivery and the like.
And S808, the consumer pays the electronic order of the target commodity by using the consumer account of the online trading platform.
And S809, the online trading platform feeds back the payment result of the electronic order of the target commodity to the sales terminal.
S810, the sales terminal determines whether to deliver the target commodity based on the payment result of the electronic order of the target commodity.
