Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below in order to explain the present invention by referring to the figures.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flowchart of a method of distributing an outstanding task of an electronic terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The method may be implemented by a computer program. As an example, the method may be performed by the electronic terminal itself or by a central control device. For example, the method may be performed by an application installed in the electronic terminal or the central control device, or by a functional program implemented in an operating system of the electronic terminal or the central control device. As an example, the electronic terminal may be a mobile communication terminal (e.g., a smartphone), a smart wearable device (e.g., a smartwatch), or the like. As an example, the central control device may be a routing center (e.g., a WiFi routing center) of a local area network to which the electronic terminal is accessed.
In one embodiment, the method may be performed when the electronic terminal accesses a particular local area network. The method may be performed, for example, when the user returns home and the user's electronic terminal accesses a local area network in the home.
In another embodiment, the method may be performed when the electronic terminal receives a trigger operation of a user, where the trigger operation is an operation for triggering the electronic terminal to continue to execute the pending task of the electronic terminal using another electronic terminal. For example, the trigger operation may be a selection operation of an "unfinished task distribution" control displayed on the electronic terminal.
Referring to fig. 1, at step S10, at least one target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the pending task is selected according to a task type of the pending task currently applied by at least one application of the electronic terminal.
By way of example, an outstanding task may refer to: a task that has completed only a portion, i.e., a task to be continued to be completed, cannot be completed completely.
As an example, the at least one application may include: a pre-specified application, a recently run application (i.e., an application that has recently run in the foreground and/or the background), an application that is being used when a trigger operation of a user is received (e.g., an application that is being played or displayed when a trigger operation of a user is received), an application that is being used when a particular local area network is accessed (e.g., an application that is being played or displayed when a particular local area network is accessed). Here, the triggering operation is an operation for triggering continuation of an outstanding task of the electronic terminal using another electronic terminal.
As an example, the task type may include at least one of: a live video task, a live audio task, a non-live video playing task, a non-live audio playing task, a text browsing task (i.e., a text output task), and an image browsing task (i.e., an image output task). It should be understood that the task types may also include other types of tasks or be divided according to other rules, which are not limited by the present invention, for example, the text browsing task may be further refined into an e-book browsing task, a news browsing task, and the like. It should be appreciated that the task type of the incomplete task may be determined in various suitable manners, for example, the task type of the incomplete task may be determined according to the type of the application to which the incomplete task belongs and/or the running data of the incomplete task, and so on.
In one embodiment, when the incomplete task includes a plurality of incomplete tasks, one or more target electronic terminals for continuing to execute the plurality of incomplete tasks may be selected according to a task type of each incomplete task. Specifically, when the incomplete task includes multiple incomplete tasks, one or more target electronic terminals for continuing to execute the incomplete task may be selected according to a task type of the incomplete task for each incomplete task, and the target electronic terminals selected for different incomplete tasks may be identical, may be completely different, and may be partially identical.
In another embodiment, when the pending task includes a detachable task, a target electronic terminal for executing each sub-task may be selected according to a task type of the detached sub-task, that is, a plurality of target electronic terminals for continuing to execute the uncompleted detachable task in cooperation with each other are selected.
Here, the detachable task indicates that the task can be detached into a plurality of different subtasks, and the effect of executing the task can be achieved by executing the plurality of different subtasks simultaneously. By way of example, the sub-tasks into which the detachable task is split may include: a subtask for outputting an image or text, and a subtask for outputting audio. For example, when the detachable task is a reading task accompanied by audio reading, the split subtasks can be a text browsing task and an audio playing task; when the detachable task is an MV video playing task, the detached subtasks can be an image browsing task and an audio playing task.
In another embodiment, when the pending task includes a convertible task, a target electronic terminal for executing the converted task may be selected according to a task type of the converted task.
Here, the convertible task indicates that the task is convertible into another task, and the task is output to the user in a different manner from that of the other task when executed. By way of example, when the convertible task is a text browsing task (e.g., a news browsing task), the converted task may be an audio playing task.
As an example, sub-tasks into which a detachable task can be split can be predefined as to which types of tasks specifically belong to a convertible task or a detachable task, and into which each of the convertible tasks can be converted.
As an example, for each of the incomplete tasks, according to the tag information of the incomplete task, querying an electronic terminal capable of supporting execution of the incomplete task or an electronic terminal that a user is accustomed to using for the incomplete task, and selecting a target electronic terminal for continuing execution of the incomplete task from the queried electronic terminals, wherein the tag information of the incomplete task includes at least one of the following items: identification information indicating that the unfinished task is a detachable task, identification information indicating that the unfinished task is a convertible task, and a task type of the unfinished task.
As an example, an electronic terminal capable of supporting the execution of the incomplete task or an electronic terminal used by the user for the incomplete task may be queried from a list or a preset list of electronic terminals currently in the same local area network as the electronic terminal. As an example, the electronic terminal capable of supporting the execution of the unfinished task may be determined according to whether the electronic terminal has an application for executing the unfinished task.
As an example, when the incomplete task is a detachable task, the task type of the detached sub-task may be determined according to identification information indicating that the incomplete task is a detachable task and the task type of the incomplete task, and then, for the task type of each sub-task, an electronic terminal capable of supporting execution of the sub-task or an electronic terminal that a user is accustomed to using for the sub-task is queried, and a target electronic terminal for executing the sub-task is selected from the queried electronic terminals. In other words, the selected target electronic terminal for executing the sub-task after the split of the split task is the target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the split task. For example, when the convertible task is a text browsing task (e.g., a news browsing task), the converted task may be an audio playing task, and the target electronic terminal selected for the audio playing task may be a sound device or a home appliance capable of voice broadcasting.
As an example, when an incomplete task is a convertible task, a task type of the converted task may be determined according to identification information indicating that the incomplete task is the convertible task and the task type of the incomplete task, then an electronic terminal capable of supporting execution of the converted task or an electronic terminal used by a user for the converted task is queried, and a target electronic terminal for executing the converted task is selected from the queried electronic terminals. In other words, the selected target electronic terminal for executing the converted task is the target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the convertible task. For example, when the detachable task is a reading task accompanied by sound, the detached subtasks may be a text browsing task and an audio playing task, the target electronic terminal selected for the text browsing task may be an electronic reader, and the target electronic terminal selected for the audio playing task may be an audio device; when the detachable task is the MV video playing task, the detached subtasks may be an image browsing task and an audio playing task, the target electronic terminal selected for the image browsing task may be a home appliance with a display screen, and the target electronic terminal selected for the audio playing task may be a sound device or a home appliance capable of performing voice broadcast.
As an example, the tagging information of each outstanding task may be derived by the electronic terminal for the outstanding task query. Furthermore, the marking information of each pending task may also be determined by an apparatus performing the method, based on the recording information for recording the pending tasks.
As an example, the step of selecting a target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the pending task from the queried electronic terminals may include: selecting a target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the incomplete task from the inquired electronic terminals according to at least one of the following items: the priority of the inquired electronic terminal about executing the incomplete task, the priority use authority of the user for the inquired electronic terminal, the current use state of the inquired electronic terminal, the current task queue condition to be executed of the inquired electronic terminal, whether the inquired electronic terminal allows the task to be preempted, and the condition of the target electronic terminal selected aiming at other incomplete tasks.
As an example, in the step of selecting a target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the unfinished task from the inquired electronic terminals according to the priority of the inquired electronic terminals with respect to executing the unfinished task, the higher the priority of executing the unfinished task, the more likely it is to be selected as the target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the unfinished task. As an example, for each type of outstanding tasks, the priority of the electronic terminal with respect to executing the type of outstanding tasks may be manually set by the user (i.e., the user sets according to a preference), or may be derived according to a degree of habit of the user to use the electronic terminal for the type of tasks (i.e., a degree of frequent use). For example, in a video playing task, a user is more accustomed to using a large-screen electronic terminal such as a television or a flat panel; the news browsing task is more convenient for users to use an electronic terminal (for example, a multimedia device in a kitchen, such as a refrigerator) which is convenient for users to read news instantly or an electronic terminal (for example, a sound box) which can broadcast the news by voice, and the users can know the news when doing housework.
As an example, in the step of selecting a target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the incomplete task from the inquired electronic terminals according to the selected target electronic terminals for other incomplete tasks, when the incomplete task includes a plurality of incomplete tasks, the same electronic terminal capable of supporting execution of a majority of the incomplete tasks may be selected as the target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the incomplete task. In other words, when the target electronic terminal is selected, a plurality of unfinished tasks can be concentrated on the same target electronic terminal to be continuously executed as much as possible.
As an example, in the step of selecting a target electronic terminal for continuing to execute the unfinished task according to the priority usage right of the inquired electronic terminal by the user, the inquired current usage state of the electronic terminal, the inquired current task queuing condition of the electronic terminal to be executed, and whether the inquired electronic terminal allows task preemption, if the electronic terminal selected preferentially for continuing to execute the unfinished task (for example, the inquired electronic terminal with the highest priority for executing the unfinished task) is already occupied and the user does not have higher priority usage right for the selected electronic terminal, the selected electronic terminal is asked whether the task is allowed to preempt for use. If rejected, inquiring how many tasks of the selected electronic terminal are waiting in line, when determining that the tasks waiting in line are too many, then selecting the electronic terminal with the highest priority for continuing to execute the unfinished task (for example, the inquired electronic terminal with the highest priority for executing the unfinished task) again to repeatedly execute the steps until finally determining a target electronic terminal capable of meeting the conditions (for example, one of unoccupied task, priority use authority, less queued tasks and permission of task preemption) is met, and if the target electronic terminal meeting the conditions is not found finally, inquiring the user to continue to execute the unfinished task and/or waiting in line by the electronic terminal. Furthermore, if the electronic terminal completes the pending task during queuing, the queuing is cancelled.
In step S20, task indication information regarding the task not completed is generated.
As an example, the task indication information on the pending task may be used to indicate how the target electronic terminal continues to execute the pending task.
As an example, the task indication information on the task not completed may include at least one of: recording information generated by the electronic terminal for recording the unfinished task; and recording information used for recording the sub-tasks split by the incomplete task or the converted tasks.
As an example, the logging information for logging the pending task may include at least one of: identification information of content operated by the unfinished task, progress information of the unfinished task (for example, a position currently played to or a position browsed to), and identification information of an application executing the unfinished task. For example, the identification information of the content operated by the non-completion task may include at least one of: name of the operated content, title content, link address. For example, when the unfinished task is an electronic book browsing task, the content operated by the unfinished task may include: the whole electronic book.
As an example, the recording information for recording the split sub-task or the converted task for the incomplete task may include at least one of: the method comprises the steps of obtaining progress information of an unfinished task, obtaining progress information corresponding to another task after the unfinished task is converted, outputting content to a user by the other task, and outputting the content to the user by the other task. As an example, when the unfinished task includes a convertible task and the target electronic terminal selected for the convertible task does not have a function of converting the content operated by the convertible task into a corresponding content that the converted task needs to output to the user, task indication information including the corresponding content into which the content operated by the convertible task is converted may be generated. As an example, the content operated by the convertible task may be converted into corresponding content by the electronic terminal. For example, when the target electronic terminal selected for the convertible task has a function of converting the content operated by the convertible task into the content that the corresponding converted task needs to be output to the user, the target electronic terminal itself may perform the corresponding conversion without transmitting the converted corresponding content thereto. As an example, when the convertible task is a text browsing task (e.g., a news browsing task), the converted task may be an audio playing task, and when the selected target electronic terminal for executing the converted audio playing task does not have a function of converting text into voice, the task indication information may include: and converting the content operated by the character browsing task into an audio file.
As an example, in step S10, an electronic terminal having a function of converting the content operated by the convertible task into the corresponding converted task that needs to be output to the user may be preferentially searched as the target electronic terminal, when the target electronic terminal cannot be found, the target electronic terminal capable of executing the converted task may be searched, and if the target electronic terminal cannot be found, the electronic terminal capable of executing the unfinished task itself may be searched as the target electronic terminal.
It should be understood that the present invention does not limit the execution sequence of step S10 and step S20, i.e., step S10 may be executed before, after or simultaneously with step S20 of step S20.
At step S30, task indication information regarding the pending task is sent to the at least one target electronic terminal to enable the at least one target electronic terminal to continue to execute the pending task.
In one embodiment, the target electronic terminal may respond to an operation of opening the target electronic terminal by a user, inquire whether the user continues to execute the pending task according to received task indication information about the pending task, and when receiving a user operation confirming the continued execution, continue to execute the pending task according to the task indication information; or the target electronic terminal can respond to the operation of opening the target electronic terminal by the user without inquiring the user to directly continue to execute the unfinished task according to the task indication information. For example, the user may be asked in the form of a floating window. This may be done, for example, for an outstanding task that is not live in real time.
In another embodiment, the target electronic terminal may, in response to an operation of the user to open an application of the target electronic terminal for executing the pending task, ask the user whether to continue executing the pending task according to task indication information about the pending task, and when a user operation confirming the continued execution is received, continue executing the pending task according to the task indication information; or the target electronic terminal can respond to the operation that the user opens the application of the target electronic terminal for executing the unfinished task, and does not ask the user to directly continue to execute the unfinished task according to the task indication information. This may be done, for example, for non real-time live outstanding tasks.
In another embodiment, the target electronic terminal may automatically continue to execute the pending task when receiving task indication information regarding the pending task. This may be done, for example, for pending tasks that are live in real time.
