The present disclosure provides a method for providing dynamic commodity information and a system for implementing the method, which is applied to a commodity having at least one commodity link information, such as a one-dimensional bar Code, a two-dimensional bar Code (QR Code) or an electronic tag (e.g., a radio frequency identification tag, RFID) printed or attached on the commodity itself or a package, for allowing a user to read information recorded in the commodity link information through a mobile device, for example, the product information may be linked to a web address (URL) of the product information, and non-fixed contents may be provided in accordance with a real-time and latest state of the product, so that diverse product information may be acquired through one product link information, rather than fixed information, and may even interact with the user through a user interface displayed on the user device to achieve a one code multiple translation (one code multiple translations) effect.
The method for providing dynamic commodity information disclosed by the disclosure is operated in a system formed by a server and a user device (executing a specific software program), and is applied to commodities capable of providing commodity information by utilizing link information on commodities, each commodity can have exclusive information, and even if the same commodities in the same batch are used, the link information on each commodity can be designed to be different by the system. That is, the merchandise to which the method for providing dynamic merchandise information is applied has exclusive and unique merchandise link information (such as QR Code, RFID, etc.), rather than the current situation that the same batch and the same type of merchandise are provided with the same QR Code, and although one merchandise is provided with an exclusive and unique merchandise link information describing fixed link information, according to the embodiment of the disclosed method, this is a technology capable of providing dynamic merchandise information. However, when the method of providing dynamic commodity information may provide different information according to other parameters (other dynamic information), the commodity link information does not exclude that the same link information may be used.
The user device at the user end installs and executes a software program corresponding to the method, so that the user operates the user device to read the commodity link information, such as scanning bar codes and reading electronic labels, at the moment, the program operated by the software program obtains specific dynamic information or the latest state of the commodity so as to link to a specific server to obtain the dynamic commodity information.
The system for providing dynamic commodity information may be illustrated with reference to the system architecture embodiment shown in fig. 1.
The system may provide more than one server, such as the first server 11 and the second server 12 provided by the system shown in the figure, in this example, the first server 11 has a product database 101 and a user database 102, and the second server 12 has another product database 121, wherein the product database 101 or the product database 121 may be a database disposed at the same location in a specific embodiment, in which identification data, product description, browsing and consumption records of each product may be recorded, and the latest status of the product may also be included, such as the number of times that the product link information of each product is read, the display time of the product, or the service life of the product. In one embodiment, the same or different user databases 102 may be used for the first server 11 and the second server 12, in which identification data and consumption records of each user are recorded, and consumption attributes analyzed according to the consumption records are recorded.
The system provides a software program stored in the user device 15, such as an APP on the mobile device, and after being executed by the processor of the user device 15, the system can drive the software and the matched hardware (such as a camera, an RFID/NFC communication module, etc.) in the user device 15 to read the identification data capable of identifying the product, and in the software program, a request code is calculated in combination with the user identification data of the user device 15.
In the method for providing dynamic merchandise information, the software program running in the server I11 or the server II 12 can link the user device 15 through the network 10 according to an online request sent by the software program executed on the user device 15. In one embodiment, an interactive interface may be initiated by a software program executing on the user device 15, so that the user may perform on-line question answering, lottery drawing, browsing item selection and specific interactive program through the interactive interface, thereby further providing dynamic and interactive commodity information.
In the system, the product databases 101, 121 built in or linked to the server i 11 and the server ii 12 externally record one or more product link information corresponding to each product, and product information corresponding to each product link information, such as product identification data, product description and latest status, the product link information linking each product, such as two-dimensional bar code or electronic label, in which data capable of identifying the product is recorded, the product databases 101, 121 also record each product link information corresponding to the shelving position of the product, such as each product 131,132,133 shown in the path i 13, and the product 131,132,133 recorded in the product databases 101, 121 is sold in the path i 13. Similarly, the second path 14 shown in the figure is provided with the products 141,142, and 143 each having unique product link information, and the products sold in the second path 14 are also recorded in the product databases 101 and 121.
The user device 15 uses software and hardware (such as a camera) therein to shoot a two-dimensional bar code of one of the commodities 131,132,133 set on the first path 13, and obtains link information linking to the server after decoding, the link information can include commodity identification data of the corresponding commodity, and can be transmitted to the first server 11 or the second server 12 through the network 10, after the record of the commodity database 101 or 121 is compared by a software program in the server, the related information of the commodity, especially the state specific to the commodity, such as the number of times of being read or scanned, can be obtained, and the system can also provide the related preferential information corresponding to the user.
Because each commodity using the method is provided with unique and unique commodity link information, after a user operates the user device to scan or read the information, the information aiming at the commodity can be obtained, wherein, because each user uses the user device, the transmitted information also comprises user identification data (such as user ID) or is added with dynamic information generated by some user devices, such as time information and/or position information generated by the user devices, the background server can identify the user so as to provide dynamic and personalized information.
The software program running in the user device is provided by the system, each user device can register as a member after installing the software program and obtain the key (key) for encrypting and decrypting the transmitted information, and the user device can generate information carrying various information when applying the method for providing dynamic commodity information, such as: product identification data (product ID), user identification data (user ID), time information, device identification data (device ID), and/or location information generated by a positioning circuit in the user device. Therefore, even when different user devices scan the same product barcode or electronic tag, once decoded, the system can provide different information generated by different time, different location or different product status through the same or different servers, and the method flow embodiments can refer to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5.
The method for providing dynamic commodity information is executed between the user device and the server in the system, and the process can refer to fig. 2, where fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a process for dynamically generating commodity-related information among the commodity 21, the user device 22, the first server 23, and the second server 24.
Initially, the user starts a specific software program stored in the user device 22, and after the start, an online signal can be generated to the server i 23 according to the rule therein, and in the process, a key (key) obtained when the user is registered can be taken out, and a secure information packet is generated by calculation to the server i 23, or the server i 23 provides the key in real time to be downloaded to the user device 22, and the user device 22 calculates the secure information.
The process continues to step S201, in which the user operates the user device 22 to scan the barcode (or read the electronic tag) on the merchandise 21, wherein the software program can calculate a request code according to the merchandise data, the user data and the key (step S203), and it should be noted that the software program running in the user device 22 executes an information switching program to determine the server to be connected according to the merchandise identification data, the user identification data, the time information, the device identification data and/or the location information of the user device.
For example, when the first request code is generated and the server to be linked is determined to be the first server 23, the first request code is transmitted to the first server 23 (step S205), the first server 23 can check the reliability of the information by using the key after receiving the first request code, and can obtain the commodity data and the user data after decoding to generate the first information (step S207), and finally the first information is transmitted to the user device 22 (step S209).
In particular, when the server-23 receives the request code one, in addition to the identification data of the merchandise 21 recorded therein for identifying the merchandise 21 and obtaining the real-time status of the merchandise 21, the system can provide the reference of personalized and dynamic information, and the real-time information of the user device 22, such as the location information, time information, etc. obtained from the location circuit, so that the software program can judge the link to the server-23, the user database in the server-23 can record the past records of the same user and the personal data of the user, and the consumption attribute of the user's individual or group analyzed by the big data, so that the system can comprehensively judge the personalized information, the user identification data and the related latest and real-time information provided to the user, The personalized benefit may include information corresponding to the product 21 at this time, as well as related benefit information.
In another case, if the information switching program running in the user device 22 determines to link to the second server 24 according to the article 21 and the real-time information, wherein the calculated second request code is transmitted to the second designated server 24 (step S211), similarly, after the second server 24 receives the second request code, the reliability of the information can be verified by the key, and the article data and the user data can be obtained after decoding, so as to generate another information (second information) different from the first information generated by the first server 23 (step S213), and finally the second information is transmitted to the user device 22 (step S215).
Further, when the server I23 and the server II 24 continuously obtain the attention or consumption data of the user to the commodity, the database in the server I23 or the server II 24 continuously updates the commodity state of the commodity and the record of the user, so that the dynamic and personalized information related to the commodity can be generated according to the real-time commodity state and the record of the user.
For example, if the above flow embodiment determines the desired server (server one 23 or server two 24) to be connected according to the location information generated by the user device, the software program running on the server corresponding to the user location can provide location information according to the location of the user. For example, if the server on the nail site can provide marketing information of related goods according to the consumption activities of the user on the nail site in the past, the server on the nail site can also provide sales information of related goods near the nail site, and the server on the nail site can also provide specific purposes of the goods on the nail site; if the user transmits the request code to the corresponding server at the place of the business, the server at the place of the business can provide various information about the place of the business.
Referring to the flowchart of fig. 3, unlike the case of fig. 2, which shows that a software program running in a user device determines a server to be connected according to real-time information, the case of fig. 3 shows that a server end runs an information switching program, which can determine information to be provided according to dynamic information transmitted by the user device, where the dynamic information may include commodity identification data, time information and/or location information of the user device obtained by current scanning, and may further cooperate with user identification data, device identification data and other information to calculate a request code transmitted to the server.
In the process, step S301 is started, in which the user device 32 scans the bar code on the product 31 or reads the electronic tag by using a wireless signal to read the link information of the product, and at this time, the user device 32 can calculate the request code according to the dynamic information, the product identification data and/or the user identification data (step S303), and then transmit the request code to the server 33 (step S305).
In the server 33, in step S307, an information switching program is executed to decode the information transmitted from the user device 32 to obtain real-time information, i.e. the dynamic information such as the time or the location, and then compare the dynamic information with the product identification data to obtain the latest status of the product, and determine that the product information of the user device 32 is to be provided, such as the information one in the example, and then in step S309, transmit the information one to the user device 32; alternatively, the product information is determined to be the second information, in step S311, the second information is transmitted to the user device 32.
The dynamic information provided by the user is generally dynamic and generates information on time and location in real time, and then, one or both of the time information and the location information obtained by the user device 32 are used, or the latest status of the product is generated from the server 33. According to the embodiment, the latest state of the product is the number of times the product link information about the product recorded in the product database is read, the display time of the product, or the lifetime of the product. In this manner, the server 33 can be made to dynamically provide information (information one or information two) according to various situations.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a system flow embodiment of a method for providing dynamic merchandise information is shown, wherein the flow is between merchandise 41, user device 42, host server 43, and other target servers, such as server one 44 and server two 45.
In this process, the user device 42 also scans the barcode on the product to obtain the product link information (step S401), generates the request code by any combination of dynamic information, product identification data, user identification data, etc. (step S403), and then transmits the request code to the main server 43 (step S405), at this time, the main server 43 runs an information switching program to decode the information to obtain dynamic information, and also compares the information with the user or product database to obtain corresponding information, so that according to the connection rule, it can dynamically determine to connect a target server (server one 44 or server two 45) (step S407), and one of the target servers provides the product information.
If the target server is the first server 44, a first request code is generated, which also carries various dynamic information, identification data, etc., and the first request code is transmitted to the first server 44 (step S409), and the first request code is decoded by the software program in the first server 44, compared with the database, and finally a first information related to the product is generated (step S411), and then the first information is transmitted to the user device 42 (step S413).
Alternatively, if the target server is the second server 45, the second request code 45 is generated, which carries various dynamic information, identification data, etc., and the second request code is transmitted to the second server 45 (step S415), the second request code is decoded and compared in the second server 45 to generate the second information related to the product (step S417), and the second information is transmitted to the user device 42 (step S419).
The above embodiments show that the commodity information provided to the user is generated by different servers, and due to the difference between various information considerations and the online rules, various, real-time and personalized commodity information can be provided to the user.
The software program running in each target server can make the server provide corresponding information according to the policy designed for each commodity according to the comprehensive judgment (one or any combination) of the user identification data, the device data, the commodity identification data and the latest and dynamic information thereof, and can also include dynamic and interactive information formed through an interactive interface, and the embodiment can refer to fig. 5.
According to the flowchart of the method for providing dynamic commodity information described in fig. 5, the method for providing dynamic commodity information described in this flowchart generates more various dynamic commodity information through interaction, and is applicable to the flowcharts described in fig. 2 to 4, so that the server running the information switching program can generate more various dynamic information according to the information interacting with the user in addition to determining the provided information.
At the beginning, the user device 52 scans the barcode on the merchandise 51 or reads the electronic tag (step S501), the user device 52 generates the request code by calculation according to the dynamic information or the information of the user and the device (step S503), and then transmits the request code to the server 53 (step S505), the server 53 generates an interactive command according to the decoded information (step S507), further information of the user can be obtained by interaction, at this time, the interactive command is provided to the user device 52 (step S509), and a software program of the user device 52 starts an interactive interface (step S511).
According to the embodiment, when the system interacts with the user through the interactive interface, the system can read information for the user, such as on-line question answering, random number lottery, item selection, and mini-game, to obtain further information of the user, generate interactive information, and then transmit the interactive information back to the server 53 (step S513), and the server runs the information switching program to determine the commodity-related information to be provided to the user, which may be information related to the commodity, particularly information that can be derived from various dynamic information, the latest status of the commodity, and the interactive information (step S515), and then transmit the information to the user device 52 (step S517).
When the system can obtain the latest state of the commodity, such as the service life, the system can also effectively sell the commodity, as shown in fig. 6, which shows an embodiment of a flow for providing commodity information according to the real-time state of the commodity.
When the server receives a request code obtained by scanning a product barcode by the user device (step S601), the server can obtain product data by comparing the product database (step S603), and thus can obtain a real-time product status (step S605), such as the number of times the product is focused, whether the product display time is too long, whether the product lifetime is due, whether the product should be placed or the position of the product on the shelf should be changed, and the like, which are real-time information that can be provided to the user for system integration judgment (step S607).
Through the above embodiments, the method for providing dynamic commodity information provided by the present disclosure can provide more various and real-time dynamic commodity information for users or consumers interested in commodities, so that the commodity information obtained by the user is not limited on the existing fixed information. For example, when the system can obtain the latest state of a commodity, such as the number of times of being read, the system can obtain the condition that a certain commodity is concerned, and even provide preferential information for a user who scans the commodity link information each time, so as to promote bargaining; the system can obtain the display time of the commodity, so that the system can know that the commodity is not sold yet and flexibly provide marketing benefits for consumers interested in the commodity; the system can acquire the service life of the commodity, and when the service life is up, the system can actively provide interested user related preferential information.
The server can also establish consumption data, collect consumption information of each user and judge consumption characteristics, so that the information provided for the users also has personalized characteristics, and even more users' information can be obtained through interaction to generate more personalized information.
Furthermore, the user device can be used to scan the bar code of the commodity and obtain the time information and the location information generated by the user device, and these information can allow the system to determine whether the commodity has a problem and is displayed at the position that should be displayed originally, so as to further determine whether the commodity is true or false, stolen, etc., fig. 7 then shows the flow embodiment of determining the warning information according to the commodity location in the method for providing dynamic commodity information.
When the user operates the user device to read the merchandise link information on the merchandise, such as scanning the two-dimensional bar code, a request code is generated through calculation (step S701), wherein other information of the device, such as device hardware information (which can be used for identifying the device), sensor information (such as GPS or other location information) and user identification information, can be simultaneously carried, and then transmitted to the server.
At the server, the server receives the request code obtained by scanning the bar code of the commodity by the user device, so that the user identification data and the commodity identification data can be obtained, and the position information generated by the device can be included and represents the position of the scanned commodity (step S703).
At this time, in step S705, the software program running in the server compares the position information generated by the device with the positions where the commodities are displayed and put on shelves recorded in the commodity database, so as to determine whether the received position information matches the position set for the commodity (step S707), and this comparison result can be used to determine whether the commodity is at the correct position, and accordingly, general commodity information or warning information is formed (step S709), and the determination result is transmitted to the user device (step S711).
However, if the commodity uses the bar code as the basis for identifying the commodity, the bar code has the property of being easy to counterfeit and counterfeit, and the system provided by the present disclosure allows each commodity to have unique commodity link information, which becomes the basis for identifying the authenticity of the commodity. In this case, the system realizes a function of judging whether the commodity (bar code or label) is stolen or counterfeited, when the user scans the bar code on the commodity by using the user device, the user carries the position information, so that the system end can judge whether the commodity is at the correct position according to the information, thereby warning the consumer that the commodity is possibly worried.
In summary, according to the embodiments disclosed in the present disclosure, the proposed method and system for providing dynamic commodity information can enable a user to obtain other dynamic information besides the fixed information of the commodity through the barcode or the electronic tag on the commodity, thereby providing more diversified commodity information and sales service.
The disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
