If an interface contains only one sub-interface, then this sub-interface can be considered an interface.
Receiving a target: the object of receiving the timing message may be one or more contacts of the user, and may also be one group chat or a plurality of group chat of the user.
The following describes the design ideas of the embodiments of the present application.
The instant messaging products are mainly set to meet the requirement of each user for sending instant messaging messages, so most IM products are not provided with a function of receiving and sending timing messages. The IM products are provided with a timing message function, specifically, two independent processes are created in the instant messaging client, one process is responsible for receiving and sending the instant messaging messages, one process is responsible for receiving and sending the timing messages, and for simplifying the description, the process responsible for the instant messaging messages is called a first process, and the process responsible for the timing messages is called a second process. When the user creates the timing information, the second process is triggered, the second process creates a timing information conversation window, the user inputs the timing information in the timing information conversation window, and after the timing sending time of the timing information is reached, the second process sends the timing information to the contact person associated with the timing information conversation window.
Firstly, because the user inputs timing information and the like in the related technology are realized in a single timing information session window, the user needs to switch back and forth between the instant messaging session window and the timing information session window in the process of using the IM product, the operation is complex, and the efficiency of processing the timing information is low. And, for different contacts, the second process needs to create a timing message session window for each contact, so that firstly, the processing capacity of the second process is increased, secondly, each contact of the user is associated with two session windows, the two session windows specifically comprise an instant messaging session window and a timing message session window, when the user sends a timing message, the user needs to search the timing message session window of the contact from a large number of session windows, and then create the timing message, which also results in lower processing efficiency of the timing message. Secondly, the first process and the second process need to coordinate the sending sequence of each message in the sending process, if the two processes send simultaneously, a certain receiving end is likely to not receive the timing message, which means that the second process may need to resend the timing message, and the processing efficiency of the timing message is also relatively low.
In view of this, the present inventors devised a message control method, which involves a timing message control method, which can be performed by a terminal device. In the method, a user can trigger a set timing message on an instant messaging interface, the timing message input by the user is displayed in a chat window, namely the created timing message is displayed in a previous chat window, when the user wants to check the timing message, the user does not need to independently open a timing session window any more, the user can trigger the set timing message on the instant messaging interface, and the set timing message is directly displayed in the chat window.
The following describes an example of an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, an exemplary diagram of an application scenario of a timing message control method in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the application scenario includes a plurality of terminal devices and a server, and each terminal device may directly or indirectly communicate with the server 240. In fig. 2, a user corresponding to each terminal device is taken as an example, in which a user a corresponds to a first terminal device 210, a user B corresponds to a second terminal device 220, and a user C corresponds to a third terminal device 230, and the number of terminal devices is not limited in practice. In some cases, the terminal devices may communicate with each other via the server 240, direct communication may be established from terminal device to terminal device, and the manner in which the terminal devices communicate directly from terminal device to terminal device may be referred to as point-to-point communication, in which case some interaction between the terminal devices may not require a transfer of the server 240.
In which an instant communication client may be installed in each terminal device, for simplicity of description, the instant communication client installed in the first terminal device 210 may be referred to as a first instant communication client 211, the instant communication client installed in the second terminal device 220 may be referred to as a second instant communication client 221, and the instant communication client installed in the third terminal device 230 may be referred to as a third instant communication client 231. The instant messaging client related to the embodiment of the application can be a preinstalled client, can be a client embedded in a certain application, can be a client of a webpage version, and is not limited to the specific type of the client.
For simplicity of description, the following embodiments use the first instant messaging client 211 as an instant messaging client for sending timing messages, which may be simply referred to as a sending end, and the following embodiments use the second instant messaging client 221 and the third instant messaging client 231 as instant messaging clients for receiving timing messages, which may be simply referred to as receiving ends. It should be noted that, the receiving end and the sending end are a set of relative concepts, that is, an instant messaging client may be called a receiving end when receiving a message, and may be called a sending end when sending a message.
The following specifically exemplifies the instant messaging process involved in this scenario:
the user a may create an instant communication message at the first instant communication client 211 in the first terminal device 210 and forward the instant communication message to the server 240, and the server 240 may forward the instant communication message to, for example, the second instant communication client 221 corresponding to the user B.
The following illustrates the timing messaging procedure involved in this scenario:
first case: for example, user a may create a timed message on a single chat interface, or a group chat interface.
Second case: for example, the user a can trigger to create a timing message on the timing message set display interface, the timing message set display interface displays each timing message created by the user for each contact person, and creates the timing message on the timing message set display interface, so that the timing message can be set for a plurality of receiving targets at the same time.
It should be noted that the two cases described above are only different from each other in the location where the user creates the timing message, and in fact, the first instant messaging client 211 may support the function of creating the timing message in the two cases described above. In the case where the user uses the first instant messaging client 211, one or both of the above cases may occur. In the case where both cases occur, the order of occurrence of both cases may be arbitrary.
Regardless of the manner in which the timing message is created by the user, after the timing message is created, the first instant messaging client 211 displays the timing message in the first area of the chat window, and after the timing sending time of the timing message is reached, the first instant messaging client 211 may forward the timing message to the server 240, and the server 240 may then send the timing message to the corresponding other instant messaging client, such as the second instant messaging client 221.
Taking the sending end as the first instant messaging client 211 as an example, the principle of controlling the timing message by the instant messaging client 211 is described as follows:
referring to fig. 3, a schematic structure diagram of a first terminal device 210 is shown, that is, the first terminal device 210 includes a timing message manager 310 and a timing message trigger 320. It should be noted that, in fig. 3, the structure of the terminal device is described by taking the first terminal device 210 as an example, and the structure of other terminal devices is the same as that of the first terminal device 210, which is not described again. The timing message manager 310 and the timing message trigger 320 may be two hardware devices in the first terminal device 210 or two software modules.
As one example, the timing message manager 310 and the timing message trigger 320 may be created in a local cache by the instant messaging client 211. Because the timing message manager 310 and the timing message trigger 320 are locally cached, the timing messages stored in the timing message manager 310 are not lost even if an instant messaging client is abnormal.
As an embodiment, the first terminal device 210 may create one message manager 310 to buffer all timing messages, or may create different message managers 310 for different contacts.
Similarly, there may be one of the timing message triggers 320, the timing message trigger 320 also creates only one timer for recording the timing transmission time of the timing message closest to the current time, or there may be multiple ones of the timing message triggers 320, each of the timing message triggers 320 may create one timer for recording the timing transmission time associated with a different timing message.
Specifically, the timing message manager 310 is used for creating timing messages, buffering timing messages, reading timing messages, and the like, and the timing message trigger 320 is used for creating timers, updating timers, and the like under set conditions. The process is used for sending the timing message and the instant messaging message, where the process refers to a process corresponding to the first instant messaging client 211 in the first terminal device 210. The setting conditions are, for example, the process is forced to be killed, the first instant messaging client 211 is switched from the background operation to the foreground operation state, the user switches the account number at the first instant messaging client 211, the process has sent a timing message, etc.
After the user triggers to create the timing message at the instant messaging interface, the first instant messaging client 211 may write the obtained related information of the timing message into the timing message manager 310, where the related information of the timing message includes the message content of the timing message, may also include the timing sending time of the timing message, and may also include a communication identifier of a receiving target associated with the timing message, where the communication identifier is, for example, an account ID corresponding to a certain user. The relevant content of the timing message may also include the status of the timing message, etc. For example, the message content of the timing message is "you get happy birthday", and the timing transmission time of the timing message is: the communication of the receiving destination of the timing message is, for example, "ID1", at 9:00 on month 3 and day 1 of 2020.
As an embodiment, the timing message manager 310 may store each timing message in the form of a hash table, specifically, with the identification of the receiving destination as a key (key), and the related content of the timing message as a value (value).
To more clearly illustrate the mechanism of action of the timing message manager 310 and the timing message trigger 320, please refer to fig. 4, which shows a schematic diagram of interaction between the timing message manager 310 and the timing message trigger 320, the interaction process specifically includes:
S401, the timing message manager 310 stores each timing message.
After the user creates the timing messages, the timing message manager 310 stores the relevant content of each timing message. The relevant content of the timing message may be referred to the content discussed above, and will not be described here again.
S402, the timing message trigger 320 acquires the timing transmission time of the timing message from the timing message manager 310.
If there is a timing message in the timing message manager 310 or under the setting conditions as previously discussed, the timing message trigger 320 acquires the timing transmission time of the timing message and performs S403 to update the time of the timer with the timing transmission time of the timing message. When the timer created by the timing message trigger 320 is one, the time of the timer may be updated to timing a timing message whose timing transmission time is closest to the current time. If the timing message does not exist, the timing message control process is ended. When the timing message trigger 320 creates a plurality of timers, the time of each timer is updated to the timing transmission time of a different timing message.
S404, the timing message trigger 320 triggers a timer.
After the time of the timer is updated to the timing transmission time of the timing message, the timer is triggered when the timing transmission time of the timing message is reached. After triggering the timer, the corresponding process of the first instant messaging client 211 obtains the timing message from the timing message manager 310. The process sends the timing message to the server 240, which is forwarded by the server 240 to the corresponding first instant messaging client 211. Or the first instant messaging client 211 may communicate directly with other instant messaging clients, in which case the process may send a timing message to the corresponding instant messaging client. After the timing message is sent, the timing message manager 310 may remove the timing message.
In the process of transmitting the timing message, the processes of S401 to S404 are repeated, and the like, so that each timing message transmitting and receiving process is realized.
For example, referring to fig. 5, which shows an example of the timing message stored in the timing message manager 310, in fig. 5, the timing message manager 310 stores contents such as "receiver ID 1-timing message 1, receiver ID 2-timing message 2, and receiver ID 3-timing message 3" in the form of a hash table, and the timing message 1 may include message contents of the timing message, timing transmission time of the timing message, receiver ID of the timing message, transmission status of the timing message, and the like.
After the user a logs in to the first instant messaging client 211, the timing message trigger 320 determines that the timing sending time of the timing message 1 is closest to the current time, and the timing message trigger 320 may update the time of the timer to the timing sending time corresponding to the timing message 1. After reaching the timing sending time of the timing message 1, the timer is triggered, the first instant messaging client 211 sends the timing message 1 to the server 240, and after the server 240 receives the timing message 1, the timing message 1 is sent to the instant messaging client corresponding to the receiver ID 1.
The message control method according to the embodiment of the present application will be described in the following with reference to the application scenario illustrated in fig. 2 to 5. Referring to fig. 6, which is a schematic diagram illustrating interaction between an instant messaging client and a server, fig. 6 illustrates a first instant messaging client 211 as a sending end and a second instant messaging client 221 as a receiving end, and the method includes:
s601, the first instant messaging client 211 responds to the triggering operation of instant messaging to display an instant messaging interface.
Such as when the user wants to send a timed blessing to some friends, or when the user wants to reply to some messages, etc., the user may create a timed message. The user may click on the first instant messaging client 211 or switch the first instant messaging client 211 from the background running state to the foreground running state. After the first instant messaging client 211 is started, the first instant messaging client 211 may display an instant messaging interface, or display a main interface of the first instant messaging client 211, where the main interface may be a contact interface, a timing message list interface, or a history message list interface, and after the user performs triggering operation on the main interface, the instant messaging interface is displayed. The instant messaging interface comprises a chat interface, a mass-sending timing message interface and the like.
The contact interface comprises contacts corresponding to the user, group chat and the like. The history message list interface may include a history message corresponding to the user and associated with the contact or group chat, and the history message list interface may also include a timing message set by the user to be sent to the contact or group chat. The timed message list interface, which may also be referred to as a timed message collection presentation interface, may include timed messages set by the user with other contacts.
The user triggers the main interface, and the display of the instant messaging interface can be specifically: the user may click on any contact in the contact interface, or any group chat, display a chat interface, or the user may click on a dialog box corresponding to any contact in the timed message list interface or the history message list interface, and the instant messaging client 211 displays a chat interface corresponding to the contact. In this case, the timing message may be created by referring to the first case discussed above, and will not be described herein.
The user triggers the main interface, and the display of the instant messaging interface can be specifically: the user can click a group sending operation key on the timing message list interface or the history message list interface, and the like, so as to trigger the group sending timing message interface. In this case, the timing message may be created by referring to the first case discussed above, and will not be described herein.
For example, referring to fig. 7, the user clicks the icon 701 of the first instant messaging client 211 shown in fig. 7 a, opens the first instant messaging client 211, the first instant messaging client 211 may display the history message list interface shown in fig. 7 b, the user clicks the dialog box 702 of the user C shown in fig. 7 b, and the instant messaging client 211 displays the chat interface with the user C shown in fig. 7C.
It should be noted that, S601 is an optional step, for example, the instant messaging client 211 has already displayed the instant messaging interface, and the step of S601 is not required.
S602, the first instant messaging client 211 displays a timing message setting button according to the target operation through the instant messaging interface.
After displaying the instant messaging interface, the user may perform a target operation on the instant messaging interface, and the instant messaging client 211 displays a timing message setting key in response to the target operation. The specific form of the timing message key can be various, and is not limited. A timing message key may be understood as a key to enter a creation mode of a timing message, may be further understood as a key to set up the timing message when the user triggers the timing message, may create a timing message, and records the timing message entered by the user at and triggers the message manager 310.
The manner in which the timing message setting key is displayed according to the target operation is specifically exemplified as follows:
(1): and responding to the target operation on the operation panel through the instant communication interface, and displaying a timing message setting key.
A timing message setting key is set in the operation panel on the instant messaging interface, the user opens the operation panel on the instant messaging interface, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays the timing message setting key.
For example, the user may click a plus key 802 in the operation panel 801 shown in fig. 8A, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays a timing message setting key 803 shown in fig. 8A in response to the click operation of the plus key 802.
(2): and responding to the target operation of the input box through the instant messaging interface, and displaying a timing message setting key.
A timing message setting key is hidden in an input box of the instant messaging interface, and a user performs target operation and can trigger and display the timing message setting key. The target operation, for example, a long press operation, which may be understood as that the duration of a user continuously pressing a certain position is longer than a preset duration, and the timing message setting key is displayed. Or, a trigger key of the timing message setting key is set on the instant messaging interface, and the user clicks the trigger key, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays the timing message setting key.
For example, the user may perform a long press operation on the input box 804 shown in fig. 8B, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays the timing message setting key 803 shown in fig. 8B in response to the long press operation.
(3): and responding to the appointed operation of the chat window in the instant messaging interface, and displaying a timing message setting key.
The user performs a target operation on the history message in the chat window of the instant messaging interface, for example, a reply operation on the history message, a forwarding operation on the history message, a long-press operation on the history message, and the like.
For example, the user can perform a long press operation on the history message 805 shown in a in fig. 8C, displaying the timing message setting key 803 shown in b in fig. 8C.
As an embodiment, S602 is an optional step. For example, the instant messaging interface may directly display a timing message setting key, where the timing message setting key is not required to be triggered, for example, the timing message setting key may be suspended on a chat window of the instant messaging interface, or for example, be disposed in an input box on the instant messaging interface, or for example, be disposed on a fixed function key on the instant messaging interface, which is not specifically limited. After triggering the instant messaging interface, the user displays a timing message operation button on the first instant messaging client 211.
For example, in the instant messaging interface shown in fig. 8D, specifically, the timed message aggregate presentation interface, a timed message set button is displayed on the instant messaging interface, and the timed message set button is specifically shown as a group send button 806 in fig. 8D.
S603, the first instant messaging client 211 displays a setting interface of the timing message in response to the triggering operation of the timing message setting key.
When the user prepares to create the timing message, a triggering operation may be performed on the timing message setting key, where the triggering operation may be, for example, a clicking operation, a long-press operation, etc., and after the user triggers the timing message setting key, the first instant messaging client 211 may display a setting interface of the timing message.
The setting interface is used for assisting a user in setting the timing message, and the setting interface can comprise a time setting sub-interface which is used for assisting the user in setting the timing sending time of the timing message. The setting interface may further include a content setting sub-interface for assisting the user in setting message content of the timing message. The setting interface may also include a rights setting sub-interface for timing messages, the rights setting sub-interface for assisting the user in setting rights of contacts or groups for the timing messages. The setting interface may further include a contact setting sub-interface for assisting the user in setting a receiving destination for receiving the timing message.
When the instant messaging interface is a single chat interface, the authority of the timing message comprises one or a combination of more of the first authority, the second authority and the third authority. The single chat interface refers to that the contact associated with the current chat interface is one.
The first authority is used for indicating that only the user can view the timing message, and the first authority can be used for reminding the user, namely, the timing message can only be displayed in the instant messaging client for setting the timing message. The second right is visible to the party, i.e. it is used to indicate that the contacts associated with the single chat interface can all view the timing message, in fact in this case the user setting the timing message can also view the timing message in the history message himself. The third authority may be burn after reading, i.e., the contact associated with the single chat interface may delete the timing message after viewing the timing message.
When the instant messaging interface is a group chat interface, the authority of the timing message comprises one or a combination of more of a first authority, a fourth authority, a fifth authority and a sixth authority. The group chat interface means that the contacts associated with the current chat interface include a plurality of contacts.
The first authority may refer to the content discussed above, and will not be described herein. The fourth right means that one or more contacts associated with the group chat will delete the timing message after viewing the timing message. The fifth right may be visible to the full member, i.e., all contacts associated with the group chat interface can view the timing message. The sixth right may be visible to the designated member, i.e., the designated contact in the group chat interface is able to view the timing message.
When the instant messaging interface is a timing message collection display interface, the authority of the timing message comprises one or a combination of more of a first authority, a second authority, a third authority, a fourth authority and a fifth authority.
As one embodiment, in the process of creating the timing message, the user can select the corresponding authority for the contact associated with the current instant messaging interface, thereby setting the authority of the contact.
For example, referring to fig. 9A, after the user clicks the timing message setting button 803 illustrated in any one of fig. 8A to 8D, the first instant messaging client 211 may display a time setting sub-interface as illustrated in a of fig. 9A, and after the user determines the timing sending time of the timing message, or after the user slides the time setting sub-interface, the first instant messaging client 211 may display a rights setting sub-interface as illustrated in b of fig. 9A, on which a rights list as illustrated in b of fig. 9A is displayed.
As one embodiment, the first instant messaging client 211 obtains the message content of the timing message input by the user in response to the input operation of the user on the instant messaging interface, and displays the message content of the timing message on the instant messaging interface.
The form of the message content may refer to the content discussed above, and will not be described herein. After the user inputs the message content of the timing message, the instant messaging client 211 may display the message content on the instant messaging interface for the user to view. When the message content of the timing message which the user wants to input is different, the input mode of the message content may be different, for example, the user wants to input the message content in a voice form, and then the user can press a microphone key in the input box for a long time to input the timing message content. Or for example, if the message content in the text form is to be input, the text content may be input in the input box.
For example, the user clicks the input box 901 in the instant messaging interface in fig. 9B, and the user inputs the timing message 902 in the input box 901, and the timing message 902 is exemplified by expression and text, and the instant messaging client 211 displays the timing message 902 on the instant messaging interface.
S604, in response to a setting operation of the timing message triggered by the setting interface, the timing message input by the user is displayed in the first area.
Specifically, the user can set setting information of the timing message at the setting interface, where the setting information includes one or a combination of several of timing sending time, timing message content, receiving destination of the timing message, authority of the receiving destination for the timing message, and the like. After the user performs the setting operation on the setting interface, the editing process of the setting information of the timing message is completed, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays the timing message and the setting information of the corresponding timing message in the first area. In some cases, the user only sets the message content of the timing message, and does not need to set the setting information of the timing message, such as the timing time of the timing message is default by the system. Alternatively, the user may set the setting information of the timing message, but need not display the setting information set by the user, and the first instant communication client 211 may display only the timing message.
In the following, S605 to S608 are taken as examples, and several cases of S604 will be specifically described:
s605, in response to a setting operation of the timing transmission time for the timing message through the setting interface, the timing message and the timing transmission time are displayed into the first area.
The first instant messaging client 211 obtains time setting information according to a setting operation of the user, for example, the user may slide a time scroll bar to a desired time transmission time. The time setting information may be a specific time, a periodic time, a time period, or the like, for example, the time setting information is 9:00 in 1 month and 2 days in 2020, or after 2 hours, or 9:00 each day.
After the first instant messaging client 211 obtains the time setting information, the first instant messaging client 211 may determine the timing sending time set by the user according to the time setting information input by the user, and display the timing message and the timing sending time in the first area. The first area is a portion of the chat window and may be, for example, an area of the chat window that is relatively close to the input box. When a user sends a timing message to a plurality of contacts or group chat simultaneously, the timing message is displayed in chat windows corresponding to the contacts and chat windows corresponding to the group chat. The display mode of the timing message is not limited in this application, for example, the timing message can be displayed at the top of the chat window, or displayed in a fixed area or any area of the chat window in a control mode, or displayed in the chat window in a floating window mode.
As an embodiment, when the timing message and the timing sending time are displayed, the timing sending time and the timing message may be displayed in a fusion mode, where the fusion display is that the message content of the designated timing message and the timing sending time are displayed through one display frame, for example, when the message content is modified, the timing sending time may also be modified at the same time. Alternatively, the timing sending time and the timing message may be displayed separately, for example, the timing sending time is displayed below the timing message, and as an identifier of the timing message, the separate display may be understood that the message content and the timing sending time are displayed separately through two display frames, for example, when the timing sending time is modified, so that the message content is not affected.
As an example, the chat window may display historical messages for a preset duration in addition to timing messages that are not sent (which may also be referred to as to be sent).
The history message may include one or more of a timing message previously received by the first instant messaging client 211 and/or an instant messaging message previously received by the first instant messaging client 211. The preset duration may be a duration set by default by the first instant messaging client 211 or a duration set by a user.
If the user does not send and receive the timing message and the instant messaging message in the chat window within the preset time period, the chat window does not display the history message.
For example, after the user a inputs the timing message in the input box of the single chat window associated with the user B, the user a displays the time setting sub-interface shown in a in fig. 10A, and the user slides the time scroll bar 1001, and the first instant messaging client determines that the timing sending time of the timing message is "9:50" on 1 month 2 days monday in 2020. After the user editing is successful, the timing message 1002 and the timing transmission time 1003 are displayed in the first area in the chat window as shown in b in fig. 10A. In addition, the chat window shown in fig. 10A b also displays history messages 1004.
As an embodiment, the history messages and the timing messages may be more, and the chat window may not be capable of displaying all the history messages or the timing messages, so, in order to facilitate the user to view the history messages or the timing messages, the first instant messaging client 211 may display the history message list according to the first operation of the user on the chat interface, or may display the first timing message list according to the second operation of the user on the chat interface.
The first operation and the second operation refer to operations in two different directions on the instant communication interface, for example, the first operation may be an upward sliding operation, and the second operation may be a downward sliding operation. The first timing message list includes all timing messages set by the user for the target contact or target group associated with the instant messaging interface, and may further include timing messages set by the user other than the target contact or target group associated with the instant messaging interface. The list of historical messages may include all historical messages for the target contact or target group associated with the instant messaging interface.
For example, the first instant messaging client 211 may display more history messages in response to a user sliding up on the chat interface. The first instant messaging client 211 may display more timing messages in response to a user's sliding down operation on the chat interface.
If the user performs a slide-up operation or a slide-down operation when all timing messages and history messages have been displayed in the current chat interface, then no more messages may be displayed.
For example, referring to fig. 10B, a is a chat interface between the user a and the user B displayed in the first instant messaging client 211, the user performs a sliding operation, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays a chat interface shown in fig. 10B according to the sliding operation, where the chat interface includes more history messages. The user performs a sliding operation, and according to the sliding operation, the first instant messaging client 211 displays a chat interface as shown in c in fig. 10B, where more timing messages are displayed.
S606, in response to a setting operation for a reception target of the timing message through the setting interface, the reception target of the timing message is displayed in the first area.
The user may perform a contact selection operation before inputting the timing message content or after inputting the timing message content, and specifically, for example, the setting interface includes a contact setting sub-interface, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays a contact list in response to the contact selection operation in the contact setting sub-interface. The contact list here includes all contacts and all group chat of the user, and after the contact list is displayed, the user selects part or all of the contact list, and the first instant messaging client 211 determines a receiving target of the receiving timing message according to the selection operation of the user. The receiving targets include one or more of all target contacts and all target group combinations, and the present application is not limited to the specific type and number of receiving targets.
In S606, all contact lists are directly displayed for the user to select, and the user can send the timing message to any contact and any group on any instant messaging interface, so that the operation of creating the timing message by the user is simplified.
As an embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to view the receiving targets corresponding to each timing message, the receiving targets associated with the timing messages may be displayed in the first area, where the displayed receiving targets may be identifiers of the receiving targets, and the identifiers of the receiving targets may be one or two combinations of a user name of the receiving targets, an avatar of the receiving targets, and the like.
For example, after the user a inputs a timing message in the input box of the single chat window of the user B as shown in fig. 10C, the permission setting sub-interface shown in B in fig. 10C is displayed, the user a sets the group chat B and the user C to be visible, and in the single chat window as shown in B in fig. 10C, in addition to displaying the timing message and the timing transmission time, a receiving target corresponding to the timing message is displayed, specifically, a receiving target 1005 shown in B in fig. 10C, which specifically includes the group chat B shown in B in fig. 10C and the user name of the user C.
Or, for example, the user a clicks the group send key in the timing message aggregate presentation interface as shown in a in fig. 10D, the first instant messaging client 211 displays the contact list as shown in B in fig. 10D, the user selects the set user B, and the group chat k sees the timing message, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays the set interface as shown in c in fig. 10D. And then displaying the timing message and a receiving target corresponding to the timing message in any chat window of the user B and the group chat k in the first instant messaging client 211, and displaying the timing message and the head portraits of the user B and the group chat k in the chat window of the user B, wherein the chat window of the user B and the group chat k are displayed on an interface shown as D in fig. 10D.
S607, in response to a trigger operation for the authority setting key, a settable authority list is displayed.
After determining the receiving targets, the user may set the authority of each receiving target again, so the first instant messaging client 211 may further display an authority setting key in the first area, and in response to a triggering operation of the user on the authority setting key, such as the user clicking the authority setting key, the first instant messaging client 211 displays a settable authority list according to the triggering operation, where the authority list includes settable various authorities. The rights list includes any one or a combination of several of the first right, the second right, the third right, the fourth right, the fifth right, and the sixth right in the foregoing.
S608, responding to the authority selected in the authority list, and determining the authority of the timing message corresponding to each receiving target.
After the first instant messaging client 211 displays the permission list, the user may select any permission displayed in the permission list for one or more receiving targets, and the first instant messaging client 211 determines the permission of the timing message corresponding to each receiving target according to the selection of the user.
For example, referring to fig. 10E, in which a permission setting key 1006 is provided in the first area, the user clicks the permission setting key 1006, and the first instant messaging client 211 may display a permission list 1007 shown in fig. 10E and b. The user can click on any one authority, and the first instant messaging client 211 sets the authority of the receiving target according to the click operation of the user.
Optionally, in S608, the authority of each receiving target is determined, and the authority of each receiving target may not be displayed, or may be displayed.
In the embodiment shown in S607 to S608, the first area further includes a permission setting key, and the user can operate the permission setting key to set permissions of each receiving target, so that the user can quickly set permissions of each receiving target for the timing message, and the user can also change the permissions corresponding to each receiving target through the permission setting key, and can also directly click the permission setting key to change, thereby simplifying operation of the user.
As an embodiment, S605 to S608 are several cases of setting information of the setting timing message, in fact, during the process of setting the timing message, the user may select to set one or more of them, or none of them, and the corresponding first instant messaging client 211 may perform one or more of S605 to S608, or none of them.
S609, in response to the editing operation for the timing message, the timing message editing interface is displayed.
After the user creates the timing message by any of the foregoing methods, the user may want to modify the relevant content of the timing message in some cases, and then the user may perform an editing operation on the timing message, for example, pressing the timing message for a long time or clicking the timing message, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays the timing message editing interface in response to the editing operation for the timing message.
The timing message editing interface refers to an interface that can be used for editing timing messages. The timing message editing interface may be used to edit one or a combination of several of timing message content, timing transmission time, a reception target of the timing message, and rights corresponding to the reception target of the timing message. The timing message editing interface may specifically include one or a combination of several of timing message content in an editing state, timing transmission time, a receiving target of the timing message, and rights corresponding to the receiving target of the timing message. Editable state refers to information that a user can directly modify these editable states.
S610, in response to the update operation of the timing message input through the timing message editing interface, the setting information of the timing message is updated.
When the user wants to modify the setting information of the timing message, an update operation can be performed on the message editing interface to update the setting information of the timing message. The setting information refers to related information of the timing message which needs to be set in the process of creating the timing message, and comprises one or a combination of more of message content of the timing message, timing sending time of the timing message, receiving target of the timing message and authority of the receiving target of the timing message.
For example, the user may update the content of the timing message through the timing message editing interface, or for example, the timing sending time of the timing message may be updated through the timing message editing interface, or for example, the user may update the receiving destination of the timing message through the timing message editing interface, or for example, the user may update the authority of the receiving destination of the timing message through the timing message editing interface, or the like.
In the embodiment shown in S609 to S610, the user can input an update operation of the timing message setting information in the timing message editing interface, so that the user can change the timing message quickly.
For example, the user may press the timing message for a long time, and display an editing interface of the timing message as shown in a of fig. 11A, wherein the editing interface of the timing message includes an update button 1101, and the user clicks the update button 1101 to modify the message content of the timing message from "happy birthday [ cake ] to" happy birthday-! Cake, the first instant messaging client 211 displays an interface as shown in b of fig. 11A according to a modification operation of the user, in which updated message contents are displayed.
As an example, S609 to S610 are optional steps.
Taking S611 to S612 as an example, S610 will be described as an example:
s611, in response to the edit operation of the timing transmission time, a timing transmission time edit interface is displayed.
In some cases, the user may edit the timed sending time, and when the user wants to edit the timed sending time, the user may edit the timed sending time, where the editing operation is that the user presses the timed sending time for a long time, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays a timed sending time editing interface according to the editing operation. The time editing interface is an interface through which a user can change the time of the timed transmission.
S612, in response to the update operation of the timing transmission time input through the timing transmission time editing interface, the setting information of the timing message is updated.
After displaying the timed-transmission time editing interface, the user may update the timed-transmission time in the timed-transmission time editing interface, and after the user performs the update operation, the instant messaging client 211 displays the updated timed-transmission time of the timed message.
In the embodiment shown in S611 to S612, the user can directly change the timing transmission time of the timing message, so that the user can quickly change the timing transmission time of the timing message.
In one possible embodiment, the timing message is deleted in response to a cancel operation for the timing message.
For example, the user may not want to continue sending the timing message for some reason, and may perform a cancel operation on the timing message, such as the user clicking a cancel button. When the timing message is subjected to the cancel operation, the timing message is deleted from the first area.
For example, if the user presses the timing message for a long time, the instant messaging client 211 displays a cancel button 1102 as shown in fig. 11B, the user clicks the cancel button 1102, and the instant messaging client 211 deletes the timing message according to the clicking operation, as shown in fig. 11B, the instant messaging client 211 does not display the timing message that the user has previously cancelled.
S613, in response to the triggering operation of the timing message viewing button on the user information interface or the chat interface in the first instant messaging client 211, displaying a second timing message list.
In order to facilitate the user to view each timing message, the user information interface may be provided with a timing message viewing button, and the user information interface includes a personal information setting interface in the instant messaging client. Or, a timing message viewing button is also arranged on the chat interface. After the user triggers the timing message check button, the first instant messaging client 211 may pull each timing message set by the user through the message manager 310 to display a second timing message list. The interface displaying the second list of timing messages may be the timed message aggregate display interface discussed previously.
For example, the second timing message list may be timing messages of contacts sequentially displayed according to the contact list, specifically, for example, timing messages set for contact B and timing messages set for contact C.
Or for example, the timing message list may be displayed classified according to the type of timing message. Such as timing messages displaying blessing classes, timing messages of daily business classes, etc.
It should be noted that the second timing message list herein may be different from or the same as the first timing message list discussed above. For example, the first timing message list in the foregoing may include only timing messages of contacts associated with the instant messaging interface, and the second timing message list may include timing messages of contacts.
As one embodiment, the timing message is updated in response to an edit operation to any timing message in the timing message list.
Specifically, no matter what display form of the timing message list is, the user may open a chat window corresponding to the timing message, update the timing message, and the update operation may refer to the content discussed above, which is not described herein in detail, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays the updated timing message according to the update operation.
As one embodiment, any timing message in the timing message list is deleted in response to a cancel operation of the timing message.
The user may cancel the timing message, and the canceling operation may refer to the foregoing discussion, which is not repeated herein, and the first instant messaging client 211 does not display the timing message in the timing message list according to the canceling operation.
As one embodiment, an entered timing message is displayed in the chat window in response to an input operation of a timing message window associated with any timing message.
The user may click on a corresponding chat window through any timing message in the timing message list, and display the timing message in the chat window, and the user may directly input the timing message in the timing message window, and the first instant messaging client 211 may generate the timing message according to the input operation of the user.
As one embodiment, the timing message collection presentation interface and the chat interface are synchronized to update each timing message. The latest relevant content of the timing messages is stored in the message manager 310, whether the user changes (including updates, cancels, and creates) the timing messages through the timing message collection presentation interface, or the chat window updates the timing messages. After the timing message is changed, the latest timing message is presented, either in the timing message collection presentation interface or in the chat window.
In the embodiment shown in S613, the user can view all timing messages directly through the timing message list, so that the user can view the timing messages conveniently. In addition, under the condition of displaying the timing message list, the user can directly carry out the modification, the updating and the creation of the timing message without independently triggering the timing message mode, and the operation of the user can be simplified relatively. The two modes of displaying the timing messages on the timing message collection display interface and the instant messaging interface in the foregoing can be complemented, more modes of editing, updating and creating the timing messages are provided, different requirements of different users are met, and user experience is improved.
As an embodiment, S613 is an optional step.
S614, the first instant messaging client 211 transmits the timing message to the second instant messaging client 221 through the server 240 when the timing transmission time of the timing message is reached.
After a certain timing message reaches the timing sending time, the message manager 310 in the first instant messaging client 211 may forward the timing message to the server 240 through a process, and then the server 240 forwards the timing message to the second instant messaging client 221.
S615, the second instant messaging client 221 displays the received timing message in the chat window.
When the second instant messaging client 221 receives the timing message, the received timing message may be displayed in a corresponding chat window.
As an embodiment, when the message content of the received timing message is displayed, the timing transmission time of the timing message is also displayed.
Specifically, the chat window of the second instant messaging client 221 may display the timing sending time of the timing message in addition to displaying the timing message. In addition, the identification of the received timing message can be displayed, the identification is used for distinguishing the instant messaging message from the timing message, and the timing message with the identification is displayed in the embodiment, so that the user can distinguish the timing message from the instant messaging message conveniently. Alternatively, the identifier may be, for example, a timing sending time of the timing message, and the timing sending time of the timing message is used as the identifier, so that a user at the receiving end can conveniently check the time of the timing message.
For example, before the second instant messenger client 221 associated with the user B does not receive the timing message, an interface as shown in a of fig. 12A is displayed, and after the second instant messenger client 221 associated with the user B receives the timing message sent by the first instant messenger client 211 associated with the user a, an interface as shown in B of fig. 12A is displayed in the second instant messenger client 221, in which a history message with the user a is displayed, and a timing message including a message content of the timing message and a timing sending time of the timing message is newly received.
As one embodiment, the first instant messaging client 211 displays the transmitted timing message as a history message. After transmitting the timing message, the first instant messaging client 211 may update the transmitted timing message in the history message displaying the chat window so that the user a views the transmission state of the message.
As one embodiment, the first instant messaging client 211 shares the timing message to the instant messaging client associated with the designated contact in response to a user's sharing operation for the timing message. The sharing operation may be, for example, a long-press timing message, displaying a sharing key, and clicking the sharing key by the user is equivalent to performing the sharing operation. Or a share key may be displayed below the timing message, which the user clicks directly.
After the user a creates the timing message through the first instant messaging client 211, the timing message may be shared to any object instant messaging client in the contact list, for simplicity of description, the contact receiving the shared timing message may be referred to as a shared person, and sharing may be understood as sharing the related content of the timing message that is not sent to the instant messaging clients associated with other contacts. When the timing information is shared, the information content of the timing information can be shared with other contacts, so that the other contacts do not need to repeatedly edit the timing information, and the user experience is improved.
In order to facilitate other contacts to view the timing message, a sharing prompt message may be displayed in a chat window between the other contacts and the user a, where the sharing prompt message is used to prompt that there is a sharing timing message, and may be the sharing timing message itself, or the sharing prompt message may be prompt content edited by the sharing person.
As an embodiment, after the shared person receives the shared timing message, the timing message may be updated or cancelled, and the content of the update or cancellation may refer to the content discussed above, which is not described herein.
In this embodiment, it is involved how the instant messaging client of the shared person distinguishes between a sent timing message and a shared timing message. For example, the instant messaging client of the other contact may determine according to the timing sending time of the timing message, if the time of receiving the timing message is before the timing sending time of the timing message, that is, when the timing message is received, the timing sending time of the timing message is not yet reached, then the instant messaging client of the other contact may determine that the timing message is a shared timing message, so that the timing message may be stored in the timing message manager 310, and the timing message manager 310 manages the shared timing message in the manner previously discussed.
If the time of receiving the timing message is after the timing transmission time of the timing message, i.e. when the timing message is received, the timing transmission time of the timing message has been reached, it is determined that the timing message is transmitted by other contacts.
For example, the user a and the user B are friends, and the user a edits a timing message for the user B, and the timing message shown as a in fig. 12B is displayed in the first instant messaging client 211 corresponding to the user a. For example, the user a may press the timing message for a long time, click the sharing key 1201, share the timing message with the user C, and in the chat window between the user B and the user C in the third instant messaging client 231, an interface as shown in B in fig. 12B may be displayed, where the timing message shared by the user a is displayed. Alternatively, an interface as shown in fig. 12B, C, may be displayed in the chat window of user C with user a in the third instant messaging client 231, such as displaying "a shares you with timing messages about B, please view".
As one embodiment, the first instant messaging client 211 transmits the timing message as anonymous in response to the anonymous setup operation.
In some cases, the user may not want to expose his own information, for example, the user may press the timing message to trigger the anonymous setting key for a long time, and the user clicks the anonymous setting key, which is equivalent to performing the anonymous setting operation, and the first instant messaging client 211 may delete the sender information included in the timing message according to the anonymous setting operation, so that the source of the timing message is not displayed on the interface of the receiving end.
Specifically, for example, after reaching the timing sending time of the timing message, the first instant messaging client 211 sends the timing message to the server 240, and the server 240 sends the timing message that does not include the sender information to the receiver. Alternatively, the first instant messaging client 211 directly transmits the timing message, which does not include the sender information, to the receiver. Information on the transmitting side such as the ID of the transmitting side.
As an example, S614-S615 are optional steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application provides a message control method, please refer to fig. 13, which shows a process schematic diagram of the message control method, in fig. 13, taking a first instant messaging client 211 associated with a user a as a transmitting end and a second instant messaging client 221 associated with a user B as a receiving end as an example, the method includes:

The receiving destination and the manner of setting the receiving destination may refer to the foregoing discussion, and will not be described herein.
Alternatively, some timing messages are just messages set by the user to view themselves, and the first instant messaging client 211 does not need to send the timing message when the timing sending time of the timing message is reached.
In either case, upon reaching the timed send time of the timed message, the timed message may be displayed in the second area of the chat window to indicate that the timed message has been sent, etc. The second area is different from the first area, and the second area is used for displaying the history message.
For example, referring to fig. 14B, in a first area 1401 in the chat window of the first instant messaging client 211, a timing message set by the user a for the user B and a history message are displayed, the timing sending time of the timing message is 9:00 in 1/2/2020, after reaching the timing sending time of the timing message, the first instant messaging client 211 sends the timing message to the second instant messaging client 221, and the first instant messaging client 211 displays the sent timing message in the second area 1402, and no longer displays the timing message in the first area 1401.
In S1304, the first instant messaging client 211 transmits the timing message to the second instant messaging client 221 through the server 240 when the timing transmission time of the timing message is reached.
After the timing message reaches the timing sending time, the first instant messaging client 211 may send the relevant content of the timing message to the server 240, and after receiving the relevant content of the timing message, the server 240 forwards the relevant content of the timing message to the instant messaging client associated with the receiving destination. The relevant content of the timing message may be referred to the content discussed above, and will not be described here again. When there are multiple receiving targets corresponding to the timing message, the first instant messaging client 211 sends the timing message to the instant messaging clients associated with the multiple receiving targets at the same time.
It should be noted that the order of S1303 and S1304 may be performed simultaneously.
S1305, the second instant messaging client 221 displays the received timing message in the chat window.
After receiving the timing message, the second instant messaging client 221 may display the timing message in the second area in the chat window, and the manner of displaying the timing message may refer to the foregoing discussion, which is not repeated herein.
Continuing with the example of fig. 14B, after the first instant messaging client 211 transmits the timing message, the second instant messaging client 221 receives the timing message and displays a chat window of the user B and the user a as shown in fig. 14C, in which the received timing message is displayed in a second area.
