The specific implementation manner of the monitoring device of the medical device of the present invention is substantially the same as the following examples of the monitoring method of the medical device, and will not be described herein.
The invention also provides a method for supervising the medical equipment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a supervision method of a medical device according to the present invention.
Embodiments of the present invention provide embodiments of a method of supervision of a medical device, it being noted that although a logical sequence is shown in the flow chart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than here. Specifically, the method for supervising the medical device of the present embodiment includes:
step S10, monitoring the working state of each medical device, and determining undetermined medical devices corresponding to the acquisition request in each medical device when the acquisition request is received.
The method for supervising the medical equipment of the embodiment is applied to a server, and the server can be a local server in a medical institution or a cloud server commonly accessed by a plurality of medical institutions. Whether a local server or a cloud server, various medical devices in the medical institution are accessed into the server, and the server monitors the medical devices. The medical equipment type accessed to the server comprises, but is not limited to, a syringe pump, a control pump, a breathing machine, a cardiopulmonary resuscitation apparatus, an electrocardiograph monitor, a nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus and the like. And, the content monitored by the server includes, but is not limited to, whether the operation of various medical devices is normal or not, the working state of various medical devices, the position of various medical devices, and the like. Specifically, the server monitors the working states of the medical devices, and monitors whether each medical device in each type of medical device is in a working running state or a non-working idle state.
Further, when the medical staff has a need to use a certain type of medical equipment, an acquisition request for applying for use of the medical equipment is issued through a terminal communicatively connected to the server. The terminal in communication connection with the server can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer and the like used by medical workers. And once the server receives the acquisition request, determining the type of the medical equipment corresponding to the acquisition request. The acquisition request carries an identifier for representing the type of the medical equipment with the use requirement, and the server can determine the type of the medical equipment corresponding to the acquisition request, namely the type of the medical equipment applied for use by identifying the identifier. And the server further determines the medical equipment to be determined from the medical equipment according to the type of the medical equipment, wherein the medical equipment to be determined is the medical equipment used by acquiring the request application.
Step S20, searching for a target medical device with an idle working state in the undetermined medical devices, and determining device position information of the target medical device.
Further, the server detects the working state of each pending medical device, and searches the pending medical devices with the working states of idle states. The undetermined medical equipment in the idle state is not currently in a use state and can be used by patients, so that the undetermined medical equipment is used as target medical equipment. In addition, in order to ensure the availability of the target medical equipment, after the undetermined medical equipment in the idle state is determined, whether the undetermined medical equipment carries a fault identifier is detected, if the undetermined medical equipment carries the fault identifier, the undetermined medical equipment is not in a use state but is in a fault state and is not available, so the undetermined medical equipment is not taken as the target medical equipment. At this time, the pending medical equipment which is in the new idle state and does not carry the fault identification is searched again and used as the target medical equipment. If the medical equipment is detected to not carry the fault identification, the medical equipment is in a normal available state, so that the medical equipment is taken as target medical equipment. And detecting the equipment position information of the position of the target medical equipment so as to conveniently take the target medical equipment through the equipment position information.
And step S30, the equipment position information is sent to a terminal corresponding to the acquisition request, and the working state of the target medical equipment after being moved based on the position information is changed so as to update the working state of each supervision medical equipment.
Further, the detected device position information of the target medical device is sent to the terminal initiating the acquisition request, so that the terminal holder can quickly acquire the target medical device according to the device position information. For the cloud server connected with the plurality of medical institutions, the searched target medical equipment is preferably located in the medical institution where the terminal sending the acquisition request is located, so that the target medical equipment can be acquired conveniently and rapidly. After the terminal holder takes the target medical device according to the device position information, the target medical device moves based on the position information, and the working state of the target medical device changes from the idle state to the running state. Therefore, the server changes the working state of the target medical equipment after moving so as to update the working state of each medical equipment under supervision.
It will be appreciated that even for the same medical institution, the number of normally available target medical devices may be numerous at the time of issuing the acquisition request. When medical staff applies for use to a certain medical device to send out an acquisition request, the number of the medical devices in the normal available state is numerous, so that the number of the target medical devices obtained by searching is numerous. At this time, at least one of the plurality of target medical devices may be selected through a path distance priority mechanism or using a frequency priority mechanism, and device location information of the selected target medical device may be sent to the terminal that initiates the acquisition request, so as to facilitate quick acquisition. Specifically, for the case where the number of target medical devices is plural, the step of transmitting the device position information to the terminal corresponding to the acquisition request includes:
Step S31, detecting terminal position information corresponding to the acquisition request, and determining path information between the terminal position information and the device position information of a plurality of target medical devices respectively;
and step S32, determining target path information with the shortest path in the path information, and sending the equipment position information corresponding to the target path information to the terminal corresponding to the acquisition request.
The present embodiment acquires device location information by a path distance priority mechanism and transmits the information. Specifically, since the number of target medical devices is large, device position information of each target medical device is acquired, and terminal position information of a terminal that initiates an acquisition request is detected. And determining path information between the terminal position information and the device position information of the plurality of target medical devices, wherein the path information is a path between the position of the terminal and the position of the target medical device, and represents the path distance from the terminal to the target medical device.
Further, the positions of the target medical devices are different, so that the path information from the terminal to each target medical device is different. And comparing the path information to determine the shortest path information of the paths. The path information characterizes the target medical device that is most reachable from the terminal, so it is taken as target path information. And searching the device position information generating the target path information, and sending the device position information serving as the device position information corresponding to the target path information to a terminal initiating an acquisition request so that an acquisition request sender can quickly acquire the target medical device for use.
Further, in the case where the number of target medical devices is plural, if one of them is selected by using a frequency-of-use priority mechanism, the step of transmitting the device position information to the terminal corresponding to the acquisition request includes:
step S33, reading the using frequency information of a plurality of target medical devices respectively, and determining target using frequency information with the smallest using frequency in the using frequency information;
step S34, determining a target medical device corresponding to the target usage frequency information, and transmitting device location information of the corresponding target medical device to the terminal corresponding to the acquisition request.
As will be appreciated, the present embodiment provides a mechanism for selecting a target medical device whose frequency of use is small, for balanced use, with respect to a plurality of target medical devices of the same type, each target medical device having a difference in frequency of use. Specifically, for each use of the target medical device, there is a backup record in the server. Therefore, the using frequency information of each target medical device can be read through backup, and the using frequency information is compared among the using frequency information, so that the target using frequency information with the smallest using frequency is determined. And further searching for the target medical equipment with the target use frequency information, and sending the equipment position information of the searched target medical equipment to a terminal initiating an acquisition request, so that a requester can acquire the target medical equipment for use conveniently, the use frequency of each target medical equipment is balanced, a certain target medical equipment is prevented from being frequently used, and the loss of the target medical equipment is overlarge.
Further, in order to avoid that different medical workers acquire a certain target medical device at the same time, in consideration of the fact that a plurality of medical workers in a medical institution may have use requirements for the target medical device at the same time, the embodiment is provided with a locking mechanism after transmitting device position information of the certain target medical device to a terminal. Specifically, the step of transmitting the device location information to the terminal corresponding to the acquisition request includes:
and a step a of receiving a locking request sent by the terminal and setting the working state of the target medical equipment to be a locking state based on the locking request.
Further, after the device location information of the target medical device is sent to the terminal, the acquisition request sender can check the device location information to determine whether the target medical device located in the device location information and the location where the target medical device is located meet the requirements. If the requirement is met, a locking request is sent through the terminal, so that other medical workers are prevented from initiating an acquisition request aiming at a target medical terminal at the position. After receiving the acquisition request sent by the terminal, the server sets the working state of the target medical equipment to be a locking state. Because the working state is not an idle state, other acquisition requests sent for the medical equipment cannot be searched as available target medical equipment.
It should be noted that, the target medical device in the locked state may set a request unlocking mechanism, and a delay unlocking mechanism. When the acquisition request sender arrives at the position of the target medical equipment according to the equipment position information, the acquisition request sender applies for unlocking according to the locking information of the equipment initiating the locking request, and the target medical equipment can be used after the unlocking is successful. And starting to count according to the delay time after receiving the locking request, and when the delay time is reached, acquiring the target medical equipment to be unlocked by the sender, so as to be used by other medical workers with use requirements.
The monitoring method of the medical equipment sets the monitoring mechanism of the working state of each medical equipment and monitors whether each medical equipment is in an operating state or an idle state. When an acquisition request applied for the medical equipment is received, determining the type of the medical equipment corresponding to the acquisition request, namely determining the type of the applied medical equipment. Determining undetermined medical equipment belonging to the medical equipment type in the medical equipment, and searching target medical equipment with an idle working state in the undetermined medical equipment to determine equipment available for use in current idle; and, information of the position of the target medical device is determined as device position information thereof, and the device position information is transmitted to the terminal corresponding to the acquisition request. The terminal holder takes the target medical device according to the device position information, so that the target medical device moves based on the position information. And then, changing the working state after the movement to update the working state of each medical device under supervision. When the medical equipment is required to be used, the current available medical equipment can be rapidly determined through the monitored working conditions; and when the working state of the available medical equipment changes due to use, the working state is changed so as to realize timely update of the working state of each medical equipment under supervision. Meanwhile, the equipment position information of the position of the available medical equipment is sent to the terminal, so that the medical equipment can be conveniently and quickly acquired from the position for use; the rapid and efficient supervision of various medical equipment is realized.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the supervision method of the medical device of the present invention, a second embodiment of the supervision method of the medical device of the present invention is presented.
The second embodiment of the method for supervising the medical devices is different from the first embodiment of the method for supervising the medical devices in that the step of supervising the operating states of the respective medical devices includes, after the step of supervising the operating states of the respective medical devices:
step b1, determining medical equipment to be monitored, wherein the working state of the medical equipment is an operation state;
step b2, acquiring theoretical operation parameters of the medical equipment to be monitored, and detecting actual operation parameters of the medical equipment to be monitored;
step b3, calculating a deviation value between the theoretical operation parameter and the actual operation parameter of each medical device to be monitored, and judging whether the deviation value is larger than a preset deviation threshold value or not;
and b4, if the deviation value is larger than the preset deviation threshold value, outputting alarm information of abnormality of the medical equipment to be monitored.
The embodiment monitors whether the operation of each medical device is normal or not while monitoring the working state of each medical device. Specifically, from the working states of the monitored medical devices, the medical device with the working state in the running state is determined, and the medical device is used as the medical device to be monitored to monitor whether the running state is normal or not. And acquiring theoretical operation parameters of each medical device to be monitored on the current operation function, wherein the theoretical operation parameters are recommended reference operation parameters of the current operation function. And detecting the actual operation parameters of the medical equipment to be monitored on the current operation function. For each medical device to be monitored, calculating a deviation value between a theoretical operation parameter and an actual operation reference parameter in the current operation function, and determining the difference between the actual operation parameter and the reference operation parameter through the calculated deviation value.
Further, a preset deviation threshold value representing the difference is preset, the calculated deviation value is compared with the preset deviation threshold value, whether the deviation value is larger than the preset deviation threshold value or not is judged, if the deviation value is larger than the preset deviation threshold value, the fact that the difference between the actual operation parameter of the current operation function and the reference operation parameter is larger is indicated, the medical equipment to be monitored possibly has abnormality in the current operation function, so that the abnormal warning information of the medical equipment to be monitored is output, the function is reminded to be overhauled in time, and the influence on the treatment of a patient is avoided. If the deviation value is not larger than the preset deviation threshold value through comparison, the fact that the actual operation parameters of the current operation function are in a reasonable range is indicated, and the medical equipment to be monitored does not need to be processed. But continuously monitors according to the monitoring period, so as to avoid the occurrence of abnormality along with the operation of the medical equipment to be monitored.
Furthermore, for the medical equipment to be monitored, which is judged to be abnormal, a mechanism for analyzing the cause of the abnormality is also arranged at the same time of outputting the abnormality warning information. Specifically, if the deviation value is greater than the preset deviation threshold value, the step of outputting the warning information of the abnormality of the medical equipment to be monitored includes:
Step b5, analyzing the actual operation parameters according to the theoretical operation parameters to obtain fault reasons and maintenance information;
and b6, transmitting the fault cause and the maintenance information to a management terminal corresponding to the medical equipment to be monitored, so that a holder of the management terminal can maintain the medical equipment to be monitored.
Further, different fault causes and maintenance information are set in advance for faults caused by various abnormal parameters, and the set fault causes and maintenance information are also different for different abnormal values of the abnormal parameters. The fault cause and the maintenance information set in the abnormal range a are a1 and a2, respectively, and the fault cause and the maintenance information set in the abnormal range b are b1 and b2, respectively. After determining that the medical equipment to be monitored has abnormality in the current operation function, analyzing the actual operation parameters according to the theoretical operation parameters of the current operation function to acquire fault reasons and maintenance information. Calculating a deviation value between the theoretical operation parameter and the actual operation parameter, determining an abnormal range where the deviation value is located, and analyzing the difference of the actual operation parameter.
