Abstract
The invention discloses a supervision method and device of medical equipment and a readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: monitoring the working state of each medical device, and determining undetermined medical devices corresponding to the acquisition request in each medical device when the acquisition request is received; searching target medical equipment with an idle working state in each undetermined medical equipment, and determining equipment position information of the target medical equipment; and sending the equipment position information to a terminal corresponding to the acquisition request, and changing the working state of the target medical equipment after the target medical equipment moves based on the position information so as to update the working state of each monitored medical equipment. The invention can rapidly determine the medical equipment which can be used currently by monitoring the working state of each medical equipment; and the working states of the monitored medical equipment are updated in time. Determining undetermined medical equipment belonging to the medical equipment type in the medical equipment, and searching target medical equipment with an idle working state in the undetermined medical equipment to determine equipment available for use in current idle; and, information of the position of the target medical device is determined as device position information thereof, and the device position information is transmitted to the terminal corresponding to the acquisition request. The terminal holder takes the target medical device according to the device position information, so that the target medical device moves based on the position information. And then, changing the working state after the movement to update the working state of each medical device under supervision. When the medical equipment is required to be used, the current available medical equipment can be rapidly determined through the monitored working conditions; and when the working state of the available medical equipment changes due to use, the working state is changed so as to realize timely update of the working state of each medical equipment under supervision. Meanwhile, the equipment position information of the position of the available medical equipment is sent to the terminal, so that the medical equipment can be conveniently and quickly acquired from the position for use; the rapid and efficient supervision of various medical equipment is realized.

The second embodiment of the method for supervising the medical devices is different from the first embodiment of the method for supervising the medical devices in that the step of supervising the operating states of the respective medical devices includes, after the step of supervising the operating states of the respective medical devices:
step b1, determining medical equipment to be monitored, wherein the working state of the medical equipment is an operation state;
step b2, acquiring theoretical operation parameters of the medical equipment to be monitored, and detecting actual operation parameters of the medical equipment to be monitored;
step b3, calculating a deviation value between the theoretical operation parameter and the actual operation parameter of each medical device to be monitored, and judging whether the deviation value is larger than a preset deviation threshold value or not;
and b4, if the deviation value is larger than the preset deviation threshold value, outputting alarm information of abnormality of the medical equipment to be monitored.
The embodiment monitors whether the operation of each medical device is normal or not while monitoring the working state of each medical device. Specifically, from the working states of the monitored medical devices, the medical device with the working state in the running state is determined, and the medical device is used as the medical device to be monitored to monitor whether the running state is normal or not. And acquiring theoretical operation parameters of each medical device to be monitored on the current operation function, wherein the theoretical operation parameters are recommended reference operation parameters of the current operation function. And detecting the actual operation parameters of the medical equipment to be monitored on the current operation function. For each medical device to be monitored, calculating a deviation value between a theoretical operation parameter and an actual operation reference parameter in the current operation function, and determining the difference between the actual operation parameter and the reference operation parameter through the calculated deviation value.
Further, a preset deviation threshold value representing the difference is preset, the calculated deviation value is compared with the preset deviation threshold value, whether the deviation value is larger than the preset deviation threshold value or not is judged, if the deviation value is larger than the preset deviation threshold value, the fact that the difference between the actual operation parameter of the current operation function and the reference operation parameter is larger is indicated, the medical equipment to be monitored possibly has abnormality in the current operation function, so that the abnormal warning information of the medical equipment to be monitored is output, the function is reminded to be overhauled in time, and the influence on the treatment of a patient is avoided. If the deviation value is not larger than the preset deviation threshold value through comparison, the fact that the actual operation parameters of the current operation function are in a reasonable range is indicated, and the medical equipment to be monitored does not need to be processed. But continuously monitors according to the monitoring period, so as to avoid the occurrence of abnormality along with the operation of the medical equipment to be monitored.
Furthermore, for the medical equipment to be monitored, which is judged to be abnormal, a mechanism for analyzing the cause of the abnormality is also arranged at the same time of outputting the abnormality warning information. Specifically, if the deviation value is greater than the preset deviation threshold value, the step of outputting the warning information of the abnormality of the medical equipment to be monitored includes:
Step b5, analyzing the actual operation parameters according to the theoretical operation parameters to obtain fault reasons and maintenance information;
and b6, transmitting the fault cause and the maintenance information to a management terminal corresponding to the medical equipment to be monitored, so that a holder of the management terminal can maintain the medical equipment to be monitored.
Further, different fault causes and maintenance information are set in advance for faults caused by various abnormal parameters, and the set fault causes and maintenance information are also different for different abnormal values of the abnormal parameters. The fault cause and the maintenance information set in the abnormal range a are a1 and a2, respectively, and the fault cause and the maintenance information set in the abnormal range b are b1 and b2, respectively. After determining that the medical equipment to be monitored has abnormality in the current operation function, analyzing the actual operation parameters according to the theoretical operation parameters of the current operation function to acquire fault reasons and maintenance information. Calculating a deviation value between the theoretical operation parameter and the actual operation parameter, determining an abnormal range where the deviation value is located, and analyzing the difference of the actual operation parameter. And searching the fault reasons and the maintenance information according to the abnormal range of the deviation value, and sending the first searched fault reasons and maintenance information to a management terminal corresponding to the medical equipment to be monitored. And the management terminal holder maintains the medical equipment to be monitored by checking the fault reason and the maintenance information, and rapidly checks the fault of the medical equipment to be monitored, so that the medical equipment to be monitored can be recovered to be used normally.
The implementation needle monitors the working state of each medical device, monitors whether the medical device operates normally or not, and analyzes the abnormality reasons aiming at the medical device which operates abnormally. Therefore, the medical equipment in the idle available state is quickly searched, the medical equipment with abnormal faults in operation can be found in time, the abnormal faults can be quickly solved through the analyzed abnormal reasons, and the use safety of the medical equipment is ensured.
Further, based on the first or second embodiment of the supervision method of the medical device of the present invention, a third embodiment of the supervision method of the medical device of the present invention is presented.
The third embodiment of the supervision method of a medical device differs from the first or second embodiment of the supervision method of a medical device in that the supervision method of a medical device further comprises the steps of:
step S40, when the detection reaches a preset time point, determining to-be-reset medical equipment with an idle working state in the medical equipment;
step S50, reading preset position information of each medical device to be reset, and detecting real-time position information of each medical device to be reset;
step S60, judging whether preset position information and real-time position information of each medical device to be reset are consistent, if so, completing resetting of the medical device to be reset at the preset time point;
And step S70, if the positions of the medical equipment to be reset are inconsistent, outputting prompt information for adjusting the positions of the medical equipment to be reset.
The position state of each medical device is monitored to ensure the ordering of the positions of the medical devices, so that the medical workers can conveniently take the medical devices. Specifically, a preset time point of supervision is set in advance according to the demand, such as 6 pm every day. And determining the medical equipment in the idle state by monitoring the working state of each medical equipment every time the preset time point is detected. The medical equipment in the idle state needs to return to the initial position because the medical equipment is not used, so the medical equipment is used as medical equipment to be returned. Presetting initial positions of various medical devices as preset position information, and determining the type of the equipment to which each medical device to be reset belongs after finding out the medical device to be reset; and searching preset position information set for each attribution equipment type, and reading the searched preset position information as preset position information of each medical equipment to be reset.
Further, the real-time position information of each medical device to be reset is detected, and for each medical device to be reset, the preset position information and the real-time position information are compared, and whether the preset position information and the real-time position information are consistent or not is judged. If the current actual position of the medical equipment to be reset is the initial position, the medical equipment to be reset is reset at the preset time point. Otherwise, if the preset position information and the real-time position information are consistent, the homing of the medical equipment to be homing is completed.
According to the embodiment, the preset time point is set, the real-time position information of each medical device in the idle state is detected, and each medical device which is not located in the initial position is reset, so that each medical device is located in the initial position and is convenient to take.
Further, based on the first, second or third embodiment of the supervision method of the medical device of the present invention, a fourth embodiment of the supervision method of the medical device of the present invention is presented.
The fourth embodiment of the supervision method of a medical device differs from the first, second or third embodiment of the supervision method of a medical device in that the supervision method of a medical device further comprises the steps of:
step S80, when the detection reaches the preset checking time, reading the accumulated use frequency information and the reference use frequency information of each medical device;
step S90, comparing the accumulated use frequency information of each medical device with the reference use frequency information, and judging whether the accumulated use frequency information is larger than the reference use frequency information;
and step S100, outputting elimination prompt information if the reference frequency information is larger than the reference frequency information.
In this embodiment, the frequency of use of each medical device is checked, and medical devices with high frequency of use and serious loss are eliminated in time, so that the influence of the use effect is avoided. The preset checking time for checking is preset according to the requirement, such as checking once every month or quarter. Every time the preset check time is detected, the accumulated usage frequency information and the reference usage frequency information of each medical device are read from the usage record of the server. The accumulated using frequency information is the total number of times used by the medical equipment from the first use to the current check; the reference usage frequency information is a total number of recommended uses of the medical device in its life cycle.
Further, for each medical device, comparing the accumulated frequency of use information with the reference frequency of use information, and judging whether the accumulated frequency of use information is larger than the reference frequency of use information. If the frequency information is larger than the frequency information, the total number of times of using the medical equipment is excessive, the loss is serious, and the use effect can be influenced when the medical equipment is continuously used. Therefore, the elimination information is output aiming at the medical equipment to prompt the medical equipment to reach the elimination standard, and the medical equipment should be eliminated in time so as to ensure the use effect. Otherwise, if the frequency information is not greater than the reference frequency information, the medical equipment is not required to be eliminated. But continues to check according to the subsequent preset checking time so as to timely eliminate the medical equipment when the elimination standard is reached along with the operation of the medical equipment.
In the embodiment, whether the time use frequency of each medical device exceeds the reference use frequency is checked by presetting preset checking time, and for the medical devices with larger loss and larger exceeding the reference use frequency, the elimination prompt information is output to eliminate in time; therefore, damage caused by untimely elimination due to difficulty in determining the use frequency is avoided, and the use safety of medical equipment is ensured.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a readable storage medium.
The readable storage medium has stored thereon a supervisory program of the medical device, which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the method of supervising the medical device as described above.
The specific implementation manner of the readable storage medium of the present invention may be substantially the same as that of each embodiment of the monitoring method of the medical device, and will not be described herein.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and many modifications may be made thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention and the scope of the appended claims, which are to be accorded the full scope of the present invention as defined by the following description and drawings, or by any equivalent structures or equivalent flow changes, or by direct or indirect application to other relevant technical fields.
Claims (10)
1. A method of supervising a medical device, the method comprising the steps of:
Monitoring the working state of each medical device, and determining undetermined medical devices corresponding to the acquisition requests in the medical devices when the acquisition requests are received, wherein the acquisition requests applied for the medical devices are sent out through a terminal in communication connection with a server;
searching target medical equipment with an idle working state in the undetermined medical equipment, and determining equipment position information of the target medical equipment;
transmitting the equipment position information to a terminal corresponding to the acquisition request, and changing the working state of the target medical equipment after moving based on the position information so as to update the working state of each monitored medical equipment;
wherein, the working state of the target medical equipment is changed from the idle state to the running state.
2. The method of supervising a medical device according to claim 1, wherein the number of target medical devices is plural, and the step of transmitting the device position information to a terminal corresponding to the acquisition request includes:
detecting terminal position information corresponding to the acquisition request, and determining path information between the terminal position information and device position information of a plurality of target medical devices respectively;
And determining target path information with the shortest path in the path information, and sending equipment position information corresponding to the target path information to a terminal corresponding to the acquisition request.
3. The method of supervising a medical device according to claim 1, wherein the number of target medical devices is plural, and the step of transmitting the device position information to a terminal corresponding to the acquisition request includes:
respectively reading the using frequency information of a plurality of target medical devices, and determining target using frequency information with the smallest using frequency in the using frequency information;
and determining target medical equipment corresponding to the target frequency of use information, and transmitting equipment position information of the corresponding target medical equipment to a terminal corresponding to the acquisition request.
4. The method of supervising the medical devices of claim 1, wherein the step of supervising the operating state of each medical device comprises, after:
determining medical equipment to be monitored, wherein the working state of the medical equipment is an operation state;
acquiring theoretical operation parameters of each medical device to be monitored, and detecting actual operation parameters of each medical device to be monitored;
Calculating deviation values between theoretical operation parameters and actual operation parameters of each medical device to be monitored, and judging whether the deviation values are larger than a preset deviation threshold value or not;
if the deviation value is larger than the preset deviation threshold value, outputting alarm information of abnormality of the medical equipment to be monitored.
5. The method for monitoring and managing medical equipment according to claim 4, wherein the step of laterally outputting the alarm information of the abnormality of the medical equipment to be monitored if the alarm information is greater than a preset deviation threshold value comprises:
analyzing the actual operation parameters according to the theoretical operation parameters to obtain fault reasons and maintenance information;
and simultaneously sending the fault reason and the maintenance information to a management terminal corresponding to the medical equipment to be monitored so as to enable a holder of the management terminal to maintain the medical equipment to be monitored.
6. The method of supervising a medical device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the step of transmitting the device location information to a terminal corresponding to the acquisition request includes:
and receiving a locking request sent by the terminal, and setting the working state of the target medical equipment to be a locking state based on the locking request.
7. The method of monitoring medical devices according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising the step of determining, when a preset time point is detected, a medical device to be reset, of which the operation state is an idle state, among the medical devices;
reading preset position information of each medical device to be reset, and detecting real-time position information of each medical device to be reset;
judging whether preset position information and real-time position information of each medical device to be reset are consistent, if so, finishing resetting the medical device to be reset at the preset time point;
if the positions of the medical equipment to be restored are inconsistent, outputting prompt information for adjusting the positions of the medical equipment to be restored.
8. A method of supervising a medical device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the method of supervising a medical device further comprises the steps of:
when the detection reaches the preset checking time, reading accumulated use frequency information and reference use frequency information of each medical device;
comparing the accumulated use frequency information of each medical device with the reference use frequency information, and judging whether the accumulated use frequency information is larger than the reference use frequency information or not;
And if the reference use frequency information is larger than the reference use frequency information, outputting elimination prompt information.

A medical device supervision device, characterized in that the medical device supervision device comprises a memory, a processor and a medical device supervision program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which medical device supervision program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the medical device supervision method according to any one of claims 1-8.
