When the adjustment is needed, after the corresponding adjusting nut 73 needs to be loosened, the corresponding adjusting sleeve 71 is moved, and then the adjusting nuts 73 on the two sides are screwed to clamp the adjusting sleeve 71 for limiting. If the brief description of the present invention is not clear, reference is made directly to the related contents of the expanding width adjusting device portion and the fitting structure thereof with other components in document 1.
In addition, the left and right adjusting arms 21 and 31 are used for opening the spreader adjustment rod 1 to prevent the spreader adjustment rod 1 from being positioned right above the left and right spreader units 2 and 3; because the space between the left distraction unit 2 and the right distraction unit 3 is needed by the surgical operation, and the area right above the left distraction unit and the right distraction unit is the area which enters during the surgical operation, if interference exists, the convenience of the surgical operation is seriously influenced. As shown in fig. 1, the respective length directions of the left and right adjustment arms 21, 31 are substantially perpendicular to the respective length directions of the distraction rod 1, and are also substantially perpendicular to the thickness direction of the soft tissue layer, for the purpose of distracting the distraction rod 1 as described above. More specifically, the left adjusting arm 21 in the present invention may be provided as an integral structure with the left connecting member 22; similarly, the right adjusting arm 31 can also be integrated with the right connecting piece 32; the arrangement does not affect the function requirement of the invention for the expansion of the left expansion unit 2 and the right expansion unit 3.
In addition, the left opening plate 24 may be provided as an integral structure with the first vertical section 221; similarly, the right spreader plate 34 may be configured as an integral structure with the second vertical section 321; such an arrangement does not affect the functional requirements of the present invention for the expansion of the left expansion unit 2 and the right expansion unit 3.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the present invention further includes a front spreader unit 4, the front spreader unit 4 includes a front spreader plate 41, a front connector 42, a front rotating sleeve 43, and a second locking screw 44, the front rotating sleeve 43 is connected to one end of the front connector 42, the front rotating sleeve 43 is rotatably mounted on the spreader adjustment lever 1 between the left spreader unit 2 and the right spreader unit 3, the second locking screw 44 is mounted on the front rotating sleeve 43 for locking the position of the front rotating sleeve 43 on the spreader adjustment lever 1, and the other end of the front connector 42 is connected to the front spreader plate 41. The front distraction unit 4 is used for further distracting and limiting one side between the left distraction unit 2 and the right distraction unit 3 after the soft tissue layers are distracted, namely the soft tissue layer at the front side; because the distraction cavity 6 formed after the left distraction unit 2 and the right distraction unit 3 are distracted is approximately a cavity structure with soft tissue layers around, and the left distraction unit 2 and the right distraction unit 3 can only approximately play a good distraction effect on the soft tissue layers on the left and right sides, even if the left distraction unit 2 and the right distraction unit 3 are set to be arc-shaped arch bar structures, the effective distraction limit on the periphery of the distraction cavity 6 is usually difficult to realize. After the front opening unit 4 is arranged, the opening limiting effect on the soft tissue layer at the front side of the opening cavity 6 can be further realized by the front opening plate 41; moreover, the front opening plate 41 can be rotationally adjusted by providing a locking structure of the rotating sleeve 43 and the second locking screw 44, and the opening amount of the soft tissue layer can be adjusted and locked by the rotational adjustment.
In addition, referring to fig. 6 to 9, the present invention further includes a rear spreader unit 5, and a sliding sleeve joint section 8 is provided on the left or right adjusting arm 21 or 31, extending outward from one end of the spreader adjusting rod 1; the rear spreading unit 5 comprises a rear adjusting arm 51, a rear spreading plate 52, a rear connecting piece 53, a rear rotating sleeve 54 and a third locking screw 55, wherein one end of the rear adjusting arm 51 is mounted on the sliding sleeve section 8 only in a sliding manner along the length direction of the sliding sleeve section 8, the rear rotating sleeve 54 is connected with one end of the rear connecting piece 53, the rear rotating sleeve 54 is mounted on the rear adjusting arm 51 at least in a rotating manner, the third locking screw 55 is mounted on the rear rotating sleeve 54 and used for locking the position of the rear rotating sleeve 54 on the rear adjusting arm 51, and the other end of the rear connecting piece 53 is connected with the rear spreading plate 52. The purpose of the sliding sleeve section 8 is to adjust the distance between the rear spreader unit 5 and the front spreader unit 4 along the corresponding length direction of the right adjusting arm 31. The rear rotating sleeve 54 and the third locking screw 55 are provided to achieve the rotation adjustment of the rear spreader plate 52, similar to the rotation adjustment function of the front spreader plate 41, and can achieve the adjustment and locking of the amount of spreading of the soft tissue layer through the rotation adjustment.
In addition, for the structure and the corresponding size setting of the front opening plate 41 and the rear opening plate 52, the principle is similar to the corresponding parameter setting of the left opening plate 23 and the right opening plate 34, and the corresponding size of the opening cavity 6 to be opened in the actual operation should be reasonably set. In addition, as for the front opening plate 41 and the rear opening plate 52, it is also preferable in the present invention that they are provided in an arch structure having an arc shape, and concave sides of the front opening plate 41 and the rear opening plate 52 are provided oppositely; in this way, the distraction cavity 6 is formed between the left distraction plate 24, the right distraction plate 34, the front distraction plate 41, and the rear distraction plate 52, and the distraction cavity 6 can form a window area having a substantially elliptical or circular cross-section.

Claims (8)

1. A centrum struts and reveals the device, including strut the adjusting lever (1), left strut unit (2) and right strut unit (3), left strut unit (2) including left regulating arm (21), left connecting piece (22) and left screw (23), right strut unit (3) including right regulating arm (31), right connecting piece (32) and right screw (33); one end of a left adjusting arm (21) is arranged on the distraction rod (1), one end of a right adjusting arm (31) is arranged on the distraction rod (1), and at least one of the left adjusting arm (21) and the right adjusting arm (31) is arranged on the distraction rod (1) in a way of moving and adjusting along the length direction of the distraction rod (1) through an adjusting mechanism (7); the method is characterized in that: the left opening unit (2) further comprises a left opening plate (24), and the right opening unit (3) further comprises a right opening plate (34); the left connecting piece (22) is of an L-shaped structure consisting of a first vertical section (221) and a first horizontal section (222), the upper end of the first vertical section (221) is connected with the left adjusting arm (21), the lower end of the first vertical section (221) is connected with one end of the first horizontal section (222), and the other end of the first horizontal section (222) extends towards the right opening unit (3) and is connected with the upper end of the left screw (23); the right connecting piece (32) is of an L-shaped structure consisting of a second vertical section (321) and a second horizontal section (322), the upper end of the second vertical section (321) is connected with the right adjusting arm (31), the lower end of the second vertical section (321) is connected with one end of the second horizontal section (322), and the other end of the second horizontal section (322) extends towards the left opening unit (2) and is connected with the upper end of the right screw (33); the left opening plate (24) is connected to the first vertical section (221), the right opening plate (34) is connected to the second vertical section (321), and an opening cavity (6) is formed between the left opening plate (24) and the right opening plate (34); the rear stretching unit (5) is further included, and a sliding sleeve joint section (8) is arranged on one end, far away from the stretching adjusting rod (1), of the left adjusting arm (21) or the right adjusting arm (31) in an outward extending mode; the rear opening unit (5) comprises a rear adjusting arm (51), a rear opening plate (52), a rear connecting piece (53), a rear rotating sleeve (54) and a third locking screw (55), one end of the rear adjusting arm (51) is mounted on the sliding sleeve section (8) only in a manner of sliding adjustment along the length direction of the sliding sleeve section (8), the rear rotating sleeve (54) is connected with one end of the rear connecting piece (53), the rear rotating sleeve (54) is mounted on the rear adjusting arm (51) at least in a manner of rotating adjustment, the third locking screw (55) is mounted on the rear rotating sleeve (54) and used for locking the position of the rear rotating sleeve (54) on the rear adjusting arm (51), and the other end of the rear connecting piece (53) is connected with the rear opening plate (52); a poking sheet (9) inserted into the gap between the adjacent vertebral bodies (10) is arranged at the middle part of the lower edge of the front opening plate (41) and/or the rear opening plate (52) and extends downwards.
2. A vertebral body distraction device according to claim 1, wherein: the left opening plate (24) and the right opening plate (34) are arranged in mirror symmetry.
3. A vertebral body distraction device according to claim 2, wherein: the left opening plate (24) and the right opening plate (34) are of arc-shaped arch plate structures, and the concave sides of the left opening plate (24) and the right opening plate (34) are oppositely arranged.

A vertebral body distraction device according to claim 1, wherein: a first connecting sleeve (2221) is arranged at one end of the first horizontal section (222) connected with the left screw (23), and the first connecting sleeve (2221) is in detachable sleeved connection with the upper end of the left screw (23); a second connecting sleeve (3221) is arranged at one end, connected with the right screw (33), of the second horizontal section (322), and the second connecting sleeve (3221) is detachably connected with the upper end of the right screw (33) in a sleeved mode.

A vertebral body distraction device according to claim 1, wherein: at least one of the left adjusting arm (21) and the right adjusting arm (31) is arranged on the distraction rod (1) in a way of moving and adjusting along the length direction of the distraction rod (1) through one of the following adjusting mechanisms (7):
firstly, the adjusting mechanism (7) comprises an adjusting sleeve (71) and a first locking screw (72) which are arranged at the end part of the corresponding adjusting arm, an internal thread is arranged in the adjusting sleeve (71), an external thread is arranged on the distraction rod (1), and the adjusting sleeve (71) is in threaded connection and matching with the external thread on the distraction rod (1); a first locking screw (72) is mounted on the adjusting sleeve (71) for locking the position of the adjusting sleeve (71) on the spreader adjustment lever (1);
secondly, the adjusting mechanism (7) comprises an adjusting sleeve (71) and an adjusting nut (73) which are arranged at the end part of the corresponding adjusting arm, an external thread which is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut (73) is arranged on the spreading adjusting rod (1), the adjusting sleeve (71) is sleeved on the spreading adjusting rod (1) in a clearance manner, and two ends of the adjusting sleeve (71) are respectively provided with one adjusting nut (73) which is sleeved on the spreading adjusting rod (1);
thirdly, the adjusting mechanism (7) comprises a sliding sleeve arranged at the end part of the corresponding adjusting arm, a spreading width adjusting device is arranged on the sliding sleeve, and a rack is arranged on the spreading adjusting rod (1) along the length direction of the spreading adjusting rod; the expanding width adjusting device comprises a transmission mechanism and a stop mechanism, and the transmission mechanism and the stop mechanism are arranged at two ends of the sliding sleeve; the transmission mechanism is a gear in meshing transmission with the rack; a sealing cap is arranged on one axial side of the gear, and a tail cap and a handle for controlling the gear to rotate are sequentially arranged on the other axial side of the gear; the stop mechanism comprises a locking handle hinged on the sliding sleeve, an elastic connecting piece which is convenient for the locking handle to lock the rack is arranged between the sliding sleeve and the locking handle, and the elastic connecting piece is a torsion spring.
