Further, in various embodiments of the present invention, the user information and the user data acquired by the first server from the target server are both realized after the user authorization.
In various embodiments of the present invention, in practical applications, the first user is, for example, a corporate employee, and the second user is, for example, a general user other than a corporate employee. Therefore, the first user can communicate with other general servers through the independently developed communication server of the enterprise content, cross-platform communication is achieved, and meanwhile more convenient functions (such as performance assessment) can be achieved through the independently developed communication server of the enterprise content.
In each embodiment of the present invention, the accounts (the first account to the sixth account) may be accounts which can identify different users, such as a user nickname, a user mailbox, a user mobile phone number, and the like.
FIG. 1 shows a flow diagram of a cross-platform communication method according to an embodiment of the invention. The cross-platform communication method comprises the following steps:
step S110: at least a first server, enabling a first account of a first user to be associated with a target account of at least one first user, wherein the first account is the account of the first user in the first server, and the target account of the first user is the account of the first user in at least one target server.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the invention, the association of the first account and the target account of the first user may be stored only in the first server. In some variations, the association of the first account of the first user and the target account of the first user may be stored in both the first server and the target server. The association may be stored in the form of a mapping table, which is not intended to limit the present invention.
Step S120: responding to a target account of a second user, sending a friend adding request to the target account of the first user at the target server, and generating a third account of the second user at the first server based on the target account of the second user, wherein the target account of the second user is the account of the second user at the target server.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the user information required for the second user's third account generated at the first server may be obtained from the target server via authorization of the second user. Further, in the application scenario of the present invention, since the second user does not need to log in the first server through the third account, the third account of the second user may be used only as the identification and differentiation of the second user in the first server.
Step S130: at least the first server associates a third account of the second user with a target account of the second user.

Step S150: and responding to the target account of the second user and sending information to the target account of the first user through the target server, wherein the first server is communicated with the target server to display the sent information on a communication interface of the first account of the first user.
Specifically, the steps S140 and S150 further include a step of adding a friend of the target account of the second user and the target account of the first user in the target server.
In various embodiments of the present invention, the number of target servers is greater than or equal to one, whereby communication across multiple platforms via the first server may be achieved. Specifically, the number of target accounts of the first user is the same as the number of target servers, and the number of target accounts of the second user is the same as the number of target servers.
In the cross-platform communication method provided by the invention, the communication between the servers is used for integrating the communication tools and the universal communication tools in the enterprise, so that the communication tools in the enterprise can be used by the employees in the enterprise to communicate with users using other universal communication tools.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the target account of the second user generates the friend addition request through a link and a two-dimensional code that include the target account of the first user. Therefore, the second user can acquire the information of the target account of the first user by scanning the two-dimensional code or clicking the link under the condition that the target account of the second user logs in the target server, so that the target account of the second user and the friend adding action of the target account of the first user can be quickly and conveniently realized in the target server.
In each embodiment of the present invention, in consideration that the same user may generally use multiple communication tools, in this embodiment, the target server includes a second server and a third server, and the target account of the second user includes a fourth account of the second user on the second server and a sixth account of the second user on the third server; the target account of the first user comprises a second account of the first user on a second server and a fifth account of the first user in a third server. After the first user and the second user communicate with the second server through the first server based on the following steps: at least a first server, which associates a first account of a first user with a second account of the first user; responding to a fourth account of a second user, sending a friend adding request to the second account of the first user at a second server, and generating a third account of the second user at the first server based on the fourth account of the second user; at least the first server, associating the third account of the second user with the fourth account of the second user; responding to the first account of the first user and sending information to a third account of the second user through the first server, wherein the first server is communicated with the second server to display the sent information on a communication interface of a fourth account of the second user; and responding to the fourth account of the second user to send information to the second account of the first user through the second server, wherein the first server is communicated with the second server to display the sent information on a communication interface of the first account of the first user.
The steps of the first user and the second user communicating with the third server through the first server are shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows the following steps together:
step S111: and associating the first account of the first user with a fifth account of the first user on the first server and the third server, wherein the fifth account is the account of the first user in the third server.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the association of the first account and the fifth account of the first user may be stored only in the first server. In some variations, the association of the first account and the fifth account of the first user may be stored in both the first server and the third server. The association may be stored in the form of a mapping table, which is not intended to limit the present invention.
Step S121: and responding to a sixth account of the second user, sending a friend adding request to a fifth account of the first user at a third server, and matching the third account of the second user with the first server based on the sixth account of the second user.
In particular, in some embodiments, the user information of the second user for matching the third account of the second user at the first server may be obtained from the third server via the authorization of the second user. Further, the type of the user information obtained from the third server is determined according to the type of the third account of the second user in the foregoing step S120. For example, if the third account is a user mobile phone number, matching the user mobile phone number obtained from the third server in this step; for another example, if the third account is a user mailbox, the user mailbox acquired from the third server in this step is used for matching.
Step S131: and associating the third account of the second user with the sixth account of the second user at the first server and the third server.
In particular, in some embodiments of the invention, the association of the third account and the sixth account of the second user may be stored only in the first server. In some variations, the association of the third account and the sixth account of the second user may be stored in both the first server and the third server. The association may be stored in the form of a mapping table, which is not intended to limit the present invention.
Step S141: and responding to the first account of the first user to send information to a third account of the second user through the first server, wherein the first server is communicated with the third server to display the sent information on a communication interface of a sixth account of the second user.
Step S151: responding to the sixth account of the second user and sending information to the fifth account of the first user through the third server, wherein the first server is communicated with the third server to display the sent information on a communication interface of the first account of the first user.
Specifically, the steps S141 and S151 further include a step of adding a friend of the sixth account of the second user and the fifth account of the first user in the third server.
In the above embodiment, since the first user can communicate with the second user using different communication tools (the second server and the third server) through the first server, in order to ensure the continuity of communication and the integrity of information at the first user, the present invention may further include the steps of: and integrating information sent by the fourth account of the second user to the second account of the first user through the second server and information sent by the sixth account of the second user to the fifth account of the first user through the third server, and displaying the information in the same communication window of the communication interface of the first account of the first user. Therefore, even if the first user communicates with the second user through different servers (different communication tools), the whole communication process of the first user and the second user can still be completely and continuously shown in the same communication window. Further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a flowchart of cross-platform communication integration of a first server with a second server and a third server according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:

In a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to distinguish from the operation on the first information/the second information itself, when the first information/the second information is displayed in the same communication window, the first information/the second information has an information dialogue area and a source identification area (the information dialogue area and the source identification area may be displayed separately, in an intersecting manner, or in an inclusive manner), when the user operates in the information dialogue area, the operation (such as copying, forwarding, etc.) on the first information/the second information itself is realized, and when the user operates in the source identification area, the operation on the first information/the second information in step S301 is performed. In other embodiments, the operation on the first information/the second information itself or the operation on the first information/the second information described in step S301 may be distinguished by different gestures on the same operation region. The invention is not so limited.
Step S302: and displaying a floating window in communication windows of the first account of the first user and the third account of the second user, wherein the floating window is used for displaying information which is homologous with the operated information.
The above embodiment is specifically realized by the following steps:
step S311: and the first user operates the first information/the second information in the communication windows of the first account of the first user and the third account of the second user.
Step S312: making information of a different source from the operated information as a background;
step S313: and floating and combining the information which is homologous with the operated information from the communication windows of the first account of the first user and the third account of the second user into the floating window.
Step S314: and merging the information of the different source of the operated information to remove the interval generated by the floating of the information of the different source of the operated information from the communication windows of the first account of the first user and the third account of the second user.
Specifically, the steps S312 to S314 can be executed synchronously, but the invention is not limited thereto. Through the embodiment, the first user can quickly and conveniently gather the information of the same source for displaying so as to more intuitively know the front-back sequence of the information of the same source.
In the above embodiment, no matter which source information is selected, the following steps (taking the selection of the first information as an example) are further included in the floating window display: determining whether second information exists between adjacent first information; if the second information does not exist between the adjacent first information, the information sent by the first user between the first information to the second user is floated and combined with the first information in time sequence to be merged into the floating window;
and if second information exists between the adjacent first information, the information sent by at least one first user to the second user after the previous information in the two adjacent first information and the information sent by at least one first user to the second user before the next information are floated and combined with the first information into the floating window according to the time sequence. Thereby, the first user can further understand the dialog process of the first user and the second user.
In the above embodiment, if the user operates the information sent by the at least one first user after the previous information in the two adjacent first information to the second user and/or the information sent by the at least one first user before the next information to the second user, the other information between the information sent by the at least one first user after the previous information in the two adjacent first information to the second user and the information sent by the at least one first user before the next information to the second user is displayed on the floating window together.
