Abstract

The fourth threshold is used to determine the interference situation of the unlicensed frequency band, if the RSSI is high, the interference is large, and the unlicensed frequency band may cause very few transmission occasions due to the principle of listening before speaking.
As an alternative embodiment, in the case that the configuration information includes the second threshold information, step 22 includes:
determining Srxlev of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band according to the Qrxlevmeas and a third threshold value of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band, and if the Srxlev of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band is larger than 0, determining that the cell of the unauthorized frequency band can be resided;

In order to describe the load splitting method for the unlicensed frequency band more clearly, the following describes in detail with reference to several examples.
Example 1
The terminal resides in a cell of an authorized frequency band, and the network side equipment sends first redirection information to the terminal, wherein the first redirection information comprises frequency point information of an unauthorized frequency point, PCI and system information of the unauthorized frequency point. And the terminal reselects the cell of the unauthorized frequency point and utilizes the received system information to reside in the cell of the unauthorized frequency point.
When the terminal resides in the unauthorized frequency band, the network side can send redirection information to the terminal, the redirection information comprises frequency point information and PCI of authorized frequency points, and the terminal reselects to a cell of the authorized frequency points. And receiving system information on the authorized frequency point and residing.
Example two
The terminal resides in a cell of the authorized frequency point, and the network side sends a first threshold value, a second threshold value, a third threshold value and a fourth threshold value to the terminal. And the UE compares the Srxlev of the serving cell with a first threshold value, compares the Squal of the serving cell with a second threshold value, and does not need to perform different-frequency measurement if the Srxlev of the serving cell is larger than the second threshold value. Otherwise, starting pilot frequency measurement, and measuring an unauthorized frequency point by the terminal, wherein Srxlev of a cell of the unauthorized frequency point is greater than 0, and RSSI is less than a fourth threshold, and then reselecting the cell of the unauthorized frequency band by the terminal.
When the terminal resides in the cell of the unauthorized frequency point, if Srxlev of the service cell is compared with a first threshold value, if Srxlev is smaller than or equal to the first threshold value or RSSI of the unauthorized frequency point is larger than a fourth threshold value, the terminal starts pilot frequency measurement, the terminal measures the authorized frequency point, and if Srxlev of the authorized frequency point is larger than 0, the terminal reselects the cell of the authorized frequency point.
Example three
And the network side sends paging configuration information to the terminal, so that the terminal receives paging in the authorized frequency band when the terminal resides in the unauthorized frequency band. The paging configuration information includes time-frequency information and grouping information. The terminal judges the paging frame and paging occasion of the terminal according to the terminal ID (such as information of 5G-S-TMSI).
Example four
When the network side detects that the terminal has arrearage or the flow exceeds the limit, the core network sends indication information to the network side equipment to indicate the terminal to remove an unauthorized frequency band, and the base station sends a redirection message to the terminal, wherein the message comprises one or more of the following information: frequency point information of an unauthorized frequency point, physical layer cell ID (PCI), and time information. The time information indicates the time of the terminal working at the frequency point, and the terminal does not need to stay at the frequency point after time out.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a network-side device, which includes a processor 300 and a transceiver 310, where the processor 300 is configured to control the transceiver 310 to perform the following processes:

1. A cell reselection or redirection method is applied to network side equipment, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of:
the first redirection information is used for indicating the terminal to redirect to a frequency point or a cell of an unauthorized frequency band;
first frequency information, wherein the first frequency information is used for indicating frequency priority information of a licensed frequency band and/or an unlicensed frequency band;
first threshold information, wherein the first threshold information is used for the terminal to judge whether to start measurement of an unauthorized frequency band;
second threshold information, where the second threshold information is used by the terminal to determine whether an unlicensed frequency band may reside;
and the time information is used for indicating the time when the terminal resides in the cell of the unlicensed frequency band.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first redirection information comprises at least one of:
frequency information;
a physical cell identity;
system information;
and the indication information is used for indicating that the frequency point is an authorized frequency point or an unauthorized frequency point.

The method of claim 2, wherein the second threshold information comprises: a third threshold value for comparing the measured cell receiving level value Qrxlevmeas with the cell of the unlicensed frequency band, and/or a fourth threshold value for comparing the received signal strength indication RSSI with the cell of the unlicensed frequency band.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuration information further comprises:

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the parameters for receiving the paging message comprise at least one of:

group information indicating a plurality of terminals residing in an unlicensed frequency band; and the terminal residing on the unlicensed frequency band and indicated by the group information receives the paging message in the licensed frequency band.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the configuration information comprises:
receiving indication information sent by a core network, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that a terminal works in an unauthorized frequency band;
and sending the configuration information to the terminal.
9. A cell reselection or redirection method is applied to a terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving configuration information sent by network side equipment, wherein the configuration information is used for assisting a terminal to perform cell reselection or redirection;
and performing cell reselection or redirection according to the configuration information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of:
the first redirection information is used for indicating the terminal to redirect to a frequency point or a cell of an unauthorized frequency band;
first frequency information, wherein the first frequency information is used for indicating frequency priority information of a licensed frequency band and/or an unlicensed frequency band;
first threshold information, wherein the first threshold information is used for the terminal to judge whether to start measurement of an unauthorized frequency band;
second threshold information, where the second threshold information is used by the terminal to determine whether a cell in an unlicensed frequency band may camp;
and the time information is used for indicating the time when the terminal resides in the cell of the unlicensed frequency band.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the first redirection information comprises at least one of:
frequency information;
a physical cell identity;
system information;
and the indication information is used for indicating that the frequency point is an authorized frequency point or an unauthorized frequency point.

The method of claim 10, wherein the first threshold information comprises: a first threshold value for comparison with a cell selection reception level value Srxlev of the serving cell of the terminal and/or a second threshold value for comparison with a cell selection quality value Squal of the serving cell of the terminal.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein, in case that the configuration information includes first threshold information, the performing cell reselection or redirection according to the configuration information comprises:
acquiring Srxlev of the serving cell, and starting measurement of an unauthorized frequency band if the Srxlev of the serving cell is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

14. The method of claim 10, wherein the second threshold information comprises: a third threshold value for comparing the measured cell receiving level value Qrxlevmeas with the cell of the unlicensed frequency band, and/or a fourth threshold value for comparing the received signal strength indication RSSI with the cell of the unlicensed frequency band.
15. The method according to claim 14, wherein in case that the configuration information includes second threshold information, the performing cell reselection or redirection according to the configuration information includes:
determining Srxlev of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band according to the Qrxlevmeas and a third threshold value of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band, and if the Srxlev of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band is larger than 0, determining that the cell of the unauthorized frequency band can be resided;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and obtaining the RSSI of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band, and determining that the cell of the unauthorized frequency band can reside if the RSSI of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band is less than or equal to a fourth threshold value.
16. The method of claim 9, wherein the configuration information further comprises:
and paging configuration information, wherein the paging configuration information is used for configuring parameters of the terminal for receiving paging messages in an authorized frequency band.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the parameters for receiving the paging message comprise at least one of:
receiving time-frequency domain information of a paging message;
receiving periodic information of a paging message;
group information indicating a plurality of terminals residing in an unlicensed frequency band; and the terminal residing on the unlicensed frequency band and indicated by the group information receives the paging message in the licensed frequency band.
18. The method according to claim 9, wherein the receiving the configuration information sent by the network-side device includes:
and receiving the configuration information sent by the network side equipment according to the indication information sent by the core network, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the terminal works in the unauthorized frequency band.
19. A network side device, comprising a processor and a transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to control the transceiver to perform the following processes:
and sending configuration information, wherein the configuration information is used for assisting the terminal to carry out cell reselection or redirection.
20. The network-side device of claim 19, wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of:
the first redirection information is used for indicating the terminal to redirect to a frequency point or a cell of an unauthorized frequency band;
first frequency information, wherein the first frequency information is used for indicating frequency priority information of a licensed frequency band and/or an unlicensed frequency band;
first threshold information, wherein the first threshold information is used for the terminal to judge whether to start measurement of an unauthorized frequency band;
second threshold information, where the second threshold information is used by the terminal to determine whether an unlicensed frequency band may reside;
and the time information is used for indicating the time when the terminal resides in the cell of the unlicensed frequency band.
21. The network-side device of claim 20, wherein the first redirection information comprises at least one of:
frequency information;
a physical cell identity;
system information;
and the indication information is used for indicating that the frequency point is an authorized frequency point or an unauthorized frequency point.
22. The network-side device of claim 20, wherein the first threshold information comprises: a first threshold value for comparison with a cell selection reception level value Srxlev of the serving cell of the terminal and/or a second threshold value for comparison with a cell selection quality value Squal of the serving cell of the terminal.
23. The network-side device of claim 20, wherein the second threshold information comprises: a third threshold value for comparing the measured cell receiving level value Qrxlevmeas with the cell of the unlicensed frequency band, and/or a fourth threshold value for comparing the received signal strength indication RSSI with the cell of the unlicensed frequency band.
24. The network-side device of claim 19, wherein the configuration information further comprises:
and paging configuration information, wherein the paging configuration information is used for configuring parameters of the terminal for receiving paging messages in an authorized frequency band.
25. The network-side device of claim 24, wherein the parameter for receiving the paging message comprises at least one of:
receiving time-frequency domain information of a paging message;
receiving periodic information of a paging message;
group information indicating a plurality of terminals residing in an unlicensed frequency band; and the terminal residing on the unlicensed frequency band and indicated by the group information receives the paging message in the licensed frequency band.
26. The network-side device of claim 19, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
receiving indication information sent by a core network, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that a terminal works in an unauthorized frequency band;
and sending the configuration information to the terminal.
27. A cell reselection or redirection device applied to a network side device, comprising:
and the sending module is used for sending configuration information, and the configuration information is used for assisting the terminal in cell reselection or redirection.
28. A terminal comprising a processor and a transceiver, wherein the transceiver is configured to:
receiving configuration information sent by network side equipment, wherein the configuration information is used for assisting a terminal to perform cell reselection or redirection;
the processor is used for executing the following processes:
and performing cell reselection or redirection according to the configuration information.
29. The terminal of claim 28, wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of:
the first redirection information is used for indicating the terminal to redirect to a frequency point or a cell of an unauthorized frequency band;
first frequency information, wherein the first frequency information is used for indicating frequency priority information of a licensed frequency band and/or an unlicensed frequency band;
first threshold information, wherein the first threshold information is used for the terminal to judge whether to start measurement of an unauthorized frequency band;
second threshold information, where the second threshold information is used by the terminal to determine whether a cell in an unlicensed frequency band may camp;
and the time information is used for indicating the time when the terminal resides in the cell of the unlicensed frequency band.
30. The terminal of claim 29, wherein the first redirection information comprises at least one of:
frequency information;
a physical cell identity;
system information;
and the indication information is used for indicating that the frequency point is an authorized frequency point or an unauthorized frequency point.
31. The terminal of claim 29, wherein the first threshold information comprises: a first threshold value for comparison with a cell selection reception level value Srxlev of the serving cell of the terminal and/or a second threshold value for comparison with a cell selection quality value Squal of the serving cell of the terminal.
32. The terminal of claim 31, wherein in the case that the configuration information includes first threshold information, the processor is further configured to:
acquiring Srxlev of the serving cell, and starting measurement of an unauthorized frequency band if the Srxlev of the serving cell is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and acquiring the Squal of the service cell, and starting unauthorized frequency band measurement if the Squal of the service cell is less than or equal to a second threshold value.
33. The terminal of claim 29, wherein the second threshold information comprises: a third threshold value for comparing the measured cell receiving level value Qrxlevmeas with the cell of the unlicensed frequency band, and/or a fourth threshold value for comparing the received signal strength indication RSSI with the cell of the unlicensed frequency band.
34. The terminal of claim 33, wherein in the case that the configuration information includes second threshold information, the processor is further configured to:
determining Srxlev of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band according to the Qrxlevmeas and a third threshold value of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band, and if the Srxlev of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band is larger than 0, determining that the cell of the unauthorized frequency band can be resided;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and obtaining the RSSI of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band, and determining that the cell of the unauthorized frequency band can reside if the RSSI of the cell of the unauthorized frequency band is less than or equal to a fourth threshold value.
35. The terminal of claim 28, wherein the configuration information further comprises:
and paging configuration information, wherein the paging configuration information is used for configuring parameters of the terminal for receiving paging messages in an authorized frequency band.
36. The terminal of claim 35, wherein the parameters for receiving the paging message comprise at least one of:
receiving time-frequency domain information of a paging message;
receiving periodic information of a paging message;
group information indicating a plurality of terminals residing in an unlicensed frequency band; and the terminal residing on the unlicensed frequency band and indicated by the group information receives the paging message in the licensed frequency band.
37. The terminal of claim 28, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
and receiving the configuration information sent by the network side equipment according to the indication information sent by the core network, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the terminal works in the unauthorized frequency band.
38. A cell reselection or redirection device applied to a terminal, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving configuration information sent by network side equipment, and the configuration information is used for assisting a terminal to perform cell reselection or redirection;
and the reselection module is used for reselecting or redirecting the cell according to the configuration information.
39. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the cell reselection or redirection method according to any one of claims 1 to 8; or, when being executed by a processor, to carry out the steps in the cell reselection or redirection method according to any of claims 9-18.
