when the second identity information is matched with the first identity information, associating the second communication number with the target identity account number, and receiving the target communication message sent to the first communication number through the second communication number, wherein the target communication message comprises the response message input by the first input;
the cloud device stores the target identity account in advance, and sends the association relation between the second communication number and the target identity account to the cloud device, so that the second communication number receives the short message sent to the first communication number through forwarding of the cloud device;
Or, the method further comprises: the target identity account number is stored in the network side device in advance, and the association relation between the second communication number and the target identity account number is sent to the network side device, so that the second communication number receives an incoming call message or a short message sent to the first communication number through forwarding of the network side device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first input is an input of a replacement binding number for a target application, and wherein after the generating the target identity account number based on the first communication number and the first identity information, the method further comprises:
