Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of a self-service selling control method of a food package according to a first embodiment of the present invention, the control method is applied to a self-service selling machine of food package, and includes steps S101 to S105, where:
s101, receiving vending machine box door opening information sent by a server; and the vending machine door opening information is generated by the server after the current user is successfully authenticated.
As a first preferred design scheme of this embodiment, a local (vending machine) acquires current user information and sends the current user information to a server for authentication, that is, before S101, the method further includes the steps of: s100, obtaining current user information, and sending the current user information to a server side for authentication.
As a second preferred design scheme of this embodiment, the vending machine door opening information is generated by the server after receiving a vending machine door opening request triggered by a current user through client scanning and successfully authenticating the current user information; the vending machine door opening request includes vending machine information and current user information. In the second scheme, during specific implementation, the two-dimensional code image can be attached to the vending machine, and when a user wants to open the door of the box body to obtain the dish package, the user can scan the two-dimensional code image through a client (for example, a mobile phone) to request to open the door of the box body.
It can be understood that, no matter the first scheme or the second scheme is adopted, when the local (vending machine) and the server perform information interaction, the information sent locally to the server includes unique identification information (for example, address information or unique ID information) capable of being identified as the local vending machine, so that the server notifies and controls the local (vending machine) information.
And S102, generating a corresponding vending machine door opening control instruction according to the vending machine door opening information so as to open the vending machine door.
In this step, the generated vending machine door opening control instruction can drive a door driving mechanism connected with the vending machine door, and the vending machine door is opened through the door driving mechanism.
S103, reading label information of all dish packages currently stored in the vending machine cavity and recording the label information as label information before sale when the vending machine door is opened; wherein, each dish package is provided with a label with readable label information.
In the step, in specific implementation, tag information of all dish packages currently stored in the cavity of the vending machine can be read through the RFID reader-writer, and correspondingly, the tag on each dish package, which is provided with the tag information that can be read, is an RFID electronic tag. As can be appreciated, the use of the RFID tag facilitates writing, reading and modifying the tag information of each dish package, and in this embodiment, the tag information of each dish package stored in the vending machine cavity is written with at least a tag ID and a unit price of the dish, where the tag ID is a unique identification code of each dish package and the unit price of the dish is a selling price of each dish package.
When this step is performed, while the step S102 is performed to generate and send a vending machine door opening control command to open the vending machine door, an instruction may be issued to cause the RFID reader to read tag information of all the dish packages currently stored in the vending machine cavity. Or when receiving the vending machine door opening information sent by the door closing detection mechanism, sending an instruction to enable the RFID reader-writer to read the label information of all the dish packages currently stored in the vending machine cavity.
In addition, after the RFID reader-writer reads the label information of all dish packages currently stored in the cavity of the vending machine, the information is stored in the storage module as label information before sale. As will be appreciated, the pre-sale tag information includes the tag ID and unit price of the dish for each dish package currently stored within the vending machine cavity. The storage manner of the pre-sale tag information in the storage module can be a storage manner well known in the field of RFID technology, and a description thereof is omitted.
And S104, reading the label information of all the dish packages currently stored in the vending machine cavity and taking the label information as after-sale label information when the door of the vending machine is closed.

And S105, sending the pre-sale label information and the after-sale label information to the server, comparing the pre-sale label information and the after-sale label information by the server to obtain the packaging information of the dish taken away by the user, and charging the current user according to the packaging information of the dish taken away by the user.
In specific implementation, the after-sale tag information read in step S104 and the before-sale tag information read in step S103 and recorded (stored) in the storage module are packaged and sent to the server (through wireless or other communication methods), and the server compares the information to obtain the packaging information of the dishes taken by the user. Further, the server can compare the tag ID of each dish package in the pre-sale tag information and the tag ID of each dish package in the post-sale tag information to confirm the tag ID of the reduced (i.e. taken by the user) dish package, then obtain the corresponding unit price of the dish according to the tag ID of the reduced (i.e. taken by the user) dish package, and then calculate the total price of the dish, wherein the total price of the dish is the sum of the unit prices of each dish package taken by the user. And finally, carrying out charging operation on the current user according to the total price of the dishes.
Further, the server may perform charging operation on the current user in the following two ways:
the first method is as follows: and the server-side carries out fee deduction operation on the account corresponding to the current user. In this way, the user is charged by ensuring that the account registered in advance has enough balance. By adopting the method, the whole payment process can be completed completely without any implementation of a user, and the method is very quick and convenient. Of course, in order to let the user know the transaction situation in time, a transaction notification may also be generated after the fee deduction operation is completed and sent to the client corresponding to the user.
The second method comprises the following steps: and generating a bill by the server and then sending the bill to the client of the current user, so that the client of the current user carries out payment operation according to the bill. By adopting the method, the user can know the current bill condition in time, can not recharge the account in advance, and can pay the current bill by adopting any payment mode (including a third party payment platform) supported by the client in real time so as to complete the transaction.
In addition, because the fee deduction operation is triggered by closing the box door, in order to avoid the loss caused by forgetting to close the box door after the user selects the dish packages, the embodiment of the invention effectively reduces or avoids the condition through the following improvements:
the improvement is as follows: the door of the vending machine box body is structurally improved, and a closed door structure is realized by automatic reset. That is, when the user opens the door to select the dish package, it is necessary to keep the door in the opened state by an external force to prevent the door from being automatically returned to be closed. The second improvement is that: and when the door of the vending machine door is opened, the door of the vending machine door is started to perform timing operation, and when the timing operation reaches the preset use time, the door of the vending machine door is controlled to send an overtime alarm prompt or/and close. And secondly, the loss caused by forgetting to close the box door after the user selects the dishes and finishes packaging can be effectively avoided.
In specific implementation, the timing operation can be realized through a timer, and the alarm prompt is performed by adopting the modes of sound, LED (light emitting diode) lights, font display and the like.
In addition, as a perfect scheme of the second improvement, in order to prevent the user from leaving the vending machine without closing the box body after the user selects and packages the dishes, the following steps can be added: and when the timing reaches the preset use time, generating a use overtime prompting message and sending the message to the server, and sending the overtime prompting message to the client of the current user by the server to remind the user. Therefore, even if the user leaves the vending machine, the reminding message of not closing the box door can be received through the client (such as a mobile phone), and the loss caused by forgetting to close the box door can be effectively avoided.
It can be understood that the user mentioned in this embodiment and the following embodiments is a consuming user, and the consuming user needs to be authenticated by a real name before using the vending machine.
