Abstract
The application provides a user account expansion method and device, electronic equipment and a computer readable medium. The user account expansion method comprises the following steps: determining an initial user account set to be expanded as a user account set to be processed; iteratively executing expansion-deletion operation aiming at the user account set to be processed; after each expansion-deletion operation is executed, whether the user account set after the operation meets a preset convergence condition or not is judged, and the user account set meeting the convergence condition is determined as an expanded target user account set. According to the technical scheme, the number and the range of the user accounts can be effectively expanded, the high-value user accounts are prevented from being omitted, the expanded user accounts can be ensured to have higher information delivery value, and the low-value user accounts are prevented from being included.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for expanding a user account, an electronic device, and a computer-readable medium.
Background
With the development of the internet and computer technology, the internet has become an important way for people to transmit and acquire information. The wide use of the internet by people leads to a large amount of users gathered in the internet, and in practical application, information such as advertisement, information, multimedia information and the like can be put on the users on the internet.
Taking advertisement delivery as an example, currently, when delivering advertisements to accounts corresponding to users in the internet, an advertiser is often required to give seed users, or seed users are obtained through specific service scene collection, and the number of seed users is usually small, generally less than one hundred thousand. To meet business requirements, seed users typically need to be expanded. If the selection range of the expanded users is too large, the probability that a plurality of expanded users purchase the product is very low, and therefore the marketing cost is wasted; on the contrary, if the selection range of the extended user is too small, it means that many users that should be extended originally cannot receive the marketing information, and thus a large number of potential users are lost.
Therefore, how to effectively expand the user account for information delivery is an urgent problem to be solved.

The application aims to provide a user account expansion method and device, electronic equipment and a computer readable medium.
A first aspect of the present application provides a method for expanding a user account, including:
determining an initial user account set to be expanded as a user account set to be processed;
iteratively executing an expansion-deletion operation aiming at the user account set to be processed, wherein the expansion-deletion operation comprises the following steps: expanding the user account set according to the social contact account corresponding to each user account in the user account set, and deleting the user accounts in the expanded user account set according to the association degree of each user account in the expanded user account set and the expanded user account set;
after each time of executing the expansion-deletion operation, judging whether the user account set after the operation meets a preset convergence condition, and determining the user account set meeting the convergence condition as an expanded target user account set.
A second aspect of the present application provides a user account expansion apparatus, including:

The application provides at least one technical scheme which can at least obtain the following beneficial effects: because the number of the social contact account numbers of most user accounts is large in practical application, the user account number set can be greatly expanded according to the social contact account numbers, and therefore users with high information delivery value are prevented from being lost due to small expansion range; because the user account and the corresponding social contact account belong to an objective and accurate strong association relationship, the user account set is expanded according to the social contact account, so that the user account expanded into the user account set can be ensured to have higher association or similarity with the original user account in the set to a greater extent, and the user account expanded into the user account set has higher information delivery value; furthermore, by deleting the user accounts in the expanded user account set according to the association degree, a part of the user accounts which are less associated with the whole and have lower information delivery value can be removed, so that the user accounts in the expanded user account set have higher information delivery value after the deleted user account set is detected to be in accordance with the preset convergence condition. In conclusion, the technical scheme of the application can effectively expand the number and the range of the user accounts, avoid the omission of high-value user accounts, ensure that the expanded user accounts have higher information delivery value and avoid the inclusion of low-value user accounts.

The present application provides a method and an apparatus for expanding a user account, an electronic device, and a computer-readable medium, which are described below with reference to embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, which shows a flowchart of a user account expansion method according to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in the figure, the user account expansion method may include the following steps:
step S101: and determining the initial user account set to be expanded as a user account set to be processed.
The initial user account set comprises a plurality of initial user accounts, a user corresponding to the user accounts is a seed user, the user accounts can include but are not limited to a mobile phone number of the user, an email account number and accounts registered in any social networking platform, one of the characteristics of the user accounts is that the user accounts have social networking system accounts, and correspondingly, the social networking system accounts can include but are not limited to mobile phone numbers of mobile phone contacts, email account numbers of email contacts, accounts of friend users in the social networking platform and the like.
Step S102: iteratively executing an expansion-deletion operation aiming at the user account set to be processed, wherein the expansion-deletion operation comprises the following steps: and according to the association degree of each user account in the expanded user account set and the expanded user account set, deleting the user accounts in the expanded user account set.
In some embodiments, the expanding the user account set according to the social contact account corresponding to each user account in the user account set may include:
adding, for each user account in the set of user accounts, a social contact account of the user account to the set of user accounts.
The adding of the social contact account of the user account to the user account set may refer to adding all social contact accounts of the user account to the user account set, or selecting a part of social contact accounts of the user account to add to the user account set according to a certain condition, which may all achieve the purpose of the embodiment of the present application.
For example, if a user account a in the user account set has a plurality of social contact accounts a1, a2, A3, and a4, the social contact accounts a1, a2, A3, and a4 may all be added to the user account set, or a1 and a2 may be selected and added to the user account set according to a certain condition, so as to implement expansion of the user account set.
Considering that if all social contacts are added to the user account set without distinction, the data volume of the expanded user account set is large, and further the user account volume required to be processed in the subsequent deletion operation is large, which affects the data processing efficiency, in some modification embodiments, the adding of the social contact account of the user account to the user account set may include:
calculating the association degree of each social contact account of the user accounts and the user account set;
adding the social contact account with the relevance greater than a first relevance threshold to the set of user accounts.
The method has the advantages that the association degree is calculated, the social contact account number with the association degree larger than the first association threshold value is selected, so that the preliminary screening of the social contact account number can be realized, the expansion of the user account set is realized by utilizing the social contact account number meeting the threshold value condition, the expansion quantity is simplified, the expanded social contact account number is ensured to have higher probability and higher information delivery value, the user account amount needing to be processed in the subsequent deletion operation is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
The association degree is used to characterize the association degree and the affinity degree of the social contact account with the user account set, for example, in some embodiments, the calculating the association degree of the social contact account with the user account set may include:
determining the number of first type social contact persons corresponding to the social contact person accounts, wherein the number of the first type social contact persons comprises the number of social contact person accounts belonging to the user account set and corresponding to the social contact person accounts;
and calculating the association degree of the social contact account and the user account set according to the ratio of the number of the first type of social contacts corresponding to the social contact account to the total number of the social contact accounts corresponding to the social contact account.
The relevance calculated by the method can accurately reflect the degree of closeness of the social contact person to each user account in the user account set, is beneficial to selecting the user with higher similarity to the seed user for expansion, and the expanded user has higher information delivery value.
On the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments of the present application, in some modified embodiments, the deleting user accounts in the expanded user account set according to the degree of association between each user account in the expanded user account set and the expanded user account set includes:
calculating the association degree of each user account in the expanded user account set and the expanded user account set;
and deleting the user account with the relevance smaller than a second relevance threshold from the expanded user account set.
Because the association degree of each user account and the user account set changes along with the expansion of the user account set, the association degree needs to be calculated again after the expansion, and the user accounts with lower association degree are deleted according to the association degree obtained by recalculation, so that the left user accounts are ensured to have higher information delivery value.
For example, please refer to fig. 2 to 4, where fig. 2 illustrates a schematic diagram of a set of user accounts before expansion provided by some embodiments of the present application, fig. 3 illustrates a schematic diagram of an expanded set of user accounts provided by some embodiments of the present application, fig. 4 illustrates a schematic diagram of a truncated set of user accounts provided by some embodiments of the present application, as illustrated in the diagram, straight lines indicate that users have social connections (i.e., are social contacts with each other), before expansion, as illustrated in fig. 2, association degrees of a user account A, B, C and a set of user accounts are 2/5, 2/5 and 2/4, respectively, and if a first association threshold is less than 2/5, A, B, C can be fully expanded into the set of user accounts; after the expansion, as shown in fig. 3, the association degrees of the user account A, B, C and the user account set are 2/5, 3/5 and 3/4, respectively, it is obvious that since B and C are expanded into the user account set at the same time and have social connections (i.e., are social contacts with each other), the association degrees of B and C are changed compared with those before the expansion, if the second association degree set is 0.5, a needs to be deleted, B and C are retained, and through the above steps, one expansion-deletion operation is completed.
The second relevancy threshold may be the same as the first relevancy threshold, or may be greater than or less than the first relevancy threshold, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a value of the second relevancy threshold according to actual needs.
It should be noted that, the calculation principle of the association degree used in the deletion operation is consistent with that used in the aforementioned expansion operation, and since the user account set changes, in order to describe more clearly the calculation manner of the association degree used in the deletion operation, in some embodiments, the calculating the association degree between the user account and the expanded user account set includes:
determining the number of second types of social contact persons corresponding to the user account, wherein the number of the second types of social contact persons comprises the number of social contact person accounts corresponding to the user account and belonging to the expanded user account set;
and calculating the association degree of the user account and the expanded user account set according to the ratio of the number of the second type of social contact persons corresponding to the user account to the total number of the social contact persons corresponding to the user account.
Step S103: after each expansion-deletion operation is executed, whether the user account set after the operation meets a preset convergence condition or not is judged, and the user account set meeting the convergence condition is determined as an expanded target user account set.
With the iterative execution of the expansion-deletion operation, after a certain number of times of execution, the number of newly added user accounts in the user account set after the expansion-deletion operation is executed each time is in a descending trend, that is, the user account set can be in a convergence trend, and by setting a convergence condition, the expanded user account set can be determined in time after the convergence condition is met, so that the waste of marketing cost caused by unlimited expansion is avoided.
The preset convergence condition can be flexibly set according to actual requirements, and the application exemplarily provides a plurality of implementation modes:

Any convergence condition can be used for judging whether the user account set converges or not, so that the expanded user account set is determined in time, and the waste of marketing cost caused by unlimited expansion is avoided.
In addition, a single expansion rate (a ratio of a single expansion amount to the total number of the user accounts in the user account set before expansion), a single deletion rate (a ratio of a single deletion amount to the total number of the user accounts in the user account set before deletion), and the like can be adopted to replace the single expansion amount and the single deletion amount, so that the purpose of the application can be achieved, and the protection scope of the application is also included.

In some variations of the embodiments of the present application, the add-subtract operation module 102 includes:
the association degree calculation unit is used for calculating the association degree between the user account and the expanded user account set aiming at each user account in the expanded user account set;
and the deleting unit is used for deleting the user account with the relevance smaller than a second relevance threshold from the expanded user account set.
In some modified embodiments of the embodiment of the present application, the association degree calculating unit includes:
a second type quantity determining subunit, configured to determine a second type of social contact number corresponding to the user account, where the second type of social contact number includes a quantity of social contact accounts corresponding to the user account and belonging to the expanded user account set;
and the second-type relevance calculation subunit is used for calculating the relevance of the user account and the expanded user account set according to the ratio of the number of the second-type social contact persons corresponding to the user account to the total number of the social contact persons corresponding to the user account.
In some variations of the embodiments of the present application, the preset convergence condition includes:
in the operation, the single expansion amount for expanding the user account set is smaller than an expansion amount threshold value; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in the operation, the single deletion amount for deleting the user accounts in the expanded user account set is smaller than the deletion amount threshold.
In some variations of the embodiments of the present application, the apparatus 10 further includes:
and the iteration execution triggering module is used for determining the user account set after the operation as a user account set to be processed if the convergence condition is not met, and triggering the step of executing the expansion-deletion operation in an iteration mode aiming at the user account set to be processed.
The user account expansion device 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application has the same beneficial effects as the user account expansion method provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present application based on the same inventive concept.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device corresponding to the user account expansion method provided in the foregoing embodiment, where the electronic device may be an electronic device used for a server, such as a server, and includes an independent server, a distributed server cluster, and the like, so as to execute the user account expansion method.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of an electronic device provided in some embodiments of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 20 may include: the system comprises a processor 200, a memory 201, a bus 202 and a communication interface 203, wherein the processor 200, the communication interface 203 and the memory 201 are connected through the bus 202; the memory 201 stores a computer program that can be executed on the processor 200, and the processor 200 executes the user account expansion method provided in any of the foregoing embodiments when executing the computer program.
The Memory 201 may include a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM), and may also include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The communication connection between the network element of the system and at least one other network element is realized through at least one communication interface 203 (which may be wired or wireless), and the internet, a wide area network, a local network, a metropolitan area network, and the like can be used.
The processor 200 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 200. The Processor 200 may be a general-purpose Processor, and may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, among other storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 201, and the processor 200 reads the information in the memory 201 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware thereof.
The electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the application and the user account expansion method provided by the embodiment of the application have the same inventive concept and have the same beneficial effects as the method adopted, operated or realized by the electronic equipment.
Referring to fig. 7, a computer-readable storage medium is shown as an optical disc 30, on which a computer program (i.e., a program product) is stored, where the computer program is executed by a processor to perform the user account expansion method provided in any of the foregoing embodiments.
It should be noted that examples of the computer-readable storage medium may also include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory, or other optical and magnetic storage media, which are not described in detail herein.
The computer-readable storage medium provided by the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application and the user account expansion method provided by the embodiment of the present application have the same beneficial effects as the method adopted, run or implemented by the application program stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
It should be noted that the flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units described is merely a logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units through some communication interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application, which are essential or contributing to the prior art, or parts thereof, can be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; the modifications and the substitutions do not cause the essence of the corresponding technical solutions to depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and the corresponding technical solutions are all covered in the claims and the specification of the present application.
Claims (11)
1. A user account expansion method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining an initial user account set to be expanded as a user account set to be processed;
iteratively executing an expansion-deletion operation aiming at the user account set to be processed, wherein the expansion-deletion operation comprises the following steps: expanding the user account set according to the social contact account corresponding to each user account in the user account set, and deleting the user accounts in the expanded user account set according to the association degree of each user account in the expanded user account set and the expanded user account set;
after each expansion-deletion operation is executed, whether the user account set after the operation meets a preset convergence condition or not is judged, and the user account set meeting the convergence condition is determined as an expanded target user account set.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the expanding the set of user accounts according to the social contact account corresponding to each user account in the set of user accounts comprises:
adding, for each user account in the set of user accounts, a social contact account of the user account to the set of user accounts.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein adding the social contact account of the user account to the set of user accounts comprises:
calculating the association degree of each social contact account of the user accounts and the user account set;
adding the social contact account with the relevance greater than a first relevance threshold to the set of user accounts.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein calculating the association of the social contact account with the set of user accounts comprises:
determining the number of first type social contact persons corresponding to the social contact person accounts, wherein the number of the first type social contact persons comprises the number of social contact person accounts belonging to the user account set and corresponding to the social contact person accounts;
and calculating the association degree of the social contact account and the user account set according to the ratio of the number of the first type of social contacts corresponding to the social contact account to the total number of the social contact accounts corresponding to the social contact account.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the deleting the user accounts in the expanded user account set according to the association degree between each user account in the expanded user account set and the expanded user account set comprises:
calculating the association degree of each user account in the expanded user account set and the expanded user account set;
and deleting the user account with the relevance smaller than a second relevance threshold from the expanded user account set.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the calculating the association degree of the user account with the expanded set of user accounts comprises:
determining the number of second types of social contact persons corresponding to the user account, wherein the number of the second types of social contact persons comprises the number of social contact person accounts corresponding to the user account and belonging to the expanded user account set;
and calculating the association degree of the user account and the expanded user account set according to the ratio of the number of the second type of social contact persons corresponding to the user account to the total number of the social contact persons corresponding to the user account.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset convergence condition comprises:
in the operation, the single expansion amount for expanding the user account set is smaller than an expansion amount threshold value; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in the operation, the single deletion amount for deleting the user accounts in the expanded user account set is smaller than the deletion amount threshold.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein after determining whether the user account set after the current operation meets a preset convergence condition, the method further comprises:
and if the operation is not in accordance with the convergence condition, determining the user account set after the operation as a user account set to be processed, and triggering the step of iteratively executing expansion-deletion operation aiming at the user account set to be processed.
9. A user account expansion apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an initial set determining module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the initial set determining module is used for determining an initial user account set to be expanded as a user account set to be processed;
an expansion-deletion operation module, configured to iteratively perform an expansion-deletion operation on the set of user accounts to be processed, where the expansion-deletion operation includes: expanding the user account set according to the social contact account corresponding to each user account in the user account set, and deleting the user accounts in the expanded user account set according to the association degree of each user account in the expanded user account set and the expanded user account set;
and the extended set determining module is used for judging whether the user account set after the operation meets a preset convergence condition or not after each time of executing the expansion-deletion operation, and determining the user account set meeting the convergence condition as an extended target user account set.
10. An electronic device, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor executes the computer program to implement the method according to any of claims 1 to 8.
11. A computer readable medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon which are executable by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
