Abstract
The invention provides a safe downloading method of mobile terminal software, which comprises the following steps: a first mobile terminal sends a software downloading request to a software library server; the software library server verifies the identity information of the first mobile terminal; the software library server searches a software downloading record and acquires the information and the quantity of other mobile terminals which download the software; the software library server sends a software uploading request to the other mobile terminals; the other mobile terminals encrypt the software and send the software to the software library server; the software library server sends the encrypted software to the first mobile terminal; and the first mobile terminal acquires the software data, decrypts and installs the software data. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the mobile terminal acquires the software from other mobile terminals which finish the software downloading and downloads the software in blocks, so that illegal software in the Internet can be effectively prevented, and the reliability and the safety of the software downloading of the mobile terminal are improved.

Background
With the rapid development of the internet industry, the types and the quantity of software are more and more, the demand of mobile terminal users for the software is more and more, and the following two modes are mainly used for common software downloading:
one is to download the software from the internet to the mobile terminal directly and then install the software for use. When the software downloaded from the internet is malicious software or the software data is injected into illegal data, the method easily causes the mobile terminal to be controlled by hackers, the terminal information is leaked, and the method is extremely unsafe especially in some specific environments such as schools, enterprises and the like.

the identification unit is used for identifying the acquired position information of the software data blocks, and the position information is the arrangement sequence of the software data blocks in the software data;
the resource server is used for storing the downloaded software data;
a first encryption unit, configured to encrypt the software data block;
the second sending unit is used for uploading the software data block and the terminal information to the software library server;
and the installation unit is used for installing software according to the decrypted complete software data.

and a fourth transmitting unit for transmitting the encrypted complete software data to the mobile terminal requesting the software download.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the mobile terminal acquires software from other mobile terminals which finish the software downloading and downloads the software in blocks, so that illegal software in the Internet can be effectively prevented, and the reliability and the safety of software downloading of the mobile terminal are improved. In addition, in the software downloading process, the software downloading request and the software data are encrypted, so that the software can be effectively prevented from being maliciously tampered in the downloading process.

Referring to fig. 1, a method for securely downloading mobile terminal software includes the following steps:
step 1: the first mobile terminal sends a software downloading request to the software library server.
The mobile terminal user adopts a user private key of the mobile terminal to digitally sign the software downloading request, and then sends the software downloading request to the software library server through the client or the webpage, wherein the software downloading request comprises terminal information of the mobile terminal and a software identifier for requesting software downloading.
Step 2: and the software library server verifies the identity information of the first mobile terminal.
After receiving a software downloading request of the mobile terminal, the software library server verifies the identity information of the mobile terminal and acquires the terminal information of the mobile terminal and a software identifier requesting software downloading, wherein a user public key of the mobile terminal is preset in the software library server.
And step 3: and the software library server searches the software downloading record and acquires the information and the quantity of other mobile terminals which download the software.
And the software library server searches for a corresponding software downloading record according to the software identifier of the software downloading request, and acquires the terminal information and the number of terminals of other mobile terminals which finish the software downloading, wherein the number of the terminals is N, and N is a positive integer.
And 4, step 4: and the software library server sends a software uploading request to the other mobile terminals.
The software base server sends software uploading requests to other mobile terminals respectively according to terminal information of the other mobile terminals which finish the software downloading, wherein the number of the software uploading requests is N, the software uploading requests correspond to the other mobile terminals one by one, the software base server encrypts the corresponding software uploading requests respectively by adopting user public keys of the other mobile terminals, the software uploading requests comprise software identification of the software and the number N of the terminals which finish the software downloading, the software uploading requests further comprise different serial numbers (1-N) corresponding to the other mobile terminals, the other mobile terminals correspond to the serial numbers randomly, and the user public keys of the other mobile terminals are preset in the software base server.
And 5: and the other mobile terminals encrypt the software and send the software to the software library server.
After receiving the software uploading request, other mobile terminals decrypt the corresponding software uploading request respectively through a user private key to obtain the software identification of the software, the number N of the terminals which finish the software downloading and different serial numbers (1-N).
And other mobile terminals search corresponding software data from the resource server according to the software identification of the software, and block processing is carried out on the software data according to the number N of the terminals, wherein the software data are divided into M software data blocks, and M is a positive integer. And then, acquiring the (1-N) th software data block after blocking according to different sequence numbers (1-N), and identifying the position information of the (1-N) th software data block, wherein each mobile terminal is configured with a resource server for storing downloaded software data, and the position information is the sequence number (1-N) of the (1-N) th software data block in the software data.
And other mobile terminals encrypt the (1-N) software data block by adopting different first encryption parameters, then digitally sign the encrypted (1-N) software data block and terminal information by adopting a user private key, and upload the terminal information and the terminal information to the software library server, wherein the different first encryption parameters comprise the same second encryption parameters and the terminal information of the mobile terminal, and the same second encryption parameters are preset in the other mobile terminals.
Step 6: and the software library server sends the encrypted software to the first mobile terminal.
After receiving the encrypted M software data blocks and the N terminal information, the software library server respectively carries out digital signature verification on the encrypted M software data blocks and the N terminal information through user public keys of other mobile terminals, after the verification is passed, a first decryption parameter is formed by adopting a second decryption parameter and the terminal information of the mobile terminal passing the verification, and then the software data blocks of the mobile terminal passing the verification are decrypted through the first decryption parameter, wherein the second decryption parameter corresponding to the second encryption parameter is preset in the software library server.
And after the software library server decrypts the received M software data blocks, identifying the position information of the M software data blocks, and sequentially combining the M software data blocks according to the position information to generate complete software data.
And the software library server encrypts the software data by adopting the user public key of the mobile terminal requesting the software downloading and sends the software data to the mobile terminal requesting the software downloading.
And 7: and the first mobile terminal acquires the software data, decrypts and installs the software data.
And after receiving the encrypted complete software data, the mobile terminal requesting software downloading decrypts the encrypted software data through a user private key to obtain the software data, and installs software according to the software data.
Referring to fig. 1, in step 2, when the authentication information fails, the software library server rejects the software download request of the mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 1, in step 3, each mobile terminal connected to the software library server is configured with a resource server for storing downloaded software data.

the software downloading system comprises a first sending unit, a second sending unit and a software library server, wherein the first sending unit is used for sending a software downloading request to the software library server, and the software downloading request comprises terminal information of the mobile terminal and a software identifier for requesting software downloading;
the identity information adding unit is used for adding identity information to the software downloading request and is also used for adding identity information to the encrypted software data block and the terminal information;
the first decryption unit is used for decrypting the software uploading request and decrypting the encrypted software data;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a software identifier of software requested to be downloaded, the number of terminals which finish the software downloading and a serial number from a software uploading request, and is also used for acquiring a blocked software data block from a resource server of the mobile terminal according to the serial number;
the first searching unit is used for searching corresponding software data from a resource server of the mobile terminal according to the software identification;
the first processing unit is used for carrying out block processing on the software data;
the identification unit is used for identifying the acquired position information of the software data blocks, and the position information is the arrangement sequence of the software data blocks in the software data;
the resource server is used for storing the downloaded software data;
a first encryption unit, configured to encrypt the software data block;
the second sending unit is used for uploading the software data block and the terminal information to the software library server;
and the installation unit is used for installing software according to the decrypted complete software data.

the verification unit is used for verifying the identity information of the first mobile terminal and verifying the identity information of the encrypted software data block and the terminal information;

a third sending unit, configured to send a software upload request to the mobile terminal that has completed the software download, where the software upload request includes a software identifier of the software, the number of terminals that have completed the software download, and different serial numbers;
the second encryption unit is used for encrypting the complete software data;
and the storage unit is used for storing the software downloading record.
The second processing unit is used for sequentially combining the software data blocks according to the position information of the software data blocks to generate complete software data;
the second decryption unit is used for decrypting the encrypted software data block;
the identification unit is used for identifying the position information of the decrypted software data block;
and a fourth transmitting unit for transmitting the encrypted complete software data to the mobile terminal requesting the software download.

Claims (8)
1. A method for safely downloading mobile terminal software is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: a first mobile terminal sends a software downloading request to a software library server;
step 2: the software library server verifies the identity information of the first mobile terminal;
and step 3: the software library server searches a software downloading record and acquires the information and the quantity of other mobile terminals which download the software;
and 4, step 4: the software library server sends a software uploading request to the other mobile terminals;
and 5: the other mobile terminals encrypt the software and send the software to the software library server;
step 6: the software library server sends the encrypted software to the first mobile terminal;
and 7: and the first mobile terminal acquires the software data, decrypts and installs the software data.

The method for securely downloading software of a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein in said step 5, said other mobile terminals block and encrypt the software data respectively and then transmit to the software library server, and in step 6, said software library server decrypts the software data blocks and combines them into complete software data in sequence, then encrypts the software data and transmits it to the first mobile terminal.
3. The method for securely downloading software of a mobile terminal according to claim 2, wherein in said step 2, the software library server rejects the software download request of the mobile terminal when the authentication of the identity information fails.
4. The method for securely downloading software of a mobile terminal according to claim 4, wherein in said step 3, each mobile terminal connected to the software library server is configured with a resource server for storing downloaded software data.
5. A system for realizing the method for safely downloading the software of the mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising a plurality of mobile terminals and software library servers respectively connected with the mobile terminals.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the software upload request sent by the software library server is accepted and executed by a mobile terminal in the system.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the mobile terminal comprises:
the software downloading system comprises a first sending unit, a second sending unit and a software library server, wherein the first sending unit is used for sending a software downloading request to the software library server, and the software downloading request comprises terminal information of the mobile terminal and a software identifier for requesting software downloading;
the identity information adding unit is used for adding identity information to the software downloading request and is also used for adding identity information to the encrypted software data block and the terminal information;
the first decryption unit is used for decrypting the software uploading request and decrypting the encrypted software data;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a software identifier of software requested to be downloaded, the number of terminals which finish the software downloading and a serial number from a software uploading request, and is also used for acquiring a blocked software data block from a resource server of the mobile terminal according to the serial number;
the first searching unit is used for searching corresponding software data from a resource server of the mobile terminal according to the software identification;
the first processing unit is used for carrying out block processing on the software data;
the identification unit is used for identifying the acquired position information of the software data blocks, and the position information is the arrangement sequence of the software data blocks in the software data;
the resource server is used for storing the downloaded software data;
a first encryption unit, configured to encrypt the software data block;
the second sending unit is used for uploading the software data block and the terminal information to the software library server;
and the installation unit is used for installing software according to the decrypted complete software data.
