Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present specification.
In practical application, a user can apply for opening a credit card through a service platform, and the service platform can send a request for applying for opening the credit card to a bank to which the credit card applied for opening by the user belongs. The bank usually conducts qualification audit of opening the credit card for the user according to the credit record of the user, and if the qualification audit of the user passes, the bank can issue the credit card to the user in a mailing mode and return the credit card information of the credit card to the service platform. After receiving the credit card, the user can go to the bank to activate the credit card, after the credit card is activated, the service platform can receive an activation message sent by the bank that the credit card is activated, and after receiving the activation message, the service platform can bind the credit card into service.
It can be seen from the above process that, in the prior art, when the user successfully applies for the credit card, the service platform can only perform service binding on the credit card after the user receives the issued credit card and activates the credit card to the bank, so that the time from the time when the user applies for the credit card to the time when the credit card is bound in the service platform is too long, which affects the service binding efficiency of the user.
In order to solve the above problem, in the service processing method provided in this specification, after a user applies for opening a bank account on a service platform, if a bank to which the bank account belongs creates the bank account that the user applies for opening, the bank account and a user platform account of the user on the service platform may be service-bound without waiting for the user to activate the bank account and then service-bind, so that the service-binding efficiency of the user is effectively improved. The following describes a method of service processing in this specification in detail.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for service processing in this specification, which specifically includes the following steps:
s101: the method comprises the steps that a service platform receives an account opening request sent by a client provided by a user through the service platform, the account opening request is used for the user to apply for opening a bank account on the service platform, and the account opening request is generated according to account opening operation executed on a specified page of the user applying for opening the bank account in the client.
In practical applications, a user may install a client provided by a service platform in a terminal owned by the user, and execute services provided by the service platform through the client, and when executing services such as payment and insurance, the services may be executed on the service platform by using a bank account of the user. Based on this, in this specification, a user may apply for opening a bank account in a client provided by a service platform to the user (that is, the user may execute each service in the service platform through the client), and accordingly, the client may send an opening request of applying for opening the bank account to the service platform according to an opening operation of applying for opening the bank account executed on a specified page where the user applies for opening the bank account in the client. The terminal mentioned here may refer to an electronic device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and a notebook computer that a user holds. The account opening operation mentioned here may refer to a user filling out personal information in a client and performing an operation of determining to open a bank account.
S102: and according to the account opening request, taking the bank to which the bank account applied for opening by the user belongs as an appointed bank, and sending the user information of the user carried in the account opening request to the appointed bank.
After receiving the account opening request of the user, the service platform may use the bank to which the bank account applied for opening by the user belongs as an appointed bank, and determine that the user information of the user carried in the account opening request is sent to the appointed bank. The user information mentioned herein may refer to the real name, identification number, mobile phone number, residence address, work unit name, work unit address, etc. of the user.
After receiving the account opening request of the user, the service platform can determine an information channel established between the designated bank and the service platform, and the information channel can be used for mutual information transmission between the service platform and the designated bank. The service platform can send the user information of the user to an appointed bank through the information channel so that the appointed bank can perform qualification verification on the user, and the appointed bank can return the bank account information of the bank account to the service platform after creating the bank account required by the user.
It should be noted that, if the service platform needs to establish an information channel with the designated bank, the service platform may send a request for creating the information channel to the designated bank, and the designated bank may perform qualification audit on the service platform according to the request for creating, and if the designated bank determines that the qualification audit of the service platform passes, the service platform may create an information channel for performing information interaction with the designated bank.
S103: receiving bank account information returned by the appointed bank, wherein the bank account information is determined after the appointed bank authorizes the user to apply for opening a bank account of the appointed bank on the service platform, and the bank account information comprises: and the user is provided with an authorization protocol number corresponding to the bank account opened by the appointed bank.
The service platform sends the user information of the user to an appointed bank, namely the service platform sends a request for applying for opening a bank account of the appointed bank to the appointed bank. After receiving the user information of the user, the designated bank determines whether the user is authorized to open the bank account at the designated bank according to the user information of the user, that is, whether the user can open the bank account at the designated bank is determined by performing qualification verification on the user.
If the appointed bank authorizes the user to open the bank account of the appointed bank on the service platform, a corresponding bank account is created according to the actual requirement of the user, and the bank account information corresponding to the bank account is returned to the service platform. The service platform can receive the bank account information returned by the appointed bank through the information channel.
The bank account information corresponding to the bank account mentioned herein may include an authorization agreement number corresponding to the bank account and a bank account number corresponding to the bank account, where the authorization agreement number uniquely corresponds to the bank account. The authorization protocol number can be used for the business platform to bind the bank account with the user platform account of the user on the business platform, and if the user executes the business on the business platform through the bound bank account, the business platform can send the authorization protocol number corresponding to the bank account to the bank, and the bank can determine the bank account according to the authorization protocol number, so that the user completes the business execution based on the bank account corresponding to the authorization protocol number on the business platform.
S104: and according to the authorization protocol number, performing service binding on the bank account corresponding to the bank account information in the inactivated state and the user platform account of the user on the service platform.
After receiving the bank account information returned by the designated bank, the service platform can perform service binding on the bank account corresponding to the bank account information in the inactivated state and the user platform account of the user on the service platform, that is, perform service binding on the bank account opened by the user at the designated bank and the user platform account of the user on the service platform through the service platform.
The service platform can perform service binding on the authorization protocol number corresponding to the bank account opened by the user at the specified bank and the user platform account of the user on the service platform, so that the bank account is bound in the user platform account of the user on the service platform.
After the business binding between the bank account and the user platform account of the user is completed, the business platform may allocate additional business resources to the user, so that the user performs business processing on the business platform through the allocated additional business resources. The additional service resources mentioned herein may refer to service resources such as coupons, platform credits, and phone charges allocated to the user. The user can utilize the allocated additional service resources to conveniently process the service in the service platform.
When the service platform receives the bank account information corresponding to the bank account, the specified bank just creates the bank account which the user applies for opening, and the user has not yet reached to activate the bank account, so the service platform can prompt the user to activate the bank account in the inactivated state. The service platform may prompt the user to activate the bank account by sending a short message to the user or dialing a voice call, or push prompt information prompting activation of the bank account to a client used by the user, so that the client displays the prompt information in a pop-up window manner, thereby implementing prompt of the user to activate the bank account, and other forms are not illustrated in detail here.
In this specification, the specific time for the service platform to prompt the user to activate may be various, for example, the service platform may prompt the user to activate when the service binding is performed on the bank account, that is, after the service platform performs the service binding with the user platform account of the user through the bank account in an inactive state, the service platform may prompt the user to activate the bank account immediately. For another example, the service platform may also query the account status of the bank account from the designated bank after receiving a service request for performing service processing through the bank account from the user, and prompt the user to activate the bank account if the account status of the bank account is queried to be an inactivated status. Other occasions are not illustrated in detail herein.
S105: and when the user is determined to select the bank account corresponding to the bank account information to execute the service on the service platform, processing the service according to the acquired account state of the bank account corresponding to the bank account information.
After the business binding between the bank account and the user platform account of the user on the business platform is completed, the user can execute the business on the business platform based on the bank account. Specifically, if the user executes some services such as payment and insurance through the bank account, the bank account needs to be in an activated state, and therefore, if the user selects to execute the service on the service platform through the bank account, the service platform may acquire the account state of the bank account from the bank and process the service according to the acquired account state.
If the service platform receives the service request sent by the user, whether the user selects to execute the service on the service platform through the bank account can be determined according to the service request, and if so, the account state of the bank account can be determined for the bank to which the bank account belongs. If the account state of the bank account is determined to be an activated state, the service is processed, if the account state of the bank account is determined to be an inactivated state, the service information carried in the service request can be cached, and after the account state of the bank account is determined to be changed into the activated state, the service is processed according to the service information.
That is, after receiving a service request sent by a user, the service platform determines that the bank account is in an inactive state by designating a bank, and stores service information corresponding to the service request, and once it is subsequently determined that the account state of the bank account is changed to an active state, processes a service corresponding to the service request sent by the user previously.
For example, if a user pays a certain order through a client and selects a bank account of a designated bank opened in a service platform to pay, the service platform may determine whether the bank account is in an activated state or not from the designated bank, if the bank account is in the activated state, the user may complete payment for the order through the bank account, if the bank account is in an inactivated state, the user may not pay the order through the bank account, and if the subsequent service platform determines that the bank account is in the activated state and the order is not cancelled, the user may pay the order through the bank account.
It should be noted that, when the service platform receives the bank account information corresponding to the bank account opened by the user and returned by the designated bank, the service platform cannot determine whether the bank account is in the activated state according to the bank account information. If the user needs to execute the service on the service platform through the bank account subsequently, the service platform can determine the account state of the bank account to the bank to which the bank account belongs, so that whether the bank account is in the activated state can be determined in this way.
In this specification, the bank account that the user applies for opening may be a deposit card that the user applies for opening or a credit card that the user applies for opening, and the following takes the credit card as an example to describe a complete interaction flow among the user, the service platform, and the bank in the process that the user opens the bank account on the service platform, as shown in fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a complete flow chart of provisioning a credit card for a user and performing service binding provided in this specification.
As can be seen from fig. 2, after the user applies for opening the credit card to the client provided by the user through the service platform, the service platform may send the user information of the user to the bank to which the credit card applied for opening by the user belongs, and the bank (i.e., the designated bank) may check the user information to determine whether the user has the qualification of opening the credit card at the bank. If the user is determined to have the qualification of opening the credit card at the bank, the user can be informed through the service platform that the designated bank will open the credit card for the user.
After the designated bank finishes making the credit card, the credit card can be mailed to the user, and the credit card information of the credit card is sent to the service platform, wherein the credit card information of the credit card comprises an authorization agreement number corresponding to the credit card. The service platform can perform service binding on the authorization agreement number corresponding to the credit card and the user platform account of the user in the service platform, so as to complete the service binding between the credit card and the user platform account. And when the user activates the credit card, the user can execute the service in the service platform through the credit card.
If the user applies to the service platform to use the credit card to execute the service through the client, the service platform can determine the user platform account of the user, and further determine the authorization protocol number corresponding to the credit card applied to be used by the user according to the user platform account. Then, the service platform can send the authorization agreement number to the bank, so that the bank can inquire out the credit card corresponding to the authorization agreement number through the authorization agreement number, and further complete the service executed by the user on the service platform.
It can be seen from the above method that, if a user applies for opening a bank account through a service platform, the service platform can directly perform service binding between the bank account and a user platform account of the user in the service platform, so that the user does not need to activate the bank account after opening the bank account, and the service platform can quickly complete service binding between the bank account and the user platform account of the user through an authorization protocol number corresponding to the bank account returned by a bank to which the bank account belongs, compared with the prior art in which service binding to the bank account can be performed after the user activates the bank account, the service binding efficiency of the user is improved, and further, the service processing efficiency of the user based on the opened bank account is improved to a certain extent.
Based on the same idea, the present specification further provides a corresponding business processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, for the business processing method provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a service processing apparatus provided in this specification, which specifically includes:

The present specification also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, which is operable to execute the method of service processing provided in fig. 1 above.
This specification also provides a schematic block diagram of the electronic device shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 4, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile memory, and may also include hardware required for other services. The processor reads a corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program, so as to implement the method for processing the service described in fig. 1. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardsradware (Hardware Description Language), vhjhd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
