If judging that the censoring record is matched with the list screening message, acquiring screening detailed information corresponding to the censoring record and sending the screening detailed information to the application terminal;
If the sending record matched with the list screening message is not found, list screening is carried out on the list screening message to obtain a screening result;
If judging that the screening of the list screening message is overtime, registering the sending record and the screening detailed information of the list screening message according to the screening result;
