Therefore, when air passes through the screen, the air flow is too fast to effectively kill viruses. And in order to ensure the effectiveness of high-temperature sterilization, although the longer the time is, the better the sterilization effectiveness is, the durability of the filter screen is related to the heating time, and the longer the heating time is, the durability is correspondingly shortened. However, the temperature resistance of the filter screen limits the upper temperature rise. Due to the factors, the current air purifier cannot effectively kill viruses, causes secondary pollution to air and brings adverse effects to the health and living environment of users. The air purification device provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems that the air purifier in the prior art can not effectively kill viruses, causes secondary pollution to air and brings adverse effects to the health of users and living environment.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air purification apparatus including a body, a humidity detection apparatus, a controller, an adsorption apparatus 3, and a sterilization apparatus 4.
In the embodiment of the invention, the body is provided with an air inlet 1 and an air outlet 7, the air inlet 1 is arranged at a first end of the body, and the air outlet 7 is arranged at a second end opposite to the first end. An air circulation channel 5 is formed between the air inlet 1 and the air outlet 7 in the body. Air flows from the air inlet 1 to the air outlet 7 through the air circulation channel 5 under the action of the fan 2 in the body. The adsorption means 3 is arranged in the air flow channel 5 and is adapted to cover the air flow channel 5. Since viruses in the air are water vapor and aerosol which are contained in the air and require a host, the adsorption device 3 can adsorb the viruses while adsorbing the water vapor and the aerosol. The sterilizing device 4 is also provided in the air flow passage 5, and the sterilizing device 4 is located upstream of the adsorbing device 3 in the direction of the air flow. The humidity detection device is provided in the air flow passage 5, and is located downstream of the adsorption device 3 in the air flow direction of the air flow passage 5. The controller is arranged on the body and is simultaneously electrically connected with the sterilizing device 4 and the humidity detection device in a communication way. The liquid sterilising medium may be a commonly used medical grade alcohol or other high alcohol concentration, or other types of liquid sterilising medium. For the selection of the liquid sterilizing substance, the liquid sterilizing substance is preferably nontoxic and harmless to human bodies.
So set up, through controller and 4 communication connection of sterilizing equipment for the liquid sterilization medium of sterilizing equipment 4 release is directly adsorbed by adsorption equipment 3 at the air flow in-process, because the liquid sterilization medium can make the virus inactivation in the twinkling of an eye, need not the inactivation time, thereby can directly kill the virus that adsorbs on adsorption equipment 3, has improved virus killing efficiency, has avoided the secondary pollution who causes the air, thereby has guaranteed that the user is healthy, has improved the living environment. Simultaneously, the technical staff discovers that after the sterilizing device sprays the liquid sterilizing medium for a period of time to the adsorption device, the humidity of the adsorption device tends to be saturated, if the spraying is continued, the adsorption device can not absorb the liquid sterilizing medium, at the moment, the adsorption device can collect the liquid drops and drip, the waste of the liquid sterilizing medium is further caused, and the liquid sterilizing medium dripping at the same time can cause damage to the structure below the liquid sterilizing medium.
And, through setting up humidity detection device, can be according to the actual humidity on the adsorption equipment 3, control sterilizing equipment 4 releases the frequency of liquid sterilization medium, when humidity detection device detects that the adsorption equipment region is saturated or has saturated, the controller can control sterilizing equipment to stop spraying, waits that the adsorption equipment humidity reduces the back, restarts and sprays work to improve air purification device's virus killing efficiency.
For example, when the humidity detection device detects that the humidity of the adsorption device 3 is lower than 95%, the controller controls the sterilization device 4 to release the liquid sterilization medium and spray the liquid sterilization medium onto the adsorption device 3. The adsorption device 3 absorbs the liquid sterilizing medium and then the humidity thereof becomes high, and the controller controls the sterilizing device 4 to stop operating. Generally, when the adsorption device 3 with the default humidity of 100% contacts the liquid sterilization medium, the adsorption device 3 cannot absorb the liquid sterilization medium, and at this time, droplets of the liquid sterilization medium are collected and dropped on the adsorption device 3.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the air purification apparatus further comprises a drying device 8 disposed in the air circulation passage 5 and adapted to cover the air circulation passage 5. The drying device 8 is located upstream of the sterilizing device 4 in the air flow direction of the air flow channel 5.
According to the invention, the drying device 8 is arranged, so that water vapor of air entering the air circulation channel 5 can be absorbed, the air passing through the adsorption device 3 is ensured to be dry air, the adsorption device 3 can be ensured to be only contacted with the liquid sterilization medium in the sterilization device 4, the concentration of the liquid sterilization medium cannot be reduced due to the water vapor, and the sterilization efficiency of the air purification device is further improved.
The drying device 8 can be a filter screen attached with quicklime or a breathable device attached with a material absorbing water vapor, and can play a role in absorbing water.
The sterilizing device 4 is internally provided with a liquid level detection device which is in communication connection with the controller. The liquid level detection device is arranged, so that the storage quantity condition of the liquid sterilization medium in the sterilization device 4 can be detected in real time. For example, whether the storage amount of the liquid sterilization medium is higher than one third or not is judged, if the liquid level of the liquid sterilization medium is lower than one third, the air purification device can automatically remind that the liquid sterilization medium is insufficient, and therefore the situation that the air purification device cannot perform a sterilization function when the liquid sterilization medium is insufficient can be effectively avoided. When the amount is less than one tenth, the amount of the sprayed liquid sterilising medium starts to be reduced or the spraying of the liquid sterilising medium is stopped.
Those skilled in the art can change the judgment node of the liquid level detection device according to the actual situation, and this embodiment is only an example.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the sterilization device 4 is a sterilization atomizer, which is adapted to spray liquid sterilization medium onto the adsorption device 3 in the form of an aerosol. According to the invention, the sterilization device 4 is set as the sterilization atomizer, so that the adsorption device 3 can be covered to the greatest extent, and the usage amount of the liquid sterilization medium can be reduced while the adsorption device 3 is covered, thereby improving the sterilization efficiency and reducing the cost.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sterilization atomizer comprises a nozzle, an electric control pressure injection device and an alcohol storage tank, wherein the spray range of the nozzle is suitable for covering the adsorption device 3, the electric control pressure injection device is used for spraying alcohol in the alcohol storage tank onto the adsorption device 3 in a mist shape, and the liquid level detection device is arranged inside the alcohol storage tank. The liquid sterilization medium may be alcohol with a concentration of 75% or more, and usually 75% medical alcohol. Alcohol is regularly sprayed onto the adsorption device 3 and is effectively adsorbed by the adsorption device 3, the alcohol spraying amount can keep the adsorption device 3 moist under certain conditions through test matching, the wetness value is kept under the condition that viruses can be effectively killed, and a person skilled in the art can correspondingly match the moisture retention degree according to the actual killing intensity.
When starting the disinfection function of the air purification device, the user is required to select the disinfection intensity, which corresponds to three options of strong, medium and weak. Because the volatility of the alcohol is very strong, the spraying interval time and the air quantity of the fan 2 form a matching relation in the early period, which respectively correspond to that:
1. strong: when the fan 2 rotates at full speed and the humidity of the adsorption device 3 is detected to be lower than 95%, the alcohol atomizer sprays;
2. the method comprises the following steps: the rotating speed of the fan 2 is moderate, and the alcohol atomizer sprays when the humidity of the adsorption device 3 is detected to be lower than 85%;
3. weak: fan 2 is in the low load operation, and the main assurance is gone on in the extremely low condition of noise, detects 3 humidity of adsorption equipment and is less than 75% alcohol atomizer spraying.
Those skilled in the art can change the disinfection gear and the humidity of the adsorption device 3 according to actual conditions, the air speed of the air purification device is different, and the humidity of the adsorption device 3 is different, so that the alcohol volatilization rates are different. In order to keep the filter screen at 100% disinfection capacity with as little alcohol as possible, one skilled in the art can match it by trial at the time of production.
Adsorption equipment 3 can be high-efficient filter screen, and high-efficient filter screen also has extremely strong absorptive capacity to liquid granule, and this filter screen has the class sponge property, and the liquid of absorption can evenly be preserved. Those skilled in the art can change the type of the adsorption device 3 according to actual conditions, and the embodiment of the present invention is only illustrative and not limited, and can perform the function of high efficiency filtration.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the air purification apparatus further comprises a filter device 6 disposed in the air circulation passage 5 and adapted to cover the air circulation passage 5. The filter device 6 is located upstream of the sterilizing device 4 in the air flow direction of the air flow channel 5. The filter device 6 may be a primary filter screen or some other filter material capable of adsorbing dust, and may be changed by those skilled in the art according to actual situations.
According to the invention, by arranging the filtering device 6, dust and other impurities in the air can be filtered outside the air purifying device, so that the dust and harmful substances in the air are purified in advance, particles such as dust are prevented from being adsorbed on the adsorbing device 3 and are not convenient to clean, a double filtering effect is achieved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The air cleaning device further comprises a fan 2, the fan 2 is arranged on the air flow channel, and the fan 2 is positioned at the downstream of the adsorption device 3 in the air flow direction of the air flow channel 5.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Variations and modifications in other variations may occur to those skilled in the art based upon the foregoing description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
