Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (8)

1. A processing method for VoLTE user perception information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting an accessed network telephone, and generating a first call record and a sound recording file of the network telephone;
collecting an original code stream corresponding to the network telephone, and analyzing the original code stream to obtain a control plane message and a media plane message corresponding to the network telephone;
generating a second call record according to the control plane message, and determining message statistical information according to the media plane message;
determining message statistical information corresponding to the sound recording file according to the first call record and the second call record, and determining user perception information according to the sound recording file and the message statistical information;
the generating a second call record according to the control plane packet includes:
analyzing a session initiation protocol Signaling (SIP) message in the control plane message, and generating a second call record according to the SIP message;
the determining of the message statistical information according to the media plane message includes:
analyzing the media surface message to generate communication statistical information and a real-time transport control protocol (RTCP) message of each time slice, and taking the communication statistical information and the RTCP message as message statistical information;
the second call record and the first call record have a mapping relation, the first call record is used as an index of a sound recording file, and the second call record is used as identification information of message statistical information;
the determining the message statistical information corresponding to the recording file according to the first call record and the second call record comprises:
and determining message statistical information corresponding to the sound recording file according to the mapping relation between the first call record and the second call record.
2. The method of claim 1, after determining user perception information based on the audio file and the message statistics, further comprising:
acquiring interactive request information of a user, wherein the interactive request information comprises a call record inquiry request, a communication statistical information inquiry request, a record file downloading request and an original code stream downloading request;
and determining user perception information corresponding to the interaction request information, and sending the user perception information corresponding to the interaction request information to a user.
3. The method of claim 1, after determining user perception information based on the audio file and the message statistics, further comprising:
and determining user perception evaluation information of the network telephone according to the user perception information.
4. A system for processing VoLTE user awareness information, comprising:
the call center network element is in communication connection with the IP multimedia subsystem IMS and is used for detecting the accessed network telephone and generating a first call record and a sound recording file of the network telephone when the accessed network telephone is detected;
the deep packet inspection network element is accessed to the communication link between the call center network element and the IMS and is used for acquiring an original code stream corresponding to the network telephone and analyzing the original code stream to obtain a control plane message and a media plane message corresponding to the network telephone; generating a second call record according to the control plane message, and determining message statistical information according to the media plane message;
the interactive server is used for determining message statistical information corresponding to the sound recording file according to the first call record and the second call record and determining user perception information according to the sound recording file and the message statistical information;
the generating a second call record according to the control plane packet includes:
analyzing a session initiation protocol Signaling (SIP) message in the control plane message, and generating a second call record according to the SIP message;
the determining of the message statistical information according to the media plane message includes:
analyzing the media surface message to generate communication statistical information and a real-time transport control protocol (RTCP) message of each time slice, and taking the communication statistical information and the RTCP message as message statistical information;
the second call record and the first call record have a mapping relation, the first call record is used as an index of a sound recording file, and the second call record is used as identification information of message statistical information;
the determining the message statistical information corresponding to the recording file according to the first call record and the second call record comprises:

5. The system of claim 4, further comprising:
and the file server is in communication connection with the call center network element and the deep packet inspection network element through a routing device, and is used for storing the sound recording file and the original code stream and storing a storage path of the sound recording file in a database.
6. The system of claim 5, further comprising:
and the database is in communication connection with the call center network element and the deep packet inspection network element through a routing device and is used for storing the first call record, the second call record, the message statistical information and the storage path of the recording file.
7. The system of claim 4, wherein the interaction server is further configured to:
acquiring interactive request information of a user, wherein the interactive request information comprises a call record inquiry request, a communication statistical information inquiry request, a record file downloading request and an original code stream downloading request;
determining user perception information corresponding to the interaction request information, and sending the user perception information corresponding to the interaction request information to a user;
the generating a second call record according to the control plane packet includes:

the determining of the message statistical information according to the media plane message includes:

8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method for handling VoLTE user-perceived information as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
