according to the invention, the historical consultation duration and payment purchase times of the user are counted by the registration login module, the data are matched with the user account number one by one, the purchase value of the user is calculated by using a formula, the user is divided into users of different grades by the user rating module according to the purchase value of the user, and the corresponding one-to-one artificial consultation service, the replacement purchase intelligent scientific and technological project service and the refund service are provided for the users of different grades by the server, so that the convenient consultation service is provided for the user, and meanwhile, the benefit is also maintained for the developer of the intelligent scientific and technological project;
meanwhile, the intelligent scientific and technological items in the intelligent scientific and technological item database are integrated, distinguished and screened through the item screening module, the intelligent scientific and technological items are arranged according to the integrity and the test success value of the intelligent scientific and technological items, the integrity value of the intelligent scientific and technological items is calculated through a formula, the intelligent scientific and technological items in the intelligent scientific and technological item database are processed into the integrated intelligent scientific and technological items and the incomplete intelligent scientific and technological items, and the incomplete intelligent scientific and technological items are fed back to developers through the item feedback module for supplement and improvement; thereby ensuring the quality of the consultation items of the user and improving the consultation service effect of the user.
