Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the service system server 32 may include: and each sub-service system server establishes communication with different types of terminals. For example, at least one sub-service system server corresponding to the user intelligent terminal 2 is established, and at least one sub-service system server corresponding to the device management terminal 4 is established, that is, a plurality of sub-service system servers can be developed according to different requirements to perform data interaction with the platform server 31 of the internet of things.
Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the internet-of-things health monitoring device 1 may specifically include: the portable/household multi-parameter physiological monitoring Internet of things equipment comprises one or a combination of an Internet of things glucometer, an Internet of things sphygmomanometer, an Internet of things fat meter and an Internet of things sleep meter. The internet of things health monitoring devices 1 may be purchased by themselves or rented from a community or hospital, and will not be described in detail here.
Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, an operator holds the device management terminal 4, and can effectively manage the internet of things health monitoring device 1, for example, as a company sales manager, the operator can record, in the held device management terminal 4, warehousing information of the internet of things health monitoring device 1 sold and information allocated to a relevant organization, so as to store the device information of the internet of things health monitoring device 1 in the internet of things platform server 31 for unified management. The health monitoring equipment 1 of the internet of things can be actively bound or unbound with a certain user as a leasing party or an equipment selling party.
Specifically, in the health data management system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the internet-of-things health monitoring device 1 and the user intelligent terminal 2 used by the user belong to a home scene. An application program for monitoring health data may be installed in the user intelligent terminal 2, or an applet for monitoring health data, such as a wechat applet or a pay-for-all applet, may be added to an existing application program. The user can use the application programs or the small programs to fill out the basic personal information and the health information and manage the used health monitoring equipment 1 of the internet of things, such as binding and unbinding. As shown in fig. 2a, the bound sphygmomanometer device is shown in the program interface, and the user can actively unbind the device in the user intelligent terminal 1, and after receiving the unbinding information, the business system server 32 records the device information of the unbound internet-of-things health monitoring device 1, so that a subsequent user can bind the internet-of-things health monitoring device 1 for use. For a rental scene, if the internet of things health monitoring device 1 is rented by a new user and the previous user is not actively unbound, the previous user binding relationship is automatically released when the new user binds the device, and a corresponding prompt is given.
Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the user intelligent terminal 2 may be specifically configured to receive manually input device number information of the internet-of-things health monitoring device 1; or scanning the code of the health monitoring equipment 1 of the Internet of things to obtain equipment number information; the internet of things platform server 31 is specifically configured to bind the user account and the device number information of the user intelligent terminal 2 when the device number information sent by the user intelligent terminal 2 is stored in the internet of things platform server.
Specifically, the user may scan a code attached to the surface of the internet of things health monitoring device 1 by using a camera of the user intelligent terminal 2, where the code may be a barcode as shown in fig. 2c or a two-dimensional code as shown in fig. 2b, or the user may switch to a mode of manually inputting a device code, which is not limited herein. The internet of things platform server 31 searches the stored equipment information after receiving the equipment coding information, associates and binds the equipment and the user account after determining that the equipment coding information is stored, and sends a message of successful binding to the user intelligent terminal 2; if the device code information is not found in the stored device information, a binding failure message is sent to the user intelligent terminal 2, and a specific binding process is shown in fig. 3.
Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the platform server 31 of the internet of things is further configured to, when it is found that the device number information sent by the user intelligent terminal 2 has the bound user account, release the bound user account and notify the corresponding user intelligent terminal 2 when it is determined that the user selects to continue binding.
Specifically, for a rental scene, if the internet of things health monitoring device 1 is rented by a new user and the previous user does not actively unbind the device, the internet of things platform server 31 may send a corresponding message to the user intelligent terminal 2 of the new user when it is found that the device number information sent by the user intelligent terminal 2 has a bound user account, associate and bind the user information of the new user with the device when receiving a message selected by the user to confirm that the device is continuously bound, and release the bound user account and notify the corresponding user intelligent terminal 2.
Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the health monitoring device 1 of the internet of things may have at least two gears; for example, the Internet of things sphygmomanometer has two gears, and the two gears can be separately bound to different user accounts as required, so that the equipment can be used for binding two users at home at the same time. At this time, the user intelligent terminal 2 may also be configured to determine gear information that the internet of things health monitoring device 1 selected by the user needs to be bound; as shown in fig. 2B, an option of checking the gear to be bound is displayed on the program interface, and the user checks the gear to be bound as required, for example, the user may select to only bind the gear a or the gear B, or select to bind the gear a & B at the same time. Specifically, when the user only selects to bind the A-gear, only the A-gear data is synchronized to the user account for display; when the user only selects to bind the B gear, only the B gear data is synchronized to the user account for display; and if the user selects to bind the A and B files, synchronizing the data of the A and B files of the sphygmomanometer to the user account for display.
The internet of things platform server 31 is specifically configured to, when it is found that the device number information and the gear information to be bound sent by the user intelligent terminal 2 have the bound user account, release the bound user account and notify the corresponding user intelligent terminal 2 when it is determined that the user selects to continue binding.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4a, when the user only selects to bind the a-file, the platform server 31 of the internet of things may receive the device number information carrying the sphygmomanometer and the binding request information of the a-file, and when it is found that the a-file of the device number information sent by the user intelligent terminal 2 has a bound user account, the platform server 31 of the internet of things may send a corresponding message to the user intelligent terminal 2 of the new user, and when it receives a message selected by the user to confirm to continue to bind the device, the platform server associates and binds the user information of the new user with the device, and releases the bound user account and notifies the corresponding user intelligent terminal 2. When inquiring that the a-file of the device number information sent by the user intelligent terminal 2 is not bound to the user account, the platform server 31 of the internet of things directly binds the user account and the device. Fig. 4B shows the binding flow when the user selects only binding B gear, and fig. 4c shows the binding flow when the user selects binding a & B gear, and the specific process is not described in detail here.
Specifically, after the user measures health data by using the bound internet of things health monitoring device 1, for example, after measuring blood glucose by using an internet of things glucometer, the internet of things health monitoring device 1 sends the measured health data to the internet of things platform server 31 through mobile networks such as 2G, 3G, and 4G. The platform server 31 of the internet of things synchronizes the measured health data to the application program or the applet in the user intelligent terminal 2 in real time through the service system server 32 to display the latest data, prompt the state of the measurement result, and highlight the abnormal result, where a specific display interface is shown in fig. 5 a. Besides, the application program or the applet in the user intelligent terminal 2 can generate a message notification to push the latest measurement result to the user in real time, besides displaying the latest data on the interface.
The platform server 31 of the internet of things can also analyze the health data of each user account, generate data trends and history records according to the requirements of the user, and send the data trends and history records to the application programs or the applets in the user intelligent terminal 2 for display. For example, fig. 5b is a data trend of a blood pressure measurement shown, and fig. 5c is a history of blood glucose monitoring shown.
Specifically, because the application program or applet in the user intelligent terminal 2 can design different interface display styles for different health management groups, for example, the judgment is performed according to the age in the personal information filled by the user, if the user is a middle-aged and elderly person, the displayed interface is based on the principle of 'simple and easy use', so that the interface font is larger, friendly and free of complex operation; if the user is a young or middle-aged person, the displayed interface takes 'multifunctional and multi-sexual selection' as a principle, so that the font of the interface is moderate, and the pushed information can be properly added.
Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the health data management system may further include: a monitoring management terminal 5;
the internet of things platform server 31 may also be configured to analyze the health data of each user account to generate health profile information of each user account;
and the monitoring management terminal 5 is used for receiving and displaying the health record information sent by the business system server 32.
Specifically, the internet of things platform server 31 may analyze the health data of each user account, and establish resident health profile information for personnel who have medical qualification, such as health management doctors, so that the personnel can manage the resident health data of the area where the personnel are located. Specifically, the internet of things platform server 31 forms a health record by using the user account as a dimension according to the summarized health data of each resident, and the health record includes a data trend graph, historical data, disease history, basic physiological parameters and the like, and is displayed in a system interface of the health management terminal 5, so that doctors can conveniently manage the health data of the resident.
Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the platform server 31 of the internet of things may be further configured to generate corresponding push information for a user account with abnormal health data;
the monitoring management terminal 5 may also be configured to receive and display the push information sent by the service system server 32.
Specifically, the internet of things platform server 31 may determine the development trend of the chronic disease of the user through intelligent analysis, set the resident information with abnormal trend in the display interface, and actively push the resident information to the chronic disease management physician. After logging in the system interface in the health management terminal 5, the chronic disease management physician can acquire abnormal resident information at the first time and check the health file of the abnormal resident information so as to perform return visit operation and the like.
Optionally, in the health data management system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the health data management system may further include: a health data perspective platform terminal 6;
the internet of things platform server 31 can also be used for performing data mining and visual analysis on the health data of each user account to generate visual resident health data;
and the health data perspective platform terminal 6 is used for receiving and displaying the visualized resident health data sent by the business system server 32.
Specifically, the internet of things platform server 31 may perform visual display on the screen of the health data perspective platform terminal 6 by performing data mining and visual analysis on the recorded conditions of the internet of things health monitoring device 1, resident health data, and the like, visually display the conditions of health management and development in a community or a region, and assist in establishing a regional chronic disease prevention and control scheme. The visualization data that the platform server 31 of the internet of things can implement may include:
