The jaundice diagnosis algorithm model can store the corresponding relation between a jaundice value and a preset re-diagnosis mechanism through a jaundice knowledge graph; the step of optimizing the corresponding relation between the jaundice value and the preset re-diagnosis mechanism in the jaundice diagnosis algorithm model by the server according to the re-diagnosis feedback information may include: and updating the corresponding relation between the jaundice value in the jaundice knowledge graph and the preset re-diagnosis mechanism according to the re-diagnosis jaundice value in the re-diagnosis feedback information and the actual re-diagnosis mechanism, and taking the jaundice sub-diagnosis algorithm model comprising the updated jaundice knowledge graph as an optimized jaundice sub-diagnosis algorithm model.
In the above embodiment, the icterus diagnosis algorithm model is optimized according to the icterus feedback information of the patient, so that the icterus diagnosis algorithm model can output more accurate icterus diagnosis information.
In one scenario, the patient performs the jaundice review at the hospital a and then performs the review at the hospital B, so that the hospital a can timely track the jaundice condition of the patient, and after receiving the review feedback information of the patient, the server can send the review feedback information to the hospital device (corresponding to the first hospital device in fig. 5) of the hospital a, so that the hospital device of the hospital a can update the jaundice electronic medical record of the patient according to the review feedback information, thereby realizing the tracking of the jaundice condition of the patient, where the review feedback information can be sent by the hospital device (corresponding to the second hospital device in fig. 5) of the hospital B or can be sent by the terminal of the patient.
In one embodiment, the server may further be provided with a jaundice information calling interface, and when the server receives a calling instruction sent by the device at the other end, the server may send jaundice information such as a jaundice value curve change chart, a review organization, a review time and the like of the patient to the device through the jaundice information calling interface. It is understood that the other devices may be devices of organizations such as a health and accounting agency, devices of organizations such as a hospital, and devices of a patient side (such as a mobile phone). In this embodiment, through the jaundice information calling interface, devices at other ends can obtain jaundice information more quickly, and the jaundice information obtaining efficiency is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 and 4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 2 and 4 may include a plurality of steps or stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the execution of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a device 600 for processing jaundice diagnosis information is provided, including: the request receiving module 602, the jaundice triage information obtaining module 604, and the jaundice triage information sending module 606, wherein:
the request receiving module 602 is configured to receive a request for acquiring triage information sent by a terminal; the triage information acquisition request carries the current jaundice value of the target object;
the jaundice triage information obtaining module 604 is configured to determine a historical jaundice value corresponding to the target object, and input the current jaundice value and the historical jaundice value into a preset jaundice triage algorithm model to obtain corresponding jaundice triage information; the corresponding relation between the jaundice value and the jaundice diagnosis information is stored in the jaundice diagnosis algorithm model;
the jaundice diagnosis information sending module 606 is configured to send jaundice diagnosis information to a terminal.
In one embodiment, the processing apparatus 600 for icterus triage information further includes a triage processing module, configured to determine, if a icterus triage request including a hospital identifier sent by a first hospital device is received, a corresponding second hospital device according to the hospital identifier in the icterus triage request; forwarding the jaundice referral request to a second hospital device; if a consultation response agreeing to the second hospital equipment is received, the jaundice electronic medical record in the first hospital equipment is sent to the second hospital equipment, and jaundice consultation information is sent to the terminal; the jaundice referral information carries a second hospital name corresponding to the second hospital device.
In one embodiment, the jaundice triage information includes a preset review organization; the processing device 600 for jaundice triage information further includes a review organization sequencing module, configured to respond to a review organization sequencing request sent by the terminal, sequence the preset review organizations according to distances from the terminal to the preset review organizations, and send the sequenced preset review organization to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the sequenced preset review organization.
In one embodiment, the review organization sequencing module is further configured to obtain a current position of the terminal, and determine a distance to a preset review organization according to the current position and the preset review organization position; the current location is the location determined by the positioning module in the terminal.
In one embodiment, the review organization sequencing module is further configured to obtain a preset position of the terminal, and determine a distance to the preset review organization according to the preset position and the preset review organization position; the preset position is a position stored in the terminal in advance.
In one embodiment, the review organization sequencing module is further configured to receive a target review organization determined by the terminal; the target review mechanism is selected from the ordered preset review mechanisms; and sending the target path reaching the target review organization to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the jaundice triage information carries a preset review organization; the processing device 600 for jaundice triage information further includes a model optimization module, configured to obtain review feedback information of the target object; the re-diagnosis feedback information comprises a re-diagnosis jaundice value and an actual re-diagnosis mechanism; and according to the re-diagnosis feedback information, optimizing the corresponding relation between the jaundice value in the jaundice diagnosis algorithm model and a preset re-diagnosis mechanism.
In one embodiment, the processing apparatus 600 for jaundice triage information further includes a review feedback information processing module, configured to send review feedback information to the target hospital device, so that the target hospital device updates the jaundice electronic medical record of the target object according to the review feedback information; the jaundice electronic medical record is used for tracking the jaundice condition of the target object.
For specific limitations of the device for processing icterus triage information, reference may be made to the above limitation of the method for processing icterus triage information, which is not described herein. All or part of the modules in the jaundice diagnosis information processing device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing the processing data of the jaundice diagnosis information. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize a processing method of jaundice diagnosis information.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the processor executes the computer program.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the respective method embodiments described above.
It should be noted that, the steps executed by the processor in the computer device are in one-to-one correspondence with the processing method of the jaundice diagnosis information in the present application, and the content and the corresponding technical effects described in the embodiments of the processing method of the jaundice diagnosis information are applicable to the embodiments of the computer device, which are not described herein again.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above-described methods in accordance with the embodiments may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples represent only a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements could be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which would be within the scope of the present application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the claims appended hereto.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing jaundice triage information comprises the following steps:
the receiving terminal sends a triage information acquisition request; the triage information acquisition request carries the current jaundice value of the target object;
determining a historical jaundice value corresponding to the target object, and inputting the current jaundice value and the historical jaundice value into a preset jaundice triage algorithm model to obtain a corresponding preset re-diagnosis mechanism; the jaundice diagnosis algorithm model stores the corresponding relation between a jaundice value and a preset re-diagnosis mechanism;
transmitting the determined preset review organization to the terminal;
after the target object carries out the jaundice re-diagnosis, the re-diagnosis feedback information is obtained according to the re-diagnosis jaundice value of the target object and the actual re-diagnosis mechanism, and the corresponding relation between the jaundice value and the preset re-diagnosis mechanism in the jaundice diagnosis algorithm model is optimized by utilizing the re-diagnosis feedback information.
2. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
if a jaundice referral request containing a hospital identifier sent by first hospital equipment is received, determining a corresponding second hospital equipment according to the hospital identifier in the jaundice referral request;
forwarding the jaundice referral request to the second hospital device;
if a consultation response agreeing to the second hospital equipment is received, the jaundice electronic medical record in the first hospital equipment is sent to the second hospital equipment, and jaundice consultation information is sent to the terminal; the jaundice referral information carries a second hospital name corresponding to the second hospital device.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of transmitting the determined preset review authority to the terminal:
responding to a review organization sequencing request sent by the terminal, sequencing the preset review organizations according to the distances from the terminal to the preset review organizations, and sending the sequenced preset review organizations to the terminal so that the terminal displays the sequenced preset review organizations.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, prior to the step of ordering the plurality of preset review agencies according to the distance of the terminal to the plurality of preset review agencies:
acquiring the current position of the terminal, and determining the distance to a preset review organization according to the current position and the position of the preset review organization; the current position is a position determined by a positioning module in the terminal;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
acquiring a preset position of the terminal, and determining a distance to a preset review mechanism according to the preset position and the position of the preset review mechanism; the preset position is a position pre-stored in the terminal.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after the step of sending the ordered preset review means to the terminal:
receiving a target review organization determined by the terminal; the target review mechanism is selected from the sequenced preset review mechanisms;
and sending a target path reaching the target review organization to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the review feedback information, the method further comprises:
the re-diagnosis feedback information is sent to target hospital equipment, so that the target hospital equipment updates jaundice electronic medical records of the target object according to the re-diagnosis feedback information; the jaundice electronic medical record is used for tracking the jaundice condition of the target object.
7. A device for processing jaundice triage information, comprising:
the request receiving module is used for acquiring a triage information acquisition request sent by the terminal; the triage information acquisition request carries the current jaundice value of the target object;
the jaundice triage information acquisition module is used for determining a historical jaundice value corresponding to the target object, and inputting the current jaundice value and the historical jaundice value into a preset jaundice triage algorithm model to obtain a corresponding preset re-diagnosis mechanism; the jaundice diagnosis algorithm model stores the corresponding relation between a jaundice value and a preset re-diagnosis mechanism;
the jaundice triage information sending module is used for sending the determined preset triage mechanism to the terminal;
after the target object carries out the jaundice re-diagnosis, the re-diagnosis feedback information is obtained according to the re-diagnosis jaundice value of the target object and the actual re-diagnosis mechanism, and the corresponding relation between the jaundice value and the preset re-diagnosis mechanism in the jaundice diagnosis algorithm model is optimized by utilizing the re-diagnosis feedback information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a referral processing module configured to determine a corresponding second hospital device according to a hospital identifier in a referral request for jaundice sent by a first hospital device if the referral request for jaundice including the hospital identifier is received; forwarding the jaundice referral request to the second hospital device; if a consultation response agreeing to the second hospital equipment is received, the jaundice electronic medical record in the first hospital equipment is sent to the second hospital equipment, and jaundice consultation information is sent to the terminal; the jaundice referral information carries a second hospital name corresponding to the second hospital device.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
