Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a posture correction method based on a neck massager and the neck massager, which are used for correcting the problem of poor posture of the neck massager in the using process so as to achieve a better using effect.
In order to solve the above technical problems, a first technical solution provided by the present invention is: the posture correction method based on the neck massager comprises the following steps: the neck massager detects the posture characteristics of a user when the user wears the neck massager; and if the posture characteristics of the user do not accord with the preset posture characteristics, the neck massager gives an alarm.
Wherein, still include before the neck massager detects user's posture characteristic: the neck massager acquires and stores the preset posture characteristics of a user in a standard standing or sitting posture state; wherein the preset posture characteristics comprise at least one of the shape of the neck of the user, the distance from the neck massager to the shoulders of the user and the distance from the neck massager to the ground.
Wherein, the step that the neck massage appearance detected user's posture characteristic includes: detecting at least one posture characteristic of a neck shape of a user, a distance from the neck massager to shoulders of the user and a distance from the ground through a neck massager; and comparing the detected posture characteristic with the preset posture characteristic, and if the error between the posture characteristic and the preset posture characteristic is larger than a preset value, determining that the posture characteristic does not accord with the preset posture characteristic.
Wherein the step of detecting at least one of a neck shape of the user, a distance of the neck massager from a shoulder of the user, and a distance from the ground by the neck massager comprises: detecting at least one of a neck shape of the user by an airbag of a neck massager or/and a distance of the neck massager from a shoulder of the user and a distance from the ground by a position sensor; wherein the air bag is tightly attached to one side surface of the neck massager facing the neck of the user; the position sensor is detachably arranged on the body of the neck massager.
Wherein the step of detecting the shape of the user's neck by the airbag of the neck massager comprises: the neck massager inflates the air bag within a preset time period, so that the air bag is attached to the neck, and the shape of the neck of the user is detected.
Wherein the step of detecting at least one of a distance of the neck massager from a shoulder of a user and a distance from the ground through a position sensor comprises: the neck massager detects the distance from the shoulder of the user and/or the distance from the ground by using the position sensor within a preset time period.
Wherein, comparing the detected posture characteristic with the preset posture characteristic, and if the error between the posture characteristic and the preset posture characteristic is larger than a preset value, the step of determining that the posture characteristic does not conform to the preset posture characteristic comprises the following steps: comparing the neck shape of the user detected by the airbag with a preset neck posture characteristic, and if the error between the neck shape and the preset neck posture characteristic is larger than a preset value, determining that the neck shape does not conform to the preset neck posture characteristic in a standing posture or a sitting posture; and/or comparing the distance between the neck massage instrument and the user shoulder detected by the position sensor with the preset distance between the neck massage instrument and the user shoulder, and if the error is larger than a preset value, determining that the shoulder posture characteristics do not accord with the preset shoulder posture characteristics in a standing posture or a sitting posture; and/or when the neck massager detects that the user is in a standing posture, comparing the distance between the neck massager detected by the position sensor and the ground with the distance between the preset neck massager in the standing posture and the ground, and if the error is larger than a preset value, determining that the waist posture characteristic does not conform to the waist posture characteristic in the standing posture; or when the neck massage instrument detects that the user is in a sitting posture, comparing the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground, which is detected by the position sensor, with the distance between the preset neck massage instrument and the ground, and if the error is larger than the preset value, determining that the waist posture characteristic does not conform to the waist posture characteristic in the sitting posture.
Wherein, if when user's posture characteristic does not accord with preset posture characteristic, still include after the neck massager sends out the police dispatch newspaper: and when the body state characteristics of the user are detected to accord with the preset body state characteristics, the neck massager stops alarming.
In order to solve the above technical problems, a second technical solution provided by the present invention is: provided is a neck massager comprising: a massage apparatus body; the massage component is arranged on the massage instrument body; the posture detection sensor is arranged on the massager body and used for detecting the posture characteristics of the user; the control circuit is arranged on the massager body, is electrically coupled with the massage component and the posture detection sensor, and is used for controlling the massage component and the posture detection sensor to realize any posture correction method.
Wherein the posture detection sensor includes: the air bag is arranged on one side surface of the neck massage instrument facing the neck of the user and is used for detecting the shape of the neck of the user; and/or the position sensor is arranged on the massage instrument body and used for detecting the distance between the neck massage instrument and the shoulder of the user and the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground.
The neck massager has the beneficial effects that the neck massager provided by the invention is different from the prior art, and the neck massager gives an alarm when the posture characteristics of the user do not accord with the preset posture characteristics by detecting the posture characteristics of the user. Therefore, the problem of poor posture of the neck massager in the using process is corrected, and a user keeps a good appearance while massaging so as to achieve a better using effect.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a neck massager according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The neck massager comprises a massager body, a massage component, a posture detection sensor and a control circuit.
In this embodiment, the posture detecting sensor includes an air bag 150, and the air bag 150 is disposed on the massager body and located on a side surface of the neck massager facing the neck of the user for detecting the shape of the neck of the user. Specifically, the bladder 150 is typically coupled to a control circuit.
The massage apparatus body of the neck massage apparatus in this embodiment includes an elastic arm 100, a first handle 130, and a second handle 140. The massage assembly includes a conductive silicone part 120 and an electric pulse generator (not shown) electrically connected to the conductive silicone part 120, wherein the conductive silicone part 110 is disposed on the conductive silicone part 120. The control circuit of the neck massager is coupled with the massage component (the electric pulse generating device electrically connected with the conductive silica gel part 120) and the posture detection sensor, and is used for controlling the massage component and the posture detection sensor to realize the posture correction method of the neck massager.
When the neck massage apparatus of the present invention detects the physical characteristics of the user, for example, the shape of the neck of the user, the neck massage apparatus inflates the air bag 150 so that the air bag 150 is closely attached to the neck, thereby detecting the shape of the neck. After the neck shape of the user is detected, the neck shape is compared with the preset neck posture characteristics, and whether the neck posture characteristics of the user accord with the preset neck posture characteristics or not is judged.
In one embodiment, the neck massager further comprises an alarm device coupled to the control circuit, wherein the alarm device gives an alarm when the neck posture characteristics of the user are determined to be consistent with the preset neck posture characteristics. Specifically, the alarm device may be a flash lamp, and when it is determined that the neck posture characteristics of the user do not conform to the preset neck posture characteristics, the flash lamp is turned on to give an alarm; the alarm device can also be a microphone, and when the neck posture characteristics of the user are judged not to accord with the preset neck posture characteristics, the microphone gives out voice prompt; the alarm device can also be a vibration device which vibrates to give an alarm when the neck posture characteristics of the user are judged not to be in accordance with the preset neck posture characteristics.
The neck massager provided by the invention can detect the shape characteristics of the neck of a user through the air bag 150, and the neck massager gives an alarm to remind the user, so that the problem of bad posture in the use process of the neck massager is corrected, and a better use effect is achieved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a neck massager according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Compared to the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 described above, the difference is that the posture detection sensor in this embodiment includes the position sensor 160 in addition to the air bag 150. The position sensor 160 is disposed on the massage apparatus body for detecting the distance between the neck massage apparatus and the shoulder of the user and the distance between the neck massage apparatus and the ground. The position sensor 160 may be located at the position of the first handle 130, the second handle 140, or the elastic arm 100. In a specific embodiment, in order to detect the distance from the neck massager to the user's shoulders or the distance from the ground, the position sensor may be preferentially disposed at the position of the first handle 130 or the second handle 140 of the neck massager.
Specifically, the position sensor 160 detects the distance between the neck massager and the shoulders of the user, and then judges whether the shoulder posture characteristics of the user meet the preset shoulder posture characteristics; the position sensor 160 detects the distance between the neck massager and the ground, and then judges whether the waist posture characteristics of the user meet the preset waist posture characteristics. For example, when detecting the waist posture characteristics of the user, the position sensor 160 of the neck massage apparatus obtains the distance between the neck massage apparatus and the ground, and compares the distance with the distance between the neck massage apparatus in the preset posture characteristics and the ground to obtain the result of whether the user bends, that is, whether the obtained waist posture characteristics of the user conform to the preset waist posture characteristics. For example, when detecting the shoulder posture characteristics of the user, the position sensor 160 of the neck massager obtains the vertical distance between the neck massager and the shoulders of the user, and compares the vertical distance with the vertical distance between the neck massager and the shoulders in the preset posture characteristics to obtain the result of whether the user steps on the shoulders, that is, to obtain whether the shoulder posture characteristics of the user conform to the preset shoulder posture characteristics.
In one embodiment, the neck massager further comprises an alarm device coupled to the control circuit, wherein the alarm device gives an alarm when the neck posture characteristics of the user are determined to be consistent with the preset neck posture characteristics. Specifically, the alarm device may be a flash lamp, and when any one of the neck posture characteristic, the shoulder posture characteristic and the waist posture characteristic of the user is judged not to conform to the preset posture characteristic, the flash lamp is turned on to give an alarm; the alarm device can also be a microphone, and when any one of the neck posture characteristic, the shoulder posture characteristic and the waist posture characteristic of the user is judged not to accord with the preset posture characteristic, the microphone sends out a voice prompt; the alarm device can also be a vibration device, and when any one of the neck posture characteristic, the shoulder posture characteristic and the waist posture characteristic of the user is judged not to be in accordance with the preset posture characteristic, the vibration device vibrates to give an alarm.
The neck massager provided by the invention can detect the neck shape characteristics of a user through the air bag 150, detect the waist posture characteristics and the shoulder posture characteristics of the user through the position sensor 160, and send an alarm to remind the user when at least one of the neck shape characteristics, the waist posture characteristics and the shoulder posture characteristics of the user does not accord with the preset posture characteristics, so that the problem of correcting the bad posture of the neck massager in the using process is realized, and a better using effect is achieved.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of a posture correction method based on a neck massager according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S31: the neck massager detects the physical characteristics of the user.
Neck massage appearance is more and more common now, and its mode of use is also more and more diversified, not being restricted to lying, can use neck massage appearance under standing posture or position of sitting likewise. For example, while the user is walking, or while the user is working. In order to enable a user to use the neck massage apparatus regularly when the user stands or sits, the posture characteristics of the user are detected regularly during the use of the neck massage apparatus, so that whether the posture characteristics of the user are standard or not is detected.
In one embodiment, the posture features may include neck posture features, waist posture features, and shoulder posture features; for example, the neck massager can detect the neck posture characteristics, the waist posture characteristics and the shoulder posture characteristics within a preset time period.
Specifically, the neck massager can detect the shape of the neck through the air bag, and compare the detected shape of the neck with the shape of the neck in the preset posture characteristics to determine whether the detected shape of the neck conforms to the preset posture characteristics. Specifically, if an error value between the detected neck shape and the neck shape in the preset posture characteristic is greater than a preset value, it is determined that the detected neck shape does not conform to the neck shape in the preset posture characteristic; and if the error value between the detected neck shape and the neck shape in the preset posture characteristic is less than or equal to the preset value, judging that the detected neck shape conforms to the neck shape in the preset posture characteristic. Specifically, when the neck massage apparatus detects the shape of the neck using the airbag, the neck massage apparatus inflates the airbag to be closely attached to the skin of the neck, thereby sensing the shape of the neck of the user. The current air bag starts to be inflated only when the posture detection function is started, for example, in one embodiment, the posture detection function is set to be started within a preset time period in the process of using the massage apparatus, and the posture characteristic detection is performed on the user when the air bag is started.
Specifically, the neck massager can detect the distance between the neck massager and the shoulders of the user through the position sensor. When the user stands or sits, if the distance between the shoulder of the user and the neck massager is smaller than the distance between the user and the neck massager after the user steps on the shoulder. Therefore, after the vertical distance between the neck massage apparatus and the shoulder of the user is detected by the position sensor, the vertical distance between the neck massage apparatus and the shoulder of the user in the preset posture characteristics is compared with the vertical distance between the neck massage apparatus and the shoulder of the user to determine whether the detected shoulder posture characteristics conform to the preset posture characteristics. Specifically, if an error value between the detected vertical distance between the neck massage instrument and the shoulder of the user and the vertical distance between the neck massage instrument and the shoulder of the user in the preset posture characteristics is greater than a preset value, it is determined that the detected shoulder posture characteristics do not conform to the shoulder posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics; and if the detected error value between the vertical distance between the neck massage instrument and the shoulders of the user and the vertical distance between the neck massage instrument and the shoulders of the user in the preset posture characteristics is less than or equal to the preset value, judging that the detected shoulder posture characteristics conform to the shoulder posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics.
Specifically, the neck massager can detect the distance between the neck massager and the ground through the position sensor. When the user stands or sits, if the waist of the user is in a normal posture, the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground is larger than the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground when the user bends over. Therefore, after the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground is detected through the position sensor, the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground in the preset posture characteristics is compared with the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground in the preset posture characteristics, and whether the detected waist posture characteristics accord with the preset posture characteristics or not is determined. Specifically, if an error value between the detected distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground and the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground in the preset posture characteristics is greater than a preset value, it is determined that the detected waist posture characteristics do not conform to the waist and shoulder posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics; and if the error value between the detected distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground and the distance between the neck massage instrument and the ground in the preset posture characteristics is less than or equal to the preset value, judging that the detected waist posture characteristics accord with the waist posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics.
For example, in an embodiment, if a user collapses his/her shoulder during using the neck massager, the vertical distance between the neck massager and the shoulder of the user, which is detected by the position sensor of the neck massager, is greater than the distance between the neck massager and the shoulder in the preset posture characteristics, and it is determined that the shoulder posture characteristics of the user do not conform to the preset shoulder posture characteristics. For example, in an embodiment, if the user is in a sitting posture during using the neck massager, and a bow occurs, a vertical distance between the neck massager detected by the position sensor of the neck massager and the ground is smaller than a distance between the neck massager and the ground in the preset posture characteristic, and it is determined that the waist posture characteristic of the user does not conform to the preset waist posture characteristic.
Step S32: and if the posture characteristics of the user do not accord with the preset posture characteristics, the neck massager gives an alarm.
As can be appreciated, the preset posture characteristics include standard waist posture characteristics, shoulder posture characteristics and neck posture characteristics of the user; the neck massage instrument can detect the neck posture characteristics, the waist posture characteristics and the shoulder posture characteristics within a preset time period, and when one of the neck massage instrument is not in accordance with the preset posture characteristics, the neck massage instrument gives an alarm. Specifically, in order to allow the user to clearly distinguish which item does not match the preset posture characteristic, the neck massager may issue different alarms to prompt the user. For example, if the neck massage instrument detects that the neck posture characteristics do not accord with the neck posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics, the neck massage instrument can send out vibration to prompt a user; for another example, if the neck massager detects that the waist posture characteristics do not conform to the waist posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics, the flash lamp can be lightened to prompt the user; for another example, if the neck massager detects that the shoulder posture characteristics do not conform to the shoulder posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics, a voice prompt can be sent to prompt the user. In an embodiment, the neck massager may also send the same type of alarm to prompt the user, for example, the flash lamp may be turned on to display red light to prompt the user if the neck massager detects that the waist posture characteristics do not conform to the waist posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics; for another example, if the neck massager detects that the shoulder posture characteristics do not conform to the shoulder posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics, the flash lamp can be lightened to display green light to prompt the user; for another example, if the neck massage apparatus detects that the neck posture characteristics do not conform to the neck posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics, the flash lamp can be turned on to display blue light to prompt the user.
According to the posture correction method of the neck massager, provided by the invention, the posture characteristics of the user are detected in the preset time period and are compared with the preset posture characteristics, and if the comparison result shows that the posture characteristics of the user do not accord with the preset posture characteristics, the neck massager gives an alarm to prompt the user, so that the problem of correcting the bad posture of the neck massager in the using process is realized, and a better using effect is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, a flow chart of a posture correction method of a neck massager according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein steps S42 and S43 are the same as steps S31 and S32 shown in fig. 3, except that: before step S42, the method further includes: step S41, further comprising after step S43: step S44.
Step S41: the neck massager acquires and stores the preset posture characteristics of the user in a standard standing or sitting posture state.
Specifically, the preset posture characteristics comprise at least one of the shape of the neck of the user, the distance from the neck massage instrument to the shoulders of the user and the distance from the ground. It can be understood that the neck shape and the height of each person are different, so that the neck shape and the neck massage instrument which are measured by different persons are different from the shoulder distance of the user and the distance from the ground, the posture characteristic detection is accurate for use, the user acquires the posture characteristic data of the user in a standard standing posture or a sitting posture when using the neck massage instrument, and the neck massage instrument is used after the data acquisition is finished. In an embodiment, if the same neck massager is used by multiple persons, to avoid confusion of the posture characteristic data of different users stored in the neck massager, for example, the user a misuses the posture characteristic data stored in the user B in advance during use, the neck massager sets different identifiers, such as names, numbers and the like, to the posture characteristic data of different users when acquiring the preset posture characteristics, so that the user can input the corresponding names, numbers and the like when using the neck massager, so as to call out the corresponding preset posture characteristic data. Or in another embodiment, after the current user collects the preset posture characteristics and finishes using the preset posture characteristics, the neck massager automatically clears the currently stored preset posture characteristic data.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the user may store the neck posture characteristics, the shoulder posture characteristics, and the waist posture characteristics in the preset posture characteristics separately, that is, the neck massager collects the neck posture characteristics, the shoulder posture characteristics, and the waist posture characteristics for multiple times. Or, in an embodiment, when the neck massager collects the preset posture characteristics, the neck massager collects the posture characteristics of the user in a standing posture and also collects the posture characteristics of the user in a sitting posture. When a user uses the neck massager, the neck massager detects that the user is in a standing posture or a sitting posture at present through the position sensor; if the user is detected to be in the standing posture, the neck massage instrument compares the current neck posture characteristic, shoulder posture characteristic and waist posture characteristic of the user with the corresponding preset posture characteristic in the standing posture after detecting at least one of the neck posture characteristic, the shoulder posture characteristic and the waist posture characteristic. If the user is detected to be in the sitting posture, the neck massage instrument compares the current neck posture characteristic, shoulder posture characteristic and waist posture characteristic of the user with the corresponding preset posture characteristic in the sitting posture after detecting at least one of the neck posture characteristic, the shoulder posture characteristic and the waist posture characteristic.
Step S44: and when the body state characteristics of the user are detected to accord with the preset body state characteristics, the neck massager stops alarming.
Specifically, when the neck massage instrument detects that the posture characteristics of the user do not accord with the preset posture characteristics, an alarm is given, and the user adjusts the current posture characteristics according to the alarm. The neck massage appearance is continuously detecting user's posture characteristic after sending out the police dispatch newspaper, if detect user's posture characteristic and accord with when predetermineeing the posture characteristic, the neck massage appearance stops the police dispatch newspaper.
According to the posture correction method of the neck massager, provided by the invention, the posture characteristics of the user are detected within a preset time period and are compared with the preset posture characteristics, if the comparison result shows that the posture characteristics of the user do not accord with the preset posture characteristics, the neck massager gives an alarm to prompt the user, the neck massager continuously detects the posture characteristics of the user, and if the posture characteristics of the user accord with the preset posture characteristics, the neck massager stops alarming. Therefore, the problem of poor posture of the neck massager in the using process is solved, and a better using effect is achieved.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method and apparatus may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a module or a unit is merely a logical division, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
Units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
