The storage device 60 may be a medium that can store the program data 601, such as a usb disk, a portable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or may be a server or a terminal that stores the program data 601, and the server or the terminal may transmit the stored program data 601 to another device for operation, or may operate the stored program data 601 by itself.

Claims (10)

1. A use method of a neck massager is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring heart rate data of a user;
judging whether the heart rate data is larger than a preset threshold value or not;
if yes, confirming that the user emotion is abnormal, and counting the time of the user emotion abnormality;
and when the time of the abnormal emotion of the user is longer than the preset time, switching to a preset mode to massage the user and reminding the user to pay attention to emotion management.
2. The method of use of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining heart rate data of the user is preceded by the method of use further comprising:
acquiring the neck forward inclination of the user;
judging whether the neck forward inclination is larger than a preset inclination threshold value or not;
and when the neck forward inclination is larger than the preset inclination threshold, reminding the user of correcting the posture.
3. The method of use of claim 2, wherein prior to the step of alerting the user to correct the posture, the method of use further comprises:
and comparing the neck anteversion with preset standard data, and giving a suggestion of the user posture adjustment according to the comparison result.
4. The use of claim 1, wherein the step of alerting the user to mood management comprises:
playing pre-stored soothing music to adjust the mood of the user.
5. The method of use of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring blood pressure data of the user;
and when the blood pressure data exceeds a preset blood pressure threshold value, reminding the user of paying attention to the blood pressure reduction.
6. The method of use of claim 5, wherein after the step of obtaining blood pressure data of the user, the method of use further comprises:
generating a blood pressure curve of the blood pressure data as a function of the mood of the user.
7. The use of claim 1, wherein the step of alerting the user to mood management comprises:
and reminding the user to pay attention to emotion management in a voice mode.
8. The use method according to claim 1, wherein the neck massager is connected with a mobile terminal, and after the step of confirming the emotional abnormality of the user, the use method further comprises:
sending a message of the abnormal emotion of the user to the mobile terminal;
and receiving and playing the music for adjusting the emotion sent by the mobile terminal.
9. A neck massager comprising a memory for storing program instructions for implementing a method of using the neck massager of any one of claims 1-8 and a processor for executing the program instructions stored in the memory.
10. A storage device, characterized in that the storage device stores program data that can be executed to implement the use method of the neck massage apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
