the determining module 240 is configured to query a preset reference table according to the tag ID, and determine target user account information corresponding to the tag ID; the target user account information includes fueling data;
the processing module 210 is configured to generate an authorized fueling message according to fueling data;
the sending module 250 is configured to send, according to the fueling device ID, an authorized fueling message to a fueling device corresponding to the fueling device ID;
the receiving module 230 is further configured to receive a fueling complete message sent by the fueling device after the fueling is completed.
Further, the processing module 210 is further configured to, when the fueling completion message sent by the fueling device is not received within the preset second duration, or after the fueling completion message is received, calculate a fueling amount according to the fueling data, and perform a fueling order generating operation according to the fueling data, the fueling amount, the fueling device ID, the tag ID, and the fueling time information, to generate fueling order information;
according to the oiling data in the oiling order information, inventory reduction operation is carried out, and inventory information is obtained;
after the oiling order information is encrypted, a payment operation is initiated, the encrypted oiling order information is sent to a third party server, so that the third party server decrypts the encrypted oiling order information, then a deduction operation is carried out, and after the deduction operation, oiling evidence information is generated; the oiling certificate information comprises actual payment amount and payment account;
the receiving module 230 is further configured to receive fueling certificate information sent by the third party server.
Further, the processing module 210 is specifically configured to:
after the oiling order generation operation is performed, the stock reduction operation is not performed, and then the oiling order information generated by the oiling order generation operation is withdrawn; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
after the inventory reduction operation is carried out, if the payment initiation operation is not carried out, the oiling order information generated by the oiling order generation operation and the inventory information generated by the inventory reduction operation are withdrawn; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and when the payment operation is initiated, the refuel order information generated by the refuel order generation operation, the inventory information generated by the inventory reduction operation and the encrypted refuel order information generated by the payment operation are withdrawn when the deduction operation is not executed.
Further, the processing module 210 is further configured to generate a query request message for querying whether to perform a refueling operation, where the query request message includes a refueling device ID;
the sending module 250 is further configured to send a query request message to a fueling device corresponding to the fueling device ID;
the receiving module 230 is further configured to receive a confirm fueling message sent by the fueling device;
the processing module 210 is further configured to continue executing the fueling order generation operation based on the confirmation fueling message.
By applying the payment abnormality processing system provided by the embodiment of the application, after the oiling equipment is authorized to be oiled, if the communication module of the oiling equipment has a fault, automatic deduction can be performed. And when the communication module of the oiling device has no fault, if the abnormality exists in the payment process, such as unsuccessful payment, repeated payment and the like, the transaction mechanism of order payment can be utilized for processing, thereby avoiding the occurrence of error payment such as repeated payment and the like.
An embodiment of the present application provides an apparatus, including a memory and a processor, where the memory is configured to store a program, and the memory may be connected to the processor through a bus. The memory may be non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk drive and flash memory, in which software programs and device drivers are stored. The software program can execute various functions of the method provided by the embodiment of the application; the device driver may be a network and interface driver. The processor is configured to execute a software program, where the software program is executed to implement the method provided in the first embodiment of the present application.
A fourth embodiment of the present application provides a computer program product containing instructions, which when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method provided by the first embodiment of the present application.
The fifth embodiment of the present application provides a computer readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method provided in the first embodiment of the present application is implemented.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative elements and steps are described above generally in terms of function in order to clearly illustrate the interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. The software modules may be disposed in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The foregoing detailed description of the application has been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and it should be understood that the application is not limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements within the spirit and principles of the application.

Claims (8)

1. A payment anomaly handling method, the method comprising:
obtaining a transaction mechanism of order payment according to the sequence of the oiling order generation operation, the inventory reduction operation, the payment initiation operation and the deduction operation; wherein each of the fueling order generation operation, the inventory reduction operation, the initiate payment operation, and the deduction operation is as one atomic transaction;
storing a transaction mechanism for payment of the order;
when the next atomic transaction of the current atomic transaction is not received within a preset first duration, the current previous atomic transaction is revoked;
when the next atomic transaction of the current atomic transaction is not received within the preset first duration, the step of canceling the current previous atomic transaction specifically includes:
after the oiling order generation operation is performed, the stock reduction operation is not performed, and then the oiling order information generated by the oiling order generation operation is withdrawn; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
after the inventory reduction operation is carried out, if the payment initiation operation is not carried out, the oiling order information generated by the oiling order generation operation and the inventory information generated by the inventory reduction operation are withdrawn; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and when the payment operation is initiated, the refuel order information generated by the refuel order generation operation, the inventory information generated by the inventory reduction operation and the encrypted refuel order information generated by the payment operation are withdrawn when the deduction operation is not executed.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method is preceded by:
receiving a refueling request message sent by a refueling device; the fueling request message includes a tag ID and a fueling device ID;
inquiring a preset comparison table according to the tag ID, and determining target user account information corresponding to the tag ID; the target user account information includes fueling data;
generating an authorized fueling message according to the fueling data;
according to the oiling equipment ID, the authorized oiling message is sent to oiling equipment corresponding to the oiling equipment ID;
and after the oiling is completed, receiving an oiling completion message sent by the oiling device.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the transmitting the authorized fueling message to the fueling device corresponding to the fueling device ID based on the fueling device ID, the method further comprises:
when the oiling completion message sent by the oiling device is not received within a preset second duration, or after the oiling completion message is received, calculating the oiling amount according to the oiling data, the oiling amount, the oiling device ID, the tag ID and the oiling time information, performing oiling order generation operation according to the oiling data, the oiling amount, the oiling device ID and the oiling time information, and generating oiling order information;
according to the oiling data in the oiling order information, inventory reduction operation is carried out to obtain inventory information;
after encrypting the oiling order information, initiating payment operation, and sending the encrypted oiling order information to a third party server, so that the third party server decrypts the oiling order information, then performs deduction operation, and generates oiling evidence information after deduction operation; the oiling certificate information comprises an actual payment amount and a payment account;
and receiving the oiling certificate information sent by the third-party server.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, thereafter, generating a query request message for querying whether to perform a fueling operation, the query request message including a fueling device ID;
sending the inquiry request message to the oiling equipment corresponding to the oiling equipment ID;
receiving a confirmation refueling message sent by the refueling equipment;
and continuing to execute the oiling order generation operation according to the oiling confirmation message.
5. A payment anomaly handling system, the system comprising:
the processing module is used for obtaining a transaction mechanism of order payment according to the sequence of the oiling order generation operation, the stock reduction operation, the payment initiation operation and the deduction operation; wherein each of the fueling order generation operation, the inventory reduction operation, the initiate payment operation, and the deduction operation is as one atomic transaction;
the storage module is used for storing a transaction mechanism of the order payment;
the processing module is further configured to cancel a current previous atomic transaction when a next atomic transaction of the current atomic transaction is not received within a preset first duration;
the processing module is specifically configured to:
after the oiling order generation operation is performed, the stock reduction operation is not performed, and then the oiling order information generated by the oiling order generation operation is withdrawn; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
after the inventory reduction operation is carried out, if the payment initiation operation is not carried out, the oiling order information generated by the oiling order generation operation and the inventory information generated by the inventory reduction operation are withdrawn; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and when the payment operation is initiated, the refuel order information generated by the refuel order generation operation, the inventory information generated by the inventory reduction operation and the encrypted refuel order information generated by the payment operation are withdrawn when the deduction operation is not executed.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the system further comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving a refueling request message sent by the refueling equipment; the fueling request message includes a tag ID and a fueling device ID;
the determining module is used for inquiring a preset comparison table according to the tag ID and determining target user account information corresponding to the tag ID; the target user account information includes fueling data;
the processing module is used for generating an authorized oiling message according to the oiling data;
the sending module is used for sending the authorized oiling message to oiling equipment corresponding to the oiling equipment ID according to the oiling equipment ID;
the receiving module is also used for receiving a refueling completion message sent by the refueling equipment after the refueling is completed.

The system of claim 6, wherein the processing module is further configured to perform a fueling order generation operation to generate fueling order information based on the fueling data, the fueling amount, the fueling device ID, the tag ID, and the fueling time information when a fueling completion message sent by the fueling device is not received within a preset second time period, or after the fueling completion message is received;
according to the oiling data in the oiling order information, inventory reduction operation is carried out to obtain inventory information;
after encrypting the oiling order information, initiating payment operation, and sending the encrypted oiling order information to a third party server, so that the third party server decrypts the oiling order information, then performs deduction operation, and generates oiling evidence information after deduction operation; the oiling certificate information comprises an actual payment amount and a payment account;
the receiving module is also used for receiving the oiling certificate information sent by the third party server.
8. The system of claim 5, wherein the processing module is further configured to generate a query request message for querying whether to perform a fueling operation, the query request message including a fueling device ID;
the sending module is further configured to send the query request message to a fueling device corresponding to the fueling device ID;
the receiving module is also used for receiving a confirmation refueling message sent by the refueling equipment;
the processing module is further configured to continue executing the fueling order generation operation according to the confirm fueling message.
