In daily life, it is often necessary to monitor the environment and to issue an alarm when an abnormal situation is detected. The processing progress information of the alarm event is viewed from top to bottom according to the sequence of the time lines in the interface schematic diagram after the detail viewing triggering option is triggered, which is shown in fig. 5.
In the embodiment of the application, the interface for checking details is set, so that an operator can conveniently check the whole process of the alarm event, and can comprehensively master all information of the occurrence process of the alarm event.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 to 5 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps of fig. 2-5 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided an apparatus 600 for handling an alarm, for use in an alarm processing device in an alarm system, where the alarm system includes the alarm processing device and at least one event monitoring device, each event monitoring device is disposed at a different location of a target area, and the apparatus for handling an alarm includes: a receiving module 601, an analyzing module 602, a first presenting module 603, and a sending module 604, wherein:
a receiving module 601, configured to receive monitoring data sent by the event monitoring device, where the monitoring data sent by each event monitoring device is obtained by monitoring, by the event monitoring device, a set position of the event monitoring device;
an analysis module 602, configured to perform analysis processing on the received monitoring data, and determine whether an alarm event occurs at each position of the target area according to a result of the analysis processing;
a first display module 603, configured to display an alarm event processing interface if an alarm event occurs at a target location of the target area, where the alarm event processing interface includes description information of the alarm event occurring at the target location and an alarm event handling option;
a sending module 604, configured to send, after detecting a triggering operation on the alarm event handling option, handling information to a handling person located within a preset geographic range around the target location, where the handling information is used to instruct the handling person to handle the alarm event at the target location.
In an embodiment of the present application, the alarm event handling interface further includes an alarm reject option. Referring to fig. 7, another apparatus 700 for handling an alarm is provided, where the apparatus 700 for handling an alarm includes, in addition to the modules included in the apparatus 600 for handling an alarm, optionally, a prohibition module 605, a second presentation module 606, a third presentation module 607, an update module 608, and a fourth presentation module 609.
The prohibiting module 605 is configured to prohibit, after detecting the triggering operation of the alarm rejection option, the handling of the alarm event at the target location, and mark the alarm event at the target location as a false alarm event.
In this embodiment of the present application, the second display module 606 is configured to, after detecting a trigger operation on an alarm management option, display an alarm management interface, where the alarm management interface includes a plurality of pieces of alarm event information, and each piece of alarm event information includes description information of an alarm event, processing progress information of the alarm event, and an operation option of the alarm event; the description information comprises the serial number of the alarm event, the source of the alarm event, the name of the alarm event, the danger level of the alarm event, the alarm time of the alarm event, the position of the alarm event and the plan level of the alarm event; the danger level of the alarm event is determined according to the level interval to which the difference value between the monitoring data and the preset index value belongs.
In the embodiment of the present application, the processing progress information of the alarm event includes a handling state of the alarm event and whether the alarm event is handled for a timeout, and the handling state of the alarm event includes a to-be-confirmed state, a rejected state, a handling state, and a handling end state.
In this embodiment of the application, the operation option of the alarm event includes an alarm follow-up option, and the third presentation module 607 is configured to, after the triggering operation on the alarm follow-up option is detected, present handling conditions of the alarm event, where the present handling conditions of the alarm event include multimedia information of an area where the alarm event is located.
In this embodiment of the present application, the operation options of the alarm event include an alarm editing option, and the updating module 608 is configured to receive, after detecting a triggering operation on the alarm editing option, modified content of the description information input by a user; and updating the description information by using the modification content.
In this embodiment of the application, the operation options of the alarm event include a view details option, and the fourth displaying module 609 is configured to, after the triggering operation on the view details option is detected, display the processing progress information of the alarm event according to a time sequence.
For specific limitations of the device for handling alarms, reference may be made to the above limitations of the method for handling alarms, which are not described in detail herein. The various modules in the above-described apparatus for handling alarms may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In the embodiment of the present application, a computer device is provided, where the computer device may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of handling alarms. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a computer device including a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, and the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
receiving monitoring data sent by event monitoring equipment, wherein the monitoring data sent by each event monitoring equipment is obtained by monitoring the set position of the event monitoring equipment by the event monitoring equipment;
analyzing and processing the received monitoring data, and determining whether an alarm event occurs at each position of the target area according to the analysis and processing result;
if an alarm event occurs at the target position of the target area, displaying an alarm event processing interface, wherein the alarm event processing interface comprises description information of the alarm event occurring at the target position and alarm event handling options;
and when the triggering operation of the alarm event handling option is detected, sending handling information to a handling person located in a preset geographical range around the target position, wherein the handling information is used for instructing the handling person to handle the alarm event at the target position.
In the embodiment of the present application, the alarm event processing interface further includes an alarm reject option; the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and after the triggering operation of the alarm rejection option is detected, prohibiting the handling of the alarm event at the target position, and marking the alarm event at the target position as a false alarm event.
In the embodiment of the present application, the processor, when executing the computer program, further implements the following steps:
when the triggering operation of the alarm management option is detected, displaying an alarm management interface, wherein the alarm management interface comprises a plurality of pieces of alarm event information, and each piece of alarm event information comprises the description information of the alarm event, the processing progress information of the alarm event and the operation option of the alarm event; the description information comprises the serial number of the alarm event, the source of the alarm event, the name of the alarm event, the danger level of the alarm event, the alarm time of the alarm event, the position of the alarm event and the plan level of the alarm event; the danger level of the alarm event is determined according to the level interval to which the difference value between the monitoring data and the preset index value belongs.
In the embodiment of the present application, the processing progress information of the alarm event includes a handling state of the alarm event and whether the alarm event is handled for a timeout, and the handling state of the alarm event includes a to-be-confirmed state, a rejected state, a handling state, and a handling end state.

receiving the modification content of the description information input by a user after detecting the triggering operation of the alarm editing option;
and updating the description information by using the modification content.
In the embodiment of the application, the operation options of the alarm event comprise a view details option; the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and after the triggering operation of the viewing detail option is detected, displaying the processing progress information of the alarm event according to the time sequence.
In an embodiment of the application, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, realizes the steps of:
receiving monitoring data sent by event monitoring equipment, wherein the monitoring data sent by each event monitoring equipment is obtained by monitoring the set position of the event monitoring equipment by the event monitoring equipment;
analyzing and processing the received monitoring data, and determining whether an alarm event occurs at each position of the target area according to the analysis and processing result;
if an alarm event occurs at the target position of the target area, displaying an alarm event processing interface, wherein the alarm event processing interface comprises description information of the alarm event occurring at the target position and alarm event handling options;
and when the triggering operation of the alarm event handling option is detected, sending handling information to a handling person located in a preset geographical range around the target position, wherein the handling information is used for instructing the handling person to handle the alarm event at the target position.
In the embodiment of the present application, the alarm event processing interface further includes an alarm reject option; the computer program when executed by the processor further realizes the steps of:
and after the triggering operation of the alarm rejection option is detected, prohibiting the handling of the alarm event at the target position, and marking the alarm event at the target position as a false alarm event.
In an embodiment of the application, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

In the embodiment of the present application, the processing progress information of the alarm event includes a handling state of the alarm event and whether the alarm event is handled for a timeout, and the handling state of the alarm event includes a to-be-confirmed state, a rejected state, a handling state, and a handling end state.

In the embodiment of the application, the operation options of the alarm event comprise a view details option; the computer program when executed by the processor further realizes the steps of:
and after the triggering operation of the viewing detail option is detected, displaying the processing progress information of the alarm event according to the time sequence.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method of handling an alert, for use in an alert processing device in an alert system, the alert system including the alert processing device and at least one event monitoring device, each of the event monitoring devices being disposed at a different location of a target area, the method comprising:
receiving monitoring data sent by the event monitoring equipment, wherein the monitoring data sent by each event monitoring equipment is obtained by monitoring the set position of the event monitoring equipment by the event monitoring equipment;
analyzing and processing the received monitoring data, and determining whether an alarm event occurs at each position of the target area according to the analysis and processing result;
if an alarm event occurs at the target position of the target area, displaying an alarm event processing interface, wherein the alarm event processing interface comprises description information of the alarm event occurring at the target position and alarm event handling options;
and when the triggering operation of the alarm event handling option is detected, sending handling information to a handling person located within a preset geographical range around the target position, wherein the handling information is used for instructing the handling person to handle the alarm event at the target position.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the alarm event processing interface further comprises an alarm reject option; the method further comprises the following steps:
and after the triggering operation of the alarm rejection option is detected, prohibiting the handling of the alarm event at the target position, and marking the alarm event at the target position as a false alarm event.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the triggering operation of an alarm management option is detected, displaying an alarm management interface, wherein the alarm management interface comprises a plurality of pieces of alarm event information, and each piece of alarm event information comprises the description information of an alarm event, the processing progress information of the alarm event and the operation option of the alarm event; the description information comprises the serial number of the alarm event, the source of the alarm event, the name of the alarm event, the danger level of the alarm event, the alarm time of the alarm event, the position of the alarm event and the plan level of the alarm event; and the danger level of the alarm event is determined according to the level interval to which the difference value between the monitoring data and a preset index value belongs.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the processing progress information of the alarm event comprises a handling status of the alarm event and whether the alarm event is handled for a timeout, and wherein the handling status of the alarm event comprises a to-be-confirmed status, a rejected status, a handling status and a handling end status.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the operational options for the alarm event include an alarm follow-up option, the method further comprising:
and after the triggering operation of the alarm follow-up option is detected, displaying the current handling condition of the alarm event, wherein the current handling condition of the alarm event comprises multimedia information of the area where the alarm event is located.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the operational options for the alarm event include an alarm edit option, the method further comprising:
after the triggering operation of the alarm editing option is detected, receiving the modification content of the description information input by a user;
and updating the description information by using the modified content.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the operational options for the alarm event include a view details option, the method further comprising:
and after the triggering operation of the viewing detail option is detected, displaying the processing progress information of the alarm event according to the time sequence.
8. An apparatus for handling an alert, for use in an alert processing device in an alert system, the alert system including the alert processing device and at least one event monitoring device, each of the event monitoring devices being disposed at a different location in a target area, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving monitoring data sent by the event monitoring equipment, and the monitoring data sent by each event monitoring equipment is obtained by monitoring the set position of the event monitoring equipment by the event monitoring equipment;
the analysis module is used for analyzing and processing the received monitoring data and determining whether an alarm event occurs at each position of the target area according to the analysis and processing result;
the first display module is used for displaying an alarm event processing interface if an alarm event occurs at a target position of the target area, wherein the alarm event processing interface comprises description information of the alarm event occurring at the target position and alarm event handling options;
a sending module, configured to send, after a trigger operation on the alarm event handling option is detected, handling information to a handling person located within a preset geographic range around the target location, where the handling information is used to instruct the handling person to handle an alarm event at the target location.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
