The double-layer four-area express intelligent sorting equipment and the control method thereof have the following optional steps:

Extracting effective keywords and the delivery sites corresponding to the keywords from the historical delivery data through a keyword extraction module to serve as data bases for automatic site identification:
the keyword generating unit generates various keywords which can be combined by splitting and combining characters, numbers and symbols of the dispatch address, and the method for generating the keywords by the keyword generating unit comprises the following steps:
performing dictionary word segmentation on the dispatch address by using a common word bank, and splitting the dispatch address into a plurality of fragments;
taking English words and numbers in the dispatch address as separate segments;
connecting two split adjacent segments, keeping the connection of the segments containing two or more continuous Chinese characters, and connecting the segments to generate keywords;
the keyword filtering unit keeps keywords with absolute excellent dispatch sites as effective keywords by calculating the distribution condition of the dispatch sites corresponding to the keywords, and the filtering method for filtering the keywords by the keyword filtering unit comprises the following steps:
sorting by taking the keywords as a first sorting basis and taking the dispatch sites as a second sorting basis;
counting the proportion of the dispatch sites corresponding to each keyword;
and key words which account for absolute dominance and have the proportion of the dispatch site not less than 80% are reserved.
The third step comprises the following steps:
(31) sending the at least one keyword for retrieval to a retrieval database, if the matching is successful, turning to the step (32), and if the matching is failed, turning to the step (33);

(33) and if the matching fails, adding the address of the to-be-dispatched piece as a key word into the retrieval database, and forwarding the to-be-dispatched piece to the unidentified sorting basket for manual processing.
Acquiring an externally input dispatch address through an address input unit; the site query unit takes the keywords as query conditions and queries the dispatch sites corresponding to the keywords from the keyword database; and the site filtering unit counts the specific gravity of each inquired dispatch site, keeps the dominant dispatch site with the specific gravity of not less than 65 percent as the final dispatch site to be output, and outputs an unknown result if no dominant dispatch site with the specific gravity of not less than 65 percent exists.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the sorting method further includes the following steps:
step four: adjusting the sorting basket: and carrying out weight arrangement on the dispatch stations according to the occurrence frequency of the keywords for retrieval from large to small, wherein the closer the sorting basket corresponding to the dispatch station with the largest weight is to the inlet of the sorting equipment.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable to adjust the weight of the corresponding dispatch station and adjust the corresponding sorting basket position according to a change in the frequency of occurrence of the search keyword within a certain period of time.

In summary, the invention provides double-layer four-area express intelligent sorting equipment and a control method, by using the logistics express sorting method, the positions of the sorting baskets can be sorted in advance, a large number of to-be-dispatched articles located at the same dispatch station can be sorted into the sorting baskets at the first time, and can be carried away by a transport tool in time after the sorting baskets are fully loaded, so that a large amount of sorting time is saved, meanwhile, by using the logistics express sorting method, the sorting speed can be effectively improved, the sorting quality is greatly improved, the sorting error rate is reduced, manual processing means are reserved, and the phenomenon that addresses without dispatching history are not known to be transferred into which sorting basket to cause the addresses to be stuck on a conveying belt to influence subsequent sorting operation is avoided.

Claims (9)

step two: scanning an address of a to-be-dispatched object to obtain a keyword for retrieval;
step three: matching the dispatching site: sending the keywords for retrieval to a retrieval database for matching, and if the keywords are successfully matched with the corresponding delivery station, transferring the to-be-delivered item to a sorting basket corresponding to the delivery station; and if the express delivery stations cannot be matched, the express delivery articles are transferred to unidentified sorting baskets for manual processing.
2. The intelligent express sorting equipment control method of claim 1, wherein the first step comprises the following steps:
(11) extracting all historical dispatch address information from a historical dispatch address database;
(12) extracting all piece dispatching site information from a site dispatching area database;
(13) analyzing the longitude and latitude of all historical dispatch address information and the delivery area information of all dispatch sites to obtain the longitude and latitude information of all historical dispatch addresses and the delivery area longitude and latitude information of all dispatch sites;
(14) processing the longitude and latitude information of all historical dispatch addresses and the longitude and latitude information of delivery areas of all dispatch sites to obtain the matching relation between all historical dispatch addresses and all dispatch sites;
(15) performing word segmentation on all historical dispatch addresses one by one to correspondingly obtain at least one keyword;
(16) obtaining keyword distribution information of all keywords in all the dispatch sites according to the matching relation between all the historical dispatch addresses and all the dispatch sites in the step (4);
(17) processing the keyword distribution information to obtain the occurrence frequency of all keywords in any delivery site, and taking the keywords of which the occurrence frequency is not lower than a set first threshold value at any delivery site as effective keywords of the delivery site;
(18) and matching all the effective keywords with all the dispatch sites to obtain a retrieval database.
3. The intelligent sorting equipment control method for express delivery according to claim 2, wherein the historical delivery address information in the historical delivery address database is processed through standardization.
4. The intelligent sorting equipment control method for express delivery according to claim 2, wherein the delivery site information in the site delivery area database is processed by correction.
5. The intelligent express sorting equipment control method of claim 1, wherein the second step comprises the following steps:
(21) acquiring an address of a to-be-dispatched piece;
(22) and performing word segmentation on the address to be dispatched to obtain at least one keyword for retrieval.
6. The intelligent express sorting equipment control method of claim 1, wherein the third step comprises the following steps:
(31) sending the at least one keyword for retrieval to a retrieval database, if the matching is successful, turning to the step (32), and if the matching is failed, turning to the step (33);
(32) matching successfully, obtaining at least one to-be-screened dispatch station, taking the to-be-screened dispatch station with the probability of occurrence in the at least one to-be-screened dispatch station not lower than a set second threshold value as a to-be-delivered dispatch station, and transferring the to-be-dispatched dispatch to a sorting basket corresponding to the dispatch station;
(33) and if the matching fails, adding the address of the to-be-dispatched piece as a key word into the retrieval database, and forwarding the to-be-dispatched piece to the unidentified sorting basket for manual processing.
7. The intelligent express sorting equipment control method of claim 1, wherein the sorting method further comprises the following steps:
step four: adjusting the sorting basket: and carrying out weight arrangement on the dispatch stations according to the occurrence frequency of the keywords for retrieval from large to small, wherein the closer the sorting basket corresponding to the dispatch station with the largest weight is to the inlet of the sorting equipment.

The intelligent sorting equipment control method for express delivery according to claim 7, wherein the weight of the corresponding delivery site is adjusted according to the change of the occurrence frequency of the keyword for retrieval within a certain time, and the position of the corresponding sorting basket is adjusted.
