Preferably, the sterilizing lamp 21 is a UV led lamp, and emits UV light when it is energized, and radiates UV light including UVC light, which can kill bacteria and viruses up to 99.9% in an effective range.
The disinfection device 2 is arranged in the equipment body 1, and a positioning port 11 for positioning the disinfection device 2 is arranged on the equipment body 1. The positioning port 11 may be higher or flush with the surface of the apparatus body 1, and usually, the positioning port 11 is provided on the back surface of the apparatus body 1. Various sensors are used for controlling the disinfection lamp 21 according to the acquired signals, and if the environment opposite to the UV irradiation surface of the disinfection lamp 21 is in a non-safe disinfection environment, such as a human body, an animal or an object sensitive to UV, and is in a high radiation distance range, the system automatically disables the UV function of the disinfection lamp 21 to avoid the damage to the disinfection lamp 21 caused by UV irradiation. If the environment is normally sterilized, the system operates according to a defined sterilization program, and the sterilizing lamp 21UV is started to irradiate, so that the environment is sterilized.
The control of the disinfection lamp 21 by various sensors according to the acquired signals can prevent the disinfection lamp 21 from being turned on when facing people and animals, avoid the harm of the disinfection lamp 21 to the people and the animals, and improve the safety of the disinfection lamp 21.
The disinfection device 2 further comprises a circuit board 22 and a drive control circuit for providing constant current for the disinfection lamp 21, the disinfection lamp 21 and the drive control circuit are arranged on the circuit board 22, an interface 23 connected with the mainboard 12 is arranged on the circuit board 22, and the circuit board 22 can be plugged into the mainboard 12 of the electronic equipment through the interface 23, can also be welded onto the mainboard 12, or is connected with the mainboard 12 through a contact point.
A drive control circuit may also be provided on the main board 12 to supply a constant current to the sterilizing lamp 21. The drive control circuit can ensure that the UV LED lamp beads work stably and reliably; the drive control circuit is communicated with the mobile phone main board 12 and controls the constant current drive circuit to be switched on and switched off according to the instruction of the main control chip.
Further, it is preferable that the sterilizing device 2 includes a package 24 for protecting the sterilizing lamp 21 and the circuit board 22, and a light source cover 25 for covering and sealing the sterilizing lamp 21. The package 24 is made of a UV-aging resistant material, such as: metal, ceramic, etc. The package member 24 is provided with a light source hole 241 for the light source of the sterilizing lamp 21 to pass through, and the light source cover 25 is disposed on the light source hole 241 to seal the sterilizing lamp 21 and protect the UV LED lamp. The light source cover 25 is made of a material with high UV light transmittance, for example: a quartz glass material.
