Under the operating environment, the application provides a processing method of order data as shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a processing method of order data according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following processing steps:
step S202, determining an available amount corresponding to the first account, wherein the available amount is determined according to the received remittance amount and the remittance rate, and the available amount is an amount of a fund type supported by a second account different from the fund type supported by the first account;
step S204, determining the amount of the order corresponding to the to-be-issued order;
step S206, when the amount of the order is less than the available amount, sending order information corresponding to the to-be-issued order to the first account;
step S208, receiving confirmation information from the first account, wherein the confirmation information is used for indicating that the commodity corresponding to the order information is received;
and step S210, after the confirmation information is received, carrying out settlement processing on the order amount to obtain the target amount, and sending the target amount to the second account.
Based on the processes of steps S202-S210, the embodiment of the present application can directly perform purchasing based on available amount without wasting waiting time in the processes of settlement, remittance, recharge, etc., thereby saving time for online operation and avoiding errors caused by manual operation.
In some embodiments of the present application, step S202 may determine the available credit by: receiving a remittance amount; determining a pre-estimated amount based on the first current rate and the remittance amount; deducting corresponding cost from the estimated amount according to a preset fee deducting rule to obtain a remaining amount, and using the remaining amount as an available amount.
For example, an overseas company remits money to a third party payment company interfaced in the cross-border transaction platform, e.g., 10 million dollars; the third party payment company estimates a RMB limit (for example, 60 ten thousand RMB) based on the received remittance amount and the current remittance rate, and notifies the buyer user of the account registered in the domestic trade electronic commerce platform of the RMB limit.
When determining the estimated amount, various methods can be adopted:
for example, the pre-estimated amount may be determined according to a preset deduction ratio and the remittance amount, where the preset deduction ratio may be determined by the remitter according to the current actual remittance rate, and certainly, if the remitter or the cross-border transaction platform charges a certain service fee, the preset deduction ratio may also be determined based on the current actual remittance rate and the service fee, for example, the remittance amount is a, the current actual remittance rate is B, and the service fee is determined based on the preset ratio C of the remittance amount, where the preset deduction ratio may be: b + C, and in this case, the estimated credit D ═ a (B + C).
For another example, the preset quota may be determined by machine learning, and in this case, the following process may be performed: acquiring characteristic data, wherein the characteristic data is used for representing the influence degree on the exchange rate; inputting the characteristic data group into a learning model for analysis to obtain a convergence difference, wherein the learning model is obtained by training a plurality of groups of data, and each group of data in the plurality of groups of data comprises: sample characteristic data and a convergence corresponding to the sample characteristic data; determining a target deduction proportion based on the sink difference obtained through the learning model; and determining the pre-estimated limit according to the target deduction proportion and the remittance amount.
The characteristic data may be a weight of a factor, or a weight corresponding to each data in a group of data, where each data in the group of data includes an influence factor influencing the exchange rate and a weight corresponding to the influence factor. Such influencing factors include, but are not limited to: policy impact factors, market supply and demand, central line intervention, speculative activities, economic impact factors of the country where the currency is located. The weight corresponding to the above-mentioned influencing factors can be determined according to the mapping relationship, that is, each influencing factor corresponds to a weight.
In some optional embodiments of the application, when the order amount is subject to the settlement processing, when only one settlement party exists, the order amount can be directly subject to the settlement processing according to the settlement rate provided by the settlement party; when a plurality of junction parties exist, a target junction party can be selected from the plurality of junction parties according to a preset rule for junction processing, wherein the preset rule comprises the following steps: and selecting the junction party with the highest provided exchange rate. When a plurality of target junction parties are selected, the order amount can be divided into a plurality of sub-amounts, and different sub-amounts are subjected to junction processing according to the junction rates provided by different target junction parties.
After the settlement processing is performed on the order amount, the order corresponding to the order amount is determined according to the available amount, and the available amount is limited, so after the settlement is completed, the order amount is deducted from the available amount to update the available amount, and thus, the buyer can be prevented from generating the order without limit and exceeding the fund bearing capacity of the buyer, and the transaction risk is avoided.
Taking the order placement of the e-commerce platform as an example, the following procedure of placing an order, paying and confirming the receipt is described:
step 1: the domestic main body B (such as a first account) places an order on the E-commerce platform, and if the available amount exists, the payment method corresponding to the available amount is used for completing payment for placing the order; meanwhile, after placing an order, the e-commerce platform synchronizes the order information to a third party payment platform for providing the settlement service so as to make settlement declaration to the outer bureau.
Step 2: the seller delivers the goods;
and step 3: after an domestic subject B (such as a first account) receives goods, the e-commerce platform requests a third party payment platform to carry out settlement after receiving a [ confirm goods receiving ] control clicked by a user on the e-commerce platform;
and 4, step 4: and after receiving the request, the third-party payment platform carries out remittance, and adds the target sum obtained after remittance to a collection account (such as a second account) opened by the seller in an online bank.
Because the exchange rate is variable, after the order amount is remitted to obtain the target amount, the exchange rate may be different from the exchange rate when determining the available amount, and at this time, the remittance difference needs to be determined to avoid causing a loss to the buyer, specifically: determining a second current exchange rate adopted when the order amount is subjected to exchange processing; acquiring a difference value between the first current exchange rate and the second current exchange rate to obtain a target exchange difference; and adjusting the available amount according to the target convergence difference. Wherein, available quota can be adjusted through the following modes: when the target sink difference is larger than 0, reducing the available amount according to the target sink difference; when the target sink difference is less than 0, increasing the available amount according to the target sink difference; when the target sink difference is equal to 0, the available quota is kept unchanged.
For example, when the remittance is concluded, the user may be given more balance of the currency type supported by the second account due to the difference change, and the more balance is added to the available amount for the next order placement by the user.
In order to further improve the user experience, order information, available quota, and the like may be displayed in the same interface, specifically: and displaying order information, a specified control (such as a confirmation receipt button in the interface) and available quota in a preset man-machine interface, wherein the specified control generates confirmation information when being triggered.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the first account is an off-shore account, and the second account is an on-shore account; alternatively, the first account is an on-shore account and the second account is an off-shore account. Cross border transaction flows may be implemented based on off shore accounts and on shore accounts.
For better understanding of the embodiment of the present application, the cross-border transaction process is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3, and as shown in fig. 3, the process mainly includes three main processes: 1. a buyer service opening process; 2. recharging and remitting; 3. e-commerce platform transaction flow (including payment/confirmation of receipt and refund). The main roles involved include: overseas purchasing company main bodies, domestic e-commerce platform agent purchasers (e-commerce platform buyers), e-commerce platform sellers, third-party payment platforms and cooperative banks of the third-party payment platforms. The following details the 3 main processes described above:
scheme 1: buyer provisioning service
Step 1: the overseas company main body A and the domestic company main body B sign an agency purchase protocol on a third party payment platform and agree with a buyer account ID for purchasing on the e-commerce platform;
step 2: and the domestic company main body B uses the appointed e-commerce platform account number to open a cross-border transaction protocol on the e-commerce platform, and the e-commerce platform and the third party payment platform are marked with data to finish the opening.
And (2) a flow scheme: foreign exchange recharge
Precondition: the e-commerce platform account number finishes opening and using cross-border transaction platform service;
step 1: the overseas company remits 10W dollars to a third party payment company (third party payment platform);
step 2: after receiving the 10W dollar, the third party payment platform estimates the 60W RMB limit (deduction cost and remittance difference) and informs the e-commerce platform;
and step 3: after receiving the notice of the third-party payment platform, the e-commerce platform recharges the account number (equivalent to the first account) of the e-commerce platform of the domestic subject with 60W RMB which can be used for placing an order for payment;
and (3) a flow path: order payment and confirmation of receipt
Step 1: the domestic main body B places an order on the E-commerce platform, and if the cross-border treasure amount exists, the cross-border treasure payment mode is used to complete order payment; meanwhile, after placing an order, the e-commerce platform synchronizes order information to a third-party payment platform for settlement declaration of the out-of-tube bureau
Step 2: the seller delivers the goods;
and step 3: after the domestic subject B receives the goods, the e-commerce platform requests a third party payment platform to settle the money after clicking the e-commerce platform (confirming the goods receiving).
And 4, step 4: and after receiving the request, the third-party payment company carries out remittance, and pays the remitted money to a collection account (equivalent to a second account) opened by the seller in an online bank.
In addition, when the remittance is adjusted, the balance of the RMB may be added to the balance of the user payable account of the e-commerce platform due to the change of the remittance difference, so that the user can make a next order for use.
And (4) a flow chart: and (6) refunding.
After the refund in sale, the refund amount is returned to the account to be used (equivalent to the first account) on the e-commerce platform for the next payment of the user. And (4) refunding the seller to a payment account adopted by the E-commerce platform buyer in the transaction.
In addition, in order to better explain the fund flow direction in the embodiment of the present application, the following description is made in detail with reference to fig. 4. As shown in fig. 4, the fund flow is divided into two branch flows: the corresponding flow of forward amount payment and the corresponding flow of reverse refund, wherein, the corresponding flow of forward amount payment includes: foreign exchange accounts of offshore companies and buyer placing orders based on the amount; the third party payment platform settles; the seller collects the money from the online bank account; and carrying out cash withdrawal operation on the online bank account of the seller. The corresponding flow of the reverse refund comprises the following steps: scheme A: before receiving the goods (i.e. the goods are in the state of sale). The buyer sends a refund; carrying out netting processing by a third party payment company; and (6) refund clearing. And (B) a process: after confirmation of receipt, funds are transferred directly between the purchaser's account and the seller's account.
Based on the above scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, since the order generated by the transaction platform (e.g. e-commerce platform) can be used as the settlement voucher, the problem that the settlement voucher is mismatched with the actual transaction can be regulated, and the settlement money can be directly paid to the seller account of the transaction platform, so that the fund flow is clear and safely controllable. In addition, because the fund can be purchased according to the available amount when entering the account to be settled, the processes of settlement, remittance recharging and the like do not need to be waited, and the automation degree of the whole payment process is higher, the online operation is not needed; because of no limit, the problem of large payment can be solved, namely the settlement can be directly paid to the account of the seller.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.

Example 2
An embodiment of the present application further provides another method for processing order data, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following processing steps:
step S502, determining an available amount corresponding to the first account, wherein the available amount is determined according to the received remittance amount and the remittance rate, and the available amount is an amount of a fund type supported by a second account different from the fund type supported by the first account;
in some embodiments of the present application, determining the available credit corresponding to the first account may be determined by: receiving a remittance amount; determining a pre-estimated amount based on the first current rate and the remittance amount; deducting corresponding cost from the estimated amount according to a preset fee deducting rule to obtain a remaining amount, and using the remaining amount as an available amount.
The pre-estimated amount can be determined according to a preset deduction ratio and a remittance amount, and the preset deduction ratio can be determined by the remitter according to the current actual remittance rate.
Step S504, determining the amount of the order corresponding to the to-be-issued order;
step S506, when the amount of the order is smaller than the available amount, sending order information corresponding to the to-be-issued order to the first account;
and step S508, carrying out settlement processing on the order amount to obtain a target amount, and sending the target amount to the second account.
Based on the above scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application, compared with the scheme provided by embodiment 1, the settlement payment can be performed after the receipt is not confirmed, and the settlement payment can be performed after the order is generated. In this way, transaction time may be further saved.
For a preferred implementation of this embodiment, reference may be made to the description in embodiment 1, and details are not described here.

Example 4
An embodiment of the present application further provides an apparatus for processing order data, where the apparatus is used to implement the method for processing order data described in embodiment 1, and as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes:
a first determining module 70, configured to determine an available amount corresponding to the first account, where the available amount is determined according to the received remittance amount and the remittance rate, and the available amount is an amount of a fund type supported by a second account different from the fund type supported by the first account;
a second determining module 72, configured to determine an order amount corresponding to the to-be-issued order;
the sending module 74 is configured to send order information corresponding to the to-be-sent order to the first account when the amount of the order is less than the available amount;
a receiving module 76, configured to receive confirmation information from the first account, where the confirmation information is used to indicate that the commodity corresponding to the order information has been received;
and the settlement payment module 78 is configured to, after receiving the confirmation message, perform settlement processing on the order amount to obtain a target amount, and send the target amount to the second account.
Based on the functions realized by the modules, the embodiment of the application can directly carry out purchasing based on available amount without wasting waiting time in the processes of settlement, remittance, recharging and the like, thereby saving the time of on-line operation and avoiding errors caused by manual operation.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first determination module 72 may determine the available credit by: receiving a remittance amount; determining a pre-estimated amount based on the first current rate and the remittance amount; deducting corresponding cost from the estimated amount according to a preset fee deducting rule to obtain a remaining amount, and using the remaining amount as an available amount.
In some optional embodiments of the application, when the order amount is subject to the settlement processing, when only one settlement party exists, the order amount can be directly subject to the settlement processing according to the settlement rate provided by the settlement party; when there are multiple junction parties, the junction payment module 78 in the processing apparatus of the order data may be further configured to select a target junction party from the multiple junction parties according to a preset rule for junction processing, where the preset rule includes: and selecting the junction party with the highest provided exchange rate. When a plurality of target junction parties are selected, the order amount can be divided into a plurality of sub-amounts, and different sub-amounts are subjected to junction processing according to the junction rates provided by different target junction parties.
After the settlement processing is performed on the order amount, since the order corresponding to the order amount is determined according to the available amount, and the available amount is limited, after the settlement is completed, the available amount is deducted from the order amount to update the available amount, and therefore, the processing device for the order data may further include: and the updating module is used for deducting the amount of the order from the available amount to obtain an updated available amount. Therefore, the buyer can be prevented from generating the order without limit and exceeding the fund bearing capacity of the buyer, and the transaction risk is avoided.
Since the exchange rate is variable, after the order amount is processed to obtain the target amount, the exchange rate may be different from the exchange rate when determining the available amount, and at this time, the exchange difference needs to be determined to avoid the loss of the buyer, specifically, the processing device of the order data further includes: the third determining module is used for determining a second current exchange rate adopted when the order amount is subjected to the exchange processing; the acquisition module is used for acquiring a difference value between the first current exchange rate and the second current exchange rate to obtain a target exchange difference; and the adjusting module is used for adjusting the available amount according to the target convergence difference.
It should be noted that the above modules respectively correspond to step S202 to step S208 in embodiment 1, and the implementation examples and application scenarios of the modules and the corresponding steps are the same, but are not limited to the disclosure of the first embodiment. It should be noted that the above modules may be operated in the computer device 10 provided in embodiment 1 as a part of the apparatus.
Example 5
An embodiment of the present application further provides another order data processing apparatus, where the apparatus is configured to implement the order data processing method in embodiment 2, and as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes:
a third determining module 80, configured to determine an available amount corresponding to the first account, where the available amount is determined according to the received remittance amount and the remittance rate, and the available amount is an amount of a fund type supported by a second account that is different from the fund type supported by the first account;
a fourth determining module 82, configured to determine an order amount corresponding to the to-be-issued order;
the sending module 84 is configured to send order information corresponding to the to-be-sent order to the first account when the amount of the order is less than the available amount;
and the settlement payment module 86 is configured to perform settlement processing on the order amount to obtain a target amount, and send the target amount to the second account.
Based on the above scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application, compared with the scheme provided by embodiment 4, the settlement payment can be performed after the receipt is not confirmed, and the settlement payment can be performed after the order is generated. In this way, transaction time may be further saved.
For a preferred implementation of this embodiment, reference may be made to the description related to embodiments 1-2, which is not described herein again.
Example 6

step S902, obtaining remittance amount received by the third party payment platform from the third party payment platform, wherein the remittance amount is the amount corresponding to the first currency type;
step S904, determining an available amount corresponding to the remittance amount based on the remittance amount, wherein the available amount is an amount corresponding to the second currency type;
and step S906, paying the order based on the available amount, and sending the order information formed after payment is completed to a third-party payment platform, wherein the third-party payment platform is used for settlement processing based on the order information.
The embodiment of the application can directly carry out purchasing based on available amount without wasting waiting time in the processes of settlement, remittance, recharging and the like, thereby saving the time of on-line operation and avoiding errors caused by manual operation.
In some embodiments of the application, after the order information formed after payment is completed is sent to the third party payment platform, the third party payment platform makes a settlement declaration based on the order information to obtain a target amount corresponding to the order amount; and send the target amount to the seller's account. Because the settlement declaration can be carried out by taking the order information as the settlement voucher, the problem of mismatching of the settlement voucher and the actual transaction can be avoided.
In order to further ensure the security of the transaction process and avoid unnecessary processes, before the third-party payment platform makes a settlement declaration based on the order information, settlement processing may be performed after receiving goods is confirmed, specifically: detecting confirmed goods receiving information of a buyer account; and after the receiving confirmation information is detected, the order information is sent to a third party payment platform.
In order to avoid transaction risk (for example, the purchasing ability of the buyer is not enough to bear the corresponding order, in this case, if the buyer is allowed to place an order, there is a certain risk), and to avoid the problem that the order is still allowed to be placed when the available amount is insufficient, the available amount and the order amount of the order can be compared before payment is made; and when the available amount is larger than the order amount, paying the order by using the available amount.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the available credit may be determined in the following manner: determining a pre-estimated amount based on the first current rate and the remittance amount; deducting corresponding cost from the estimated amount according to a preset fee deduction rule to obtain a remaining amount, and using the remaining amount as an available amount.
For a better understanding of the above-described process, the following is described in detail with reference to the process shown in fig. 10. As shown in fig. 10, the process includes:
step S1002, a first payment platform for providing an external remittance service receives an external remittance;
step S1004, the first payment platform synchronizes the remittance amount to the E-commerce platform;
in step S1006, the e-commerce platform determines an available amount based on the remittance amount, and makes an order payment based on the available amount, wherein the available amount may be determined based on the remittance amount and the current remittance rate, for example, the available amount is a product of the remittance amount and the current remittance rate.
Step S1008, after receiving the confirmed goods receiving information of the buyer, the E-commerce platform sends the order information to the first payment platform;
step S1010, the first payment platform performs settlement declaration based on the order information to obtain a settled target amount;
step S1012, the first payment platform sends the target amount to the seller account of the online bank;
in step S1014, the online bank seller account transfers the target amount to the seller account of the second payment platform for cash withdrawal processing.
It should be noted that, reference may be made to the relevant description in embodiments 1-2 for a preferred implementation of this embodiment, and details are not described here again.
