step three, establishing a data transmission channel with the assistant terminal equipment according to the network connection information of the assistant terminal equipment; establishing a storage task, wherein the storage task is used for representing and uploading data to network storage equipment;
step four, dividing the data into data blocks based on a slicing strategy; the fragmentation strategy is a strategy for dividing a data block, which is made by the device management server based on the storage task established by the first terminal device and the number of the assisting terminal devices determined by the first terminal device;

controlling the normal operation of each module of the novel smart city system by using a master controller through a central control module; analyzing the classified city information by using an information analysis program through an information analysis module to generate a city information analysis report;
step eight, city planning is carried out by a city planning module according to the city information analysis report by utilizing a city planning program; evaluating the city plan by a plan evaluation module by using a plan evaluation program;
step nine, executing city planning by using a planning execution program through a planning execution module; city management is carried out by utilizing a city management program through a city management module;
step ten, providing urban service by utilizing urban service equipment through an urban service module; evaluating the urban service by using a service evaluation program through a service evaluation module;
step eleven, when the database receives an operation instruction, recording the receiving time of the operation instruction by using an information synchronization program through an information synchronization module; the operation instruction is an instruction sent by a main control computer;
step twelve, the operation instruction is forwarded to the embedded system of the main control computer, so that the embedded system of the main control computer executes the operation corresponding to the operation instruction and updates the first system state information;
step thirteen, the embedded system of the slave controller executes the operation corresponding to the operation instruction to obtain a second operation result, and second system state information in the slave controller is set according to the second operation result; and judging whether the time difference between the current time and the receiving time is greater than a first preset time length.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step one, the network connection information includes network address information of the assistant terminal device, and the step of establishing the data transmission channel includes:
and establishing a data transmission channel with the assistant terminal equipment according to the network address information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein in step six, the method of dividing the city information in the database into city planning information, city management information, and city service information comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively determining the primary selection keywords of city planning information, city management information and city service information as planning, management and service;
(2) preliminarily classifying the city information process according to the preliminarily selected keywords;
(3) analyzing the unclassified information to obtain a keyword set of single unclassified information;
(4) and determining the incidence relation between the keyword set and the primary selected keywords to realize classification.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method of determining the association relationship between the keyword sets and the first selected keywords comprises:
1) obtaining single unclassified information;
2) training an information classification model according to a genetic algorithm, and extracting a keyword set from the single piece of unclassified information, wherein the keyword information set comprises at least one piece of keyword information;
3) matching category information corresponding to the keyword information set according to the keyword set and a preset corresponding relation between the keyword set and the category information;
4) and classifying the information to be classified according to the matched class information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein in step eight, the method for evaluating the city plan by the plan evaluation program comprises:
(I) collecting planning area data to be evaluated: collecting urban green land, hardened ground, building layout, volume ratio, building density and water body data which influence the heat island simulation prediction;
(II) calculating to obtain the nuclear density of hardened ground, volume ratio, building density, greening coverage rate and water surface rate in each partition area by adopting a mobile search method based on density mapping;
(III) dividing the planning area into at least 9 areas according to the hardened ground, the volume ratio, the building density, the greening coverage rate and the water surface rate, wherein each area is provided with a station for measuring the temperature and the humidity;
(IV) establishing a regression model based on the test data of the research area, and establishing a regression equation of the volume ratio, the building density, the water body, the greening coverage rate and the hardened ground;
and (V) performing model training and inspection by using a gray neural network CA model according to a typical weather test result and regression parameters, wherein an output result after the model training and inspection is the heat island effect of the simulation prediction planning scheme.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein in step thirteen, the step of determining whether the time difference between the current time and the receiving time is greater than a first predetermined time includes:
if the time difference between the current time and the receiving time is greater than a first preset time, synchronizing the second system state information according to first system state information sent by an embedded system of the main control computer;
and if the time difference between the current time and the receiving time is not greater than a first preset time, keeping the state information of the second system unchanged.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the first step is preceded by the steps of: acquiring the original city information by using information acquisition equipment through an information acquisition module;
after the thirteen steps, the following steps are carried out:
step 1, storing original city information, information classification results, information analysis reports, city planning information and service evaluation results by using a cloud database server through an information storage module;
and 2, displaying real-time data of the original city information, the information classification result, the information analysis report, the city planning information and the service evaluation result by using a display through a display module.
8. A novel smart city system using the method of any one of claims 1 to 7, the novel smart city system comprising:
the information acquisition module is connected with the central control module and used for acquiring the original city information through information acquisition equipment;
the information uploading module is connected with the information classification module and used for uploading the acquired original city information to the cloud database server through an information uploading program;
the information classification module is connected with the central control module and used for dividing original city information in the cloud database server into city planning information, city management information and city service information through an information classification program;
the central control module is connected with the information acquisition module, the information uploading module, the information classification module, the information analysis module, the city planning module, the planning evaluation module, the planning execution module, the city management module, the city service module, the service evaluation module, the information synchronization module, the information storage module and the display module and is used for controlling the normal operation of each module through a main control computer;
the information analysis module is connected with the central control module and used for analyzing the classified city information through an information analysis program to generate a city information analysis report;
the city planning module is connected with the central control module and used for carrying out city planning according to the city information analysis report through a city planning program;
the planning evaluation module is connected with the central control module and used for evaluating the city planning through a planning evaluation program;
the planning execution module is connected with the central control module and used for executing city planning through a planning execution program;
the city management module is connected with the central control module and is used for carrying out city management through a city management program;
the city service module is connected with the central control module and used for providing city service through city service equipment;
the service evaluation module is connected with the central control module and used for evaluating the urban service through a service evaluation program;
the information synchronization module is connected with the central control module and used for synchronizing the city information through an information synchronization program;
the information storage module is connected with the central control module and used for storing original city information, information classification results, information analysis reports, city planning information and service evaluation results through the cloud database server;
and the display module is connected with the central control module and used for displaying the real-time data of the original city information, the information classification result, the information analysis report, the city planning information and the service evaluation result through the display.
9. A computer program product stored on a computer readable medium, comprising a computer readable program for providing a user input interface to implement a method of applying the novel smart city system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed on an electronic device.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform a method of applying the novel smart city system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
