The chest abutting part is provided with an elastic cladding. And a reinforcing rib is arranged between the chest abutting part and the movable plate. A multifunctional body-building elastic rope pulling device is characterized by comprising a rope pulling unit, a sliding plate, a fixed plate and a movable plate connected with the fixed plate through an elastic resetting hinge component, wherein a lower sliding rail is fixed at the fixed plate, an upper sliding rail is fixed at the movable plate, and a sliding groove capable of being matched with the upper sliding rail and the lower sliding rail is arranged at the sliding plate; when no external force is applied, the elastic reset hinge component enables the upper slide rail and the lower slide rail to be positioned on the same straight line, so that the slide plate can slide between the upper slide rail and the lower slide rail; the end part of the movable plate, far away from the fixed plate, is fixedly provided with a chest abutting part, the upper slide rail is provided with a through hole penetrating through the upper slide rail and the movable plate, and the fixed plate is provided with a counter bore for mounting a fixed bolt; a limiting plate is fixed at the top end of the sliding plate, the limiting plate is perpendicular to the sliding plate, a threaded rod capable of penetrating through the through hole is arranged at the limiting plate, a locking nut is arranged at the threaded rod, and a first locking knob for fixing the position of the sliding plate is further arranged at the sliding plate; the sliding plate is further fixed with an installation plate, the installation plate is provided with a U-shaped rope winding portion, the rope pulling unit comprises a pulling rope and handles located at two ends of the pulling rope, and the pulling rope penetrates through the U-shaped rope winding portion.
