Firstly, selecting a alliance chain platform, then realizing the construction of a digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system based on the technology provided by the selected alliance chain platform, and specifically comprising the following steps:

1.1.2 Creating a shared ledger of a digital work copyright right-determining and transaction trusted record alliance chain system, which comprises four types of information: (1) the digital work resource registration information comprises information such as digital work resource identification, digital work description information, digital work characteristic information, registrant identification, registration timestamp, registrant digital signature and the like, and the digital work resource identification corresponds to the digital work characteristic information one by one; (2) the digital work copyright asset information comprises information such as digital work asset identification, digital work resource identification, digital work rights man identification, digital work rights description information and the like, and the digital work asset identification corresponds to the digital work copyright information formed by the digital work asset identification, the digital work rights man identification and the digital work rights description information one by one; (3) the digital work copyright right-determining record information comprises information such as a digital work copyright right-determining identifier, a digital work copyright right-determining registration mark, a digital work resource identifier, a digital work right person identifier, digital work right description information, a digital work registration timestamp, a digital work right person digital signature and the like, and a right-determining registration mark formed by the digital work copyright right-determining identifier and the digital work copyright right-determining registration mark corresponds to the digital work copyright information formed by the digital work resource identifier, the digital work right person identifier and the digital work right description information one by one; (4) the digital work copyright transaction record information comprises information such as a digital work copyright right identification, a digital work copyright transaction registration mark, a digital work asset deposit mark, a transaction acquirer mark, digital work transaction right description information, a new digital work asset mark, copyright transaction effective time, a transaction registration timestamp, a digital signature of a transaction acquirer and the like, and the transaction registration mark formed by the digital work copyright right identification mark and the digital work copyright transaction registration mark corresponds to the digital work copyright transaction information formed by the digital work asset mark, the digital work transaction acquirer mark, the digital work transaction right description information and the copyright transaction effective time one by one;
1.1.3 Creating intelligent contracts of a digital work copyright right-determining and transaction trusted record alliance chain system, which comprises four types of contracts: (1) the digital work resource registration contract writes the digital work resource registration information into a shared account book of a digital work copyright right-determining and transaction trusted record alliance chain system to realize the uplink function of the digital work resource registration information; (2) generating digital work copyright right record registration contract, generating digital work copyright right asset information related to digital work copyright right record registration, writing the digital work copyright right record information and the digital work copyright asset information into a shared account book of a digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system, and realizing the uplink function of the digital work copyright right record information; (3) the digital work copyright transaction record registration contract generates digital work copyright asset information related to digital work copyright transaction record registration, and writes the digital work copyright transaction record information and the digital work copyright asset information into a shared account book of a digital work copyright right-determining and transaction trusted record alliance chain system, so as to realize the uplink function of the digital work copyright transaction record information; (4) the digital work rights state inquiry contracts comprise digital work resource identification inquiry contracts, digital work rights asset inquiry contracts of rights persons, digital work rights confirmation, transaction record inquiry contracts and the like, and the on-chain inquiry functions of the information such as digital work resource information, digital work rights asset state information, digital work rights asset information of rights persons, digital work rights transaction circulation and the like are realized by inquiring the shared ledgers of the digital work rights confirmation and transaction trusted record alliance chain system.
1.2 Digital work copyright right and creation of transaction service access client;
according to the related business requirements of the digital work copyright, the intelligent contract of the digital work copyright confirmation and transaction trusted record alliance chain system is utilized to create a digital work copyright confirmation and transaction business access client, and the digital work copyright confirmation and transaction business system is built in the business system, so that the business system can read and write the shared account book of the digital work copyright confirmation and transaction trusted record alliance chain system.
1.3 Digital work copyright right and creation of transaction service licensing users.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
1.3.1 The digital work copyright right-confirming and transaction service system creates a user digital identity for the service user, so that the service user has a user private key and a user public key, and a trusted CA center issues a digital certificate containing the user public key for the service user, thereby realizing the identity authentication of the service user; the business user can use the user private key to generate digital signature for the digital work resource registration information, the digital work copyright confirmation recording information and the digital work copyright transaction recording information, so as to ensure the authenticity and the integrity of the information.
1.3.2 The digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system realizes the license authentication of the service user through the license user management technology provided by the selective alliance chain platform, so that the service user becomes the license user of the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system and has the right of operating the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system.
2) The digital work resource is subjected to decentralization registration;
the method specifically comprises the following steps:
2.1 Collecting digital work resource registration information): generating a unique digital work resource identifier I for the digital work to be registered by a digital work copyright right-confirming and transaction service system, and collecting digital work resource registration information;
2.2 Packaging and submitting digital work resource registration information: the digital work copyright right and transaction business access client packages digital work resource registration information and submits the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system;
2.3 Completing the digital work resource registration information uplink: and executing a digital work resource registration contract by the digital work copyright right-and-transaction trusted record alliance chain system to finish the uplink of the digital work resource registration information, if the digital work resource is judged to be registered on the alliance chain, not continuing the uplink processing of the digital work resource registration information, and returning the registered digital work resource identifier II.
3) The digital work copyright right-determining record is subjected to centering registration processing;
the method specifically comprises the following steps:

3.3 Packaging and submitting copyright-defining recording information of the digital work: the digital work copyright right and transaction service access client packages the digital work copyright right record information and submits the information to a digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system;
3.4 Finishing the digital work copyright right record information uplink: and executing a digital work copyright confirmation record registration contract by the digital work copyright confirmation and transaction trusted record alliance chain system to finish the digital work copyright confirmation record information uplink, and if the digital work asset is judged to be registered on the alliance chain, not continuing the digital work copyright confirmation record information uplink processing.
4) The digital work copyright transaction record is subjected to centering registration processing;
the method specifically comprises the following steps:

4.3 Packaging and submitting digital work copyright transaction record information: the digital work copyright right and transaction business access client packages the digital work copyright transaction record information and submits the information to a digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system;
4.4 Finishing the digital work copyright transaction record information uplink: the digital work copyright confirmation and transaction trusted record alliance chain system executes a digital work copyright transaction record registration contract to finish the uplink of the digital work copyright transaction record information, if the transaction asset of a digital work transaction acquirer is judged not to have the right to be transacted, the uplink processing of the digital work copyright transaction record information is not continued, otherwise, whether the digital work copyright transaction record is registered on the chain is continuously judged, if the digital work copyright transaction record is registered on the chain, the uplink processing of the digital work copyright transaction registration information is not continued, and the operation of registering the digital work copyright transaction is ended by the service system.
5) The digital work right and transaction record are subjected to decentralization query processing.

5.3 Completing the inquiry on the digital work right and transaction record chain: the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system executes a digital work right state inquiry contract to realize the chain inquiry of the digital work right and transaction record related information, and returns state information such as digital work resource information, digital work copyright asset state information, digital work copyright asset information of a right person, digital work right transaction circulation information and the like to the digital work copyright right and transaction service system.
In the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record management method, the digital work resource identifier adopts a globally unique machine-generated code as an identifier for uniquely identifying the digital work resource; the digital work description information includes, but is not limited to, digital work names, author names, work types, publication units, publication sites, content introduction, etc.; the digital work characteristic information is characteristic data which is obtained by adopting a digital characteristic extraction technology and can uniquely identify semantic characteristics, fingerprint characteristics, abstract characteristics and the like of the digital work, corresponds to the digital work one by one and is used for associating the digital work with a resource identifier; the digital work asset identification adopts a globally unique machine-generated code associated with the right person identification as an identifier for uniquely identifying digital work copyright asset information owned by the right person of the digital work; the digital work right description information comprises zero items of thirteen property rights such as copy right, release right, lease right, exhibition right, performance right, showing right, broadcasting right, network information propagation right, shooting right, recompilation right, translation right, assembly right, other rights which should be enjoyed by a copyright holder and the like of digital work rights specified by the copyright law, and right names, right applicable region ranges, right valid time ranges and right other constraints of more than one copyright rights; the digital work copyright identification adopts a globally unique machine-generated code associated with the digital work resource identification as an identifier, and is used for uniquely identifying copyright identification information and copyright transaction information of the digital work; the digital work copyright right registration mark represents the transaction type of copyright right; the digital work copyright transaction registration mark represents transaction types such as copyright assignment, copyright permission and the like; the registrant identifier, the digital work right identifier, the transaction acquirer identifier and the transaction acquirer identifier are right person identifiers, a personal identification card number is adopted for the personal right person identifier, and an organization right person identifier adopts an organization uniform social credit code; the time stamp information such as the registration time stamp, the digital work registration time stamp, the transaction registration time stamp and the like is acquired from the national approved time service center in real time; the copyright transaction effective time is the copyright effective time agreed by both transaction parties; the registrant digital signature is that a digital work registrant uses a private key of the registrant to generate digital signature information aiming at the digital work resource registration information; the digital signature of the digital work right person is that the digital work right person uses the private key of the digital work right person to generate digital signature information for the digital work copyright right record information; the trade transferor digital signature and the trade transferee digital signature are that the trade transferor and the trade transferee use the private keys to generate digital signature information for the digital work copyright trade record information.
In the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record management method, the digital work resource registration contract judges that the digital work resource is registered on the alliance chain by comparing the characteristic information of the digital works and returns the registered digital work resource identification; the digital work copyright right recording registration contract judges that the digital work asset is registered on the alliance chain by comparing the digital work resource identification, the digital work right person identification and the digital work right description information with each other; the digital work copyright transaction record registration contract is used for judging whether the digital work asset has the copyright to be transacted or not by comparing the digital work copyright description information corresponding to the digital work asset identification with the digital work transaction right description information, and if the digital work asset does not have the copyright to be transacted, the transaction registration uplink operation cannot be continued; if the digital work is owned, the digital work copyright transaction record is judged to be registered in a chain by comparing the asset identification of the permitted digital work, the identifier of the transferee of the digital work transaction, the descriptive information of the right of the digital work transaction and the effective time of the copyright transaction.
In the method for managing the copyright right and the transaction credible record of the digital work, the CA center is a mechanism responsible for issuing certificates, authenticating the certificates and managing the issued certificates; the digital signature adopts a digital signature algorithm to carry out the password transformation on the data unit, so that the source authenticity and the data integrity of the data unit are ensured, and the data unit is prevented from being forged.
In the method for managing the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted records, the alliance chain system of the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted records is jointly created and maintained by alliance members, so that the trusted and decentralised storage management of the digital work copyright right and transaction records of a plurality of digital work copyright right and transaction service systems is realized; the access client of the digital work copyright right and transaction service is created based on an intelligent contract of the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system, and different access clients related to the service can be created according to the service characteristics of the digital work copyright right and transaction service system, so that the access function of storing the digital work copyright right and transaction record information of the digital work copyright right and transaction service system into the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system is realized; the digital work copyright right and transaction service system is operated by alliance members, and more than two digital work copyright right and transaction service systems are connected into a digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system according to different operation bodies or different operation services, so that the trusted and decentralised management of the digital work copyright right and transaction records of the multiple service systems is realized.

As shown in fig. 1, the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record management system constructed based on Fabric alliance chain technology is composed of a digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system M, a digital work resource registration access client E1, a digital work copyright right and transaction record access client E2, and a digital work copyright right and transaction service system S.
Under the framework of Fabric alliance chain technology, as shown in fig. 1, two or more operation subject institutions of a plurality of related services of digital work copyright are negotiated to form an alliance, and the MSP member management technology of Fabric is utilized to create alliance membership for the operation subject institutions so as to form alliance member organization O, and the alliance member organization O has own organization CA; then, all alliance member organizations O jointly create and maintain a digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system M; and each alliance member organization O accesses the digital work copyright right and transaction service system S operated by the alliance member organization O to the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record alliance chain system M through the embedded digital work resource registration access client E1 and/or the digital work copyright right and transaction record access client E2, so as to realize the decentralization storage management of the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record.

The digital work resource registration record block chain B1 stores a digital work resource registration information block; the digital work resource registration state library D1 stores world states of digital work resource registration information including digital work resource identification, digital work description information, digital work feature information, registrant identification, registration time stamp, registrant digital signature, and the like. The digital work resource identifier adopts a universal unique identifier UUID as an identifier and is used for uniquely identifying the digital work resource; digital work description information includes, but is not limited to, digital work names, author names, work types, publication units, publication sites, content profiles, etc.; the digital work characteristic information is characteristic data which is obtained by adopting a digital characteristic extraction technology and can uniquely identify semantic characteristics, fingerprint characteristics or abstract characteristics and the like of the digital work, corresponds to the digital work one by one and is used for associating the digital work with a resource identifier; the registrant identifier refers to a right person identifier, a personal identification card number is adopted for the personal right person identifier, and an organization right person identifier adopts an organization uniform social credit code; the registration time stamp is obtained from a national approved time service center in real time; the registrant digital signature is that the digital work registrant uses its own private key to generate digital signature information for digital work resource registration information.
Digital work resource registration smart contract T1: the digital work resource registration contract writes the digital work resource registration information into a digital work resource registration record account book L1 to realize the uplink function of the digital work resource registration information; the digital work resource identification inquiry contract realizes the function of inquiring the digital work resource identification from the digital work resource registration record ledger L1.
The digital work copyright right and transaction record channel C2 is managed by a alliance member organization O participating in the digital work copyright right and transaction service, and an organization node of the alliance member is connected to the digital work copyright right and transaction record channel C2 and is configured as an endorsement node P21 or an accounting node P22. The channel C2 corresponds to the unique digital work copyright right and transaction record account L2 and one or more digital work copyright right and transaction intelligent contracts T2 accessing the account L2. Copies of the digital work resource ledger L2 are stored on both the endorsement node P21 and the accounting node P22 on the channel C2, and meanwhile, the digital work copyright right confirmation and transaction intelligent contract T2 needs to be installed and deployed on the endorsement node P21.

The digital work copyright identification adopts a globally unique machine-generated identifier associated with the digital work resource identification, and is used for uniquely identifying copyright identification information and copyright transaction information of the digital work; the digital work asset identification, the let-off digital work asset identification, the new let-off digital work asset identification and the new assigned digital work asset identification are all asset identifications, and a globally unique machine-generated identifier associated with the right person identification is adopted for uniquely identifying digital work copyright asset information owned by the right person of the digital work; the digital work right description information comprises information such as the right names, right applicable region ranges, right effective time ranges, right other constraints and the like of thirteen property rights of digital works, more than one right of which are defined by the copyright law; the digital work copyright right registration mark represents the transaction type of copyright right; the digital work copyright trade registration mark represents the trade types such as copyright assignment, copyright license and the like; the digital work right person identifier, the transaction acquirer identifier and the transaction acquirer identifier are right person identifiers, a personal identification card number is adopted for the personal right person identifier, and an organization right person identifier adopts an organization uniform social credit code; the time stamp information such as the digital work registration time stamp, the transaction registration time stamp and the like is acquired from the national approved time service center in real time; the copyright transaction effective time is the copyright effective time agreed by both transaction parties; the digital signature of the digital work right person is that the digital work right person uses the private key of the digital work right person to generate digital signature information for the digital work copyright right record information; the trade transferor digital signature and the trade transferee digital signature are that the trade transferor and the trade transferee respectively generate digital signature information for the digital work copyright trade record information by using respective private keys.
Rights to copyright of digital works and intelligent contract of trade T2: the method comprises a digital work copyright confirming and registering contract, a digital work copyright transaction record registering contract, a digital work copyright asset inquiring contract of a right person, a digital work copyright confirming and transaction record inquiring contract and the like, wherein the digital work copyright confirming and registering contract generates digital work copyright asset information related to digital work copyright confirming and registering, and the digital work copyright confirming and registering information and the digital work copyright asset information are written into a digital work copyright confirming and transaction record account book L2 to realize the uplink function of the digital work copyright confirming and registering information; the digital work copyright transaction record registration contract generates digital work copyright asset information related to digital work copyright transaction record registration, and writes the digital work copyright transaction record information and the digital work copyright asset information into a digital work copyright right and transaction record account book L2, so as to realize the uplink function of the digital work copyright transaction record information; the digital work copyright asset inquiry contract and the digital work copyright right and transaction record inquiry contract of the right person realize the on-chain inquiry function of information such as digital work copyright asset information, digital work copyright transaction circulation and the like of the right person by inquiring the digital work copyright right and the transaction record account book L2.

The digital work copyright right and transaction record access client E2 is created by utilizing a digital work copyright right and transaction intelligent contract T1 of a digital work resource registration record channel C1 and a digital work copyright right and transaction intelligent contract T2 of the digital work copyright right and transaction record channel C2 according to the digital work copyright right and transaction related service requirements, and is built in a digital work copyright right and transaction service system S to realize the reading processing of digital work resource registration information in a digital work resource registration record account L1 of the digital work resource registration record channel C1 and the reading and writing processing of digital work copyright asset information, digital work copyright right and transaction information in the digital work copyright right and transaction record account L2 of the digital work resource registration record channel C2.
As shown in fig. 1, the digital work copyright right and transaction service system S is operated by a federation member organization O, and it accesses the digital work copyright right and transaction record access client E2 to the digital work copyright right and transaction trusted record federation chain system M through the digital work resource registration access client E1 and/or the digital work copyright right and transaction record access client E2, so as to implement the decentralized storage management of the digital work resource registration related information and the digital work copyright right and transaction related information on the federation chain.
