the identification unit 43 is configured to input the feature vector group into a preset evaluation information identification model, so as to obtain a false probability identification result of the evaluation content of the commodity by the user; the preset evaluation information identification model is obtained by training according to the sample evaluation content, the sample user basic information, the evaluation probabilities of various evaluation tendencies of the sample user and the corresponding false probability labels.
The determining module 40 is further configured to determine, if the false probability identification result of the user on the evaluation content of the commodity is greater than a first predetermined value, evaluation probabilities of various evaluation tendencies according to the evaluation contents of the commodity by the other users;
the determining module 40 is further configured to determine the evaluation tendency of the user according to the evaluation content of the user; determining the evaluation probability of the evaluation tendency of the commodity of other users corresponding to the evaluation tendency of the user;
the determining module 40 is further configured to determine that the evaluation content of the commodity by the user is false evaluation if the evaluation probability of the commodity evaluation tendency by other users corresponding to the evaluation tendency of the user is smaller than a second predetermined value;
the determining module 40 is further configured to determine that the evaluation content of the commodity by the user is a true evaluation if the evaluation probability of the evaluation tendency of the commodity by the other user corresponding to the evaluation tendency of the user is greater than or equal to a second predetermined value.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
the obtaining module 20 is further configured to obtain the false evaluation and the true evaluation of the user according to a preset time interval;
and the updating module 60 is configured to perform updating training on the preset evaluation information identification model according to the evaluation content, the basic user information, and various evaluation tendencies of the false evaluation user, and the evaluation content, the basic user information, and various evaluation tendencies of the real evaluation user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 40 is further configured to calculate a user basic score, a user rating score, and a user credit score corresponding to the user basic information, the user rating information, and the user credit information of the user, respectively; weighting and summing the user basic score, the user evaluation score and the user credit score to obtain a score of the user; if the score of the user is smaller than a third preset numerical value, determining whether the evaluation content of the user on the commodity is completely the same as the evaluation content of other users on the commodity; and if the evaluation content of the commodity by the user is completely the same as the evaluation content of the commodity by other users, determining that the evaluation content of the commodity by the user is false evaluation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 40 is further configured to extract a keyword from the evaluation content; matching the keyword with the commodity description information; and if the keyword matched with the commodity description information exists, determining the evaluation content as the evaluation of the commodity.
For specific limitations of the evaluation information writing device based on the blockchain system, reference may be made to the above limitations of the evaluation information writing method based on the blockchain system, and details thereof are not repeated herein. The above-mentioned evaluation information writing device based on the blockchain system may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 4. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method for writing evaluation information based on a blockchain system.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
receiving evaluation information sent by a user, and acquiring the evaluation content of the user on the commodity and user identification information corresponding to the user from the evaluation information, wherein the user identification information is used for uniquely identifying the user;
acquiring commodity description information of the commodity, and determining whether the evaluation content in the evaluation information is the evaluation of the commodity according to the commodity description information;
if the evaluation content in the evaluation information is the evaluation of the commodity, inquiring user information corresponding to the user identification information in a user basic information base, wherein the user information comprises user basic information, user evaluation information and user credit information; the user basic information base stores user information corresponding to a plurality of users respectively;
inquiring the evaluation contents of other users to the commodity in the block chain system, wherein the evaluation contents corresponding to different commodities are stored in the block chain system;
determining whether the evaluation content is false content or not according to the user basic information, the user evaluation information, the user credit information of the user and/or the evaluation content of other users on the commodity;
if the evaluation content is not false content, sending comment information of the user for the commodity to the blockchain system so that the blockchain system creates a new block including the comment content, and when the consensus on the new block passes, additionally storing the new block to the tail of the blockchain.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
receiving evaluation information sent by a user, and acquiring the evaluation content of the user on the commodity and user identification information corresponding to the user from the evaluation information, wherein the user identification information is used for uniquely identifying the user;
acquiring commodity description information of the commodity, and determining whether the evaluation content in the evaluation information is the evaluation of the commodity according to the commodity description information;
if the evaluation content in the evaluation information is the evaluation of the commodity, inquiring user information corresponding to the user identification information in a user basic information base, wherein the user information comprises user basic information, user evaluation information and user credit information; the user basic information base stores user information corresponding to a plurality of users respectively;
inquiring the evaluation contents of other users to the commodity in the block chain system, wherein the evaluation contents corresponding to different commodities are stored in the block chain system;
determining whether the evaluation content is false content or not according to the user basic information, the user evaluation information, the user credit information of the user and/or the evaluation content of other users on the commodity;
if the evaluation content is not false content, sending comment information of the user for the commodity to the blockchain system so that the blockchain system creates a new block including the comment content, and when the consensus on the new block passes, additionally storing the new block to the tail of the blockchain.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or a portion of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by a computer program that may be stored on a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, which when executed, may include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above, wherein any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)

1. An evaluation information writing method based on a blockchain system is applied to an evaluation information verification node in the blockchain system, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving evaluation information sent by a user, and acquiring the evaluation content of the user on the commodity and user identification information corresponding to the user from the evaluation information, wherein the user identification information is used for uniquely identifying the user;
acquiring commodity description information of the commodity, and determining whether the evaluation content in the evaluation information is the evaluation of the commodity according to the commodity description information;
if the evaluation content in the evaluation information is the evaluation of the commodity, inquiring user information corresponding to the user identification information in a user basic information base, wherein the user information comprises user basic information, user evaluation information and user credit information; the user basic information base stores user information corresponding to a plurality of users respectively;
inquiring the evaluation contents of other users to the commodity in the block chain system, wherein the evaluation contents corresponding to different commodities are stored in the block chain system;
determining whether the evaluation content is false content or not according to the user basic information, the user evaluation information, the user credit information of the user and/or the evaluation content of other users on the commodity;
if the evaluation content is not false content, sending comment information of the user for the commodity to the blockchain system so that the blockchain system creates a new block including the comment content, and when the consensus on the new block passes, additionally storing the new block to the tail of the blockchain.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the evaluation content is false content according to the user basic information, the user evaluation information, and the user credit information of the user comprises:
carrying out statistical analysis on the user evaluation information to determine the evaluation probability of various evaluation tendencies of the user;
converting the evaluation content of the user, the basic information of the user, the evaluation probability of various evaluation tendencies of the user and the credit information of the user into a feature vector; merging the converted feature vectors to obtain a feature vector group;
inputting the characteristic vector group into a preset evaluation information identification model to obtain a false probability identification result of the user on the evaluation content of the commodity; the preset evaluation information identification model is obtained by training according to the sample evaluation content, the sample user basic information, the evaluation probabilities of various evaluation tendencies of the sample user and the corresponding false probability labels.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after inputting the feature vector group into a preset evaluation information recognition model and obtaining a false probability recognition result of the user on the evaluation content of the commodity, the method further comprises:
if the false probability identification result of the user on the evaluation content of the commodity is larger than a first preset value, determining the evaluation probability of various evaluation trends according to the evaluation content of the commodity by other users;
determining the evaluation tendency of the user according to the evaluation content of the user; determining the evaluation probability of the evaluation tendency of the commodity of other users corresponding to the evaluation tendency of the user;
if the evaluation probability of the evaluation tendency of the commodity by other users corresponding to the evaluation tendency of the user is smaller than a second preset value, determining that the evaluation content of the commodity by the user is false evaluation;
and if the evaluation probability of the evaluation tendency of the commodity by other users corresponding to the evaluation tendency of the user is greater than or equal to a second preset value, determining that the evaluation content of the commodity by the user is a real evaluation.
4. The method according to claim 3, further comprising;
acquiring false evaluation and real evaluation of the user according to a preset time interval;
and updating and training the preset evaluation information identification model according to the evaluation content, the basic information and various evaluation tendencies of the false evaluation user and the evaluation content, the basic information and various evaluation tendencies of the real evaluation user.

The method for writing evaluation information based on a blockchain system according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the evaluation content is a false content according to the user basic information of the user, the user evaluation information, the user credit information, and/or the evaluation content of the commodity by other users comprises:
calculating user basic scores, user evaluation scores and user credit scores corresponding to the user basic information, the user evaluation information and the user credit information of the user respectively;
weighting and summing the user basic score, the user evaluation score and the user credit score to obtain a score of the user;
if the score of the user is smaller than a third preset numerical value, determining whether the evaluation content of the user on the commodity is completely the same as the evaluation content of other users on the commodity;
and if the evaluation content of the commodity by the user is completely the same as the evaluation content of the commodity by other users, determining that the evaluation content of the commodity by the user is false evaluation.
6. The method for writing evaluation information based on a blockchain system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the determining whether the evaluation content in the evaluation information is an evaluation of the product according to the product description information includes:
extracting key words in the evaluation content; matching the keyword with the commodity description information;
and if the keyword matched with the commodity description information exists, determining the evaluation content as the evaluation of the commodity.
7. An evaluation information writing device based on a blockchain system, the device being applied to an evaluation information verification node in the blockchain system, the device comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving evaluation information sent by a user, acquiring the evaluation content of the user on the commodity and user identification information corresponding to the user from the evaluation information, wherein the user identification information is used for uniquely identifying the user;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the commodity description information of the commodity and determining whether the evaluation content in the evaluation information is the evaluation of the commodity according to the commodity description information;
the query module is used for querying user information corresponding to the user identification information in a user basic information base if the evaluation content in the evaluation information is the evaluation of the commodity, wherein the user information comprises user basic information, user evaluation information and user credit information; the user basic information base stores user information corresponding to a plurality of users respectively;
the query module is further configured to query evaluation contents of the commodity by other users in the blockchain system, where the evaluation contents respectively corresponding to different commodities are stored in the blockchain system;
the determining module is used for determining whether the evaluation content is false content or not according to the user basic information of the user, user evaluation information, user credit information and/or the evaluation content of other users on the commodity;
and the sending module is used for sending comment information of the user for the commodity to the blockchain system if the evaluation content is not false content, so that the blockchain system creates a new block comprising the comment content, and when the new block passes the consensus, the new block is additionally stored at the tail of the blockchain.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the determining module comprises:
the analysis unit is used for carrying out statistical analysis on the user evaluation information to determine the evaluation probability of various evaluation tendencies of the user;
a conversion unit, configured to convert the user evaluation content, the user basic information, the evaluation probabilities of various evaluation tendencies of the user, and the user credit information into feature vectors; merging the converted feature vectors to obtain a feature vector group;
the identification unit is used for inputting the characteristic vector group into a preset evaluation information identification model to obtain a false probability identification result of the user on the evaluation content of the commodity; the preset evaluation information identification model is obtained by training according to the sample evaluation content, the sample user basic information, the evaluation probabilities of various evaluation tendencies of the sample user and the corresponding false probability labels.

A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the evaluation information writing method based on the blockchain system according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the evaluation information writing method based on the blockchain system according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
