Through the device, under the condition that the first intention is matched with the first word slot, the third intention of the second word slot is continuously obtained, and when the third intention is not matched with the second word slot, the second node of the conversation process jumps to the first node and obtains the first intention of the first word slot again. The problems that human-computer interaction equipment cannot understand and jump cannot be solved under the condition that a user does not express the intention of a node of a conversation process are solved, human-computer interaction is more flexible and controllable, and interaction experience of the user is improved.

When the first intention of the user is matched with the first word slot of the first node of the conversation process, the first node of the current conversation process jumps to the second node, acquires a third intention of the user of the second word slot of the second node of the conversation process, fills the third intention of the user into the second word slot, fills the third intention of the user into the third word slot of the brother node of the second node when the third intention is not matched with the second word slot, sends fourth feedback information when the third intention is matched with the third word slot, and the second jumping unit 562 switches the second node of the current conversation process to the brother node according to the fourth feedback information, fills the third intention into the third word slot, and then the brother node continues to acquire the intention of the user according to a preset process to carry out next filling.
Through the device, after the first node of the conversation process jumps to the second node, the third intention of the user is continuously acquired, when the third intention of the user is not matched with the second word slot but is matched with the third word slot of the brother node of the second node, the second node of the conversation process jumps to the brother node, the third intention is filled in the third word slot, and then the intention of the user is continuously acquired according to the established process. The problems that human-computer interaction equipment cannot understand and jump cannot be solved under the condition that a user does not express the intention of a node of a conversation process are solved, human-computer interaction is more flexible and controllable, and interaction experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of a fifth configuration of an intention node device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the padding module 52 further includes a priority unit 520.
After determining the first intention of the user according to the first word slot of the first node of the conversation process, when the first node of the conversation process has at least two first word slots, the priority unit 520 sets a priority for the first word slots, and when the first intention of the user is filled, the first intention is filled into the first word slot with a higher priority first.
With the above apparatus, in the case that the first node has at least two first word slots, the priority unit 520 preferentially fills the word slot with a higher priority by setting a priority to the first word slot. The problem that when a plurality of word slots exist in a node of a conversation process, human-computer interaction equipment cannot be further filled due to incomprehension under the condition that intentions expressed by a user are fuzzy is solved, the human-computer interaction process is more flexible and controllable, and the interaction experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 10 is an intention node skip apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the intention node skip apparatus includes a voice collecting device 1002 and a processor 1004, the user corpus is obtained through the voice collecting device 1002, a first intention of the user is determined according to a semantic similarity model, then the first intention is sent to the processor 1004, the processor 1004 fills the first intention into a first word slot of a first node of a conversation process, in case that the first intention does not match the first word slot, the processor 1004 sends out first feedback information, and jumps to a step in which the voice collecting device 1002 obtains the first intention of the user, the voice collecting device 1002 reacquires a second intention of the user, in case that the second intention does not match the first word slot, the processor 1004 sends out second feedback information, exits the conversation process, in case that the first intention of the user matches the first word slot, the voice collecting device 1002 continues to obtain the third intention of the user, and when the third intention of the user is not matched with the second word slot, the processor 1004 sends out third feedback information, jumps to the first node from the second node, and continues to obtain the first intention of the user. And under the condition that the second node has a brother node, when the third intention is not matched with the second word slot and is matched with the third word slot of the brother node, filling the third intention into the third word slot of the brother node, jumping the second node to the brother node, and continuously acquiring the user intention according to the conversation process. After acquiring the first intention of the user, when the first node has at least two first word slots, the processor 1004 sorts the first word slots according to priority, and fills the first intention of the user into the first word slots with higher priority preferentially.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the first node jumps to the step of obtaining the first intent, the method further comprises;
and acquiring a second intention of the first node, sending second feedback information under the condition that the second intention is not matched with the first word slot, and exiting the conversation process according to the second feedback information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the filling of the first intent into a first word slot, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the first intention is matched with the first word slot, the first node jumps to a second node of the conversation process;
and acquiring a third intention of the second node, filling the third intention into a second word slot, sending third feedback information under the condition that the third intention is not matched with the second word slot, jumping to the first node by the second node according to the third feedback information, and acquiring the first intention again.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the filling of the first intent into a first word slot, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the first intention is matched with the first word slot, the first node jumps to a second node of the conversation process;
and acquiring a third intention of the second node, filling the third intention into a second word slot, sending fourth feedback information under the condition that the third intention is not matched with the second word slot and the third intention is matched with a third word slot of a brother node of the second node, jumping to the brother node by the second node according to the fourth feedback information, and filling the third intention into the third word slot.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein populating the first intent into a first word slot comprises:
and under the condition that the first node has at least two first word slots, the first word slots are preset with priorities, and the first intention fills the first word slots corresponding to the priorities.
6. An intention node hopping apparatus, comprising:
the filling module is used for acquiring a user corpus, determining a first intention of a user through a semantic similarity model according to the user corpus, and filling the first intention into a first word slot of a first node of a conversation process;
the judging module is used for judging whether the first intention is matched with the first word slot or not, generating a judging result and sending out first feedback information under the condition that the judging result is that the first intention is not matched with the first word slot;
and the skipping module is used for skipping according to the first feedback information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the quitting module is used for sending second feedback information by the judging module under the condition that the second intention is not matched with the first word slot after the second intention of the first node is obtained, and quitting the conversation process according to the second feedback information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the skip module further comprises:
and the first skipping unit is used for sending third feedback information by the judging module under the condition that a third intention of a second node of the conversation process is not matched with a second word slot, and skipping to the first node by the second node according to the third feedback information.

and the second skipping unit is used for sending fourth feedback information by the judging module under the condition that a third intention of a second node of the conversation process is matched with a third word slot of a brother node, wherein the second node skips to the brother node according to the fourth feedback information, and the third intention fills in the third word slot.
