Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle-mounted voice conversation method supporting multiple content providers, where the vehicle-mounted voice conversation method is applicable to a vehicle-mounted terminal. Fig. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of a method for supporting a multiple content provider in-vehicle voice conversation, according to one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the in-vehicle voice dialogue method includes at least steps S102 to S108.
Step S102, determining the activation state of the content provider according to the identity of the content provider;
step S104, when the activation state is not activated, sending an activation request to the content provider to establish communication connection with the content provider, and updating the activation state from not activated to activated;
step S106, if the activation state is activated, sending a voice query command converted into a text by voice to a content provider;
and step S108, receiving the query content data returned by the content provider based on the voice query command.
By adopting the embodiment of the invention, a standard interface protocol can be established between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the content provider, so that the content provider can be decoupled, and dynamic addition of multiple content providers can be supported, so that the switching of the content providers is more flexible, a highly available service is provided, the compatibility of the content providers is improved, and the development cost is reduced.
The identity of the content provider involved in step S102 is a unique identity assigned to the content provider by the in-vehicle terminal, which may be preconfigured. In configuration, each content provider may use a different identity, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal can distinguish which content provider initiates a connection according to the identity of the content provider, in other words, which content provider will establish a communication connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal can be determined by the identity.
A corresponding state machine may be established for each content provider before performing step S102. The state machine is used to describe the activation state of the content provider corresponding thereto. In this embodiment, acquisition of the activation status of the content provider is facilitated by establishing a state machine corresponding to the content provider.
Before step S102 is executed, whether the content provider is legal or not may also be verified according to the identity of the content provider; if the result is legal, the process continues to step S102, and if the result is illegal, the process is terminated. Therefore, the legality of the content provider can be verified according to the identity of the content provider, and any request vehicle-mounted terminal of an illegal content provider is not answered uniformly, so that illegal attacks are effectively eliminated.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when sending an activation request to a content provider to establish a communication connection with the content provider, an activation request may be first initiated to the content provider based on an identity of the content provider, where the activation request may carry a dynamic session identifier valid in a set period. Correspondingly, the content provider can receive the activation request sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, verify the session based on the dynamic session identifier, send a verification passing result to the vehicle-mounted terminal when the verification passes, and send a verification failure result to the vehicle-mounted terminal when the verification fails.
The dynamic session identifier here indicates an identifier of one session, and may be dynamically assigned by the in-vehicle terminal based on the session of the present connection. It should be noted that the dynamic session identifier has timeliness, and the vehicle-mounted terminal can determine whether the dynamic session identifier fails in a set period, and if the dynamic session identifier fails, a new dynamic session identifier needs to be allocated for the connection. The setting period here may be set as needed, for example, the setting period is 10s, 1min, 2min, and the like, and the present invention is not limited to this.
After receiving the result that the content provider verifies the dynamic session identifier, a service type query request can be initiated to the content provider. Accordingly, the content provider can receive a service type query request initiated by the vehicle-mounted terminal, query the service type supported by the content provider based on the service type query request, and return a service type support message. The service types here may include music, navigation, news, weather, stocks, etc. It is understood that if the in-vehicle terminal receives a result of the failure of the authentication of the dynamic session identification by the content provider, the activation request may be re-initiated to the content provider to re-establish the communication connection with the content provider.
Thereafter, upon receiving a service type support message returned by the content provider, a communication connection with the content provider may be established.
Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment, the service types supported by the content provider can be inquired, and then after the service types supported by the content provider are inquired, the communication connection with the content provider is established, so that the content provider of the service types supported by the vehicle-mounted terminal can be accessed to the vehicle-mounted terminal.
In order to obtain more accurate query content data, after receiving a service type support message returned by a content provider, it is further necessary to know a service command type of the content provider and determine whether to support the service command type. The service command type is a service content format provided by the content provider based on the voice query command, for example, the service command type may be in the form of "city + time", "city + urban area + time", or the like, for example, the content provider is "air network". Specifically, the method may send a service command type query request, determine whether the service command type is supported after receiving a message carrying the service command type returned by the content provider, if so, execute a step of establishing a communication connection with the content provider, and update the activation state from inactive to active after establishing a communication connection with the content provider. If not, the communication connection with the content provider is not established, the activation state is not updated, and the access to the content provider which does not support the service command type is avoided.
The scheme provided based on the embodiment can establish communication connection with the content provider after inquiring the service type and the service command type supported by the content provider, thereby facilitating the access of the content provider which meets the requirements better and further improving the accuracy of voice inquiry.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before sending the voice query command of the voice-converted text to the content provider, a service command type query request may also be sent, and after receiving a message carrying a service command type returned by the content provider, it is determined whether the service command type is supported, and if so, the voice query command of the voice-converted text is generated according to the service command type.
Still taking the content provider "the air network" as an example, first, a service type query request is sent to the "air network" as the content provider, the "air network" can query the service type supported by itself, for example, "weather" after receiving the service type query request sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, and can return a service type support message to the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal can determine the service type of the "air network" according to the service type support message returned by the "air network", for example, "weather", the vehicle-mounted terminal can further send a service command type query request to the "air network" after determining the service type of the "air network", if the vehicle-mounted terminal and the service command type supported by the "air network" predefined by the "air network" as the content provider are in a format of "city + time" or "city", for example, the weather network can return the service command type of city + time or city, then the vehicle-mounted terminal judges whether the service command type of city + time or city is supported, if so, the communication connection with the weather network is established to realize the access of the weather network to the vehicle-mounted terminal, otherwise, the vehicle-mounted terminal is not accessed to the weather network. In addition, before sending the voice query command of the voice conversion text to the weather network, the vehicle-mounted terminal can also send a service command type query request to the weather network, so that the weather network can return the service command type of the city + time or the city, then the vehicle-mounted terminal judges whether the service command type of the city + time or the city is supported, if the service command type of the city + time is supported, the voice query command which is generated according to the service command type of the city + time and is converted into the text through voice should contain the city and time elements, and then the content provider can return the weather data of the city at the corresponding time to the vehicle-mounted terminal based on the voice query command containing the city and time elements and provide the weather data to the user.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart diagram of a method for supporting a multi-content provider in-vehicle voice conversation according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the in-vehicle voice dialog method may further include step S110 and step S112 in addition to the aforementioned step S102 to step S108.
Step S110, sending a request for closing communication connection to the content provider according to the identity of the content provider;
and step S112, updating the activation state to be inactive according to a confirmation message returned by the content provider to the request for closing the communication connection.
In this embodiment, when a cooperation agreement between the in-vehicle terminal and the content provider expires or a transmission change occurs, a server address of the in-vehicle terminal changes, and the like, the in-vehicle terminal may actively transmit a request for closing a communication connection to disconnect the communication connection with the content provider, and then the content provider enters an inactive state from the active state, thereby facilitating leaving or switching of the content provider, and further enhancing flexibility of switching of the content provider.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before sending the voice query command converted into text by voice to the content provider, the method may further include: acquiring a plurality of converted text messages based on the voice query information of the same user and the confidence coefficient of each text message; and selecting the best text information from the plurality of text information according to the confidence degree, and performing semantic recognition on the selected text information to generate a voice query command of a voice conversion text. In the embodiment, the voice query information of the same user is converted into the plurality of text messages, the optimal text message is selected from the plurality of text messages according to the confidence degree of the text messages, the voice query command of the voice converted text is generated after the optimal text message is subjected to semantic recognition, the interaction flexibility can be improved, and the response speed and the fault-tolerant capability of the vehicle-mounted terminal are improved by a one-out-of-multiple mechanism.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle-mounted terminal. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the in-vehicle terminal 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the in-vehicle terminal 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a speech-to-text adaptation module 310, a plurality of speech-to-text modules 320, a natural language understanding module 330, and a dialog management module 340. Wherein the speech to text adaptation module 310 is coupled to a plurality of speech to text modules 320 and to a natural language understanding module 330, the natural language understanding module 330 being coupled to a dialog management module 340.
In this embodiment, the voice-to-text adaptation module 310 is adapted to obtain the user voice query information and transmit the obtained user voice query information to the plurality of voice-to-text modules 320, that is, the same user voice query information can be simultaneously transmitted to the plurality of voice-to-text modules 320 through the voice-to-text adaptation module 310, and each voice-to-text module 320 can respectively convert the user voice query information into text information, so as to obtain a plurality of text information; each voice-to-text module 320 is adapted to receive user voice query information, convert the user voice query information into corresponding text information, calculate a confidence level of the converted text information, and then return information carrying the converted text information and the confidence level of the converted text information to the voice-to-text adaptation module 310; the speech-to-text adaptation module 310 is further adapted to receive information carrying the converted text information and the confidence level of the converted text information returned by each speech-to-text module 320, and transmit the information to the natural language understanding module 330; the natural language understanding module 330 is adapted to obtain a plurality of converted text messages based on the same user voice query information and a confidence level of each text message, select an optimal text message from the plurality of text messages according to the confidence level, perform semantic recognition on the selected text message, generate a voice query command of a voice-converted text, and output the voice query command to the dialog management module, so that the dialog management module 340 sends the voice query command of the voice-converted text to a content provider.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, compared with the traditional vehicle-mounted terminal, the voice-to-text adaptation module is added, and the voice-to-text module is taken as an independent module, so that the delivery flexibility can be increased, a plurality of sets of modules can be deployed to be backups of each other, or the voice-to-text module 320 serves more than one of the preferences.
For example, if two voice-to-text modules 320 are deployed, the in-vehicle terminal may send the voice query information of the same user to the two voice-to-text modules 320 through the voice-to-text adaptation module 310, wait for the text information returned to the voice-to-text adaptation module 310 and carry the confidence level of each text information, where the confidence level may be set to 0 to 1, where the confidence level is the maximum 1, that is, the text information with the confidence level of 1 has the highest confidence level, and may be selected preferentially, so that the natural language understanding module 330 may preferentially select the text information with the highest confidence level from the returned text information for recognition according to the confidence level. If one of the voice to text modules 320 has not returned the corresponding text message after a timeout, the natural language understanding module 330 may directly use the text message of the voice to text module that has been returned.
The voice-to-text adaptation module 310 and the voice-to-text module 320 may use a protocol buffer protocol to transmit data, so as to improve data interaction efficiency.
