In the process, the household appliance fault detection can be simply realized without the need of scanning codes by a user or manually inputting complex fault detection instructions, and the fault detection efficiency is improved.
After the household appliance completes the fault detection operation, the result of the fault detection operation is sent to the server, the server generates corresponding fault diagnosis information according to the result and returns the fault diagnosis information to the terminal, and the terminal displays the fault diagnosis information through a display device (such as a liquid crystal display and the like) arranged on the terminal, so that a user can conveniently master the fault state, the fault reason and the fault solution of the household appliance.
In the case that a complex fault processing module is not provided in the home appliance, the home appliance cannot upload the result of the fault detection operation to the server, and the home appliance may only have a form of sending out audio information corresponding to an "alarm sound" or the like through the buzzer provided in the main control board of the home appliance, and feed back the result of the fault detection operation. In some embodiments, the operation interface includes a food material management interface, and the control method further includes: acquiring food material information and receiving a food material management instruction; adding the corresponding food material information to a food material management interface according to the food material management instruction so as to update or generate a food material management list; or deleting the corresponding food material information in the food material management list.

When the terminal receives a check instruction for any food material item in the food material management list, the currently displayed operation interface is skipped to a page displaying corresponding food material information, so that a user can visually acquire required food material information, such as the type of the food material, the date of adding the food material or the shelf life of the food material.
When the food material information is acquired, the corresponding food material information can be manually input by the user through touch operation by receiving the touch operation of the user. The corresponding food material information can also be dictated by the user through receiving the voice information and recognizing the voice instruction of the user through a voice recognition technology. step S704, determining audio information corresponding to the fault diagnosis information, and playing the audio information.
After the household appliance completes the fault detection operation according to the fault detection instruction, the household appliance generates corresponding fault diagnosis information and determines audio information according to the fault diagnosis information.
Specifically, the audio information may be a buzzer that can be played through a buzzer arranged on a main board of the household appliance, or audio information with a certain rule like a morse code, which may be acquired by the terminal, and after the terminal uploads the audio information to the server, the server decodes the audio information according to the audio information and a pre-stored decoding rule, so as to obtain fault diagnosis information that is read or understood by a user, and then the server returns to the terminal.
In some embodiments, the audio information may also be voice information played through a speaker provided in the home appliance, which the user may "listen" directly to.

the magnetic coating (namely the connecting part 106) is arranged on the bottom layer and is used for enabling the intelligent refrigerator sticker 100B to have magnetism, and the intelligent refrigerator sticker 100B can be adsorbed to the door body of the refrigerator 200 through magnetic attraction;
the NFC chip (i.e., the data transmission device 104) is packaged in the protective shell, each NFC chip has an identification code with a globally unique identifier, and by identifying the NFC chip, the NFC chip can uniquely correspond to one device and perform a designated operation.
The intelligent refrigerator sticker 100B mainly has the following purposes:

In the above process, each NFC tag has a unique identification code and is bound with the step SN code of the refrigerator 200 one by one, and when the mobile phone approaches the NFC tag, the mobile phone APP automatically acquires the unique identification code of the NFC and the step SN code of the refrigerator 200 bound in association therewith, thereby acquiring the device information of the refrigerator 200;
in step 1, the NFC tag is attached to the device side, as shown in the embodiment of fig. 2, the NFC tag may be attached to the door body of the refrigerator 200, that is, before the door is opened, the NFC tag is first approached by the mobile phone, and the mobile phone jumps to a designated page to operate; the NFC tag can also be placed at any position in the box body, that is, the NFC tag is close to the NFC tag after the door is opened to perform the above-mentioned process operation.

The logic of multi-terminal interaction is shown in fig. 10, and data instruction interaction is performed between the refrigerator and the mobile terminal through the server.
Several examples of usage scenarios are listed below:
for the automatic use scenario of the fault, the appearance of the corresponding intelligent refrigerator sticker 100B is as shown in fig. 11, the user brings the mobile phone close to the intelligent refrigerator sticker 100B, the mobile phone automatically jumps to a fault self-diagnosis page of the APP, the page can be a diagnosis detection page and automatically diagnoses, or the user sequentially diagnoses by clicking related hardware function module buttons and displays a diagnosis result; the page can also be an after-sale recording page, after the self-diagnosis function is started, the refrigerator 200 can automatically detect all hardware functions in sequence and send out sounds with different frequencies and different lengths, after a user records the mobile phone close to a sound source, the sound is uploaded to the cloud, the cloud diagnoses whether all hardware functions are abnormal or not through the sound, and a result is fed back to the mobile phone of the user and the equipment terminal.
For the food material management scene, a user approaches the mobile phone to the smart refrigerator sticker 100B, the mobile phone automatically jumps to a food material management page of the APP, the page can add food materials, check the food materials and delete the food materials, and the food material adding/deleting mode can be realized through manual input, code scanning or voice input; for example, if the code scanning is realized, the user enters the page, namely the code scanning page, scans a bar code/two-dimensional code recognizable by a system on the food outer package through a mobile phone, and adds/deletes food material information; the other ways are similar.

and receiving and displaying the fault diagnosis information sent by the server.
7. The method for controlling the terminal according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the operation interface comprises a food material management interface, and the method further comprises:
acquiring food material information and receiving a food material management instruction;
adding the corresponding food material information to the food material management interface according to the food material management instruction so as to update or generate a food material management list; or

receiving a viewing instruction for any food material item in the food material management list;
