Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The invention provides a three-cache frame protection method and a three-cache frame protection system for an LED playing system, which realize the processing of data frames by establishing three cache storage spaces in an LED playing control system and have simple control process.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for protecting a frame of a triple buffer of an LED playing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S1, three buffer spaces are established in the LED playing system and are all set to a data empty state, namely, a first buffer space, a second buffer space, and a third buffer space.
Preferably, the frame rate of data sent by the PC side is higher than that of data sent by the port of the LED playing system. It should be noted that the frequency of the data frames sent by the PC is not necessarily higher than the frequency of the data frames played by the LED playing system, and it can only be said that the frequency of the data frames is higher in many applications.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first cache space, the second cache space, and the third cache space include the following four states: data null, data frame receiving integrity and data frame sending.
In step S2, each of the buffer spaces includes 4 states: a data null state, a data receiving state, a data frame complete receiving state and a data frame sending state; wherein, each buffer space is changed, idled, received and transmitted in the 4 states;
the data frame sending of the PC end exceeds the data frame playing speed of the LED playing system, when a cache space for receiving the data frame of the PC end is from a receiving state to a finishing state, the system occupies the other cache space and is still sending the data frame, and the next data frame of the PC end arrives, the LED playing system sequentially inquires the cache space in the idle state at present, the cache space with the bit number in the front and in the idle state preferentially receives the data frame of the current PC end, and if no idle cache space exists, the cache space with the bit number in the front and in the finishing receiving state is occupied for data coverage updating.
Step S3, when a buffer space finishes sending data frame, the buffer space changes to idle state, and when the system broadcasts the next frame, it will sequentially query the buffer space currently in the data frame receiving finish state, if not, the system stops not sending data frame, if yes, it processes the buffer space with the bit number before preferentially.
The principle of three-buffer frame protection is described below with the frame rate of data sent by the PC being 3.5 times the frame rate of data sent by the LED playback system port:
(1) the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a first cache space, a second cache space and a third cache space are in a data empty state, a PC (personal computer) end starts to send data, the first cache space is in a data frame receiving state from data idling, and when the first cache space receives a frame of complete data, the first cache space is immediately converted into a data frame to be sent;
(2) because the frame rate of data sent by the PC end is fast, in the process of sending data frames by the first cache space, second frame data of the PC end is completely stored in the second cache space, third frame data of the PC end is completely stored in the third cache space, but because the frame rate of the data sent by the PC end is 3.5 times of the frame rate of the data sent by the port of the LED playing system, the first cache space still sends data, and fourth frame data of the PC end is stored in the second cache space to cover old data in the second cache space;
(3) when the first cache space finishes sending frame data, the first cache space is converted into a data space, the second cache space is in a stage of receiving data frames, and at the moment, the third cache space stores a frame of complete data which can be used for sending;
(5) in the process of sending the third cache space, the second cache space receives a frame of complete data, and the first cache space can receive the next frame of data; the data frame processing is completed according to the above principle.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a three-buffer frame protection system for an LED playing system, including: the storage device 100 is divided into a first buffer space 1, a second buffer space 2 and a third buffer space 3, wherein the first buffer space 1, the second buffer space 2 and the third buffer space 3 are all set to be in a data empty state initially. Each cache space includes 4 states: a data null state, a data receiving state, a data frame complete receiving state and a data frame sending state; wherein, each buffer space changes in the 4 states, and is idle, receiving completing and sending.
The data transmission control device 200 is used for sending a data frame at a PC end beyond the playing speed of a data frame of an LED playing system, when a cache space for receiving the data frame at the PC end is from a receiving state to a finishing state, the system occupies the other cache space and is also sending the data frame, and the next data frame at the PC end arrives, the LED playing system sequentially inquires the cache space at the current idle state, the cache space with the bit number at the front and the idle state preferentially receives the data frame at the current PC end, and if no idle cache space exists, the cache space with the bit number at the front and the receiving finishing state is occupied for data coverage updating;
when a buffer space finishes sending data frames, the buffer space is converted into an idle state, when the system broadcasts the next frame, the buffer space in the data frame receiving finishing state is inquired in sequence, if the buffer space does not exist, the system stops not sending the data frames, and if the buffer space exists, the buffer space with the front bit number is processed preferentially.
If the speed of the PC end is more than 3 times of the playing speed of the system, the data frame can be selectively overwritten and updated, but the played data is a complete data frame.
According to the three-buffer frame protection method and the three-buffer frame protection system for the LED playing system, a three-buffer technology is adopted, one frame of data can be completely received and transmitted, the loss of the frame of data is avoided, and the purpose of frame protection is achieved; the efficiency of processing the data frame is improved, and the sending frame frequency of the LED playing system is correspondingly improved; three cache storage spaces are established, the existing requirements can be met, resource waste is avoided, and the control process is simpler.
