an identifier processing module 302, configured to generate a white list according to the identity identifier of the at least one voice controller acquired by the acquisition module 301, where the white list allows pairing between the voice controllers, and includes the identity identifiers of the at least two voice controllers;
an instruction processing module 303, configured to receive a target voice instruction from a user; determining a current voice controller corresponding to a current voice intelligent household appliance in a current area according to a device activation word corresponding to at least one voice intelligent household appliance acquired by the acquisition module 301; judging whether the target voice instruction is a control instruction of the current voice controller;
a first voice interaction module 304, configured to, if the target voice instruction processed by the instruction processing module 303 is not the control instruction of the current voice controller, identify whether the target voice instruction includes a target voice controller in a white list; if the target voice instruction comprises a target voice controller in a white list processed by the identification processing module 303, uploading the target voice instruction to a cloud server, and receiving a first voice interaction result returned by the cloud server for the target voice controller in the target area; and outputting the first voice interaction result in a voice playing mode through the current voice controller.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the existing voice intelligent household appliance is basically in a face-to-face voice interaction mode, when a user uses the voice intelligent household appliance to realize voice interaction and control functions, the area is often limited. Therefore, in order to implement cross-regional voice interaction, the identity identifiers of the voice controllers corresponding to the voice intelligent appliances accessed to the same home network can be first acquired through the acquisition module, a white list is generated through the identification processing module according to the identity identifiers of the voice controllers, and the voice controllers displayed in the white list are allowed to be paired with each other. Then, the command processing module uploads the target voice command to a cloud server for data processing when the command is determined by the first voice interaction module not to be a control command of a current voice controller corresponding to a current area where the user is located according to the target voice command sent by the user and the pre-acquired device activation words of each voice intelligent household appliance, the cloud server sends the target voice command to the target voice controller capable of executing the target voice command based on the target voice command, and sends a returned first voice interaction result to the current voice controller, so that the current voice controller outputs the first voice interaction result in a voice playing mode. By the mode, the voice intelligent household appliances corresponding to the voice controller of the target area can be controlled without the need that the user faces the voice intelligent household appliances, so that the voice interaction can be realized across the area.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the instruction processing module 303 is further configured to:
carrying out voice recognition on the target voice instruction to acquire recognition content corresponding to the target voice instruction;
judging whether a target identity corresponding to the identity in the white list exists in the identification content;
if yes, determining that the target voice command is not the control command of the current voice controller;
if not, the target voice command is determined to be the control command of the current voice controller.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the identifier processing module is further configured to receive broadcast information from a cloud server; and sending response information of the at least two voice controllers to the broadcast information so as to generate a white list according to the response information, wherein the response information comprises the identification corresponding to the at least two voice controllers.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises:
a second voice interaction module 305, configured to, if the target voice instruction is a control instruction of the current voice controller, obtain a second voice interaction result corresponding to the target voice instruction; and outputting the second voice interaction result in a voice playing mode through the current voice controller.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a voice interaction system, including: at least two of the voice intelligent appliances 401, the router 402, and the cloud server 403 in any of the above embodiments;
the router 402 is used for accessing the voice controllers corresponding to the at least two voice intelligent appliances 401 into the same home network;
and the cloud server 403 is configured to receive a target voice instruction from the current voice controller, send the target voice instruction to the target voice controller, receive a first voice interaction result returned by the target voice controller, and send the first voice interaction result to the current voice controller.

By the mode, the voice intelligent household appliances corresponding to the voice controller of the target area can be controlled without the need that the user faces the voice intelligent household appliances, so that the voice interaction can be realized across the area.

and the cloud server 403 is further configured to send broadcast information to at least two voice controllers, and receive responses of the voice controllers to the broadcast information.
It is to be understood that the illustrated structure of the embodiment of the present invention does not form a specific limitation to the voice intelligent appliance. In other embodiments of the present invention, the voice intelligent appliance may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, some components may be split, or a different arrangement of components. The illustrated components may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination of software and hardware.
Because the information interaction, execution process, and other contents between the units in the device are based on the same concept as the method embodiment of the present invention, specific contents may refer to the description in the method embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a voice intelligent household appliance, which comprises: at least one memory and at least one processor;
the at least one memory to store a machine readable program;
the at least one processor is configured to invoke the machine readable program to perform the voice interaction method in any embodiment of the invention.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable medium, where computer instructions are stored on the computer-readable medium, and when executed by a processor, the computer instructions cause the processor to execute the voice interaction method in any embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, a system or an apparatus equipped with a storage medium on which software program codes that realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments are stored may be provided, and a computer (or a CPU or MPU) of the system or the apparatus is caused to read out and execute the program codes stored in the storage medium.
In this case, the program code itself read from the storage medium can realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments, and thus the program code and the storage medium storing the program code constitute a part of the present invention.
Examples of the storage medium for supplying the program code include a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magneto-optical disk, an optical disk (e.g., CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW, DVD + RW), a magnetic tape, a nonvolatile memory card, and a ROM. Alternatively, the program code may be downloaded from a server computer via a communications network.
Further, it should be clear that the functions of any one of the above-described embodiments may be implemented not only by executing the program code read out by the computer, but also by causing an operating system or the like operating on the computer to perform a part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code.
Further, it is to be understood that the program code read out from the storage medium is written to a memory provided in an expansion board inserted into the computer or to a memory provided in an expansion unit connected to the computer, and then causes a CPU or the like mounted on the expansion board or the expansion unit to perform part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code, thereby realizing the functions of any of the above-described embodiments.
The embodiments of the invention have at least the following beneficial effects:
1. in the embodiment of the invention, because the existing voice intelligent household appliance is basically in a face-to-face voice interaction mode, when a user uses the voice intelligent household appliance to realize voice interaction and control functions, the area is often limited. Therefore, in order to implement cross-regional voice interaction, the identity identifiers of the voice controllers corresponding to the voice intelligent appliances accessed to the same home network can be obtained first, a white list is generated according to the identity identifiers of the voice controllers, and the voice controllers displayed in the white list are allowed to be paired with each other. And then uploading the target voice command to a cloud server for data processing when the command is determined not to be a control command of a current voice controller corresponding to the current area where the user is located according to the target voice command sent by the user and the pre-acquired equipment activation words of each voice intelligent household appliance, wherein the cloud server issues the target voice command to the target voice controller capable of executing the target voice command based on the target voice command, and simultaneously sends a returned first voice interaction result to the current voice controller so that the current voice controller outputs the first voice interaction result in a voice playing mode. By the mode, the voice intelligent household appliances corresponding to the voice controller in the target area can be controlled without the need that the user faces the voice intelligent household appliances, so that the voice interaction can be realized across areas;
2. in an embodiment of the present invention, for a target voice instruction sent by a user, it is necessary to first determine that the voice instruction corresponds to a controllable voice controller, so that voice recognition can be performed on the target voice instruction, and obtain recognition content corresponding to the target voice instruction, and then determine whether a target identity corresponding to an identity in a white list exists in the recognition content based on a white list generated by the identities of the voice controllers, if a target identity corresponding to the identity in the white list exists in the recognition content, it may be determined that the target voice instruction is not a control instruction of a current voice controller, otherwise, it may be determined that the target voice instruction is a control instruction of the current voice controller;
3. in an embodiment of the present invention, the obtained identity of each voice controller is displayed in a white list, so that the voice controllers are paired with each other, specifically, broadcast information may be sent to each voice controller that has accessed to the same home network through a cloud server, and the voice controllers that have accessed to the same home network may send corresponding response information for the broadcast information, for example, the voice controllers with the same network protocol may send response information after receiving the broadcast information, so that each voice controller is displayed in the white list through the response information.
It should be noted that not all steps and modules in the above flows and system structure diagrams are necessary, and some steps or modules may be omitted according to actual needs. The execution order of the steps is not fixed and can be adjusted as required. The system structure described in the above embodiments may be a physical structure or a logical structure, that is, some modules may be implemented by the same physical entity, or some modules may be implemented by a plurality of physical entities, or some components in a plurality of independent devices may be implemented together.
In the above embodiments, the hardware unit may be implemented mechanically or electrically. For example, a hardware element may comprise permanently dedicated circuitry or logic (such as a dedicated processor, FPGA or ASIC) to perform the corresponding operations. The hardware elements may also comprise programmable logic or circuitry, such as a general purpose processor or other programmable processor, that may be temporarily configured by software to perform the corresponding operations. The specific implementation (mechanical, or dedicated permanent, or temporarily set) may be determined based on cost and time considerations.
While the invention has been shown and described in detail in the drawings and in the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the invention to the embodiments disclosed, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various combinations of the code auditing means in the various embodiments described above may be used to obtain further embodiments of the invention, which are also within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. The voice interaction method of the voice intelligent household appliance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an identity corresponding to a voice controller of at least one voice intelligent household appliance accessed to the same home network and an equipment activation word corresponding to the at least one voice intelligent household appliance;
generating a white list according to the acquired identity of at least one voice controller, wherein the white list allows the voice controllers to be paired, and comprises the identities of at least two voice controllers;
receiving a target voice instruction from a user;
determining a current voice controller corresponding to the current voice intelligent household appliance in the current area according to the equipment activation word corresponding to the at least one voice intelligent household appliance;
judging whether the target voice instruction is the control instruction of the current voice controller;
if the target voice instruction is not the control instruction of the current voice controller, identifying whether the target voice instruction comprises the identity of the target voice controller in the white list;
if yes, uploading the target voice instruction to a cloud server, and receiving a first voice interaction result returned by the cloud server for the target voice controller in the target area;
and outputting the first voice interaction result in a voice playing mode through the current voice controller.
2. The method of claim 1,
the judging whether the target voice instruction is the control instruction of the current voice controller comprises:
performing voice recognition on the target voice instruction to acquire recognition content corresponding to the target voice instruction;
judging whether a target identity corresponding to the identity in the white list exists in the identification content;
if yes, determining that the target voice command is not the control command of the current voice controller;
if not, determining that the target voice command is the control command of the current voice controller.
3. The method of claim 1,
generating a white list according to the acquired identity of at least one voice controller, including:
receiving broadcast information from the cloud server;
and sending response information of the voice controllers to the broadcast information so as to generate the white list according to the response information, wherein the response information comprises the identity identifications corresponding to the at least two voice controllers.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
after the determining whether the target voice command is the control command of the current voice controller, further comprising:
if the target voice instruction is the control instruction of the current voice controller, acquiring a second voice interaction result corresponding to the target voice instruction;
and outputting the second voice interaction result in a voice playing mode through the current voice controller.
5. Pronunciation intelligence household electrical appliances, its characterized in that includes:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring an identity corresponding to a voice controller of at least one voice intelligent household appliance accessed into the same home network and a device activation word corresponding to the at least one voice intelligent household appliance;
the identification processing module is used for generating a white list according to the identity identification of at least one voice controller acquired by the acquisition module, wherein the white list allows the voice controllers to be paired with each other, and comprises the identity identifications of at least two voice controllers;
the instruction processing module is used for receiving a target voice instruction from a user; determining a current voice controller corresponding to the current voice intelligent household appliance in the current area according to the equipment activation word corresponding to the at least one voice intelligent household appliance; judging whether the target voice instruction is the control instruction of the current voice controller;
a first voice interaction module, configured to, if the target voice instruction processed by the instruction processing module is not the control instruction of the current voice controller, identify whether the target voice instruction includes the identity of the target voice controller in the white list; if yes, uploading the target voice instruction to a cloud server, and receiving a first voice interaction result returned by the cloud server for the target voice controller in the target area; and outputting the first voice interaction result in a voice playing mode through the current voice controller.
6. The voice intelligent appliance according to claim 5,
the instruction processing module is further configured to perform:
performing voice recognition on the target voice instruction to acquire recognition content corresponding to the target voice instruction;
judging whether a target identity corresponding to the identity in the white list exists in the identification content;
if yes, determining that the target voice command is not the control command of the current voice controller;
if not, determining that the target voice command is the control command of the current voice controller.

the identification processing module is further used for receiving broadcast information from the cloud server; and sending response information of the voice controllers to the broadcast information so as to generate the white list according to the response information, wherein the response information comprises the identity identifications corresponding to the at least two voice controllers.
8. The voice intelligent appliance according to any one of claims 5 to 7,
further comprising:
the second voice interaction module is used for acquiring a second voice interaction result corresponding to the target voice instruction if the target voice instruction is the control instruction of the current voice controller; and outputting the second voice interaction result in a voice playing mode through the current voice controller.
9. A voice interaction system, comprising: at least two voice intelligent appliances, routers and cloud servers according to any one of claims 5 to 9;
the router is used for connecting the voice controllers corresponding to at least two voice intelligent household appliances into the same home network;
the cloud server is used for receiving a target voice command from the current voice controller, issuing the target voice command to the target voice controller, receiving a first voice interaction result returned by the target voice controller and issuing the first voice interaction result to the current voice controller.
10. The system of claim 9,
further comprising:
the cloud server is further used for sending broadcast information to at least two voice controllers and receiving responses of the voice controllers to the broadcast information.
