Detailed Description
As described above, in the conventional checkout technology, there are problems that the settlement efficiency is low, the sales loss is caused by the occurrence of an accounting error, and the like, and the user experience is sometimes affected.
In particular, in one embodiment of the prior art, a self-service checkout machine is generally used to improve customer settlement efficiency. More specifically, the self-service settlement machine which is the mainstream in the market generally adopts a code scanning module, for example, in the form of scanning bar codes of commodities, and one piece of the identified commodities is used for settlement. However, the settlement efficiency of such a settlement method is low.
The inventor of the present invention has found, through research, that in the above-described embodiments, the efficiency is already reduced when commodity settlement is performed piece by piece, and further, in the case where a sales form such as a member is set, it is often necessary to scan a member code again (for example, scan a two-dimensional code through APP), which makes the settlement process increasingly complicated and inefficient.
In another specific implementation mode in the prior art, a user downloads a preset intelligent terminal APP in advance, then purchases commodities through the APP and carries out online payment, then takes entity commodities in a store, and due to payment in advance, a payment step is not needed, and the settlement efficiency is improved. However, the checkout method often requires accounting in a store, and accounting errors are likely to occur, which results in sales loss, and the user needs to carry the intelligent terminal to go to the store, which results in poor user experience.
The inventor of the present invention has found through research that in the above-mentioned specific embodiment, it is often necessary to determine whether the commodity of the paid item is in accordance with the physical commodity to be taken by a manual check method, and since the user often purchases a new commodity in addition to the purchased commodity in a store, an accounting error is very likely to occur, and a sales loss is generated. Further, as the user is required to carry the intelligent terminal to go to a store, if the user entrusts others to take the commodity instead, the problem of mistaking and incapability of taking the commodity instead is more easily sent, so that the problem is further complicated.
In the embodiment of the invention, one or more commodities to be purchased are identified, and the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased are determined; determining whether a pre-purchased commodity exists in the commodities to be purchased according to the type of the commodities to be purchased; and if the pre-purchased commodities exist, calculating the consumption amount of the remaining commodities except the pre-purchased commodities according to the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased. By adopting the method, the commodities to be purchased are identified, and then the consumption amount of the remaining commodities except the pre-purchased commodities is calculated according to the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased under the condition that the pre-purchased commodities exist, so that the pre-purchased commodities can be automatically accounted.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for settling a transaction for a commodity to be purchased according to an embodiment of the present invention. The transaction settlement method for the commodity to be purchased may include steps S11 to S13:
step S11: identifying one or more commodities to be purchased, and determining the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased;
step S12: determining whether a pre-purchased commodity exists in the commodities to be purchased according to the type of the commodities to be purchased, wherein the pre-purchased commodity is a commodity which is paid and is not delivered;
step S13: and if the pre-purchased commodities exist, calculating the consumption amount of the remaining commodities except the pre-purchased commodities according to the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased.
In an implementation of step S11, the one or more items to be purchased may be placed on a checkout station to be identified using a sensor disposed independently of or integrated with the checkout station.
The type of the commodity to be purchased can be used for representing various parameters such as the brand, the model and the size of the commodity to be purchased, and different concepts can be set for the type according to the granularity of the consumption amount of the commodity. As a non-limiting example, for mineral water with different brands and models but consistent consumption amount, the consumption amount is considered to have a coarser granularity, and the type is set as "mineral water"; for the smart phone, the consumption amount of the smart phone is influenced by the brand and the model, the granularity of the consumption amount of the smart phone is considered to be fine, and the type of the smart phone is set to be the 'XX brand XX model smart phone'.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of step S11 in fig. 1. The step of identifying one or more commodities to be purchased may include steps S21 through S23, each of which is described below.
In step S21, for the to-be-purchased goods, a plurality of cameras are used to capture a camera video stream, and the cameras are located around the to-be-purchased goods and all face the to-be-purchased goods.
Specifically, the video stream is a code stream format (Symbol stream), as opposed to a composite stream, for representing a situation with only video images.
In specific implementation, by arranging a plurality of cameras which are positioned around the commodity to be purchased and face the commodity to be purchased, the characteristics of the commodity to be purchased, such as structure, size, color and the like, can be shot and recorded.
It can be understood that the more the number of the cameras, the more the angles around the commodity to be purchased are, the more comprehensive the shot commodity is, and the easier the identification is.
Further, the camera may be a Red Green Blue (RGB) USB Video Class (USB Video Class, UVC) camera.
In the embodiment of the invention, the RGB UVC camera is adopted, the color characteristics of the commodity can be more accurately acquired, and the characteristics of good compatibility and good data transmission real-time performance of the UVC camera are utilized, so that the camera video stream which is more beneficial to identifying the commodity type is acquired.
In step S22, a deep learning model is trained based on the commodity set including the commodity to be purchased.
In particular implementations, learning may be performed based on a collection of commodities using conventional deep learning methods. After deep learning, a model of commodity identification is obtained, and practical engineering applications are that the model can be deployed on various deep learning edge computing devices, for example, the model can be selected from: jetson Nano of great ada (Nvidia), edge tpu of Google (Google), movidias of Intel (Intel), NPU, and SOC, etc. It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific learning method.
The commodity set can include the commodities to be purchased, and can be a set of all commodities in a current store and a warehouse by taking a convenience store as an example, so that the comprehensiveness and the accuracy of the deep learning model are improved.
In step S23, the camera video stream is identified by using the deep learning model to determine the category of the to-be-purchased products and the number of the to-be-purchased products.
In specific implementation, a deep learning model obtained based on commodity set training is adopted to identify the video pictures in the camera video stream, so that an identification result can be obtained quickly.
In the embodiment of the invention, the camera video stream is acquired by adopting the plurality of cameras, the deep learning model is trained, and the camera video stream is identified by adopting the deep learning model so as to determine the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased, so that the types of the commodities can be rapidly and simultaneously identified.
With continued reference to fig. 1, prior to step S12, a step of checking the identified merchandise to be purchased may be provided.
Specifically, before determining whether there is a pre-purchased commodity in the commodities to be purchased, the method may further include: and checking the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a checking method for checking the types of commodities to be purchased and the number of commodities for each commodity to be purchased according to an embodiment of the present invention. The step of checking the kinds of the commodities to be purchased and the number of commodities per commodity to be purchased may include steps S31 to S34:
in step S31, the total weight of the commodity to be purchased is measured and recorded as the measured weight.
In specific implementation, the weight of the commodity to be purchased can be measured by adopting the existing weight measuring mode.
Further, a gravity sensor can be used for measuring the commodity to be purchased so as to obtain the total weight of the commodity to be purchased.
In the embodiment of the invention, the commodity to be purchased is measured by adopting the gravity sensor, so that the accuracy of weight measurement is improved.
In step S32, the standard weights of the respective commodities to be purchased are determined according to the kinds of the commodities to be purchased.
In specific implementations, a standard weight specified by a commodity manufacturer, for example, a weight recorded on a commodity wrapper, may be used, and a plurality of commodities of the same kind may be weighed in advance as a sample, and an average value or a median value may be used as the standard weight.
In step S33, the total of the standard weights of the commodities to be purchased is calculated and recorded as the theoretical weight based on the type of the commodity to be purchased, the standard weight of each commodity to be purchased, and the number of commodities for each commodity to be purchased.
It will be appreciated that the theoretical weight may be calculated for comparison with the actual measured weight.
In step S34, if the deviation of the measured weight from the theoretical weight is within a preset deviation range, it is determined that the recognition result of the commodity to be purchased is correct.
It should be noted that the deviation may be used to indicate a difference between the measured weight and the theoretical weight, that is, if the difference between the measured weight and the theoretical weight is within a preset difference range, it is determined that the identification result of the to-be-purchased goods is correct; the method can also be used for indicating the quotient of the measured weight and the theoretical weight, namely determining that the identification result of the commodity to be purchased is correct if the quotient of the measured weight and the theoretical weight is within a preset quotient range.
In the embodiment of the invention, the standard weight of each commodity to be purchased is determined by measuring the total weight of the commodity to be purchased, the theoretical weight is further calculated, and the identification result of the commodity to be purchased is determined to be correct according to the fact that the difference value between the measured weight and the theoretical weight is within the preset difference value range, so that the identification result of the commodity can be effectively checked, and the accuracy of commodity identification is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in the specific implementation of step S12, it may be determined whether there is a pre-purchased commodity in the commodities to be purchased in various ways according to the types of the commodities to be purchased.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of an embodiment of step S12 in fig. 1. The step of determining whether there is a pre-purchased commodity among the commodities to be purchased may include steps S41 to S43, each of which is described below.
In step S41, a user identification code for purchasing the commodity to be purchased is determined.
In a specific implementation, the user identification code may be used to uniquely determine a user who purchases the to-be-purchased goods, for example, a user name, a user ID, a mobile phone number of the user, a member ID, an APP ID, and the like.
In step S42, it is determined whether there is a paid and not shipped commodity according to the purchase record of the user identification code and the kind of the commodity to be purchased.
In particular implementations, the record of the purchase of the subscriber identification number may be determined using existing methods, such as determining whether there are any paid and non-shipped items from a record of items paid for within a predetermined amount of time under the name of the subscriber.
In step S43, if there is a paid and not shipped commodity and at least a part of the paid and not shipped commodity is included in the commodity to be purchased, it is determined that there is a commodity purchased in advance in the commodity to be purchased.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the commodity which is paid for and is not delivered exists is determined through the user identification code for purchasing the commodity to be purchased, and whether the commodity to be purchased exists in advance is further determined. Furthermore, whether the pre-purchased commodities exist can be automatically determined through the user identification code, and compared with the situation that the user usually needs to be present in the manual accounting process, the scheme of the embodiment of the invention does not limit whether the purchased user is the user, and is beneficial to improving the user experience.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of another embodiment of step S12 in fig. 1. The step of determining whether there is a pre-purchased commodity among the commodities to be purchased may include steps S51 to S53, each of which is described below.
In step S51, a verification and cancellation code for purchasing the commodity in advance is received.
In particular implementations, the verification and verification code may be used to determine a record of pre-purchased goods, such as a two-dimensional code, or other suitable identification code.
In step S52, it is determined that there is a paid and not shipped commodity based on the verified and cancelled code.
In implementations, it is determined whether there are paid and not shipped items by scanning the underwriting code.
In step S53, if at least a part of the paid-for and non-shipped commodities is included in the commodities to be purchased, it is determined that there is a commodity purchased in advance in the commodities to be purchased.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the commodity which is paid and is not delivered exists is determined through the verification and cancellation code for purchasing the commodity in advance, and whether the commodity which is purchased in advance exists is further determined. Furthermore, whether the pre-purchased commodities exist can be automatically determined through the verification and cancellation code, and compared with the situation that a user usually needs to visit the user in a manual verification process, the scheme of the embodiment of the invention does not limit whether the purchased user is the user, and is beneficial to improving the user experience.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in the specific implementation of step S13, if there are pre-purchased commodities, the amount of consumption of the remaining commodities other than the pre-purchased commodities is calculated according to the type of the commodities to be purchased and the number of commodities for each commodity to be purchased.
Further, the step of calculating the consumption amount of the remaining goods other than the pre-purchased goods may include: removing the pre-purchased commodities from the commodities to be purchased according to the types of the commodities to be purchased and the commodity number of each commodity to be purchased so as to obtain the types of the remaining commodities and the commodity number of each remaining commodity; and determining the consumption amount of the remaining commodities according to the types of the remaining commodities and the commodity number of each remaining commodity.
In the embodiment of the invention, the remaining commodities can be determined by determining the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased, and then the consumption amount of the commodities can be determined.
Further, the transaction settlement method for the commodity to be purchased may further include: if the number of the remaining commodities is equal to zero, generating a verification order; if the number of the remaining commodities is larger than zero, generating ordering and selling verification orders; the order for checking and canceling is used for indicating that the commodities to be purchased are all commodities purchased in advance, and the order for checking and canceling is used for indicating that one part of the commodities to be purchased is commodities purchased in advance and the other part of the commodities to be purchased is commodities purchased newly.
It should be noted that the verification order is used to indicate that the goods to be purchased are all goods purchased in advance, that is, only verification needs to be performed in a store, and no payment needs to be paid again; the order for ordering and checking out is used for indicating that one part of the commodities to be purchased is commodities purchased in advance, and the other part of the commodities to be purchased is newly purchased, namely, the commodities need to be checked out and paid again in a store.
Further, the transaction settlement method for the commodity to be purchased may further include: and if the commodities purchased in advance do not exist, determining the consumption amount of the commodities to be purchased according to the types of the commodities to be purchased and the commodity number of each commodity to be purchased.
Further, the method for settling the transaction of the commodity to be purchased may further include: generating a point purchase order; the ordering order is used for indicating that the commodities to be purchased are all newly purchased commodities.
It should be noted that the order for ordering is used to indicate that the goods to be purchased are all new goods, that is, no check is needed in the store, and only a fee needs to be paid again.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a corresponding relationship of order generation conditions in the embodiment of the present invention. If the number of the remaining commodities is equal to zero, generating a verification order; if the number of the remaining commodities is larger than zero, generating ordering and selling verification orders; if no pre-purchased goods exist, a point purchase order is generated.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the number of the remaining commodities is equal to zero, a verification order is generated; if the number of the remaining commodities is larger than zero, generating ordering and selling verification orders; if no pre-purchased goods exist, a point purchase order is generated. The method can quickly judge which service is currently carried out, for example, quickly identify that the current client operation is under a verification and cancellation service or a point purchase service, effectively realize the business state identification and improve the management and operation capacity.
In the embodiment of the invention, the commodity to be purchased is identified, and then the consumption amount of the remaining commodities except the pre-purchased commodity is calculated according to the type of the commodity to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased under the condition that the pre-purchased commodity exists, so that the pre-purchased commodity can be automatically accounted.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a transaction settlement device for goods to be purchased according to an embodiment of the present invention. The transaction settlement device for the goods to be purchased may include:
the identification module 71 is adapted to identify one or more commodities to be purchased, and determine the types of the commodities to be purchased and the number of the commodities of each commodity to be purchased;
a pre-purchase determining module 72, adapted to determine whether there is a pre-purchased commodity in the commodities to be purchased according to the type of the commodities to be purchased;
and a remaining consumption amount determining module 73, adapted to calculate, when there are pre-purchased commodities, a consumption amount of remaining commodities except the pre-purchased commodities according to the type of the commodities to be purchased and the number of commodities of each commodity to be purchased.
For the principle, specific implementation and beneficial effects of the transaction settlement device for the to-be-purchased commodities, reference is made to the foregoing and the related description of the transaction settlement method for the to-be-purchased commodities shown in fig. 1 to 6, and details are not repeated here.
