In a preferred embodiment, the method for transmitting the data mining algorithm controlled handover message includes the following steps:
in response to receiving the data mining control instruction, sending, by the mobile terminal, a data mining control instruction reception acknowledgement message to the first base station in the resource indicated by the third uplink grant;
in response to sending the data mining control command reception confirmation message to the first base station, disconnecting, by the mobile terminal, the RRC connection with the first base station to enter an RRC idle state;
after receiving the data mining control instruction, the mobile terminal generates a data mining algorithm inquiry message again and monitors RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station;
judging whether the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is smaller than the RSRP threshold value used for the first base station or not by the mobile terminal;
if the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is judged to be smaller than the RSRP threshold value used for the first base station, the mobile terminal judges whether a base station list with high priority is included in the system information;
if the system information comprises a base station list with high priority, the mobile terminal sends a random access lead code to the first base station;
in response to receiving the random access preamble, a random access response is transmitted by the first base station to the mobile terminal, wherein the random access response includes the first uplink grant.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for transmitting the data mining algorithm controlled handover message includes the following steps:
responding to the received random access response, and sending an RRC connection recovery request message to the first base station by the mobile terminal on the resource indicated by the first uplink authorization, wherein the RRC connection recovery request message comprises a buffer state report;
sending, by the first base station, an RRC connection recovery grant message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the RRC connection recovery request message, wherein the RRC connection recovery grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission;
in response to receiving the RRC connection recovery grant message, sending, by the mobile terminal, a base station measurement report to the first base station on a resource indicated by the second uplink grant, wherein the base station measurement report includes RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station;
in response to receiving the base station measurement report, transmitting, by the first base station, a base station measurement report reception acknowledgement message to the mobile terminal;
in response to receiving the measurement report reception confirmation message, the RRC connection with the first base station is disconnected by the mobile terminal to enter an RRC idle state.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for transmitting the data mining algorithm controlled handover message includes the following steps:
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to a second base station in the list of base stations with high priority in response to breaking the RRC connection with the first base station;
transmitting, by the second base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response comprises the first uplink grant;
in response to receiving the random access response, the mobile terminal sends an RRC connection establishment request message to the second base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink authorization, wherein the RRC connection establishment request message comprises a buffer status report;
in response to receiving the RRC connection setup request message, sending, by the second base station, an RRC connection setup grant message to the mobile terminal, wherein the RRC connection setup grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission;
in response to receiving the RRC connection setup grant message, sending, by the mobile terminal, a data mining algorithm query message and an RRC connection release request message to the second base station on the resource indicated by the second uplink grant;
in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, sending, by the second base station, the data mining algorithm query message to the data mining control center server;

if the system information does not comprise the base station list with high priority, the mobile terminal acquires the RSRP compensation value contained in the system information;
in response to the RSRP compensation value included in the acquired system information, the mobile terminal monitors reference signals sent by other base stations;
disconnecting, by the mobile terminal, the RRC connection with the first base station if the RSRP of the reference signal transmitted by the third base station is greater than the RSRP of the reference signal transmitted by the first base station and the difference between the RSRP of the reference signal transmitted by the third base station and the RSRP of the reference signal transmitted by the first base station is greater than or equal to the RSRP compensation value;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the third base station in response to the RRC connection with the first base station being broken;
transmitting, by the third base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response includes the first uplink grant;
responding to the received random access response, and sending an RRC connection establishment request message to the third base station by the mobile terminal on the resource indicated by the first uplink authorization, wherein the RRC connection establishment request message comprises a buffer state report;
in response to receiving the RRC connection setup request message, sending, by the third base station, an RRC connection setup grant message to the mobile terminal, wherein the RRC connection setup grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission;
in response to receiving the RRC connection setup grant message, sending, by the mobile terminal, a data mining algorithm query message and an RRC connection release request message to the third base station on the resource indicated by the second uplink grant;

means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether an RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station is greater than an RSRP threshold value for the first base station in response to generating the data mining algorithm query message;
means for sending, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the first base station if it is determined that the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is greater than an RSRP threshold for the first base station;
means for transmitting, by the first base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response comprises the first uplink grant;
means for sending, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection setup request message to the first base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink grant in response to receiving the random access response, wherein the RRC connection setup request message includes a buffer status report;

means for disconnecting, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the first base station to enter an RRC idle state in response to sending a data mining control instruction reception confirmation message to the first base station;
the mobile terminal generates a data mining algorithm inquiry message again after receiving the data mining control instruction and monitors RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether an RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station is less than an RSRP threshold for the first base station;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether a list of base stations with a high priority is included in the system information if it is determined that the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is less than the RSRP threshold value for the first base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the first base station if it is determined that the system information includes a list of base stations having a high priority;
means for transmitting, by the first base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response comprises the first uplink grant.
In a preferred embodiment, the data mining algorithm controlled handover message transmission system comprises:
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection recovery request message to the first base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink grant in response to receiving the random access response, wherein the RRC connection recovery request message includes a buffer status report;
means for transmitting, by the first base station, an RRC connection resume grant message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the RRC connection resume request message, wherein the RRC connection resume grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a base station measurement report to the first base station on a resource indicated by the second uplink grant in response to receiving the RRC connection recovery grant message, wherein the base station measurement report includes an RSRP of a reference signal transmitted by the first base station;

a unit for acquiring, by the mobile terminal, an RSRP offset value included in the system information if it is determined that the system information does not include the base station list having the high priority;
a unit for monitoring reference signals sent by other base stations by the mobile terminal in response to acquiring the RSRP compensation value included in the system information;
means for disconnecting, by the mobile terminal, the RRC connection with the first base station if the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the third base station is greater than the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station and a difference between the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the third base station and the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is greater than or equal to an RSRP compensation value;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to a third base station in response to the RRC connection with the first base station being broken;
means for transmitting, by the third base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response includes the first uplink grant;
means for sending, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection setup request message to the third base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink grant in response to receiving the random access response, wherein the RRC connection setup request message includes a buffer status report;
means for transmitting, by the third base station, an RRC connection setup grant message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the RRC connection setup request message, wherein the RRC connection setup grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission;

Claims (2)

1. A transmission method of a data mining algorithm controlled switching message is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating a data mining algorithm inquiry message by the mobile terminal;
monitoring, by a mobile terminal, system information sent by a first base station, wherein the system information at least comprises an RSRP threshold value for the first base station;
in response to generating the data mining algorithm query message, determining, by the mobile terminal, whether an RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station is greater than an RSRP threshold value for the first base station; if the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is judged to be larger than the RSRP threshold value used for the first base station, the mobile terminal sends a random access lead code to the first base station;
transmitting, by the first base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response comprises a first uplink grant; in response to receiving the random access response, sending, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection setup request message to the first base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink grant, wherein the RRC connection setup request message includes a buffer status report;
sending, by a first base station, an RRC connection setup grant message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the RRC connection setup request message, wherein the RRC connection setup grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission;
sending, by the mobile terminal, the data mining algorithm inquiry message and an RRC connection release request message to the first base station on the resource indicated by the second uplink grant in response to receiving the RRC connection setup grant message;
in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, sending, by the first base station, the data mining algorithm query message to a data mining control center server;
in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, determining a data mining algorithm by a data mining control center server, and sending a data mining control instruction to the base station by the data mining control center server, wherein the data mining control instruction comprises an indication of the determined data mining algorithm;
in response to receiving the data mining control instruction, sending, by the first base station, the data mining control instruction to the mobile terminal, and sending, by the first base station, a third uplink grant to the mobile terminal;
the transmission method of the data mining algorithm controlled switching message comprises the following steps:
in response to receiving the data mining control instruction, sending, by the mobile terminal, a data mining control instruction reception acknowledgement message to the first base station in the resource indicated by the third uplink grant;
in response to sending a data mining control command reception confirmation message to the first base station, disconnecting, by a mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the first base station to enter an RRC idle state;
after receiving the data mining control instruction, the mobile terminal generates a data mining algorithm inquiry message again and monitors RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station;
judging whether the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is smaller than the RSRP threshold value used for the first base station or not by the mobile terminal;
if the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is judged to be smaller than the RSRP threshold value used for the first base station, the mobile terminal judges whether a base station list with high priority is included in the system information;
if the system information comprises a base station list with high priority, the mobile terminal sends a random access lead code to the first base station;
transmitting, by the first base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response comprises a first uplink grant;
the transmission method of the data mining algorithm controlled switching message comprises the following steps:
in response to receiving the random access response, sending, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection recovery request message to the first base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink grant, wherein the RRC connection recovery request message includes a buffer status report;
sending, by a first base station, an RRC connection recovery grant message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the RRC connection recovery request message, wherein the RRC connection recovery grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission;
in response to receiving the RRC connection resumption grant message, sending, by a mobile terminal, a base station measurement report to the first base station on a resource indicated by the second uplink grant, wherein the base station measurement report includes RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station;
sending, by the first base station to the mobile terminal, a base station measurement report reception acknowledgement message in response to receiving the base station measurement report;
in response to receiving the measurement report reception confirmation message, disconnecting, by the mobile terminal, the RRC connection with the first base station to enter an RRC idle state;
the transmission method of the data mining algorithm controlled switching message comprises the following steps:
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to a second base station in the list of base stations with high priority in response to breaking the RRC connection with the first base station;
transmitting, by a second base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response comprises a first uplink grant; in response to receiving the random access response, sending, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection setup request message to the second base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink grant, wherein the RRC connection setup request message includes a buffer status report;
sending, by a second base station, an RRC connection setup grant message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the RRC connection setup request message, wherein the RRC connection setup grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission; sending, by the mobile terminal, the data mining algorithm inquiry message and an RRC connection release request message to the second base station on the resource indicated by the second uplink grant in response to receiving the RRC connection setup grant message;
in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, sending, by the second base station, the data mining algorithm query message to a data mining control center server;
in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, determining a data mining algorithm by a data mining control center server, and sending a data mining control instruction to the base station by the data mining control center server, wherein the data mining control instruction comprises an indication of the determined data mining algorithm;
in response to receiving the data mining control instruction, sending, by the second base station, the data mining control instruction to the mobile terminal, and sending, by the second base station, a third uplink grant to the mobile terminal;
in response to receiving the data mining control instruction, sending, by the mobile terminal, a control instruction reception acknowledgement message to the second base station in the resource indicated by the third uplink grant; in response to sending a control instruction reception confirmation message to the second base station, disconnecting, by the mobile terminal, the RRC connection with the second base station to enter an RRC idle state; the transmission method of the data mining algorithm controlled switching message comprises the following steps:
if the system information does not comprise a base station list with high priority, the mobile terminal acquires the RSRP compensation value contained in the system information;
in response to the RSRP compensation value included in the system information, monitoring reference signals sent by other base stations by the mobile terminal;
disconnecting, by the mobile terminal, the RRC connection with the first base station if the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the third base station is greater than the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station and the difference between the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the third base station and the RSRP of the reference signal sent by the first base station is greater than or equal to the RSRP offset value;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to a third base station in response to the RRC connection with the first base station being broken;
transmitting, by a third base station, a random access response to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the random access preamble, wherein the random access response comprises a first uplink grant; in response to receiving the random access response, sending, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection setup request message to the third base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink grant, wherein the RRC connection setup request message includes a buffer status report;
sending, by a third base station, an RRC connection setup grant message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the RRC connection setup request message, wherein the RRC connection setup grant message includes a second uplink grant for the mobile terminal to perform uplink transmission; sending, by the mobile terminal, the data mining algorithm inquiry message and an RRC connection release request message to the third base station on the resource indicated by the second uplink grant in response to receiving the RRC connection setup grant message;
in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, sending, by a third base station, the data mining algorithm query message to a data mining control center server;
in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, determining a data mining algorithm by a data mining control center server, and sending a data mining control instruction to the base station by the data mining control center server, wherein the data mining control instruction comprises an indication of the determined data mining algorithm;
in response to receiving the data mining control instruction, sending, by the third base station, the data mining control instruction to the mobile terminal, and sending, by the third base station, a third uplink grant to the mobile terminal;
in response to receiving the data mining control instruction, sending, by the mobile terminal, a control instruction reception acknowledgement message to the third base station in the resource indicated by the third uplink grant; in response to sending a control instruction reception acknowledgement message to the third base station, disconnecting, by the mobile terminal, the RRC connection with the third base station to enter an RRC idle state.
2. A system for transmitting a data mining algorithm controlled handover message, the system comprising:
means for generating, by a mobile terminal, a data mining algorithm query message;

means for sending, by a mobile terminal, an RRC connection setup request message to the first base station on the resource indicated by the first uplink grant in response to receiving the random access response, wherein the RRC connection setup request message includes a buffer status report;
means for transmitting, by a first base station, an RRC connection setup grant message to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the RRC connection setup request message, wherein the RRC connection setup grant message includes a second uplink grant for uplink transmission by the mobile terminal;
means for sending, by a mobile terminal, the data mining algorithm inquiry message and an RRC connection release request message to the first base station on the resource indicated by the second uplink grant in response to receiving the RRC connection setup grant message;
means for transmitting, by a first base station, a data mining algorithm query message to a data mining control center server in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message;
means for determining, by a data mining control center server, a data mining algorithm in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, and sending, by the data mining control center server, a data mining control instruction to the base station, wherein the data mining control instruction includes an indication of the determined data mining algorithm;
means for transmitting, by the first base station, the data mining control instruction to the mobile terminal and for transmitting, by the first base station, a third uplink grant to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the data mining control instruction;
the transmission system of the data mining algorithm controlled switching message comprises:
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a data mining control instruction reception acknowledgement message to the first base station in the resource indicated by the third uplink grant in response to receiving the data mining control instruction;

after receiving the data mining control instruction, the mobile terminal generates a data mining algorithm query message again and monitors RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station;
means for determining, by a mobile terminal, whether an RSRP of a reference signal sent by the first base station is less than an RSRP threshold value for the first base station;

means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a base station measurement report to the first base station on a resource indicated by the second uplink grant in response to receiving the RRC connection resume grant message, wherein the base station measurement report includes RSRP of a reference signal transmitted by the first base station;
means for transmitting, by the first base station to the mobile terminal, a base station measurement report reception acknowledgement message in response to receiving the base station measurement report;
means for disconnecting, by a mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the first base station to enter an RRC idle state in response to receiving the measurement report reception confirmation message;

means for determining, by a data mining control center server, a data mining algorithm in response to receiving the data mining algorithm query message, and sending, by the data mining control center server, a data mining control instruction to the base station, wherein the data mining control instruction includes an indication of the determined data mining algorithm;
means for transmitting, by a third base station, the data mining control instruction to the mobile terminal and a third uplink grant to the mobile terminal in response to receiving the data mining control instruction;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a control instruction reception acknowledgement message to the third base station in the resource indicated by the third uplink grant in response to receiving the data mining control instruction;
means for disconnecting, by a mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the third base station to enter an RRC idle state in response to sending a control instruction reception confirmation message to the third base station.
