Detailed Description

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention aims to provide a method and a system for managing a terminal network of a wired digital set-top box, which are used for solving the problems that the conventional wired digital set-top box equipment cannot check the equipment condition of an accessed user terminal and a user cannot remotely maintain the terminal set-top box.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a management method for a terminal network of a cable digital set-top box according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the management method for the terminal network of the cable digital set-top box according to the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the method for managing a terminal network manager of a cable digital set-top box provided by the invention specifically includes:
step 101: and acquiring the internal network address of the cable digital set top box.
Referring to fig. 2, the terminal network management method of the present invention is initiated from the main control end of the cable digital set-top box (set-top box for short), obtains an internal network address (IP address) from the cable modem through network access control, finds a server and performs service authentication with the server after network address conversion, then creates each path of thread, and finally queries a message linked list.
The step 101 of acquiring the internal network address of the cable digital set-top box specifically includes:
step 1.1: acquiring an internal network address of the cable digital set-top box from a cable modem of the cable digital set-top box;
step 1.2: the main control end of the cable digital set top box performs network access through the cable modem; and the cable modem performs access control on the master control terminal according to the access control list.
The set-top box main control end is connected with the cable modem module through the network port, for a user, the set-top box main control end and the cable modem module are integrated, access authentication is not needed, but access control is needed, and illegal access under special conditions is prevented. And all network requirements of the set-top box need to be performed through a cable modem. And the cable modem performs access Control on the main Control end according to an Access Control List (ACL) (Access Control lists). If the access control refuses the connection, the access process is finished; if the access control allows a connection, a network address translation step 102 is performed.
Step 102: and carrying out network address conversion on the internal network address to generate a public network address.
The network used by the enterprise or the family is a private network, and a private address is used; the network maintained by the operator is a public network, and a public address is used. Private addresses cannot be routed in the public network. NAT (Network Address Translation) is a process of translating an IP Address in an IP datagram header into another IP Address, and is mainly used to implement a function of an internal Network (private IP Address) accessing an external Network (public IP Address). NATs are typically deployed on gateway devices that connect internal and external networks. When the source address of the received message is a private network address and the destination address is a public network address, the NAT can convert the source private network address into the public network address, so that the public network destination can receive the message and respond. In addition, a NAT mapping table is also created on the gateway so as to judge the private network destination address to which the message received from the public network is sent.
The present invention converts an internal network address (IP address) acquired from a cable modem into a network address, and then generates a public network address (IP address) to access an external network.
Step 103: and searching a server in an external network based on the public network address to find the terminal management server.
The terminal management server is established in an external network, communicates with a plurality of set top box devices and a plurality of user terminal devices (CPE), and stores information such as operating states and parameter configurations of the set top box devices and device information of the user terminal devices in a database.
Step 104: and the wired digital set top box is connected with the terminal management server for registration authentication to obtain the authenticated wired digital set top box.
The terminal set-top box equipment performs registration authentication on the server, and the authentication is divided into 2 types: first-time starting authentication and common authentication.
The first-time startup authentication means that the set top box is firstly connected with the terminal management server to perform equipment authentication registration, and the following three conditions are considered to be that the first-time startup authentication connection process is executed:
A. the device is connected to the terminal management server system for the first time;
B. after the equipment is restored to the factory setting;
C. the terminal management server uniform resource locator of the device configuration is changed.
When the authentication machine is started for the first time, the set-top box needs to Call an Inform method in a TR069 (user terminal equipment wide area network management protocol) Remote Procedure Call (RPC) method, wherein an EventCode in an Inform request is BOOTSTRAP, and the terminal management server responds to the Inform Response to the set-top box.
The common startup authentication means that the set top box is not connected with the terminal management server for the first time to perform equipment authentication registration, and is a common startup restarting process. During ordinary startup authentication, the set-top box needs to call an Inform method in a TR069 (user terminal equipment wide area network management protocol) RPC (remote procedure call) method, wherein an EventCode in an Inform request is BOOT, and a terminal management server responds to an Inform Response to the set-top box.
Wherein TR069 is a communication standard between a CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) and an Auto-Configuration Server (ACS), and if a Customer service provider uses the TR069 Auto-service provision function, the ACS automatically provides CPE parameters. If the user sets ACS parameters on the CPE and the ACS at the same time, the CPE automatically sets network parameters by using a TR069 function.
Therefore, the step 104 of connecting the wired digital set-top box to the terminal management server for registration authentication to obtain the authenticated wired digital set-top box specifically includes:
4.1: judging whether the cable digital set-top box is in the first boot authentication or not, and obtaining a first judgment result, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps:
judging whether the cable digital set-top box is connected to the terminal management server system for the first time or not, and obtaining a second judgment result; if the second judgment result is yes, the first judgment result is that the cable digital set top box is firstly started up and authenticated; if the second judgment result is negative, continuously judging whether the cable digital set top box is restored to factory settings or not, and obtaining a third judgment result; if the third judgment result is yes, the first judgment result is that the cable digital set top box is firstly started up and authenticated; if the third judgment result is negative, continuously judging whether the uniform resource locator of the terminal management server configured by the wired digital set-top box is changed or not, and obtaining a fourth judgment result; if the fourth judgment result is yes, the first judgment result is that the cable digital set top box is firstly started up and authenticated; if the fourth judgment result is negative, the first judgment result is that the cable digital set top box is not the first-time startup authentication.
4.2: if the first judgment result is that the cable digital set-top box is in first-time startup authentication, the cable digital set-top box calls an Inform request function in a TR069 remote process calling method to be connected with the terminal management server for first-time startup authentication, and one Event Code in the Inform request function is set as BOOTSTRAP; the terminal management server responds to the InformResponse to the cable digital set-top box;
4.3: if the first judgment result is that the cable digital set-top box is not the first BOOT authentication, determining that the cable digital set-top box is the common BOOT authentication, calling an Inform request function in a TR069 remote process calling method to connect the terminal management server for the common BOOT authentication, and setting an Event Code in the Inform request function as BOOT; and the terminal management server responds to the InformResponse to the cable digital set-top box.
If the authentication is successful, the terminal management server creates 4 threads and 2 modules for the authenticated cable digital set top box to process various transactions. If the authentication fails, the access process is ended.
Step 105: and the terminal management server creates 4 threads and 2 modules for the authenticated cable digital set top box.
The terminal management server needs to create 4 threads and 2 modules for the authenticated cable digital set-top box to process different tasks respectively.
The 4 threads include thread A, thread B, thread C, and thread D. Wherein the thread A is a server monitoring thread for monitoring a connection request initiated by an ACS (auto configuration server) without performing an event process. The thread B is a reporting control thread and mainly controls heartbeat reporting and fault reporting without doing thing processing. Thread C is used for control of special transactions, here primarily ping and traceroute design for diagnostic testing. Wherein the ping command is used for testing the connectivity of the target address; the traceroute command is used for route tracing and shows the route from the source address to the target address. The thread D is mainly to create a thread from the binder to the media server (media play service) to complete error reporting. The binder mechanism is used to provide a method of inter-process communication such that one process may invoke functionality provided by another process in a form similar to a remote procedure call. The binder mechanism is provided in both Java environment and C/C + + environment.
The 2 modules include a module E and a module F. Wherein module E is a connection function module establishing a connection to an ACS (auto configuration server). Module F is a processing module that handles transaction sessions between the CPE (customer premises equipment) and the ACS (auto configuration server).
That is, the step 105 of the terminal management server creating 4 threads and 2 modules for the authenticated cable digital set-top box specifically includes:
5.1: the terminal management server creates 4 threads for the authenticated cable digital set top box; the 4 threads comprise a thread A, a thread B, a thread C and a thread D; the thread A is a server monitoring thread and is used for monitoring a connection request initiated by an automatic configuration server ACS; the thread B is a reporting control thread and is used for controlling heartbeat reporting and fault reporting; the thread C is used for processing special things; the thread D is used for completing error reporting;
5.2: the terminal management server creates 2 modules for the authenticated wired digital set-top box; the 2 modules comprise a module E and a module F; the module E is a connection function module and is used for establishing the connection from the authenticated wired digital set-top box to the ACS; the module F is a processing module, and is configured to process a transaction session between the CPE and the ACS.
Step 106: the authenticated cable digital set-top box inquires about the equipment condition of the accessed user terminal equipment through the 4 threads and the 2 modules;
if the 4 threads and the 2 modules are successfully established, the authenticated cable digital set-top box can inquire the message linked list through the 4 threads and the 2 modules, so that the equipment condition of the accessed user terminal equipment is inquired, the information condition that the accessed terminal equipment cannot be checked by the conventional set-top box equipment is changed, the terminal network management function is provided, the user terminal can be managed and controlled, and the set-top box can be in butt joint with other service expenses through the terminal network management function.
If the creation of 4 threads and 2 modules fails, the access process ends.
Step 107: and the terminal management server or the user terminal equipment remotely maintains the authenticated cable digital set-top box through the 4 threads and the 2 modules.
If the 4 threads and the 2 modules are successfully created, the terminal management server or the user terminal equipment can query the working state and the parameter configuration of the set top box in real time through the 4 threads and the 2 modules, perform remote maintenance and other operations, so that a user can master the working state and the parameter configuration of the terminal set top box in real time and perform remote maintenance on the authenticated wired digital set top box.
The user terminal equipment can be various types of home terminals, such as mobile terminals of televisions, network telephones, mobile phones and the like. By adopting the terminal network management method of the cable digital set top box, the functions of the existing single-function home terminal can be integrated to form an integrated intelligent terminal, so that the operation of each home terminal is more centralized and convenient, and the low-carbon requirement is met.
Furthermore, based on the terminal network management method of the wired digital set top box provided by the invention, the problem that the existing set top box can not simultaneously realize wired (digital television network, fixed telephone network, wired broadband, optical fiber network) access and wireless (3G, Wi-Fi, ZIGBEE) multi-network access can be further solved, multi-mode (ZIGBEE remote controller control, 3G mobile phone control, Wi-Fi handheld terminal control, PC control, human voice control and telephone voice control) control can be realized, and multi-direction visual voice communication between networks is realized. Based on the method, advanced technologies such as optical fiber sensing, security linkage control and the like can be introduced into the household intelligent set top box, and intelligent household control with a television (or household display equipment) as an interaction center can be established, so that the requirements of people on more humanization, more intelligence and more modernization of products are met.
