The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of the invention as detailed in the accompanying claims.
When a user creates a schedule by using a calendar application, if notes, mails and to-do related to the schedule are required to be created, the user needs to be created in other applications again and manually fill in information related to the schedule. After the creation is completed, and information related to other applications cannot be viewed in the calendar directly, the whole operation is very inconvenient.
The present disclosure provides a method of synchronizing information between different applications, in which method, in an interface of a first application related to a first record, a synchronization option is configured; displaying the interface related to the first record, and receiving an information synchronization instruction from a user through the synchronization option; and then synchronizing the information in the first record into a second record of the second application based on the information synchronization indication. Thus, information can be synchronized between different applications, and the efficiency of using a plurality of applications by a user is improved. For example, key data of schedules in a calendar are identified and processed and automatically filled into notes and mail applications, so that the cost of continuously and frequently operating a plurality of applications by a user is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The method of the present disclosure may be applied to an intelligent terminal supported by an operating system, where applications may be installed, such as a mobile phone, PAD, wearable device, etc.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of information processing according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step 101, configuring a synchronization option in an interface of a first application, wherein the interface comprises a first record, and the synchronization option is used for synchronizing information in the first record to a second application;
step 102, displaying the interface containing the first record;
step 103, receiving an information synchronization instruction from a user through the synchronization option;
and step 104, synchronizing the information in the first record into a second record of the second application based on the information synchronization instruction.
In step 101, a first record of a first application is a record of an item in the application. For example, the first application is a calendar, and the first record may be a calendar; when the first application is a note, the first record may be a note; when the first application is mail, the first application may be a mail. The interface containing the first record may be an interface containing detailed information in the first record, or may be a name interface including the first record. For example, when the first application is a calendar, the interface containing the first record may be an interface for creating a schedule, may be a schedule viewing interface, or may be an interface for listing a schedule within a certain date. As long as the items related to the first record are listed in the interface, the information in the first record may be synchronized by the items of the first record. The synchronization option may also take various forms as long as a selection operation can be performed by the user. The synchronization option may be displayed directly on the interface, or may be displayed by clicking on an icon on the interface.
In steps 102 and 103, an interface containing the first record is presented to the user, who issues an instruction to synchronize information by selecting the synchronization option configured therein, and then receives the instruction by the terminal.
In step 104, the information in the first record is synchronized into a second record of the second application based on the information synchronization indication. Here, synchronization is to create a second record based on information in the first record, and the second record includes information in the first record.
By adopting the method, information can be synchronized among different applications, and a user can generate corresponding records in a plurality of applications by editing the records in one application, so that the efficiency of using the plurality of applications by the user is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
and displaying an interface of the second application, wherein the interface comprises the second record.
The terminal may jump to the interface of the second application while synchronizing the information in the first record to the second record of the second application. For example, when the first application is a calendar, the first record is a calendar, and the second application is a note, after the user selects the synchronization option, the information in the calendar is synchronized into the note record, and meanwhile, the note application is opened, and an interface including the note record is displayed. Therefore, the user can directly edit the note record without exiting the calendar and entering the note, and the operation of the user is simplified.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
configuring a viewing option in an interface of the first application containing the first record, wherein the viewing option is used for viewing an interface of the second application containing the second record;
receiving a view instruction from a user through the view option;
and switching the display interface to an interface comprising the second record in the second application based on the viewing indication.
The viewing options are configured in the page of the first record of the first application, so that a user can conveniently and directly view the second record of the second application related to the first record without logging out of the first application and entering the second application. When the user selects the view option, a view indication is issued. And after receiving the viewing instruction, the terminal switches the interface to a second recorded interface. For example, when the first application is a calendar, the first record is a schedule, and the second application is a note, a viewing option associated with the schedule is configured in an interface of the calendar application including the schedule, and the viewing option may include an icon of the note record established through the synchronization method. After clicking the icon, the presentation interface is switched to an interface comprising a note record.
In an alternative embodiment, the first application is a calendar and the second application is a note.
When the first application is a calendar and the second application is a note, the first record is a schedule record and the second record is a note record.
In an alternative embodiment, the first record is a schedule, and the configuring the synchronization option in the interface of the first application including the first record includes:
and configuring the synchronous options in a calendar application creating schedule interface or a calendar viewing interface.
When the first record is a calendar, the interface containing the first record may be a create calendar interface or a view calendar interface. That is, notes may be created at the same time when the schedule is created; notes may also be created when viewing a created calendar. In this way, the user can conveniently synchronize data between different applications under various conditions.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
classifying, for a second record in the second application generated by a first record in the first application, the second record in the second application based on the classification of the first record in the first application;
in the second application, a second record is presented based on the classification of the second record in the second application.
A second record in a second application may be considered to be associated with a first record if the second record is generated by synchronizing information of the first record in the first application. When the first record is classified based on a certain classification scheme, the second record generated by the information synchronization scheme is also classified. Also, in a second application, the second records may be presented in a sorted manner, e.g., the second records of the same category are placed in one folder.
For example, when the first application is a calendar, the first record is a calendar record, the second application is a note, and the second record is a note record, if a plurality of schedules are repeated schedules, for example, repeated "perils", a plurality of notes generated by the information synchronization manner are also set in one folder. Fig. 2 shows that in notes, notes of the same category are set in one folder.
In this way, the user can conveniently view the same type of schedule and associated notes.
In an alternative embodiment, the viewing options include icons associated with one or more second records belonging to the same category.
In the above example, if one schedule is a repeated schedule, the viewing options configured in the interface including the schedule may include charts of a plurality of note records generated by synchronizing information of a plurality of repeated schedules. And the note records generated synchronously are classified according to the classification mode same as the schedule, so that the user can manage and check the similar records conveniently, and the management and check efficiency of the user is improved. FIG. 3 illustrates the same type of note viewing option in the calendar viewing interface.
In an alternative embodiment, the first application is a note, the second application is a calendar, the first record is a note record, and the second record is a calendar record.
When the first application is a note and the second application is a calendar, the information of the note may be synchronized into the calendar of the calendar application, for example, when creating the note or viewing the note. When synchronizing information, a user can select the date and time of the schedule in the displayed schedule interface, or default the date of the schedule to be the date of the synchronization day, and the schedule to be the set time after the synchronization time.
In an alternative embodiment, the synchronization options include synchronizing to an in-progress calendar option and synchronizing to a new calendar option when it is determined that the moment of presentation of the interface including the note record is within a progress period of a calendar record.
When the first application is a note and the second application is a calendar, the presentation of the interface including the note record, e.g., the moment of the presentation of the interface creating the note or viewing the note, may be exactly within the travel time period of one calendar record. For example, the date and time of the setting of a "meeting" schedule is 3 months 1 day 9 to 10 points, and the user presents an interface for creating notes at 3 months 1 day 9 points 20. In this case, the synchronization options configured in the interface for creating the notes include two selectable options, one to synchronize to the "meeting" schedule and one to synchronize to the new schedule. The user can select according to the own needs, so that the synchronization of the easy-to-check-in schedule is completed.
When the user selects to synchronize to the meeting schedule, the information in the note is synchronized to the meeting schedule, and meanwhile, the information existing in the meeting schedule is synchronized to the note.
In this way, the schedule in progress when the interface including the note record is presented can be identified, facilitating synchronization from notes to different schedules.
In an alternative embodiment, the first application is a calendar or a note, and the second application is a communication type application.
When the first application is a calendar or a note and the second application is a communication application, the information recorded in the calendar or the note can be synchronized into the communication application. The communication-type application may be a mail, chat application, or the like.
In an alternative embodiment, the synchronizing the information in the first record to the second record of the second application includes:
acquiring a participant contained in the first recorded information;
synchronizing information in the first record to the second record of the communication-type application, the second record to be sent to the participant.
For example, when the second application is a mail application, the second record is a mail to be sent, and the information in the first record is synchronized into the mail sent to the participant. When the second application is a chat application, the second record is a chat record, and the information in the first record is synchronized to the chat record sent to the participant.
In an optional embodiment, the second record is a mail to be sent, and the synchronizing the information in the first record to the second record of the second application includes:
and generating recipient information and text information in the mail to be sent based on the information in the first record, wherein the recipient information is generated through personnel information in the first record.
And generating a mail to be sent based on the information in the first record. When the first record records personnel information, such as participant information in a schedule, the participant can be taken as a recipient. The mailbox address of the participant can be obtained through address book searching in the mail application. Other information in the first record, such as time, place, and content information, is taken as text information.
In an alternative embodiment, the first application is a communication-type application, and the second application is a calendar or a note.
When the first application is mail, the first record is received mail, and the information in the received mail can be synchronized into a calendar or a note.
