Detailed Description
At present, after the production of the circuit board is finished, the circuit board needs to be detected. In order to improve the detection efficiency, the circuit board can be detected by using the AOI equipment.
In the detection process, the AOI detection equipment automatically scans circuit board products through the camera, collects images and compares the images with a preset template to determine whether the circuit board is qualified. If the preset template is wrong, the detection result has a problem, so the detection process needs to be stopped, and the preset template needs to be manufactured again.
This process causes a problem that the detection flow is suspended, and the detection efficiency becomes low.
Fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating an application scenario according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, a processor 11 may be disposed in the AOI device, and the processor 11 controls the circuit board inspection process.
The AOI device may further include an image capturing device 12, and after the circuit board moves to the designated position, the processor 11 may control the image capturing device 12 to take a picture to obtain an image of the product. The process 11 may also determine whether the circuit board is qualified according to a preset template file and an image of the product.
The processor 11 may store the template file, for example, in a cache.
The solution provided by the present application may be specifically executed by the processor 11, for example, the method provided by the present application may be packaged in software, and the software is installed in the processor 11, so that the processor 11 has the capability of executing the solution. The specific form of the processor 11 may be a chip, a computing unit, a small computer, or the like, and the present application does not limit the same.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for updating a template file according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for updating a template file provided in this embodiment includes:
step 201, obtaining an update identifier corresponding to the template file.
The method provided by the present application may be executed by an electronic device with computing capability, for example, the processor 11 shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, the method provided by the application is preset with an update identifier, and the identifier indicates whether the template file is updated or not. The template file is used for detecting the template of the circuit board, and images corresponding to the template and the circuit board can be compared to determine whether the images are consistent or not, and if the images are not consistent, the circuit board can be considered to have a problem.
Further, if it is found that the original template file needs to be updated, a new template file may be created and stored in the preset area, and the update flag is set as a flag corresponding to the updated template file.
When the electronic device is actually applied, the updating identifier can be automatically updated by the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may scan a preset area for storing a template file, and when the file stored in the preset area changes, the update flag may be automatically set as a flag corresponding to the updated template.
The updated identifier may be stored in a cache of the electronic device, so that the identifier can be quickly read.
In one embodiment, the update flag may be a specific value. For example, 1 may be used to indicate that the template file is updated, and 0 may be used to indicate that the template file is not updated. By reading such an update flag, it can be determined whether an updated template file currently exists.
In another embodiment, the update identifier may also be a hidden file. For example, the hidden file may be cached in the electronic device after the template file is updated, and the hidden file is not cached in the electronic device when the template file is not updated. The electronic device can judge whether the updated template file exists currently by scanning whether the hidden file exists.
The updating mark corresponding to the template file can be obtained periodically, or the updating mark can be obtained before the circuit board is detected. The setting can be specifically carried out according to the requirements.
Step 202, if the template file is determined to be updated according to the update identifier, acquiring the updated template file, and setting the update identifier as an identifier for indicating that the template file is not updated.
Specifically, after the electronic device obtains the update identifier, it may determine whether the template file is updated according to the update identifier.
For example, when a user makes a new template file, it may be stored in the hard disk of the AOI device. The electronic device may scan the hard disk, and may set the update flag to 1 or automatically generate a hidden file when recognizing that the template file has changed.
For another example, after the user stores the new template file in the hard disk of the AOI device, the update flag may be manually set to 1, or the AOI device may be operated to generate a hidden file.
In actual application, if the template file is represented by a hidden file, the read update flag may be the result of existence or nonexistence of the hidden file.
Further, if the electronic device determines that the template file is updated after recognizing the acquired update identifier, the electronic device may acquire the updated file. For example, a preset location for storing the template file may be preset, and the electronic device may obtain the latest template file from the preset location after determining that the template file is updated.
In actual application, the template file can be stored in a hard disk of the AOI device. The processor of the electronic device, such as an AOI device, may retrieve the template file from the hard disk and may store it in its own cache.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of an AOI device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the AOI device may include a processor 31 and a hard disk 32. A cache 311 may also be included in the processor 31. The user may store the template file in the hard disk 32, and the processor 31 may read the template file from the hard disk 32 and store the template file in the cache 311. Therefore, the purpose of quickly acquiring the template file when the template file is required to be used is achieved.
After the electronic device acquires the updated template file, the update identifier may be set as an identifier indicating that the template file is not updated. For example, the update flag may be set to 0, and for example, the hidden file may be deleted.
When the template file is not updated again, the update identifier read by the electronic device is used for indicating the non-updated identifier, so that the electronic device is prevented from frequently acquiring the same template file to influence the detection efficiency.
Specifically, in the method provided by the application, the electronic device can determine whether the template file is updated according to the update identifier, and directly acquire the updated template file when the updated template file exists, so that the template file can be updated in real time without stopping the detection, and the detection process is prevented from being stopped.
Further, if it is determined that the template file is not updated according to the update identifier, the following step 203 may be directly performed, and the obtained template file is used to detect the circuit board to be detected. For example, if the template file is not updated, the electronic device does not need to acquire the template file from the outside, and the circuit board to be tested can be detected according to the template file acquired previously.
And step 203, detecting the circuit board to be detected according to the acquired template file.
In practical application, if the template file is the acquired updated file, the latest template file can be used to detect the circuit board to be detected. If the updating mark indicates that the template is not updated, the template file acquired before can be used for detecting the circuit board to be detected.
Whether the updating identification indicates that the template is updated or not, the template file can be cached in the electronic equipment. The difference is only that the acquisition time of the template file is different, that is, if the update identifier indicates that the template is updated, the cached template file is acquired immediately, and if the update identifier indicates that the template is not updated, the cached template file is acquired before.
Specifically, an image acquisition device can be further arranged in the AOI equipment, and the electronic equipment can further control the image acquisition device to shoot the circuit board to be detected to obtain a product image. For example, when the circuit board to be tested moves to a preset position, the circuit board to be tested can be shot through the image acquisition device.
Furthermore, the electronic equipment can compare the acquired template file with the product image, so as to determine whether the circuit board to be tested is qualified. For example, the identifier of the electronic component at a certain position in the product image may be identified, and compared with the identifier of the electronic component marked at the corresponding position in the template file, and if the two identifiers are consistent, the electronic component set at the position in the circuit board may be considered to be correct. The electronic components or circuits arranged at a plurality of positions in the circuit board can be detected, so that the whole detection of the circuit board is realized.
In practical applications, the Circuit Board may be a Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
The method provided by the present embodiment is used for updating a template file, and is performed by a device provided with the method provided by the present embodiment, and the device is generally implemented in a hardware and/or software manner.
The method for updating the template file comprises the following steps: acquiring an updating identifier corresponding to the template file; if the template file is determined to be updated according to the updating identification, acquiring the updated template file, and setting the updating identification as an identification for indicating that the template file is not updated; and detecting the circuit board to be detected according to the acquired template file. According to the template file updating method, whether the template file of the new version exists can be determined by obtaining the updating identification, the template file is loaded when the new template file exists, the template file can be updated under the condition that the circuit board is not detected, and therefore the detection efficiency is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for updating a template file according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the method for updating a template file provided in this embodiment includes:
step 401, reading a preset hidden file; if the hidden file exists, determining that the template file is updated; and if the hidden file does not exist, determining that the template file is not updated.
The method provided by the present application may be executed by an electronic device with computing capability, for example, the processor 11 shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, in the method provided by the present application, if the template file is updated, a hidden file may be generated. In one embodiment, the generation may be manual by a user. In another embodiment, the hidden file may be generated automatically when a template file stored in the AOI device is modified. In another embodiment, when a file stored in a preset storage location for storing the template file is changed, the hidden file may be automatically generated.
In a specific embodiment, the electronic device may generate the hidden file in response to a modification operation applied to the template file. For example, a template editing tool connected to the AOI device may be provided, and by operating the template editing tool, template files already stored in the AOI device may be adjusted. After the editing is finished, the user can click an application button, so that the latest template file is stored in the AOI equipment. At this time, the electronic device may generate a hidden file for indicating that the template file is modified in response to the above operation by the user.
Further, the electronic device may read a preset hidden file, and if the file exists, it may be determined that the template file is updated, and if the file does not exist, it may be determined that the template file is not updated.
In actual application, the result of reading the preset hidden file may be that the file exists or the file does not exist, the file exists corresponding to the result that the template is updated, and the file does not exist corresponding to the result that the template is not updated.
The generated hidden file may be stored in the electronic device, may also be stored in a hard disk of the AOI device, and may be specifically set according to a requirement.
Specifically, in the method provided by the application, whether the template file is updated or not is determined by identifying whether the hidden file exists or not, so that the identification speed can be increased, and the detection speed of the circuit board is further increased.
If the hidden file exists, it may be determined that the template file is updated, at this time, step 402 may be performed, otherwise, step 403 may be directly performed.
Step 402, obtaining the updated template file, and deleting the hidden file.
Further, if it is determined that the template file is updated, the electronic device may obtain the updated template file. For example, the template file may be read from a preset directory of the hard disk, so as to obtain the latest template file.
For example, a preset directory may be prepared in the hard disk in advance for storing the template file, and the electronic device may access the preset directory and load the stored template file therein in the case that the hidden file exists.
In practical application, the electronic device can store the template file in a cache of the electronic device, so that the latest template file can be quickly acquired when the circuit board needs to be detected.
After the electronic device loads the latest template file successfully, the hidden file can be deleted. Therefore, the same file is prevented from being frequently obtained from the hard disk after the latest template file is loaded.
Specifically, when the hidden file is deleted and the template file is not updated again, the reading result is the result that the file does not exist when the electronic device reads the hidden file next time, and it is determined that the template file is not updated.
Step 403, collecting a product image corresponding to the circuit board to be tested; and comparing the product image with the acquired template file, and determining whether the circuit board to be tested is qualified or not according to the comparison result.
Further, if the latest template file is read or it is determined that the template file is not updated, the electronic device may detect the circuit board to be detected according to the acquired template file.
During practical application, the electronic equipment can control the image acquisition device in the AOI equipment to shoot the circuit board to be detected, so that a product image corresponding to the circuit board to be detected is acquired.
Wherein, in AOI equipment, the top of predetermineeing the position can set up image acquisition device, after the circuit board that awaits measuring removes to predetermineeing the position, can control this circuit board that awaits measuring and carry out short stop to the image acquisition device of control top shoots it, and then obtains the product image.
Specifically, the electronic device may compare the product image with the acquired template file, and if the product image and the template file are consistent, the circuit board to be tested may be considered to conform to the design rule, thereby determining that the circuit board to be tested is qualified; if the two are not consistent, the circuit board to be tested is not in accordance with the design rule, and the circuit board to be tested is determined to be unqualified.
Further, a detection area may be set in the template file in advance, and a detection parameter corresponding to the detection area may also be set. For example, several areas to be detected are selected in the template file, and according to the design rule of the actual circuit board, the detection parameters corresponding to the detection areas, such as the set electronic component parameters, are set.
In practical application, the circuit board can be shot according to a preset detection area in the template file, and an area image corresponding to the detection area is obtained. For example, a part of the area of the lower left corner in the template file is used as a detection area, the electronic device may control the image acquisition device to shoot the lower left corner of the circuit board to be detected, and the specific shooting area may be determined according to the detection area set in the template file.
Through scanning and shooting one by one, the obtained area image can be clearer, the image of the whole circuit board does not need to be segmented and identified, and the accuracy rate of finally determining whether the circuit board is qualified or not can be improved.
And identifying the area image to obtain an identification result. For example, an image recognition algorithm may be provided in the electronic device in advance, and information of electronic components, lines, and the like included in the area image can be recognized by the algorithm.
Specifically, in the template file, corresponding detection parameters, such as the model of the electronic component and the line, may also be set for each detection area. The recognition result may correspond to a preset detection parameter, for example, a data category included in the preset detection parameter is the same as a data category included in the recognition result.
Further, the detection parameters corresponding to the detection area may be compared with the identification result, for example, if the area image 1 is shot according to the detection area 1 and the identification result 1 is obtained by identification, the detection parameters corresponding to the detection area 1 and the identification result 1 may be compared to obtain the comparison result.
In practical application, the comparison result may include whether each parameter is consistent. For example, whether an electronic component type included in the detection parameter is consistent with a corresponding electronic component type included in the recognition result, and for example, whether a line trend included in the detection parameter is consistent with a corresponding line trend included in the recognition result.
And if the comparison result is inconsistent, the circuit board to be tested can be considered to be unqualified. Optionally, the electronic device may further mark a portion inconsistent with the template file in the product image, so as to remind the user of the reason why the circuit board to be tested is not qualified.
According to the method, the effect of updating the template file on line in real time can be achieved by judging whether the hidden file exists or not.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for updating a template file according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the method for updating a template file provided by the present application includes:
step 501A, when the circuit board to be tested is located at a preset shooting position, an update identifier corresponding to the template file is obtained.
The method provided by the present application may be executed by an electronic device with computing capability, for example, the processor 11 shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment, a preset shooting position may be set in the AOI device, and after the circuit board to be tested moves to the preset shooting position, the electronic device may obtain an update identifier corresponding to the template file. For example, when the AOI device is in a circuit board detection state, the timing for acquiring the update identifier may be determined according to this step.
In this embodiment, if the template file is updated, the AOI device may immediately use the updated template file to detect the circuit board, for example, the template file is updated at the current time, and the circuit board may be detected by using the template file at the next time.
Specifically, in the process of obtaining the update identifier, the identifier of the circuit board to be tested may be identified, and the update identifier of the corresponding template file may be obtained according to the identifier of the circuit board to be tested.
Furthermore, the circuit board to be tested can be provided with marks such as serial numbers, two-dimensional codes and bar codes, and before the updated marks are obtained, the marks on the circuit board to be tested can be identified by the electronic equipment. For example, the camera is controlled to scan the preset position of the circuit board to be detected so as to obtain the identifier, and the identifier is identified. And then acquiring a corresponding updating identifier according to the identification result.
In practical application, if a plurality of template files are set in one AOI device and different template files correspond to different circuit board products, the updating identification of the corresponding template file can be read according to the identification of the circuit board to be detected, so that the corresponding template file is updated in real time when the circuit board to be detected is detected, other template files do not need to be considered, and the detection speed can be further improved.
501B, acquiring an updating identifier corresponding to the template file every preset time period.
In another embodiment, a time period may also be preset. The electronic device can read the update identifier corresponding to the template file once every preset time period. For example, the update flag may be read every 5 seconds.
For example, when the AOI device is in an idle state, that is, a state where the circuit board is not detected, the timing for acquiring the update identifier may be determined by using this step.
Step 502, if it is determined that the template file is updated according to the update identifier, acquiring a template file identifier included in the update identifier, and acquiring an updated template file corresponding to the template file identifier.
In an optional manner, the update identifier for indicating that the template file is updated may further include a template file identifier. For example, if a plurality of template files are set in the AOI device, different update identifiers may be set for different template files, for example, if a template file 1, a template file 2, and a template file 3 are set, the update identifier 1, the update identifier 2, and the update identifier 3 may be provided correspondingly.
For example, the update identifier 1 is read according to the identifier of the circuit board to be tested, and the template file 1 corresponding to the update identifier 1 can be loaded if the template is determined to be updated according to the update identifier 1.
For another example, the update identifier 1 and the update identifier 3 are read according to the identifier of the circuit board to be tested, and if the template is determined to be updated according to the update identifier 1 and the update identifier 3, the template file 1 corresponding to the update identifier 1 and the template file 3 corresponding to the update identifier 3 may be loaded.
Specifically, the update identifier used for indicating that the template has been updated may further include a template file identifier, and further, under the condition that the template has been updated, the updated template identifier may be quickly obtained, and a corresponding template file may be obtained. In this way, when a plurality of template files are provided in the AOI device, the template files can be updated based on actual conditions without updating the template files in batches, and the updating speed can be increased and the data transmission amount can be reduced.
Further, the update flag may be a specific flag bit, or may be a result of whether the read hidden file exists.
In actual application, the template file may be stored in the hard disk, and when the template file is acquired, the electronic device may read the updated template file from the hard disk. For example, the template file to be updated may be read from the hard disk according to the template file identifier.
Step 503, setting the update flag to a flag indicating that the update is not performed.
And step 504, detecting the circuit board to be detected according to the acquired template file.
The specific implementation manner and principle of steps 503 and 504 may refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described again.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for updating a template file according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus for updating a template file according to this embodiment includes:
the obtaining module 61 is configured to obtain an update identifier corresponding to the template file;
a loading module 62, configured to, if it is determined that the template file is updated according to the update identifier, obtain the updated template file, and set the update identifier as an identifier used for indicating that the template file is not updated;
and the detection module 63 is used for detecting the circuit board to be detected according to the acquired template file.
The apparatus for updating a template file provided in this embodiment includes an obtaining module, configured to obtain an update identifier corresponding to the template file; the loading module is used for acquiring the updated template file and setting the update identifier as an identifier for indicating that the template file is not updated if the template file is determined to be updated according to the update identifier; and the detection module is used for detecting the circuit board to be detected according to the acquired template file. The device provided by the embodiment can determine whether the template file of the new version exists or not by acquiring the update identifier, and load the template file when the new template file exists, so that the template file can be updated without stopping the detection of the circuit board, and the detection efficiency is improved.
