Charging pile 200 can be arranged in charging management areas of various new energy vehicles in different installation forms to provide charging service for various new energy vehicles.
In order to solve the technical problems mentioned in the foregoing background, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a new energy vehicle charging management method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the new energy vehicle charging management method provided in this embodiment may be executed by the server 100 shown in fig. 1, and the new energy vehicle charging management method is described in detail below.
Step S110, performing feature extraction on each first vehicle charging information in the charging management information acquired from the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area.
Step S120, determining a feature comparison result between the first vehicle charging information and other second vehicle charging information according to the extracted features of the first vehicle charging information and the features of other second vehicle charging information of the target new energy vehicle corresponding to the first vehicle charging information.
Step S130, determining a charging adjustment parameter of the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area according to the feature comparison result.
Step S140, adjusting the charging configuration parameters of the charging piles 200 in the target charging management area according to the charging adjustment parameters of the charging piles 200 in the target charging management area.
Step S150, according to the adjusted charging configuration parameters of the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area, sending corresponding charging adjustment information to the user terminal 300 corresponding to the target new energy vehicle for which the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area has completed charging settlement within a preset time period from the current time point.
In this embodiment, for step S110, each first vehicle charging information may refer to vehicle charging information obtained by performing charging for a single new energy vehicle in a charging pile 200 of the target charging management area for one complete cycle, where the complete cycle may refer to a whole charging cycle, or may refer to a cycle from starting charging to finishing charging, or may refer to a cycle during charging a preset electric quantity, and this embodiment is not limited in this embodiment.
In step S150, the distance from the current time point to the current time point may be set individually according to actual product conditions, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. For example, alternatively, the preset time period from the current time point may refer to a week from the current time point.
In order to solve the technical problems mentioned in the foregoing background, in the present embodiment, in consideration of characteristics of other second vehicle charging information of the target new energy vehicle corresponding to each first vehicle charging information in the charging management information obtained from the charging pile 200 of the target charging management area, the charging configuration parameters of the charging pile 200 of the target charging management area are accurately adjusted for the specific charging area and the new energy vehicle according to a result of comparing the characteristics between the first vehicle charging information and the other second vehicle charging information, so that a charging accumulated error for the new energy vehicle is greatly reduced, and a charging management effect is improved. In addition, corresponding charging adjustment information can be sent to the user terminal 300 corresponding to the target new energy automobile in the target charging management area within a preset time period from the current time point, wherein the charging settlement of the charging pile 200 is completed, so that a new energy automobile user can timely perceive the charging management service.
In some possible designs, for step S120, in order to improve the accuracy of feature alignment, feature confidence of different charging record sequences may be further considered. For example, referring to fig. 3, step S120 may be specifically implemented by the following sub-steps:
and a substep S121, calculating a characteristic gap between each charging record sequence in the first vehicle charging information and the charging record sequence corresponding to the other second vehicle charging information.
In this embodiment, the charging record sequence may refer to record information of the charging record per unit time during a single charging capacity period (e.g., 1%).
And a substep S122, determining a feature comparison result of the first vehicle charging information and other second vehicle charging information on the charging record sequence according to the feature difference and the feature confidence coefficient configured in the first vehicle charging information by the charging record sequence.
And a substep S123, determining a feature comparison result between the first vehicle charging information and the other second vehicle charging information according to the feature comparison result of the first vehicle charging information and the other second vehicle charging information on each charging record sequence.
Therefore, the embodiment further considers the feature confidence of different charging record sequences, and performs feature comparison according to the feature confidence, so that the accuracy of feature comparison can be improved.
In some possible designs, the sub-step S122 may be implemented as follows:
firstly, according to the control intensity and the cycle characteristics of the charging control characteristics in the characteristic difference, the charging position characteristic information of the charging position points and the charging time characteristic information of the charging time points in the characteristic difference are determined.
Then, according to the charging position characteristic information, determining a charging position point in a preset charging curve corresponding to the charging position point in the characteristic difference, and according to the charging time characteristic information, determining a charging time point in the preset charging curve corresponding to the charging time point in the characteristic difference.
And then, fitting the charging position points and the charging time points in the preset charging curve graph to determine a charging comparison curve corresponding to the charging record sequence, and dividing the charging comparison curve into a plurality of periodic curves and a plurality of control curves.
Then, for any one periodic curve, dividing the direction of the periodic curve representing the charging position point in the charging comparison curve at equal intervals to obtain a plurality of sub-periodic curves, and determining the periodic characteristics of the plurality of sub-periodic curves, wherein the periodic characteristics are used for representing whether the sub-periodic curves exist at the point or not. Meanwhile, aiming at any one control curve, the direction of the control curve representing the charging position point in the charging comparison curve is divided at equal intervals to obtain a plurality of sub-control curves, and the control characteristics of the plurality of sub-control curves are determined, wherein the control characteristics are used for representing whether the sub-control curves exist at the point or not.
On the basis, fitting the cycle characteristics of the plurality of sub-cycle curves and the control characteristics of the plurality of sub-control curves according to the characteristic confidence coefficient configured in the first vehicle charging information of the charging record sequence to the corresponding degree to obtain a characteristic comparison result of the first vehicle charging information and other second vehicle charging information on the charging record sequence, wherein the characteristic confidence coefficient comprises characteristic confidence coefficient change information for each cycle segment and each control segment.
Therefore, the inventor of the application finds that under the condition of a severe charging environment, the controllability and the anti-interference performance of the charging process are poor, and an ideal charging recording effect cannot be obtained. By adopting the above exemplary design, the control strength and the cycle characteristic of the charging control characteristic in the characteristic gap are converted into a unified charging comparison coordinate system, and are divided according to the time dimension and the control dimension on the cycle, and on this basis, the influence on the characteristic comparison process due to the deterioration of the charging recording effect caused by the poor controllability and the poor anti-interference performance of the charging process under the condition of a severe charging environment can be reduced by combining the characteristic confidence coefficient configured in the charging information of the first vehicle by the charging recording sequence, so that the influence on the uncontrollable environment scene is reduced.
In some possible designs, for step S130, in order to fully consider the actual influence between the obtained feature comparison result and the new energy vehicle corresponding to the charging pile 200 in the current target charging management area and improve the accuracy of the charging adjustment parameter, please refer to fig. 4, step S130 may be specifically implemented by the following sub-steps:
and a substep S131, obtaining first charging peak characteristic information of the new energy vehicle corresponding to the charging pile 200 in the current target charging management area, wherein the first charging peak characteristic information is obtained by performing pre-analysis on the charging management information of the new energy vehicle.
And a substep S132, adding a first preset charging adjustment parameter to a preset charging adjustment parameter set according to a matching relationship between the feature comparison result and the first charging peak feature information of the new energy vehicle.
And a substep S133, based on second charging peak characteristic information of the target new energy vehicle corresponding to the current first vehicle charging information, adding a second preset charging adjustment parameter to the preset charging adjustment parameter set according to a matching relationship between the characteristic comparison result and the second charging peak characteristic information of the target new energy vehicle.
And a substep S134, determining adjustment characteristic information of the charging pile 200 in the current target charging management area according to the adjustment residual error and the adjustment cost value corresponding to the first preset charging adjustment parameter and the second preset charging adjustment parameter.
And a substep S135 of generating a charging adjustment parameter curve of the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area according to the adjustment characteristic information.
In this embodiment, in order to fully consider the actual influence between the obtained feature comparison result and the new energy vehicle corresponding to the charging pile 200 in the current target charging management area, the first preset charging adjustment parameter and the second preset charging adjustment parameter are determined by combining the feature comparison result and the charging peak value feature information of different new energy vehicles in the target charging management area, so that the adjustment feature information of the charging pile 200 in the current target charging management area is determined by combining the first preset charging adjustment parameter and the second preset charging adjustment parameter, so as to further determine a charging adjustment parameter curve, and thus, the accuracy of the charging adjustment parameter is improved.
In some possible designs, the substep S134 may be specifically implemented as follows:
firstly, within a set parameter range, calculating an adjustment residual and an adjustment cost value corresponding to the first preset charging adjustment parameter and the second preset charging adjustment parameter, and obtaining a target adjustment value corresponding to a minimum adjustment cost value of each adjustment dimension in the adjustment residual and the adjustment cost values. Wherein the target adjustment value is a set adjustment value within the set parameter range.
And then, processing between at least two set adjustment values related to the target adjustment value according to the adjustment residual error, calculating an adjustment cost value corresponding to each set adjustment value, and taking the set adjustment value corresponding to the minimum adjustment cost value in the adjustment cost values corresponding to all the set adjustment values as an adjustment floating value of each adjustment dimension.
Then, the floating characteristics formed by the adjustment floating values of all the adjustment dimensions are used as the floating characteristics of the adjustment residual errors and the adjustment cost values to obtain first floating characteristics corresponding to the first preset charging adjustment parameters and second floating characteristics corresponding to the second preset charging adjustment parameters.
Then, calculating the feature matching degree between the first floating feature and the second floating feature image.
Then, the feature matching degree is compared with a preset threshold of a current time node corresponding to the charging pile 200 of the target charging management area in a preset threshold list.
And then, fusing the first floating feature and the second floating feature according to a comparison result to obtain a fused floating feature, wherein when the comparison result shows that the feature matching degree is greater than the preset threshold, the first floating feature is taken as a basic feature to be fused with the second floating feature, and when the comparison result shows that the feature matching degree is not greater than the preset threshold, the second floating feature is taken as a basic feature to be fused with the first floating feature.
And then, aligning the fused floating features to a preset feature template, wherein the preset feature template is used for carrying out feature division on the fused floating features.
Then, the preset feature template is used for dividing the fusion floating feature to form a plurality of fusion floating features to be processed, feature identification positions of the fusion floating features are obtained, a feature mapping table is searched, information of the features corresponding to the feature identification positions is extracted, the fusion floating features are processed by using the extracted information of the features, the processed fusion floating features are combined to obtain first mapping floating features, the feature mapping table is used for representing the mapping relation among the features, the feature mapping table comprises the feature identification positions of each feature in the preset feature template and corresponds to the feature identification positions, and the mapped information of the features is stored in the feature mapping table.
And then, carrying out feature splitting on the first mapping floating features according to each adjustment dimension to obtain a plurality of second mapping floating features.
And then, synthesizing the first mapping floating feature and the second mapping floating feature to obtain a synthesized mapping floating feature of the first mapping floating feature and the second mapping floating feature.
And then, obtaining conversion characteristics obtained by adopting standard charging protocol conversion from at least one floating reference characteristic point in the synthesis mapping floating characteristics, and determining an adjustment characteristic character string corresponding to each conversion characteristic.
On this basis, the adjustment feature character strings corresponding to the conversion features are converted into character string sets containing a plurality of adjustment elements, so that the character string sets containing the plurality of adjustment elements are used as the adjustment feature information of the charging pile 200 in the current target charging management area.
Therefore, by adopting the design, in the process of determining the characteristic information adjustment of the charging pile 200 in the current target charging management area, because the internal parameters of the charging pile 200 are very complex, by adopting the design, multi-level deep information can be further considered, and the accuracy of the characteristic information adjustment of the charging pile 200 is improved.
In some possible designs, the sub-step S135 may be specifically implemented as follows:
firstly, traversing the adjustment characteristics of each adjustment characteristic point in the adjustment characteristic information, and generating an effective adjustment parameter curve under the condition that at least one of the adjustment source parameters and the adjustment target parameters of the adjustment characteristics of the adjustment characteristic points comprises characteristic offset, wherein the adjustment source parameters and the adjustment target parameters of the effective adjustment parameter curve are in one-to-one correspondence relationship.
And then reading the effective adjusting parameter curves one by one, and screening out adjusting characteristic points corresponding to the adjusting source parameters and the adjusting destination parameters of the currently read effective adjusting parameter curves from the adjusting characteristic information.
And then, searching matched adjustment characteristic points in the screened adjustment characteristic points respectively corresponding to the adjustment source parameters and the adjustment target parameters of the currently read effective adjustment parameter curve, obtaining an adjustment characteristic point set of the adjustment source parameters and the adjustment target parameters of the continuous effective adjustment parameter curve according to the matched adjustment characteristic points, and rejecting abnormal adjustment characteristic points unmatched with the adjustment source parameters and the adjustment target parameters.
On this basis, after all the effective adjustment parameter curves are traversed, the adjustment feature points of each effective adjustment parameter curve from which the abnormal adjustment feature points are removed are distributed into the effective adjustment parameter curves of each adjustment feature point, so as to generate the charging adjustment parameter curve of the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area.
Thus, by adopting the above exemplary design, an effective adjustment parameter curve is generated by processing the adjustment features of the adjustment feature points in the adjustment feature information, further analysis is performed on the basis of the effective adjustment parameter curve, and a concept of eliminating abnormal adjustment feature points which are not matched with the adjustment source parameters and the adjustment target parameters is introduced, so that a charging adjustment parameter curve with higher accuracy can be obtained.
In some possible designs, further to step S150, the following may be specifically implemented:
and taking the adjusted charging configuration parameters of the charging piles 200 in the target charging management area as input data, and extracting charging configuration trend information of the adjusted charging configuration parameters of the charging piles 200 in the target charging management area according to each set keyword.
And constructing a charging adjustment information prompt model of the charging configuration trend information, wherein the charging adjustment information prompt model comprises a first charging adjustment prompt model and a second charging adjustment prompt model which is connected with the two first charging adjustment prompt models.
Copying the first charging adjustment prompt model in the charging adjustment information prompt model into more than two third charging adjustment prompt models, and making any one of the third charging adjustment prompt models have an association relationship with a plurality of second associated charging adjustment prompt models, and a plurality of the second associated charging adjustment prompt models have the same association relationship with the adjacent third charging adjustment prompt model, the second associated charging adjustment prompt model has an association relationship with at least one third charging adjustment prompt model, and the second associated charging adjustment prompt model is the second charging adjustment prompt model having an association relationship with the first charging adjustment prompt model.
And replacing the first charging adjustment prompt model in the corresponding charging adjustment information prompt model by the third charging adjustment prompt model to obtain a target charging adjustment information prompt model after replacing the first charging adjustment prompt model.
And generating and sending corresponding charging adjustment information of a user terminal 300 corresponding to a target new energy automobile for which charging settlement of the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area is completed within a preset time period from the current time point according to the target charging adjustment information prompt model.
Thus, after the above design is adopted, the embodiment takes into consideration the association relationship among the deep semantic models to output the corresponding charging adjustment information of the user terminal 300 corresponding to the target new energy vehicle in the target charging management area, for which the charging pile 200 has completed the charging settlement, so that the analysis efficiency and accuracy of the charging adjustment information can be effectively improved.
In some possible designs, in generating and sending charging adjustment information corresponding to a user terminal 300 corresponding to a target new energy vehicle for which charging settlement of the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area is completed within a preset time period from the current time point according to the target charging adjustment information prompt model, in order to accurately verify the accuracy and reliability of each charging adjustment information in the process of generating the charging adjustment information, the embodiment may specifically output a plurality of pieces of pending charging adjustment information according to the target charging adjustment information prompt model, acquire the reliability value of each piece of pending charging adjustment information in the target charging adjustment information prompt model, and then acquire the reliability interval set of each piece of pending charging adjustment information from a preset interval information table according to the reliability value of each piece of pending charging adjustment information.
Then, the trusted interval information of the pending charging adjustment information can be selected from the trusted interval set corresponding to the pending charging adjustment information according to the adjustment directory range interval of the pending charging adjustment information associated with each pending charging adjustment information.
Then, the lower limit value of the credible interval of each to-be-charged adjustment information can be calculated and obtained further according to the adjustment directory range interval of each to-be-charged adjustment information, and then a pre-configured database is queried according to the lower limit value of the credible interval of each to-be-charged adjustment information to obtain a plurality of adjustment information streams of the to-be-charged adjustment information. And then, determining a first adjustment content row of which the time node in the adjustment information flow of each piece of to-be-charged adjustment information is closest to the current time node and a first content row and a second content row of a target content row by using the first adjustment content row, wherein the time sequence of the first content row is smaller than that of the second content row.
Then, determining an adjusted content line meeting a first condition in the first content lines, and determining a first weight corresponding to the first content line according to an average value of differences between the adjusted confidence of the adjusted content line meeting the first condition and a preset threshold; and adjusting the content rows with the adjusting confidence coefficient smaller than the preset threshold value according with the adjusting content behaviors meeting the first condition.
Then, according to a first weight corresponding to the first content line, the adjustment value of the first adjustment content line and the feedback value corresponding to the first content line may be weighted and averaged to obtain a pre-adjustment value of the first adjustment content line, where the feedback value corresponding to the first content line is an average value of the adjustment values of the adjustment content lines meeting the first condition in the first content line.
Then, according to a first weight corresponding to the first content line, the adjustment value of the first adjustment content line and the pre-adjustment value of the first content line may be weighted and averaged to obtain a first analog adjustment value of the first adjustment content line, and meanwhile, according to an adjustment content line in the second content line, the first adjustment content line is subjected to analog suppression to obtain a second analog adjustment value of the first adjustment content line after the analog suppression.
Then, according to the second weight, the first analog adjustment value and the second analog adjustment value may be weighted and averaged, and it is determined whether the weighted and averaged analog adjustment value is greater than a set analog adjustment value, and if the weighted and averaged analog adjustment value is greater than the set analog adjustment value, the to-be-determined charging adjustment information is determined as the charging adjustment information corresponding to the user terminal 300 corresponding to the target new energy vehicle for which the charging pile 200 in the target charging management area has completed the charging settlement within a preset time period from the current time point.
Therefore, the accuracy of each piece of charging adjustment information can be accurately verified in the process of generating the charging adjustment information, the reliability of the charging adjustment information is further improved, and the mixing analysis can be performed on each piece of to-be-determined charging adjustment information by determining different weights, so that the logic redundancy is reduced.
In addition, in some possible designs, target charging adjustment information integrating the charging adjustment information and the charging adjustment tracking information may be generated according to the charging adjustment information and by combining with subsequent charging adjustment tracking information, and may specifically be implemented in the following manner:
and selecting a first random function sequence of the charging adjustment information and a second random function sequence of the charging adjustment tracking information from a pre-stored random function sequence list according to the charging adjustment information and the charging adjustment tracking information, calling a random function, and determining a first random function value of each adjustment dimension contained in the first random function sequence and a second random function value of each adjustment dimension contained in the second random function sequence through the random function. Then, a first adjustment status of the charging adjustment information and a second adjustment status of the charging adjustment tracking information are determined by comparing a first random function value of each adjustment dimension included in the first random function sequence and a second random function value of each adjustment dimension included in the second random function sequence. The random function sequence list is preset and stored, and each random function sequence in the random function sequence list can be modified according to actual conditions. And then, determining the confidence coefficient of each adjustment dimension in the charging adjustment information according to the first adjustment condition, and performing fusion analysis on the charging adjustment information and the charging adjustment tracking information according to the confidence coefficient of each adjustment dimension in the charging adjustment information to generate target charging adjustment information integrating the charging adjustment information and the charging adjustment tracking information.
For example, the charging adjustment information and the charging adjustment tracking information may be fused according to the confidence of each adjustment dimension in the charging adjustment information to obtain initial fusion adjustment information, the initial fusion adjustment information is decoded to obtain initial reconstruction fusion adjustment information, the charging adjustment information is at least partially processed according to the difference between the charging adjustment information and the initial reconstruction fusion adjustment information to obtain first refreshed charging adjustment information, the charging adjustment information of the target new energy vehicle of the other charging management area associated with the charging adjustment information is obtained, and the charging adjustment information of the target new energy vehicle of the other charging management area is at least partially processed according to the difference between the charging adjustment information of the target new energy vehicle of the other charging management area and the initial reconstruction fusion adjustment information to obtain second refreshed charging adjustment information. And generating target charging adjustment information according to the initial fusion adjustment information, the first refreshing charging adjustment information and the second refreshing charging adjustment information. Thus, accumulation and diffusion of errors due to fusion prediction quantization can be prevented, and fusion information and error control are balanced.
