Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for verifying compliance of a certified transaction based on a multi-party platform, which is used for a third-party platform as a blockchain node, and the method includes:
s101, acquiring the permission of creating transaction granted by a compliance platform;
s102, creating a transaction according to transfer information in a transaction request sent by a user, and generating a transaction ID;
s103, sending the transaction ID and the transfer information to a compliance platform for compliance verification;
s104, acquiring the verification information of the transaction and the authority of the broadcast transaction granted by the compliance platform;
s105, if the verification information is in compliance, broadcasting the transaction and revoking the permission for establishing the transaction and the permission for broadcasting the transaction;
s106, if the verification information is not in compliance, canceling the transaction and revoking the permission of creating the transaction and the permission of broadcasting the transaction.
In the method, all the third party platforms are on the same blockchain network. The user initiates a transaction through the third party platform. In the invention, in order to avoid the situation that the third-party platform is involved in the operation of compliance and authorization with huge cost, the third-party platform is only used for authorizing the transaction, and the compliance platform authorizes the compliance method to complete the transaction of the user on the blockchain.
In order to enable a user to initiate a transaction only through a third-party platform and not to carry out compliance verification, the compliance platform is arranged, the third-party platform is granted with the right to establish the transaction through the compliance platform, after the transaction is established, only when the third-party platform sends transaction information to the compliance platform and the compliance platform carries out compliance verification, the third-party platform can obtain the right of further broadcast transaction, and therefore the purposes that the third-party platform only authorizes the transaction and the compliance platform authorizes compliance operation are achieved, and the cost of the third-party platform is further reduced.
As one example, the third party platform is a exchange and the compliance platform is a regulatory agency. Since the forensic transaction may be conducted at various exchanges around the world, all third party platforms around the world are on the blockchain network. The administrative authorities of each country supervise the affiliated exchanges, and corresponding operations are carried out under the authority granted by the administrative authorities of the exchanges, such as establishing the authority of the exchanges or broadcasting the authority. The method comprises the steps that after the exchange acquires the authority for establishing the transaction, the transaction can be established, but the authority for broadcasting the transaction does not exist, the transaction cannot be broadcasted after the transaction is established, the exchange grants the authority for broadcasting the transaction to the exchange only after the transaction information is sent to a monitoring mechanism and compliance verification is carried out by the monitoring mechanism, and the transaction can be broadcasted after the authority for broadcasting the transaction is acquired by the transaction. Therefore, by controlling the authority of the exchange, after the exchange creates the transaction, the transaction information must be sent to the supervision organization for compliance verification, and further the authority of further operation such as broadcasting can be obtained, so that the operation of transaction authorized by the exchange and compliance verification authorized by the supervision organization is realized.
Step 101 is executed, and the third party platform acquires the authority granted by the compliance platform for creating the transaction. In the actual application process, as an embodiment, the third party platform may periodically detect the status of the authority, and if it is detected that various authorities are in the revocation status, may acquire the authority of the new created transaction from the compliance platform. Or, the third-party platform is connected with the compliance platform periodically, and if the compliance platform generates the authority for creating the transaction for the third-party platform, the third-party platform can acquire the authority for creating the transaction. Or, the compliance platform monitors the dynamics of the third-party platform, such as the states of various authorities, grants the corresponding authority of the third-party platform according to the dynamics and sends the authority to the third-party platform. As an embodiment, for example, when the authority of the third party platform for creating the transaction and broadcasting the transaction is in a disabled state, the compliance platform grants the authority of the third party platform for newly creating the transaction and sends the authority to the third party platform, and for example, when the compliance platform verifies the compliance of the transaction information, the compliance platform grants the authority of the third party platform for broadcasting the transaction and sends the authority to the third party platform.
Step 102 is executed, a transaction is created according to the transfer information in the transaction request sent by the user, and a transaction ID is generated.
In practical application, a user registers on a third-party platform, the third-party platform verifies the registration information of the user and grants the right of whether the user can trade, and if the user obtains the right of trading, the user can trade through the third-party platform. If the user initiates a transaction through the third-party platform, a transaction request needs to be sent to the third-party platform, the transaction request contains transfer information, and after the third-party platform receives the transfer information sent by the user and has the right of creating the transaction granted by the compliance platform, the transaction can be created according to the transfer information to generate a transaction ID.
Step 103 is executed, and the transaction ID and the transfer information are sent to a compliance platform for compliance verification.
In the process of the general evidence transaction, the user needs to meet the supervision requirement, and can invest, trade and redeem and the like through a complex flow. The regulatory agency needs to verify the compliance of the user and the third-party platform, for example, whether the investment management behavior of the third-party platform (such as a trading exchange) and the user meets the legal regulations, the regulations of the regulatory agency, the industry self-discipline rules, the market practice, the internal management system, the honest and creditable law and other rules. If yes, the result is verified as compliance, and if not, the result is verified as non-compliance. And the next operation can be carried out only by the transaction which is verified to be in compliance, the transaction which is not verified to be in compliance is broadcasted to the whole network, and the transaction which is not verified to be in compliance can be directly cancelled, so that the next operation program can not be entered.
In the invention, in order to reduce the high cost brought by the third party platform bearing the compliance verification operation of the transaction, the compliance platform bears the compliance verification operation. Specifically, the third party platform sends the transaction ID and the transfer information to the compliance platform, which then performs compliance verification. Wherein, the compliance platform can be a centralized website, an authority website or a prediction machine.
Step 104 and step 106 are executed to obtain the verification information of the transaction and the authority of the broadcast transaction granted by the compliance platform.
And after the compliance platform completes compliance verification, the verification result is sent to the third party platform, and the third party platform is granted the authority of broadcasting transaction.
After obtaining the verification result, the third-party platform firstly detects whether the current transaction is in compliance, and if so, broadcasts the transaction to the whole network and carries out subsequent operations. If the current transaction is not compliant, the transaction is cancelled and no further action is performed. In practical applications, if the current transaction needs to be cancelled, the third party platform may return to the user the information that the transaction is not compliant and the transaction is cancelled.
After the operation of the broadcast transaction or the cancellation of the transaction is finished, the third-party platform invalidates the authority of creating the transaction and the broadcast transaction and informs the compliance platform, and the compliance platform grants the third-party platform the new authority of creating the transaction and enters the next transaction cycle. Or the third-party platform sends the operation of the broadcast transaction or the cancel transaction to the compliance platform, the compliance platform cancels the authority of the created transaction and the broadcast transaction, grants the third-party platform the new authority of the created transaction, and enters the next transaction cycle.
Therefore, the invention adopts the method that the third party platform is only used for authorizing the transaction and the compliance platform authorizes the compliance, completes the transaction of the user on the blockchain, and solves the problem that the third party platform has huge operation cost for simultaneously authorizing the transaction and authorizing the compliance.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the right to create a transaction granted by a compliance platform is obtained, the information of a private key generated by the compliance platform for the third party platform is also obtained; when the authority of the broadcast transaction granted by the compliance platform is obtained, the private key sent by the compliance platform is also obtained; when the right to create the transaction and the right to broadcast the transaction are revoked, the private key is also revoked.
In the block chain transaction, a third-party platform needs to encrypt data, a compliance platform generates a private key for the third-party platform and sends the private key to the third-party platform, and the third-party platform can encrypt data such as transaction information and broadcast the encrypted data to the whole network by using the private key. In the invention, the operation of generating the private key, sending the private key and revoking the private key and the operation of creating the authorization of the transaction, the authorization of the broadcast transaction and revoking the authority are respectively and simultaneously carried out, thereby saving resources and improving the operation efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said broadcasting said transaction comprises:
encrypting the transaction by using the private key to obtain a ciphertext;
and broadcasting the ciphertext.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, said broadcasting said transaction comprises:
performing hash calculation on the transaction to obtain a hash value;
encrypting the hash value by using the private key to obtain a ciphertext;
broadcasting the cryptogram and the transaction.
By adopting the method, the broadcast data can be encrypted, and the data cannot be tampered in the broadcasting process.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after acquiring the right to create a transaction granted by the compliance platform, the method further includes: uniquely identifying the authority for creating the transaction and changing the state of the authority into effective;
after receiving the right of the broadcast transaction granted by the compliance platform, the method further comprises: uniquely identifying the authority for creating the transaction and changing the state of the authority into effective;
after the revoking of the right to create the transaction and the right to broadcast the transaction, the method further comprises: and changing the states of the authority of creating the transaction and the authority of broadcasting the transaction into invalidation.
By the method, the third-party platform and the compliance platform can manage and monitor each transaction and the corresponding authority for establishing the transaction and broadcasting the transaction so as to facilitate smooth operation of the system. As an example, if the right to create a transaction is valid, for example, the compliance platform may grant the right to broadcast the transaction after verifying compliance; for another example, if the authority to broadcast the transaction is revoked, the compliance platform may grant the third party platform the new authority to create the transaction to enter the next transaction cycle.
If the transaction is verified to be in compliance, after the third-party platform broadcasts the transaction, the unique identifier and the state of the permission for creating the transaction, the unique identifier and the state of the permission for broadcasting the transaction and the corresponding transaction for verifying the compliance can be written into the block.
By adopting the method, the authority, the state and the like acquired by the third-party platform related to the transaction can be stored for subsequent management and viewing, and can also be used as evidence for verifying the transaction process.
