Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of block chains, and particularly relates to a block chain-based government information sharing platform and a block chain-based government information sharing method.
Background
With the continuous increase of the price of the bit currency in the trading market, the blockchain is used as a supporting technology, thereby gradually attracting the attention of a large number of domestic and foreign scholars and enterprise merchants, and the application of the blockchain is rapidly expanded from the initial application of the pure digital currency to a plurality of fields such as banks, medical treatment, insurance, copyright deposit evidence, shared economy, internet of things, big data and the like. Blockchains have been tried with "landed" applications, both domestically and abroad. The blockchain technology provides a feasible scheme for different organizations, organizations and departments to achieve consensus and establish a trusted database in an untrusted environment by virtue of the unique properties of being distributed, traceable, not easy to tamper and the like. In the face of this emerging technology on the market, governments will obviously not be ignorant of its development.
With the rapid development of blockchain technology in commercial fields worldwide, the number of application cases is gradually increased. However, the development itself is still imperfect, and there are many aspects that can be improved, especially in the course of being combined with specific fields, and optimization must be made in accordance with the specificity of the industry. The block chain technology faces the problems in the process of combining with government work affairs, and in government departments and some special industries, measures such as access authority control and network information supervision need to be taken while the block chain technology is used. Data access permission classification and real-time monitoring of communication information can be adopted for the block chain. The information generation and the information transmission are separated, so that the information source can be effectively traced after the forged information is found, and corresponding attack measures are taken immediately; the security information is not affected and can be transmitted normally in the network, thereby avoiding possible communication conflicts. In the future, different systems can be combined, the authority and the necessity of acquiring information by leaders at different levels are aimed at, data on the chain is subjected to hierarchical management and storage, and the data recorded on the chain is only visible to related personnel through modes such as zero knowledge certification and the like, so that the protection on key information is enhanced, and the safety of the data and the system is improved. At the same time, before application deployment, developers should also perform performance tests and vulnerability checks on the system for a long enough time to minimize system risks that may be caused by internal problems. The invention mainly introduces a block chain-based government information sharing scheme.

The government information comprises population, geographic space, legal person, macro economy, social credit and environment and is divided into basic information and extended information, and the government information sharing comprises two modes, namely a P2P mode and a resource management center mode, wherein the two modes are shown in figure 2 and figure 3 respectively.
As shown in fig. 4, a government information sharing method based on block chains includes the following steps:
s1, making a contract by the multi-party users together, and signing the contract by the coalition members;
s2, the consensus node packs the intelligent contracts into a block chain;
s3, the user mechanism initiates the inquiry request and diffuses through the P2P network;
s4, after receiving the request, other nodes verify;
s5, feeding the signed query result back to the query user mechanism;
s6, after the user organization digitally signs, the digital signature is transmitted through a P2P network;
s7, the consensus node packs the transaction into a block chain;
and S8, triggering the intelligent contract, performing transaction backup, and ending the process.
In resource sharing, government departments are important components, and all the government departments master private keys and public keys to guarantee the authority of the private keys and the public keys in a block chain. Each department jointly makes a commitment, the content of the commitment is the obligation and the right of both parties, the commitment is converted into machine language through programming, and each department signs with a private key, so that the effectiveness of the contract is guaranteed. When a government agency handles a business, such as adding or deleting information, it should first prove its identity, verify the basic information, digitally sign it with a private key, make a shared form, then keep it out, and verify the query request. When the form is spread to the network, the mechanism stores the form in the block, if the form of the information is inquired, the form recorded in the block is spread to the whole network, and other mechanisms check the form to generate a total form. After the mechanism verifies the information, the information is fed back to the mechanism after being digitally signed, and after the mechanism signs the shared form, the shared form is verified through a P2P network to generate a total form which is transmitted to a block chain through a common identification node. And backup is carried out through the intelligent contract, and sharing is realized.
Government organization structures may be divided into "stripe" divisions and "block" divisions. The 'strip' department refers to the function department which is communicated up and down among local governments of different levels, and the management emphasizes the consistency and the smoothness of the government; the block refers to different departments or organizations which are divided according to the management content in each level of local government, and the management emphasizes the independence and completeness of the level of local government and the coordination and cooperation among all the departments in the local government. With the advent of the big data age, government big data can also be divided into "stripe" data and "block" data. The data of the strip is data which is connected in series in a chain shape in a certain door; the "block" data refers to the sum of various data relating to persons, things, and things formed in a physical space or administrative area. Therefore, the basic government information collaborative sharing needs to break the information barrier of the segmentation of the bar blocks, realize the cooperation and the coordination of the bar blocks, and effectively share the data information of the bar blocks in a collaborative way among the bar block departments. The following provides a block chain-based government basic information collaborative sharing service mode, wherein each department service data center realizes point-to-point connection through nodes on a block chain system, realizes data storage and update through a consensus mechanism and intelligent contract automatic operation, and obtains backup and verification in an information database.
The main logical entities participating on the blockchain system can be abstracted into various department service centers, alliance nodes, other nodes and information center databases. The alliance node mainly comprises business information centers of government administration departments or service organizations such as finance, tax, civil affairs, sanitation, education, public security and the like, and each business information center is information generated and managed by each business field. The alliance nodes comprise two parts of functions of information transmission and information processing, and each alliance node can be directly connected with each other, so that information can be shared and exchanged; the shared information is stored and managed by providing the functions of point-to-point and point-to-multipoint information routing, information transmission and the like through a consensus mechanism and an intelligent contract function of automatic operation of a block chain system. The imported information is encrypted through a cryptographic algorithm and cannot be tampered, all alliance nodes maintain and supervise the information together, and only when the information of the node is consistent with that of other nodes, namely the information is guaranteed to be reliable and not repeated, the block chain storage system can be imported to form an information center database. Other nodes are mainly common users of social public, enterprises, public institutions, non-profit organizations and the like, and can search and search the basic information of individuals in the database and cooperate to input node information after being authorized by government administration departments.
The invention provides a block chain-based government information sharing scheme based on a block chain technology, records government information on the block chain, applies technologies such as time stamps and encryption algorithms, and solves the problems of information inconsistency and difficult trust existing in the current government information sharing mode. The P2P network is adopted to realize the decentralization of the platform, the encryption algorithm ensures the information security, the Mercker tree ensures the traceability and the non-falsification of the data, the consensus algorithm ensures the data consistency, prevents the collusion falsification of any party, user and the like to the information, and ensures the integrity and the timeliness of the evidence-obtaining data.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
