Description

User rights information providing method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of user rights and interests information processing technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for providing user rights and interests information, and an electronic device.
Background
In the business mode of online and offline combination such as 'new retail', a brand dealer or a retailer can provide information of commodity objects through an application program (App) on a line, and a consumer user can browse, purchase and the like through the App on the line. Meanwhile, the brand dealer or the retailer may set up an off-line physical store, and the on-line order may be subjected to a series of processes such as shipment and the like by the off-line physical store and finally delivered to a receiving address designated by the user.
In practice, some brands or retailers may issue online user benefits such as coupons, red packs, etc., and specify specific areas of use, e.g., which physical stores are available, etc., in order to guide the user to an offline physical store for consumption or experience. The online user can take the coupon in various ways and use the coupon in a designated physical store.
However, unlike the user rights available on a regular line, the user rights available offline are not available at all times, but rather may be split both in time and space between the time of acquisition and the actual use of the core. For example, when a user participates in an online activity on 11 months and 11 days, the user rights issued by a brand company to be available offline are obtained, but the user needs to go to the physical store for use, so the actual use date is not usually on the picking day, the use place is the actual place of the physical store, and the place is also different from the place where the user picked.
In this case, it often occurs that the user forgets to use after getting it, or psychologically thinks that it is far away from the physical store, the travel cost is high, and then the use is abandoned, and so on. So that a great deal of the user rights and interests lose the use opportunities, and the function of converting the online traffic into the offline traffic cannot be really exerted.
Therefore, how to make the user right information available to the online-issuing and offline entity stores more effectively utilized, so that the online-issuing and offline entity stores can better play a role of converting online traffic into offline traffic, which is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to enable the user right information available for the online release and offline entity stores to be more effectively utilized, the online flow can be better converted into the offline flow, and optimization can be performed in the user right release link.
For the sake of comparison, a brief description of some commonly used ways of issuing user rights in the prior art is provided below. In the prior art, for a user right that needs to be checked and sold in an offline physical store, when a user right related to the physical store is issued to a user (a consumer user, a buyer user, etc., which may be referred to as a "first user" in this embodiment, and correspondingly, a merchant, a seller user, etc., may be referred to as a "second user"), the user right may be issued to the first user when the first user browses an online cloud store associated with the physical store or performs related operations in the cloud store; or the first user receives user right information issued by a specific brand and the like in the process of participating in some online marketing activities and the like. Alternatively, the off-line shopping guide or the like may issue the user right to the first user through a carrier such as a two-dimensional code, and the like. In general, the first user may receive a variety of different user benefits through a variety of channels.
However, the foregoing various manners have some drawbacks, for example, in a case where a user right associated with a physical store is issued to a first user online through a cloud store or online marketing activity, because the willingness of the first user to actually shop or consume in the associated physical store cannot be accurately determined by purely relying on the online behavior of the user, the issuing process still appears to be relatively blind, and the probability that the issued user right is actually used is relatively low. However, in the case of the distribution through the way of the shopping guide in the physical store, although the distribution is performed to the first user in or near the specific physical store, the first user may only occasionally pass through the specific physical store, and the probability of passing through the specific physical store is still unpredictable, so that the rights and interests of the distributed users may not be effectively utilized, and corresponding resources may be wasted.
In view of the above situation, in the embodiment of the present application, a link of issuing a user right to a first user is optimized, specifically, behavior hotspot area range information of the first user may be determined first, that is, geographic areas in which each first user often moves are determined, and then, user right information associated with an entity store in the hotspot area range is recommended or issued to the corresponding first user. For example, if a first user frequently moves in an area, if the first user is issued user rights available in a physical store in the area, the probability that the user rights are actually used by the first user is higher, so that the user rights information available in the online-issued and offline physical store can be utilized more effectively, and the online traffic can be converted into the offline traffic.
According to the embodiment of the application, corresponding functions can be provided in the application program of the network sales service class, the first user can receive the user interest information online through the application program, and after receiving, the user interest information received can be checked through the application program, and the like. Referring to fig. 1, the application program may be implemented by using a server-client architecture, where the client may be installed on a mobile terminal device such as a mobile phone of a user, and used for displaying a front-end page and performing a human-computer interaction with the user, and the server may be located at a cloud end and used for providing a specific data service.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
First, from the perspective of the server, the embodiment provides a method for providing user right information, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: determining user rights information, the user rights being user rights available in a physical store;
wherein the user right information specifically associated with the entity store information may be generally created and issued by the second user. For example, a certain brand issues user rights and specifies in which physical stores such user rights are available, and so on. Alternatively, in practical applications, the offline physical stores may be gathered in a certain area, and such a gathering area of the physical stores may be generally referred to as a "business circle", for example, a plurality of physical stores residing in a mall may be specifically referred to as a business circle, and so on. In the above situation, each store is actually operated by a specific brand company, and may participate in some marketing activities organized by the brand company, and meanwhile, a "mall" as a specific management party may also have its own operation team, and may also organize some marketing activities, and at this time, an entity store residing in the mall may also participate in marketing activities organized by the mall. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the specific second user may correspond to a "business district" entity in addition to the brand business entity. Thus, a "business segment" may also create and distribute specific user rights within the system, and may specify a scope of use, e.g., "may be available at all," i.e., all physical stores within the business segment may use the user rights. Alternatively, it may be specified that a portion of the physical stores within the business community are available, and so on. In summary, whether a brand owner creates a user interest by itself or a business circle entity creates a user interest, the usage scope information of a specific user interest, that is, which entity stores are available, can be specified. In addition, information such as specific valid time may be specified, for example, from a certain day of a month to a certain day of a month, and the like. The server may store specific user right information, for example, in a specific manner, the specific stored information may be as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001936349480000071
In addition, the server may also store geographic location information of each entity shop, where such geographic location information may be configured by the second user, or may be extracted through an associated electronic map system, and so on. The geographic location information can be represented in the form of latitude and longitude, and the like, so that the electronic map component can be used for positioning to a specific position. In addition, the server may further store information such as a corresponding picture identifier for a specific physical store/brand, for example, a picture logo corresponding to the physical store/brand. For example, in a specific implementation, the information stored by the server may be as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0001936349480000081
S202: determining behavior hotspot area range information corresponding to a first user;
the information of the first user may also be processed on the basis of the user rights information specifically associated with the physical store being saved. Specifically, the area range information of the behavior hotspot corresponding to the first user may be determined, that is, the specific area range in which the first user often moves, for example, the area where the first user's home address is located, the area where the first user is located in a company, the area where the first user often visits a street, and the like. Further, it can be determined that the first user has a high possibility of entering the physical stores within the area and consuming or shopping, so that the first user can be provided with the user interest information associated with the physical stores within the area.
Specifically, there may be a plurality of implementation manners for determining the behavior hotspot area range information corresponding to the first user, for example, in one of the implementation manners, the hotspot area range corresponding to the first user may be determined according to user profile information submitted by the first user during registration, or area-of-interest information provided when participating in activities such as questionnaire survey, or common shipping address information. Of course, the above information may not completely correspond to the actual range of the first user's behavior for some reasons. For example, the user may register early and may have changed addresses or work units after a period of time. The common shipping address, etc. may not be the address where the person actually lives or works, etc. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the daily behavior range and/or the track of the first user may also be determined by counting the geographical location information of the first user during the usage of the associated application program; and then determining the range information of the hotspot region according to the daily behavior range and/or the track. In a specific implementation, since the mobile terminal device usually has a positioning function, and when the first user allows the mobile terminal device, the application program is usually allowed to obtain the geographical location information of the user during the use of the application program, the application program server may record the geographical location information of the user during the use of the application program. Furthermore, the daily behavior range and/or track of the first user can be counted according to the specifically recorded geographic location information, for example, the daily behavior range and/or track of the first user can be counted, and thus, the actual daily behavior range and/or track of the first user can be reflected more truly by the geographic location where the user actually exists in the process of using the application program, and therefore, the hotspot area range of the first user can be determined more accurately in this way.
In addition, in a specific implementation, the application used by the user may be an application related to a specific goods sales service, or a payment-type application, etc., and when the specific application is used in different geographic locations, the specific actions that occur may be different. For example, the specific behavior types may include payment, browsing, navigation, and so on. While different behavior types can generally reflect the first user's point of interest in a particular geographic location on one side. For example, if an offline payment is often made within a geographic area using a payment-type application, the first user may often make purchases or consume in physical stores within the geographic area, and so on. Therefore, in an optional implementation manner, statistics may also be performed on the behavior types generated in the process of using the associated application program by the first user and the corresponding geographic location information, so as to determine the daily behavior range and/or trajectory corresponding to the first user under multiple behavior types; then, the hotspot area range information can be determined according to the daily behavior range and/or the track corresponding to the target behavior type. The specific target behavior type may be determined according to requirements in practical applications, for example, the specific target behavior type may be offline payment behavior, or scanning behavior concerning a certain entity store, and the like. Therefore, the counted hot spot area range can reflect the information related to the first user and the entity shop, and further, the user rights and interests can be more accurately and effectively issued or recommended.
S203: determining available user interest information in the entity stores within the behavior hotspot area range according to the geographical position information of the entity stores associated with the user interest;
after the hotspot area range of the first user is determined, the available user interest information in the entity stores in the behavior hotspot area range can be determined according to the geographical position information of the entity stores associated with the user interest. That is, it is determined which user rights are available in the physical stores within the first user's hotspot area. In specific implementation, the server may record information of the entity stores associated with the specific user interests and information of geographic locations of the entity stores, so that the geographic location information of the entity stores associated with the specific user interests may be determined, and then compared with the hotspot area range information of the first user, and if the geographic location of the entity store associated with the user interests falls within the hotspot area range of the first user, the information may be issued or recommended to the first user. There may be multiple user interest information available to the same first user in the physical stores within the behavioral hotspot area. In the specific implementation, the user rights and interests can be sequenced according to the effective time of the user rights and interests and the like.
S204: providing the determined user entitlement information to a client associated with the first user.
After determining the user interest information available in the entity store within the behavior hotspot area associated with the first user, the user interest information may be provided to the first user, for example, directly issued to the first user, or recommended to the first user, and so on.
For example, in one mode, when the user right information available in the entity store and already received by the first user is provided to the client associated with the first user through the target interface, the determined user right information may be provided to the client associated with the first user.
That is to say, in the specific implementation, the first user may have already obtained some user rights through other approaches, and may need to check the obtained user rights at some time, at this time, the server may generate a target interface, and display information of the specific obtained user rights in the target interface, including information of the associated entity store, information of the brand name, information of the geographic location, information of the distance from the current location of the first user, and the like. In the embodiment of the present application, the user right information determined in step S204 may be provided to the first user on the basis of displaying the target interface. For example, as shown in fig. 3, in the process of showing the received user interests in the target interface, user interest information issued or recommended to the first user may be shown by popping up a floating layer, and the like, because the user interest information is determined according to the hot spot area range of the first user, the user interest information has a characteristic of being specifically customized for the current first user, and when being shown in the interface, prompt information, for example, "your special offer, fine-picking" and the like as shown in fig. 3, may be provided to the first user in the form of "special interest". Therefore, the attention of the first user is easier, the interest degree of the user in the user interest is improved, and the probability of performing verification in an offline physical store is improved.
When a plurality of user right information is determined, a user right package can be generated by the plurality of user right information and provided for the first user. For example, as shown in fig. 3, a "coupon package" or the like, that is, multiple eligible user rights can be packaged together and uniformly issued or recommended to the first user. After the user clicks the pick-up, the pick-up can be packaged together, and the like.
Wherein, after the determined user interest information is picked up by the first user, the user interest information can be added into the picked-up user interest list associated with the first user. That is, the newly acquired user rights can be added to the original acquired user rights.
In specific implementation, for the user interest information which is online obtained and needs to be used in the offline entity shop, when the user interest information which is obtained by the first user is displayed, only one specific user interest information list can be omitted, and the user interest information can be displayed in an interface through an electronic map component in combination with the specific geographical position information of the entity shop which can use the corresponding user interest. Therefore, the position of the entity shop which can use the corresponding user interest can be displayed to the user more visually, so that the user can obtain the psychological feeling of 'using the user interest information without spending too high travel cost', the effective utilization rate of the user interest is further improved, and the function of guiding the online flow to the offline entity shop is really played.
That is, the target interface includes the picked user interest list and electronic map information, where the electronic map information includes geographic location information of a specific entity store where the user interest is associated, which is generated based on a preset electronic map component. In this case, after the first user receives the user interest determined according to the hot spot area range of the first user, the geographical location information of the entity store associated with the currently received user interest may be provided to the electronic map component, the interface data of the target interface is refreshed, and then, the interface data is returned to the client associated with the first user to provide the geographical location information of the entity store based on the electronic map component. That is to say, after the new user interest is picked up, the information can be displayed in the target interface, and in the display process, the geographical location information of the entity shop associated with the specific user interest can be displayed based on the specific electronic map component, so that the first user can obtain more intuitive information.
In short, according to the embodiment of the application, the online planning of the offline consumption of the first user can be completed according to the behavior hotspot area range information of the first user, and the user right information which can be used in the entity shop in the hotspot area range of the first user is provided for the first user, so that the first user can more quickly obtain the right which is most easy to use. Furthermore, the user right information available for online issuing and offline entity stores can be effectively utilized, and the online flow can be better converted into the offline flow.
