Different parts of the abdomen can be electrically stimulated by releasing voltage pulses through different electrodes 422 so as to promote the intestinal peristalsis of different parts and realize accurate stimulation.
In this embodiment, the abdomen massaging device 5 includes an air bag unit 52 and an electronic air pump 51, the electronic air pump 51 is communicated with the air bag unit 52, the controller 2 is connected to the electronic air pump 51, and the controller 2 can control the electronic air pump 51 to inflate and deflate the air bag unit 52 to massage the abdomen. The balloon unit 52 will have a rolling motion between inflation and deflation to provide a massage to the abdomen. The electronic air pump 51 is provided with multiple channels, the on-off of each channel can be controlled respectively, the air bag unit 52 comprises a plurality of air bags 522, the air bags 522 are communicated with the channels of the electronic air pump 51 in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the air bags 522 are arranged at intervals according to a third preset mode to form an air bag matrix, and the area of the air bag matrix is matched with the area of the preset human abdomen. The controller 2 can control the electronic air pump 51 to inflate and deflate any air cell 522 to massage any part of the abdomen. Different parts of the abdomen can be massaged through different air bags 522, so that accurate massage is realized, and intestinal peristalsis of different parts of the abdomen can be further accurately promoted.
The controller 2 can select the electrodes 422 according to the preset sequence through the pulse generator 41 to release the voltage pulse so as to electrically stimulate all parts of the abdomen in sequence according to the correct direction, simultaneously select the air bags 522 according to the preset sequence through the electronic air pump 51 to massage all parts of the abdomen in sequence, and stimulate and massage the abdomen through simulating artificial electrical stimulation and massage methods so as to promote the intestinal peristalsis.
In this embodiment, the belt 1 is further provided with a lithium battery, a power management module and a charging interface, and the charging interface is connected with the lithium battery through the power management module. The lithium battery can be charged through the charging interface. The lithium battery is respectively connected with the abdomen sound wave monitoring device 3, the abdomen electrical stimulation device 4, the abdomen massage device 5 and the controller 2 through the power management module so as to supply power to the abdomen sound wave monitoring device 3, the abdomen electrical stimulation device 4, the abdomen massage device 5 and the controller 2. Adopt rechargeable lithium cell, can further make things convenient for the patient to use, the patient also conveniently walks about when getting out of bed the activity, can not produce the inconvenience that wired power supply brought. The postoperative patient gets out of bed and moves about in combination with the electro-stimulation and massage of waistband 1, can accelerate to promote patient's enterokinesia, accelerates postoperative patient's recovery.
The intestinal peristalsis condition can directly influence the waveform characteristics of the sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen, and the waveform characteristics of the sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen reflect the intestinal peristalsis activity condition of the corresponding parts. Based on this, the controlling the abdominal electrical stimulation device 4 to electrically stimulate the abdomen according to the abdominal sound wave signal and the controlling the abdominal massage device 5 to massage the abdomen according to the abdominal sound wave signal may include:
calculating the intestinal peristalsis activity degree value of each part of the abdomen according to the waveform characteristics of the sound wave signals of each part of the abdomen;
controlling the pulse generator 41 to select the electrode 422 corresponding to the part of the abdomen where the degree of intestinal peristalsis activity is lower than the preset value to release the voltage pulse so as to electrically stimulate the part of the abdomen where the degree of intestinal peristalsis activity is lower than the preset value;
the electronic air pump 51 is controlled to inflate and deflate the air bag 522 corresponding to the part of the abdomen where the degree of peristaltic movement of the intestine is lower than the preset value, so as to massage the part of the abdomen where the degree of peristaltic movement of the intestine is lower than the preset value.
The higher the degree of the intestinal peristalsis activity, the higher the waveform amplitude of the sound wave signal generated by the intestinal peristalsis activity is, and therefore, the sound wave waveform amplitude represents the degree of the intestinal peristalsis activity. The waveform of the sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen can be integrated by selecting the sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen within a period of time, the operation result is used as the intestinal peristalsis activity degree value of the corresponding part, the value is compared with a preset value to judge whether the intestinal peristalsis activity degree value of the part meets the standard or not, and then the part which does not meet the standard is electrically stimulated and massaged. Based on this, the calculating the intestinal peristalsis activity degree value of each part of the abdomen according to the waveform characteristics of the sound wave signals of each part of the abdomen may include:
intercepting waveforms of a preset time period from waveforms of sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen;
and performing integral operation on each intercepted waveform, and taking each obtained operation result as the intestinal peristalsis activity degree value of each part of the abdomen.
As shown in fig. 3, another embodiment of the present invention further provides an electric stimulation massage method for enterokinesia, including:
monitoring an abdominal sound wave signal through an abdominal sound wave monitoring device;
controlling the abdomen electrical stimulation device to electrically stimulate the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signal and controlling the abdomen massage device to massage the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signal.
The abdomen sound wave monitoring device comprises a sound wave sensor unit and a signal amplifier unit;
the sound wave sensor unit includes a plurality of sound wave sensors, a plurality of sound wave sensors form the sound wave sensor matrix according to first predetermined interval arrangement, the area of sound wave sensor matrix and the human belly area phase-match of predetermineeing, as shown in fig. 4, through belly sound wave monitoring devices monitoring belly sound wave signal, include:
monitoring sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen through all sound wave sensors;
the sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen are amplified by the signal amplifier unit.
The abdominal electrical stimulation device comprises a pulse generator and an electrode unit;
the electrode unit comprises a plurality of electrodes connected with the pulse generator, the electrodes are arranged at a second preset interval to form an electrode matrix, the area of the electrode matrix is matched with the area of a preset human abdomen, as shown in fig. 5, the abdomen electrical stimulation device is controlled to electrically stimulate the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signal, and the method comprises the following steps:
controlling the pulse generator to generate voltage pulses according to the abdominal sound wave signal;
and controlling the pulse generator to select any electrode to release the voltage pulse to electrically stimulate any part of the abdomen.
The belly massage device includes gasbag unit and electron air pump, the electron air pump with gasbag unit intercommunication, the electron air pump has the multichannel, can control the break-make of each passageway respectively, the gasbag unit includes a plurality of gasbags, a plurality of gasbags with each passageway one-to-one intercommunication of electron air pump, a plurality of gasbags are according to the third preset interval arrangement and are formed the gasbag matrix, the area and the human belly area phase-match of predetermineeing of gasbag matrix, according to belly sound wave signal control belly massage device massages the belly, include:
and controlling the electronic air pump to inflate and deflate any air bag according to the abdomen sound wave signal so as to massage any part of the abdomen.
The abdomen sound wave monitoring device comprises a sound wave sensor unit and a signal amplifier unit, wherein the sound wave sensor unit comprises a plurality of sound wave sensors, the sound wave sensors are arranged at a first preset interval to form a sound wave sensor matrix, and the area of the sound wave sensor matrix is matched with the area of a preset human abdomen;
the abdomen electrical stimulation device comprises a pulse generator and an electrode unit, wherein the electrode unit comprises a plurality of electrodes connected with the pulse generator, the electrodes are arranged at a second preset interval to form an electrode matrix, and the area of the electrode matrix is matched with the preset area of the abdomen of the human body;
the abdomen massage device comprises an air bag unit and an electronic air pump, the electronic air pump is communicated with the air bag unit, the electronic air pump is provided with multiple channels and can respectively control the on-off of each channel, the air bag unit comprises a plurality of air bags, the air bags are communicated with the channels of the electronic air pump in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the air bags are arranged at a third preset interval to form an air bag matrix, and the area of the air bag matrix is matched with the preset area of the abdomen of a human body;
as shown in fig. 6, the controlling of the abdominal electrical stimulation device to electrically stimulate the abdomen according to the abdominal sound wave signal and the controlling of the abdominal massage device to massage the abdomen according to the abdominal sound wave signal includes:
monitoring sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen through all sound wave sensors;
calculating the intestinal peristalsis activity degree value of each part of the abdomen according to the waveform characteristics of the sound wave signals of each part of the abdomen;
controlling the pulse generator to generate voltage pulses, and selecting electrodes corresponding to parts of the abdomen, of which the degree of intestinal peristalsis activity is lower than a preset value, to release the voltage pulses so as to electrically stimulate the parts of the abdomen, of which the degree of intestinal peristalsis activity is lower than the preset value;
and controlling the electronic air pump to inflate and deflate the air bag corresponding to the part of the abdomen, of which the peristalsis activity degree value is lower than the preset value, so as to massage the part of the abdomen, of which the peristalsis activity degree value is lower than the preset value.
As shown in fig. 7, the calculating the intestinal motility activity level value of each part of the abdomen based on the waveform characteristics of the acoustic wave signals of each part of the abdomen may include:
intercepting waveforms of a preset time period from waveforms of sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen;
and performing integral operation on each intercepted waveform, and taking each obtained operation result as the intestinal peristalsis activity degree value of each part of the abdomen.
The intestinal peristalsis electric stimulation massage method is a method invention corresponding to the intestinal peristalsis electric stimulation massage device, and the details can refer to the description in the intestinal peristalsis electric stimulation massage device and are not repeated herein.

Claims (10)
1. The enterokinesia electrical stimulation massage device is characterized by comprising a waistband, wherein an abdomen sound wave monitoring device, an abdomen electrical stimulation device and an abdomen massage device are arranged at positions on the waistband corresponding to the abdomen, a controller is also arranged on the waistband, and the controller is connected with the abdomen sound wave monitoring device, the abdomen electrical stimulation device and the abdomen massage device;
the abdomen sound wave monitoring device is used for monitoring abdomen sound wave signals and sending the abdomen sound wave signals to the controller;
the controller is used for controlling the abdomen electrical stimulation device to electrically stimulate the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signals and controlling the abdomen massage device to massage the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signals.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the abdominal acoustic wave monitoring device comprises an acoustic wave sensor unit and a signal amplifier unit, and the acoustic wave sensor unit is connected with the controller through the signal amplifier unit;
the sound wave sensor unit comprises a plurality of sound wave sensors, the sound wave sensors are arranged at a first preset interval to form a sound wave sensor matrix, the area of the sound wave sensor matrix is matched with the area of a preset human abdomen, the sound wave sensor matrix monitors sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen through the sound wave sensors, and the signal amplifier unit amplifies the sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen and then sends the amplified sound wave signals to the controller.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein the abdominal peristalsis electrical stimulation massage device comprises a pulse generator and an electrode unit, the controller is connected with the pulse generator and can control the pulse generator to generate voltage pulses according to the abdominal sound wave signal; the electrode unit comprises a plurality of electrodes connected with the pulse generator, the electrodes are arranged at a second preset interval to form an electrode matrix, the area of the electrode matrix is matched with the area of the preset human abdomen, and the controller can control the pulse generator to select any electrode to release the voltage pulse to electrically stimulate any part of the abdomen.
4. The device of claim 1, wherein the abdominal massage device comprises an air bag unit and an electronic air pump, the electronic air pump is communicated with the air bag unit, and the controller is connected with the electronic air pump;
the electronic air pump is provided with multiple channels and can respectively control the on-off of each channel, the air bag unit comprises a plurality of air bags, the air bags are communicated with the channels of the electronic air pump in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the air bags are arranged at intervals according to the third preset mode to form an air bag matrix, the area of the air bag matrix is matched with the area of the preset human abdomen, and the controller can control the electronic air pump to inflate and deflate any air bag to massage any part of the abdomen.
5. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a lithium battery, a power management module and a charging interface are further arranged on the belt, the charging interface is connected with the lithium battery through the power management module, and the lithium battery is respectively connected with the abdominal sound wave monitoring device, the abdominal electrical stimulation device, the abdominal massage device and the controller through the power management module.
6. An intestinal peristalsis electrical stimulation massage method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
monitoring an abdominal sound wave signal through an abdominal sound wave monitoring device;
controlling the abdomen electrical stimulation device to electrically stimulate the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signal and controlling the abdomen massage device to massage the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signal.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the abdominal acoustic wave monitoring device comprises an acoustic wave sensor unit and a signal amplifier unit;
the sound wave sensor unit includes a plurality of sound wave sensors, a plurality of sound wave sensors form the sound wave sensor matrix according to first predetermined interval arrangement, the area of sound wave sensor matrix and the human belly area phase-match of predetermineeing, through belly sound wave monitoring devices monitoring belly sound wave signal, include:
monitoring sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen through all sound wave sensors;
the sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen are amplified by the signal amplifier unit.
8. The enterokinesia electrical stimulation massage method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the abdominal electrical stimulation device comprises a pulse generator and an electrode unit;
the electrode unit comprises a plurality of electrodes connected with the pulse generator, the electrodes are arranged at a second preset interval to form an electrode matrix, the area of the electrode matrix is matched with the area of a preset human abdomen, and the abdomen electrical stimulation device is controlled to electrically stimulate the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signal, and the method comprises the following steps:
controlling the pulse generator to generate voltage pulses according to the abdominal sound wave signal;
and controlling the pulse generator to select any electrode to release the voltage pulse to electrically stimulate any part of the abdomen.

The method according to claim 6, wherein the abdomen massage device comprises an air bag unit and an electronic air pump, the electronic air pump is communicated with the air bag unit, the electronic air pump has multiple channels and can respectively control the on-off of each channel, the air bag unit comprises a plurality of air bags, the air bags are communicated with the channels of the electronic air pump in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the air bags are arranged at a third preset interval to form an air bag matrix, the area of the air bag matrix is matched with the preset area of the abdomen of the human body, and the abdomen massage device is controlled to massage the abdomen according to the abdomen sound wave signal, comprising:
and controlling the electronic air pump to inflate and deflate any air bag according to the abdomen sound wave signal so as to massage any part of the abdomen.
10. The method for electrically stimulating and massaging the peristalsis of the intestine according to claim 6, wherein the abdominal sound wave monitoring device comprises a sound wave sensor unit and a signal amplifier unit, the sound wave sensor unit comprises a plurality of sound wave sensors, the sound wave sensors are arranged at first preset intervals to form a sound wave sensor matrix, and the area of the sound wave sensor matrix is matched with the preset area of the abdomen of the human body;
the abdomen electrical stimulation device comprises a pulse generator and an electrode unit, wherein the electrode unit comprises a plurality of electrodes connected with the pulse generator, the electrodes are arranged at a second preset interval to form an electrode matrix, and the area of the electrode matrix is matched with the preset area of the abdomen of the human body;
the abdomen massage device comprises an air bag unit and an electronic air pump, the electronic air pump is communicated with the air bag unit, the electronic air pump is provided with multiple channels and can respectively control the on-off of each channel, the air bag unit comprises a plurality of air bags, the air bags are communicated with the channels of the electronic air pump in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the air bags are arranged at a third preset interval to form an air bag matrix, and the area of the air bag matrix is matched with the preset area of the abdomen of a human body;
the control of the abdomen electrical stimulation device according to the abdomen sound wave signal to electrically stimulate the abdomen and the control of the abdomen massage device according to the abdomen sound wave signal to massage the abdomen comprise:
monitoring sound wave signals of all parts of the abdomen through all sound wave sensors;
calculating the intestinal peristalsis activity degree value of each part of the abdomen according to the waveform characteristics of the sound wave signals of each part of the abdomen;
controlling the pulse generator to generate voltage pulses, and selecting electrodes corresponding to parts of the abdomen, of which the degree of intestinal peristalsis activity is lower than a preset value, to release the voltage pulses so as to electrically stimulate the parts of the abdomen, of which the degree of intestinal peristalsis activity is lower than the preset value;
and controlling the electronic air pump to inflate and deflate the air bag corresponding to the part of the abdomen, of which the peristalsis activity degree value is lower than the preset value, so as to massage the part of the abdomen, of which the peristalsis activity degree value is lower than the preset value.
