Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a message prompting method and electronic equipment.
Background
With the development of communication technology, electronic devices such as smart phones play an important role in the life of modern people. Because the electronic equipment receives a large amount of messages sent by other equipment every day, in order to enable the user to know the messages in time, the electronic equipment can prompt the user in a mode of sound or vibration and the like whenever the electronic equipment receives new messages such as short message messages, push messages, consumption information and the like.
However, in some cases a message aggregation storm may occur, i.e. the electronic device may receive a large number of new messages in a short time. In order to avoid the interference caused by frequent prompts to the user, the message shielding function of the electronic equipment can be started, but the prompt messages of all messages can be shielded, so that the user misses some important messages. Therefore, how to make the user know that there is an unread message without interfering with the user becomes an urgent technical problem to be solved.

Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can enable the user to know that the unread message exists while not interfering the user.
The electronic device in the embodiment of the present invention may be an electronic device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited in particular.
An android operating system is taken as an example, and a software environment applied to the message prompting method provided by the embodiment of the invention is introduced.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of an android operating system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, the architecture of the android operating system includes 4 layers, which are respectively: an application layer, an application framework layer, a system runtime layer, and a kernel layer (specifically, a Linux kernel layer).
The application program layer comprises various application programs (including system application programs and third-party application programs) in an android operating system.
The application framework layer is a framework of the application, and a developer can develop some applications based on the application framework layer under the condition of complying with the development principle of the framework of the application.
The system runtime layer includes libraries (also called system libraries) and android operating system runtime environments. The library mainly provides various resources required by the android operating system. The android operating system running environment is used for providing a software environment for the android operating system.
The kernel layer is an operating system layer of an android operating system and belongs to the bottommost layer of an android operating system software layer. The kernel layer provides kernel system services and hardware-related drivers for the android operating system based on the Linux kernel.
Taking an android operating system as an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, a developer may develop a software program for implementing the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention based on the system architecture of the android operating system shown in fig. 1, so that the message prompting method may operate based on the android operating system shown in fig. 1. Namely, the processor or the electronic device can implement the message prompting method provided by the embodiment of the invention by running the software program in the android operating system.
The electronic device in the embodiment of the invention can be a terminal device. The terminal device may be a mobile terminal device or a non-mobile terminal device. For example, the mobile terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal device, a wearable device, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like, and the non-mobile terminal device may be a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine or a self-service machine, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
The execution subject of the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be the electronic device, or may also be a functional module and/or a functional entity capable of implementing the message prompting method in the electronic device, which may be specifically determined according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The following takes an electronic device as an example to exemplarily describe the message prompting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Generally, when the electronic device receives a new message sent by another device, such as a short message, a push message, consumption information, and the like, the electronic device may prompt the user by sound or vibration, and the like. However, a message aggregation storm occurs in some cases, that is, a large number of messages are received in a short time, and if the electronic device frequently transmits sound or frequently vibrates, it may cause inconvenience to the user. For example, if the user is resting at this time, frequent prompts may affect the user's rest; for another example, if the user is in a meeting, etc., frequent prompts may affect the user's work; as another example, if a user is playing a game or watching a video, etc. using an electronic device, frequent prompts may affect the user's operational experience.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a message prompting method, which can be applied to various scenes that a new message is received through a target application program preset by a user and the message is prompted to the user under the condition that the new message meets the prompting condition. The following scenarios will be exemplified.
In a first scenario, when the electronic device is in a silent mode, for example, when a user is in a meeting, the mobile phone may be set to the silent mode, if a target application program preset in the electronic device by the user receives an unread message sent by another device, the electronic device may first determine whether the unread message satisfies a prompt condition, and when the unread message received by the target application program satisfies the prompt condition, the electronic device may prompt in a bright screen or vibration manner.
And in a second scenario, when the system time of the electronic device is within a preset time period, for example, the preset time period is 22:00 to 6:00, if a target application program preset in the electronic device by a user receives an unread message sent by other devices, the electronic device may first determine whether the unread message meets a prompt condition, and in a case that the unread message received by the target application program meets the prompt condition, the electronic device may prompt in a vibration manner.
And a third scenario, when the electronic device runs a preset application program, for example, a game application program or a video application program, and if a target application program preset in the electronic device by a user receives an unread message sent by other devices, the electronic device may first determine whether the unread message meets a prompt condition, and under the condition that the unread message received by the target application program meets the prompt condition, the electronic device may prompt in a ring mode.
And a fourth scenario, when the screen of the electronic device is in a screen locking state, for example, a user is inconvenient to frequently operate the mobile phone during working and can set the mobile phone to be in a screen locking state, if a target application program preset in the electronic device by the user receives unread messages sent by other devices, the electronic device can first judge whether the unread messages meet prompt conditions, and under the condition that the unread messages received by the target application program meet the prompt conditions, the electronic device can prompt in a screen lightening or ringing mode.
The following describes an exemplary message prompting method and an exemplary electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a message prompting method. The method can be applied to electronic devices. The method may include S101 and S102 described below.
S101, the electronic equipment receives a target unread message through a target application program.
The target application program may be at least one application program preset in the electronic device by the user.
The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the invention can comprise two states: a first mode and a second mode. The first mode may be a mode for temporarily not prompting the received unread message, and specifically, when the electronic device is in the first mode, the electronic device does not prompt the unread message received through the target application program immediately, but prompts the unread message only when the unread message received through the target application program meets a prompt condition; the second mode may be a mode for immediately prompting the received unread message, and specifically, when the electronic device is in the second mode, after receiving any unread message, the electronic device may prompt the unread message immediately without determining whether a prompt condition is satisfied.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first mode can also be called a scraping mode, and the second mode can also be called a non-scraping mode. Specifically, after the electronic device receives a new unread message, it may be determined that the electronic device is currently in a scraping mode or a non-scraping mode. When the electronic equipment is in the scraping mode, the electronic equipment can firstly judge whether the unread message meets the prompt condition, and under the condition that the prompt condition is met, the electronic equipment can send out the message prompt, and under the condition that the prompt condition is not met, the electronic equipment can not send out the message prompt, namely, the scraping mode is the message prompt state newly provided by the embodiment of the invention. When the electronic equipment is in the non-scraping mode, the electronic equipment does not need to judge whether the unread message meets the prompt condition, and can immediately send out message prompt, namely, the message prompt is carried out according to the prompt method in the prior art.
Optionally, the manner in which the electronic device switches between the scraping mode and the non-scraping mode includes: first, the user may set the electronic device to a scraping mode or a non-scraping mode via a preset input; second, the electronic device may automatically switch between the scraping mode and the non-scraping mode depending on whether the switching condition is satisfied.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, when the electronic device is in the scraping mode, if the electronic device satisfies "condition 1: after the target unread message received by the target application satisfies the prompt condition and the prompt information is input, an input of an unread message received by the target application is received, or "condition 2: and after the target unread message received by the target application program does not meet the prompt condition and the prompt information is not input, receiving input of the unread message received by the target application program, and automatically switching the electronic device from the scraping mode to the non-scraping mode. When the electronic device is in the non-scraping mode, if the electronic device satisfies "condition 3: after prompting the target unread message, not receiving the input of the user to the target unread message within the preset time, and automatically switching the electronic equipment from the non-scraping mode to the scraping mode. For these 3 conditions, reference may be made to the detailed description in the following examples, which are not repeated herein.
Optionally, the target application may be an application preset in the electronic device by a user, or a set of applications preset in the electronic device, or all applications in the electronic device.
Optionally, when the target application is a set of application preset in the electronic device, the set of application may have the same or similar attributes, for example, the set of application may be all applications used in a user working process, or all applications developed by the same developer, or all communication applications, and the like.
For example, for a user, if the application 1, the application 2, and the application 3 in the electronic device are important applications, for example, all the applications are applications used in a working process of the user, the user may set the application 1, the application 2, and the application 3 in the electronic device as target applications in advance. After the electronic device receives an unread message each time through an application of the applications 1, 2, and 3, the electronic device may determine whether the unread message received through the target applications satisfies the prompt condition. In the case that the unread messages received by the target applications satisfy the prompt conditions, the electronic device may output prompt information; and under the condition that the unread message does not meet the prompt condition, the electronic equipment does not need to output prompt information.
It is understood that, if the user sets the target application program in advance, the electronic device may output the prompt message only for the unread message received through the target application program, and may not output the prompt message to other application programs except the target application program, so that the user may be prompted with the screened important message, and the user may not be prompted with the non-important message. Of course, if the user does not preset the application program, the target application program may be defaulted to any application program in the electronic device, that is, the prompt message may be output for unread messages received by all application programs.
Optionally, the target unread message may include any one of a short message, a push message, consumption information, a chat message, an email message, and the like. Of course, the target unread message may also include any other possible messages, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention and may be determined according to actual usage requirements.
Optionally, in a first possible implementation manner, the target unread message may be an unread message. After the electronic device receives an unread message through the target application program each time, the electronic device needs to determine whether all the unread messages received by the target application program meet the prompt condition. It will be appreciated that this approach may more timely alert the user to the presence of unread messages.
In a second possible implementation manner, the target unread message may be M unread messages, where M is an integer greater than 1. After the electronic device receives one unread message through the target application program every time, the electronic device may determine whether all the unread messages received by the target application program meet the prompt condition without immediately determining whether all the unread messages received by the target application program meet the prompt condition every time the unread messages received by the target application program reach M pieces. It can be understood that this way can reduce the number of times of determination of the electronic device and reduce the power consumption of the electronic device, compared with the first way.
And S102, under the condition that the unread message received by the target application program meets the prompt condition, the electronic equipment outputs prompt information.
Wherein, the prompt condition may include at least one of the following: the number of the unread messages received by the target application program is larger than or equal to N, and the time interval between the first unread message received by the target application program and the target unread message is larger than or equal to the preset time length. N is an integer greater than 1.
Optionally, the prompt condition may further include: the unread messages received by the target application are messages of a preset type. Wherein the preset type may include at least one of: short message messages, push messages, consumption messages, chat messages, mail messages, or other types of messages.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned "unread message received by the target application" includes not only the target unread message, but also an unread message received before the target unread message is received. For example, a scraping queue may be provided in the electronic device, and each time an unread message is newly received by the electronic device, an unread message may be added to the scraping queue. Assuming that the target unread message is the ith unread message, the scraping queue may store … … the ith unread message, a second unread message, and a third unread message in sequence. Wherein i is a positive integer.
Optionally, the manner of outputting the prompt information by the electronic device may include: ringing, vibrating, displaying preset content in a screen, flashing a mobile phone light at preset time intervals, and the like. Reference may be made to related descriptions for prompting an unread message in the existing manner, and embodiments of the present invention are not specifically limited.
Optionally, the step S102 may be specifically implemented by (1) or (2) below:
(1) and in the case that the number of the unread messages received by the target application program is greater than or equal to N, the electronic equipment outputs prompt information.
(2) And under the condition that the number of the unread messages received by the target application program is less than N and the time interval between the first unread message and the target unread message received by the target application program is greater than or equal to the preset time length, the electronic equipment outputs prompt information.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the electronic device receives the target unread message through the target application program in the scraping mode, the electronic device is subjected to the following two layers of judgment to determine whether the prompt message needs to be output.
The electronic equipment judges whether the number of the unread messages received by the target application program reaches N, and can output prompt information under the condition that the number of the unread messages received by the target application program is greater than or equal to N; and in the case that the number of unread messages received by the target application does not reach N, the electronic device may perform a second layer determination to determine whether a message prompt needs to be issued.
And on the second layer, the electronic equipment judges whether the time interval between the first unread message received by the target application program and the target unread message is greater than or equal to a preset time length. Under the condition that the time interval between the first unread message received by the target application program and the target unread message is greater than or equal to the preset time length, the unread message received earliest by the target application program exceeds the scraping timeout time from the current time, so that the electronic equipment can output prompt information; and under the condition that the time interval between the first unread message received by the target application program and the target unread message is less than the preset time length, the unread message received earliest by the target application program does not exceed the scraping timeout time from the current time, so that the electronic equipment does not need to output prompt information.
Optionally, the electronic device may start a timer after the electronic device is in the scraping mode and a first unread message is received by the target application. Therefore, after the electronic device enters the second layer for judgment, the electronic device can acquire the time interval between the first unread message and the target unread message received by the target application program according to the timing time; then, the electronic device may determine whether the time interval is greater than or equal to a preset time length to determine whether to output the prompt message.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the unread messages received by the target application may only include one type of messages, for example, only include chat messages; the unread messages received by the target application may also include various types of messages, including short messages, consumption information, and chat messages, for example. The determination may be preset according to a user, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
On one hand, because the electronic device does not prompt the user immediately after receiving the new message, but outputs the prompt message only when the number of unread messages received by the target application program preset by the user is greater than or equal to N and/or the time interval between the first unread message received by the target application program preset by the user and the target unread message is greater than or equal to the preset time length, the user knows that the unread message exists, and therefore even if the electronic device receives a large number of new messages in a short time, the electronic device does not frequently prompt the user to cause interference. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can enable the user to know that the unread message exists while not interfering the user. On the other hand, the electronic equipment does not frequently prompt the user, so that the energy consumption of the electronic equipment can be reduced, and the endurance time of the electronic equipment is prolonged. On the other hand, if the user is watching audio and video, video call, playing games and the like when receiving the new message, the playing experience or the operation experience of the user can be improved by reducing the number of times of reminding the user.
Optionally, since the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present invention may include the first mode and the second mode, namely, the scraping mode and the non-scraping mode, after the electronic device receives the target unread message through the target application, the electronic device may determine which state the electronic device is in first, and then determine the prompting method for the unread message.
For example, referring to fig. 2, as shown in fig. 4, after the above S101 and before the above S102, the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following S103 and S104; after S104, the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following S105; after S103, the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include S106 described below.
S101, the electronic equipment receives a target unread message through a target application program.
S103, judging whether the electronic equipment is in the first mode or the second mode.
The first mode may be a mode of temporarily not prompting the received unread message; the second mode may be a mode in which an immediate prompt is given to a received unread message. For the specific description of the first mode and the second mode, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing embodiments, and details are not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the electronic device receives the target unread message through the target application, the electronic device may determine whether the electronic device is in the first mode or the second mode. If the electronic device is in the first mode, the electronic device may perform S104 described below; and if the electronic device is in the second mode, the electronic device may perform S106 described below.
And S104, under the condition that the electronic equipment is in the first mode, judging whether the unread messages received by the target application program meet prompt conditions.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the electronic equipment is in the first mode, the electronic equipment can judge whether the unread message received by the target application program meets the prompt condition. If the unread message received through the target application satisfies the prompt condition, the electronic device may perform S102 described below; and if the unread message received through the target application does not satisfy the prompt condition, the electronic device may perform S105 described below.
For the specific description of the prompting condition, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing embodiments, and details are not repeated here.
And S102, under the condition that the unread message received by the target application program meets the prompt condition, the electronic equipment outputs prompt information.
S105, under the condition that the unread messages received through the target application program do not meet the prompt conditions, if a second input of a second unread message received through the target application program is received, responding to the second input, displaying the second unread message, switching from the first mode to the second mode, and clearing the number of the unread messages received through the target application program.
The second input may be an input of a user viewing an unread message received through the target application.
Optionally, the second unread message may be any unread message received by the target application. The second unread message and the target application program may be the same application program or different application programs, and may be determined according to the actual use requirement of the user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, the unread messages received by the electronic device through the target application include unread message 1, unread message 2, unread message 3, and unread message 4. And if the unread messages do not meet the prompt condition, the electronic equipment does not need to input prompt information. If the user is actively viewing some of these unread messages, such as unread message 1, the electronic device may display the details of unread message 1, switch the electronic device from the first mode to the second mode, and clear the number of unread messages received by the target application, i.e., empty the scratch queue.
It will be appreciated that the user may be deemed not busy after the user has viewed any one of the unread messages received by the target application, and thus the electronic device may be switched from the save mode to the non-save mode, so that the user may be prompted more promptly for an unread message after the electronic device receives a new message.
And S106, under the condition that the electronic equipment is in the second mode, prompting the target unread message.
Optionally, the manner in which the electronic device prompts the target unread message may include: ringing, vibrating, displaying preset content in a screen, flashing a mobile phone light at preset time intervals, and the like. Reference may be made to related descriptions for prompting an unread message in the existing manner, and embodiments of the present invention are not specifically limited.
It will be appreciated that when the electronic device is in the non-scraping mode, the electronic device may immediately alert the user by ringing or vibrating whenever the electronic device receives a new message, thereby making it more timely for the user to know that there is an unread message.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, after the step S102, the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step S107 or S108.
S107, under the condition that no input of the unread messages received by the target application program is received, keeping in the first mode, and clearing the number of the unread messages received by the target application program.
After the electronic device is in the scraping mode and the prompt is output, the electronic device may start a timer. If the electronic device does not receive input for any unread messages received by the target application within a preset time, the user may be considered busy and therefore may continue to remain in the scraping mode and clear the number of unread messages received by the target application, thereby avoiding annoying the user.
And S108, under the condition that a first input of a first unread message received by the target application program is received, responding to the first input, displaying the first unread message, switching from the first mode to the second mode, and clearing the number of the unread messages received by the target application program.
Wherein the first input may be an input by the user to view the first unread message.
Optionally, the first unread message may be any unread message received by the target application. The first unread message and the target application may be the same application or different applications, and may be determined according to the actual use requirement of the user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
After the electronic device is in the scraping mode and the prompt is output, the electronic device may start a timer. If the electronic device receives a first input of a first unread message received by the target application for a preset time, the user may be deemed not busy and thus the scraping mode may be switched to the non-scraping mode. Therefore, when the electronic equipment receives a new message, the electronic equipment can prompt the user immediately in a ringing or vibrating mode, so that the user can know that the unread message exists in time.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, after the step S106, the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the step S109 described below.
And S109, under the condition that the input of the target unread message by the user is not received within the preset time, switching from the second mode to the first mode.
In the case where the electronic device is in the non-scraping mode, the electronic device may prompt for a target unread message and start a timer. If the input of the target unread message by the user is received within the preset time, the user can be considered not to be busy, so that the non-scraping mode can be maintained, and the unread message can be prompted to the user in time after the electronic device receives a new message. However, when the preset time is reached, if the input of the target unread message by the user is not received, the user is considered to be busy, the electronic device can be switched from the non-scraping mode to the scraping mode, so that the electronic device does not prompt the user in the case that the unread message received by the target application program does not meet the prompt condition, and the user is prevented from being disturbed.
Optionally, before receiving the target unread message through the target application, the user may set parameters of the message scraping, that is, set a preset condition corresponding to the first mode. For example, before the foregoing S101, the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following S110 and S111.
And S110, the electronic equipment receives a third input of the scraping parameters set by the user.
And S111, the electronic device responds to the third input, and various scraping parameters are stored in the electronic device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the scraping parameter is a parameter corresponding to a scraping mode, and may be used for the electronic device to determine whether an unread message received by the target application satisfies a preset condition.
Optionally, the scraping parameters may include at least one of:
(a) and the application program for accumulating the messages, namely the target application program.
Because the unread message is received through the application program in the electronic device, the electronic device can determine whether the application program receiving the unread message is a target application program preset by the user in the electronic device while the electronic device receives the unread message. If the application program receiving the unread message is the target application program and other prompt conditions exist, the electronic device can judge whether the other prompt conditions are met.
(b) The maximum number of messages N is accumulated.
Take the example where the scraping parameters include the application of the scraping message and the maximum number of scraping messages, N. A scraping queue may be provided in the electronic device. When the electronic device is in the scraping mode, if the electronic device receives a first unread message through the target application, the electronic device may start a timer and record the value as 1. Whenever the electronic device newly receives an unread message, the electronic device may add an unread message to the scratch up queue and repeat the steps with a numeric accumulation of 1 … …. when the number of scratch up messages in the scratch up queue reaches the maximum number of N, the electronic device may output a prompt if the user has not yet viewed the unread message received by the target application.
(c) The maximum time for accumulating the message, i.e. the preset time duration.
Take the example of the scraping parameters including the application of the scraping message and the maximum time to scrap the message. When the electronic device is in the scraping mode, the electronic device may start a timer if the electronic device receives a first unread message via the target application. When the timing time reaches the preset time, if the user still does not check the unread message received by the target application program, the electronic equipment can output prompt information.
The scraping parameters include an application of the scraping message, a maximum number of scraping messages N, and a maximum time for scraping messages. A scraping queue may be provided in the electronic device. When the electronic device is in the scraping mode, if the electronic device receives a first unread message through the target application, the electronic device may start a timer and record the value as 1. Whenever the electronic device newly receives an unread message, the electronic device may add an unread message to the scraping queue and repeat the steps with the numerical value accumulated to 1 … …, and in the case that the time interval between the first unread message received by the target application and the newly received unread message (i.e., the target unread message) is greater than or equal to the preset time length and the number of scraped messages in the scraping queue reaches the maximum number of scraped messages N, if the user still does not view the unread message received by the target application, the electronic device may output a prompt message.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5 (a), wireless and network options, account options, application options, notification options, storage options, device connection options, smart assistance options, system selections, and the like may be included in the setting interface of the electronic device. If the user clicks on the notification option as shown in (a) of FIG. 5, the electronic device may toggle to display as a scraping parameter setting interface as shown in (b) of FIG. 5. In the scraping parameter setting interface, the user may set the maximum number N of scraping messages, for example, the user may set the scraping entries to 10; the user may also set the maximum time for the scraping message, e.g., the user may set the maximum length of time to 30 seconds; the user may also set the application for scraping messages, for example the user may set APP1, APP2, and APP3 as the target application. After the user completes the settings, the user may click on the storage control so that the electronic device may store the various scraping parameters in the electronic device.
It should be noted that, the application program of the scraped message, the maximum number N of scraped messages, and the maximum time of scraped messages are not particularly limited, and the user may set the application program according to actual use requirements.
According to the message prompting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user presets various parameters of message scraping, so that the electronic equipment judges whether the prompting condition is met or not after receiving the target unread message sent by the target application program, and further judges whether the message prompting is carried out on the user or not.
Optionally, the user may trigger the electronic device to initiate the message scraping mode, i.e., trigger the electronic device to be in the first mode, before receiving the targeted unread message through the targeted application. For example, before the foregoing S101, the message prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following S112 and S113.
And S112, the electronic equipment receives a fourth input of the user.
S113, the electronic equipment responds to the fourth input and starts the first mode.
A first possible scenario is that the user may trigger the electronic device to start the first mode in advance.
Optionally, the interface of the setting application of the electronic device may include a preset option, where the preset option may be used to start the message scraping mode, and the user may trigger the electronic device to start the message scraping mode, i.e., the first mode, through an input to the preset option. Alternatively, the user may quickly initiate the message scraping mode, i.e., wake up the scraping function, via a voice assistant in the electronic device.
A second possible scenario is that the user may temporarily initiate the first mode at the message prompt interface.
Optionally, the message prompt interface may be a notification bar or other possible interfaces.
Optionally, the user may set a maximum length of time for the scraping mode before triggering the electronic device to initiate the first mode.
For example, as shown in fig. 6 (a), after the electronic device receives a new message, the electronic device may display a notification bar in the current interface, where the notification bar may include an unread message received through an e-book application, an unread message received through a short message, an unread message received through a server, an unread message received through a video application, and the like, and the notification bar further includes a "scraping" control. After the user clicks the "scraping" control, the electronic device may display a floating window superimposed on the notification bar, as shown in fig. 6 (b). The floating window may include a plurality of time options, such as "10 minutes", "30 minutes", and "always", each of which may be used to set an on duration of the message scraping mode. For example, assuming that the user selects the time option of "30 minutes", after initiating the first mode, the electronic device may output a prompt if the unread message received by the target application satisfies the prompt condition within 30 minutes; and after 30 minutes, the electronic device can automatically turn off the first mode, namely, the electronic device is switched from the first mode to the second mode. For example, assuming that the user selects the "always" time option, after the first mode is started, the electronic device may determine whether the unread message received by the target application satisfies the prompt condition without being limited by time. After the user completes the time setting, the user may click on the "ok" control as shown in (b) of fig. 6, so that the electronic device may store the parameters set by the user and determine whether the user needs to be prompted according to the set parameters.
According to the message prompting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user can trigger the electronic equipment to start the message scraping mode, so that the electronic equipment does not prompt the user immediately after receiving the new message, but only outputs the prompt message under the condition that the communication prompt condition is met, so that the user knows that the unread message exists, and therefore, even if the electronic equipment receives a large amount of new messages in a short time, the electronic equipment does not frequently prompt the user to cause interference.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the message prompting method shown in each of the above figures is exemplarily described by referring to one of the figures in the embodiment of the present invention as an example. In specific implementation, the message prompting method shown in each of the above figures may also be implemented in combination with any other figure that may be combined, which is illustrated in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
