Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of an account data supervision method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
S101: receiving an account data supervision request, and acquiring a supervision object and a supervised object in the account data supervision request;
s102: extracting and displaying a supervision mode list, and responding to a selection operation of one supervision mode in the list to generate a product contract based on supervision rules in the supervision mode;
s103: recording the accounts of the regulated objects and the accounts of the regulated objects into the product contract, and responding to the selection operation of the regulating means to regulate the account data by using the selected regulating means.
In the above embodiment, for step S101, the account data includes status, funds, etc., and the present invention is mainly described by taking the supervision of funds in an account as an example. The objects and scenes of fund supervision are very rich, such as enterprise own fund supervision, railway section fund supervision, foundation project fund supervision, peasant wage guard supervision, community organization fund supervision and trade fund supervision. The corresponding supervision demands are also various, such as the existing fund centralized control, decentralized control, fund common control, fund transfer control, supervision mode setting, authority change and the like.
When funds administration is required, the administrator, supervised party, or third party may initiate an account data administration request to a system (e.g., a bank administration system). The request typically contains directly identifying information for the supervisor and the supervised party, such as a business license number or a specific name, such as a railroad infrastructure, based on which the system can make the supervisor and the supervised party determinations.
For step S102, the supervision modes in the present invention may be various, and specifically include three types, respectively:
1) Common pipe mode: the identity of both the supervising and the supervised party is equal, and credit institutions such as banks are required to intervene to supervise transaction funds of both parties. The supervising or supervised party deposits the supervising funds in the bank account (customer account or bank internal account), confirms the supervising means, and the bank transfers the funds after meeting the preset conditions.
2) Third party supervision mode: namely, the system has definite supervision and a supervised body (such as the construction committee performs the supervision on the 'construction unit' guarantee deposit) and the supervision party performs the supervision on the funds of the accounts of the supervised party through a banking institution and releases the supervision after the supervised party performs obligations.
3) Self-pipe mode: that is, the supervision party needs to conduct classified supervision on funds with different properties due to self management requirements (at the moment, the supervision party is consistent with the supervised party), so that the conditions of funds change and the like are conveniently mastered in real time.
It should be noted that, whether the identities of the supervisor and the supervised party are equal is determined by the business in advance, and is not obtained by analysis of the system. The case of unequal identities is typically a group company, a parent-child company, etc., where it is desirable to use a multi-level account supervision model for supervision (see in particular the description of fig. 5 that follows).
The user (supervisor or third party, not normally involved by the supervisor) can choose the supervision mode by himself according to the supervision requirement, but usually only one of them is chosen. The common management mode is generally applied to a third party supervision mode and a self-management mode, and at the moment, the supervision party and the supervised party do not have the credit of mutual supervision, and credit institutions such as banks and account management institutions are required to intervene to assist supervision.
A product contract, which is a potential or actual agreement between two or more participants, provides and validates rules and obligations related to the purpose of the contract. A product contract is a specific condition for recording the sales of a saleable product to a customer, including interests and fines of both parties, such as loan contracts, etc. The supervision model includes a plurality of supervision rules, and based on the supervision rules in the selected supervision model, a product contract can be generated.
Further, some of the administrative rules in the administrative mode may not be applicable to the administrator and the supervised party, and thus the list of administrative rules in the administrative mode may be provided for selection by the user, ultimately generating a product contract based only on at least one of the administrative rules that they select.
For banking institutions, product contracts may relate to the fields of deposit, agency, metal market, credit, customer asset management, investment financing, credit card, custody, investment banking, trade financing, payment settlement, electronic banking, etc., and corresponding product contracts may include the following categories: deposit contracts, customer asset management contracts, credit card contracts, payment settlement contracts, trade financing contracts, electronic banking contracts, investment financing contracts, investment banking contracts, agent contracts, custodian supervision pension contracts, and financial market contracts.
Further, for the selection of the supervision mode, a plurality of product use channels such as a counter, an online banking, a user graphical interface and the like are supported. The setting may be assisted at the counter by a staff member (e.g., a bank staff member), but if there is a need for an online banking setting or for modifying the supervision mode (e.g., adding black and white list content, adjustment of transaction amount control, etc.), an online banking channel may be set here. In addition, a user graphical interface can be set, and the user can check the functions of each supervision mode in the interface so as to select the supervision mode, thereby realizing the diversity of product use channels.
For step S103, accounts are registered under the supervision product contract, including the accounts of the supervision party and the accounts of the supervised party.
The supervision means of accounts in the invention comprises black and white list control, balance list control, transaction amount control and account-coming freeze/prepay, wherein,
1) Black and white list control: the accurate control of the transaction opponent (determined by the service and providing information such as account number, family name and the like of the transaction opponent) is realized by setting four control elements of a receiver, a payer, a blacklist and a whitelist;
2) And (3) controlling a balance list: controlling the payment/receipt transaction of the supervision account by matching with a preset control condition related to the payment list, for example, the account in the payment list can carry out the payment/receipt operation with the signed account, otherwise, the operation cannot be carried out; the balance list can be searched through key values of the contracted account number and the contracted function;
3) Transaction amount control: the supervision of each transaction amount of a single account or a group account is realized by judging the transaction limit or the account balance;
4) Account freezing/prepayment: and by setting a freezing condition or a freezing and prepayment condition, transferring funds to an external account, and realizing automatic triggering, account-coming freezing, thawing and reservation payment of the system. The account is frozen into a newly added business freezing type, and the priority is lower than that of judicial freezing.
The user may select one or more of the policing means, after which the system performs data policing, and in particular funds policing, on the policing party and the accounts of the policed party based on the selected policing means.
When a user selects a plurality of supervision instruments simultaneously, account data supervision can be performed using the supervision instruments simultaneously. Further, in order to realize layering and effectiveness of data supervision, the data in the account can be sequentially supervised according to the compatibility relation of the functions of each supervision means (see table 1):
table 1 Supervisory means compatibility relationship
Figure BDA0002403203960000111
Looking up at table 1, it can be seen that, for the four supervision means provided by the present invention, the priority order is balance list control > black-and-white list control > transaction amount control > account-coming freeze/prepayment, and based on the priority order and the supervision means selected by the user, the data supervision is performed on the accounts in the product contract.
However, it should be noted that the supervision means may be customized, and different supervision means may be required according to different service scenarios. For example, the subscription flag management of the newly added active account is: a supervision easy signing sign, a supervision easy group mode signing sign, a supervision easy balance list signing sign, a supervision easy black and white list signing sign and a supervision easy account-coming frozen prepaid signing sign. When the account of the regulated party is a living account, the sign of the subscription of the regulated party can be set under the living account.
After the account data is supervised, a supervision log can be generated according to the supervised information within a certain period of time, and information pushing is performed:
1) Information reminding: and informing the supervision person of the fund supervision condition through mechanisms such as sending a short message, a mail, pushing information of an online banking client side and the like.
2) Information matching: aiming at specific industries (such as real estate intermediaries, group parent-subsidiary companies, court money, peasant wage guarantee money, railway project money and the like), a user system sends preset information and the like to a construction system in a direct connection mode to be matched, and then triggers instructions such as money transfer and the like; the direct connection mode is that the client system is directly connected with the bank system, and the client system and the bank system are directly operated on the counter without off-line notification.
The preset information is a part of preset information in the deduction instruction information, which is used for identifying the identity of the user, and the part of information can be set in the early setting function.
3) Special function control: detail shielding, original fund return, receipt printing control and the like, and a special transaction setting and a non-main supervision function are needed.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, aiming at supervision demands, an account architecture mode is innovated and developed, product contract customization is carried out according to supervision rules, a multidimensional supervision means is combined, supervision data presentation is finally carried out in a mode of information reporting and the like, and a multidimensional, personalized and full-flow supervision service system is integrally constructed.
Referring to fig. 2, an optional account data supervision method according to an embodiment of the invention is shown, which includes the following steps:
s201: receiving an account data supervision request, and acquiring a supervision object and a supervised object in the account data supervision request;
s202: extracting and displaying a supervision mode list, and responding to a selection operation of one supervision mode in the list to generate a product contract based on supervision rules in the supervision mode;
s203: acquiring information of the monitored object and transmitting the information to an auditing system of the monitored object so as to audit the information and the information of the monitored object through an auditing workflow in the auditing system to obtain an auditing result;
s204: receiving an auditing result fed back by the auditing system, and if the auditing result is passed, recording the accounts of the supervision objects and the accounts of the supervised objects into the product contract;
s205: responding to the selection operation of the supervision means to conduct data supervision on the accounts in the product contract by using the selected supervision means;
in the above embodiment, for the steps S201, S202 and S205, reference may be made to the descriptions of the steps S101 to S103 shown in fig. 1, and the descriptions thereof are omitted here.
In the above embodiment, for steps S203 and S204, before the supervisor account and the supervised account are recorded together in the product contract, in order to ensure the correctness of the information of both, the supervisor account and the supervised account may be audited, and if the auditing result is passed, the system performs the account recording operation again.
The auditing operation is performed by an auditing system of the supervision party, and at least the information of the supervision party needs to be transmitted to the auditing system by the system. The supervision party self-defines application, rechecks and approval workflows of the supervision function according to supervision requirements so as to realize corresponding flow management and control and obtain an auditing system based on ACTIVITI; the ACTIVITI is an open source BPM (Business Process Management ) platform based on Apache license, and is a lightweight workflow engine.
Workflow is the automation of part or whole of business process under computer application environment, mainly solving: the process of communicating documents, information or tasks between the plurality of participants in accordance with certain predefined rules is automated to achieve, or to facilitate the achievement of, certain desired business objectives.
The auditing is divided into two types:
1. self-management mode, including making a bill (i.e. adding list action) and rechecking, see specifically fig. 3, where the information of the monitored party is identical to the information of the monitored party.
2. Common management mode and third party supervision mode, including bill making, rechecking and auditing, refer specifically to fig. 4, where the supervision party and the information of the supervised party need to be audited together.
The above auditing supports multiple rechecks and multiple approval steps, and serial and parallel approval relations are supported between rechecks and between auditing steps. And the audit rechecking is mainly applied to multi-level account supervision, and an upper-layer supervision party carries out rechecking and audit.
Taking the example of adding a new list in black-and-white list control, a plurality of upper-layer supervisors are required to jointly check and recheck the supervision request. The upper supervisory parts can be a plurality of auditing departments, and the auditing results are subjected to layer by layer progressive, pushing, rechecking and auditing according to the hierarchical relationship among the auditing departments in the auditing workflow, so that the purpose of flow control is achieved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, based on the auditing workflow of the supervision party, the information of the supervised party and the supervision party is audited, so that the aim of flow control is fulfilled, the accuracy of the supervision information is monitored, and the aim of account safety supervision is fulfilled.
Referring to fig. 5, another alternative method for supervising account data according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, comprising the steps of:
S501: receiving an account data supervision request, and acquiring a supervision object and a supervised object in the account data supervision request;
s502: extracting and displaying a supervision mode list, and responding to a selection operation of one supervision mode in the list to generate a product contract based on supervision rules in the supervision mode;
s503: determining a first node where a single administrative object is located in an object hierarchy tree to record an account of the single administrative object at the first node; wherein the object hierarchy tree is located in the product contract;
s504: determining a second node where a single supervised object is located in an object hierarchy tree to record an account of the single supervised object at the second node;
s505: according to the hierarchical relationship among the supervision objects, the hierarchical relationship among the supervised objects and the supervision relationship among the supervision objects, performing account hierarchy construction on the accounts recorded at the nodes to obtain an account hierarchy tree;
s506: in response to a selection operation of the monitoring means, data monitoring of the accounts in the product contract with the selected monitoring means.
In the above embodiment, for the steps S501, S502, S506, reference is made to the descriptions of the steps S101 to S103 shown in fig. 1, and the descriptions are omitted here.
In the above embodiment, for steps S503 to S505, the relationship between the supervisor and the supervised party may be one-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-one.
The single-layer level refers to a plurality of equal entity accounts without membership of the same customer; the multi-level system is generally applied to large enterprises and institutions with membership such as group parent-subsidiary companies, group companies and the like, and the multi-family companies sign up account tree mechanisms to conduct layer-by-layer supervision from top to bottom.
The embodiment is mainly used for multi-level account construction. The account record is to register the accounts of the group users, the parent and child users, on the corresponding nodes of the user hierarchy tree (i.e. the object hierarchy tree), specifically:
1) Registering an account of the supervisor in a node (i.e., a first node) where the supervisor is located;
2) The account of the regulated party is registered in the node where the regulated party is located (i.e. the second node).
It should be noted that one node may register a plurality of different accounts, and the same account may be registered under a plurality of nodes of the same user hierarchy tree, but the same account cannot be repeatedly registered under the same node of the same user hierarchy tree (or a single user tree).
After the account registration is completed, performing account hierarchy construction on the accounts of the supervisory party and the supervised party according to the relation between the supervisory party and the supervised party, and obtaining an account hierarchy tree.
Further, in addition to the supervision relation between the supervision party and the supervised party, the method can also comprise the step of constructing an account hierarchical tree by the hierarchical relation between the supervision parties and the hierarchical relation between the supervised parties.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, for the group and parent-child multi-level accounts, the accounts of the supervisory party and the supervised party are built in a level mode based on the account level tree, multi-level account supervision is achieved, and therefore the account structure relationship has the effects of being visual in image and clear at a glance on the level architecture.
Referring to fig. 6, another alternative method flow diagram for supervising account data according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, comprising the steps of:
s601: receiving an account data supervision request, and acquiring a supervision object and a supervised object in the account data supervision request;
s602: extracting and displaying a supervision mode list, and responding to a selection operation of one supervision mode in the list to generate a product contract based on supervision rules in the supervision mode;
s603: acquiring the attribute of the account of the supervision object and the attribute of the account of the supervised object, and determining the common attribute of the supervision object and the account of the supervised object;
S604: determining a supervision means corresponding to the common attribute based on the corresponding relation between the attribute and the supervision means;
s605: in response to a selection of at least one of the determined policing means, to data police an account in the product contract with the at least one policing means.
In the above embodiment, for the steps S601 and S602, reference may be made to the descriptions of the steps S101 and S102 shown in fig. 1, and the descriptions are not repeated here.
In the above embodiment, for steps S603 to S604, in addition to manually selecting the supervision means, supervision means screening may be performed based on the attributes of the account. For example, when the supervisor and the supervised account belong to the same banking, such as bank a, the acquisition of account attributes may be requested from or to the banking system. When the accounts of the supervisor and the supervised party belong to different banks, for example, bank a and bank B, the acquisition of account attributes is required to be requested from different banking systems.
To provide a regulatory means suitable for both the regulator and the regulated, this may be based on common ones of the two attributes, e.g., VIP, large flowing funds.
For step S605, when the number of the matched supervision measures is greater, the number of the matched supervision measures may be transmitted to the user interface for display, so that the user may select the supervision measures. When the user selects part of the supervision means, account data supervision is performed based on the obtained part of the supervision means, but if all the supervision means are selected, account data supervision is performed based on all the matched supervision means.
In actual operation, the account data can be directly regulated based on the matched regulating means, or after the regulating means is matched, the user can confirm/select the user, and then the account data can be regulated based on the regulating means selected by the user.
The method provided by the embodiment optimizes the supervision means on the basis of directly selecting the supervision means by the user, so that the supervision means is matched through the common attribute of the supervision party account and the supervised party account, and the subsequent user only needs to select the matched supervision means when selecting, so that the selection accuracy is improved on the basis of reducing the number of the user selection means compared with the problem of discomfort of the supervision means possibly caused by the direct selection of the existing user, and the effectiveness of the supervision of the subsequent account data is further improved.
