After the electronic device is manufactured, the electronic device has certain body functions, and the body functions are realized through software or hardware or a combination of the software and the hardware of the electronic device. And the automatic detection content of the electronic equipment detects whether the functions of the bodies are normal or not.
In some optional embodiments, when the electronic device is a television, the body functions include:
(1) no signal detection function: the method comprises the following steps that a user starts up (namely, the body function operation of the electronic equipment is started), the built-in software of the television detects whether a signal is absent (namely, a signal corresponding to the body function is detected), if no signal is detected, no-signal characters are displayed on a screen (namely, the body function is executed), and the user is prompted to access a corresponding signal line;
(2) the key function is as follows: when a user presses the key (namely, the body function operation of the electronic equipment is started), the built-in software of the television detects the voltage value corresponding to the key, maps the corresponding key function according to the voltage value (namely, detects a signal corresponding to the body function), and executes the function (namely, executes the body function). Such as volume adjustment keys, channel selection keys, etc.;
(3) signal channel detection function: when a channel signal line is accessed to a signal channel (namely, the body function operation of the electronic equipment is started, namely, a corresponding signal is input to the signal channel), the built-in software of the television detects the input signal (namely, the signal corresponding to the body function is detected), and after a user switches the channel through a remote controller or a key board, the built-in software of the television switches to the channel corresponding to the input signal (namely, the body function is executed).
According to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, an automatic detection method for an electronic device is provided. The method finely adjusts the existing software of the function operation of the electronic equipment on the basis of the function operation of the electronic equipment, namely: and reserving a signal detection function in the body function operation, and executing a preset test function instead of the body function in the test mode so as to finish the test work of the corresponding body function. The automatic detection method for the electronic equipment formed by the mode can be directly used on the existing software platform of the television to be detected, has no use limit of an android system, and can simply realize automatic detection on the system platform of the electronic equipment such as the television. The technical problem that the workload of software design of the electronic equipment of the current non-android intelligent system platform is large in automatic detection is solved. Moreover, when the system platform of the electronic equipment such as the television is an android system, the method can be adopted to simply realize automatic detection. The following will explain specific examples.
Example 1:
according to the foregoing, the no-signal detection function is one of the body functions of the television. As shown in fig. 1, in the automatic detection process of the tv, step S1 is first executed: the no-signal detection function is started, and then step S2 is executed: detecting whether there is no signal, if no signal is detected, executing step S3: selecting whether to start a test mode; in the test mode, step S5 is executed: displaying a menu in the software with text: "no signal", instead: "current software version information". Namely: and if no signal is detected, displaying a menu of 'current software version information'. If the test mode is not turned on, the body function is executed, i.e. step S6: the "no signal" menu is displayed.
If no signal is detected, go to step S4: the corresponding signal content is displayed.
By adopting the embodiment, if the no-signal detection function is normal, the current software version information is displayed, namely that the no-signal detection function test is passed. On the basis of the no-signal detection function, the test of the no-signal detection function is simplified.
Example 2:
as a television product, whether the key assembly is in place and the key function is normal is an item which needs to be tested. Especially, in order to make the appearance of the existing television product good, the design of single-row keys is eliminated, a plurality of products adopt rocker keys, the operation difficulty of a production line is increased, the beat is influenced by the operation error easily, and the test is also omitted easily.
According to the foregoing, the key function is one of the body functions of the television. As shown in fig. 2, in the automatic detection process of the tv, step S7 is first executed: the key function is started, i.e. the home control key is pressed, and then step S8 is executed: if the key voltage value is detected, step S9 is executed: the key function is mapped and then whether to turn on the test mode is selected, step S10. In the test mode, step S12 is executed: and displaying the key function detection result, so that an operator can know the key function detection result conveniently. If the test mode is not turned on, the body function is executed, i.e. step S11: if the voltage value corresponding to the key is detected, executing the mapped key function; and if the voltage value corresponding to the key is not detected, no action is performed.
If the key voltage value is not detected, the corresponding mapping function is not available, and the process directly proceeds to step S10.
In some optional embodiments, the display form of the key detection result is: and displaying the identification positions corresponding to the keys and the corresponding 'pass' or 'fail' texts, wherein the identification positions and the texts of all the keys form a menu, as shown in fig. 3. The key that completed the test shows "pass" and the key that failed the test, whether it was not tested or failed, shows "fail". Thus, all keys are operated, and the keyboard test is problematic as long as the menu still has 'failure' information.
Example 3:
according to the foregoing, the signal channel detection function is one of the body functions of the television set. As shown in fig. 4, step S13 is first executed: starting a signal channel detection function, and then detecting whether the signal channel has input of a corresponding signal; that is, step S14, if no signal is input, the current channel is kept and displayed, that is, step S16, if a signal input is detected, whether to start the test mode is selected, that is, step S15, in the test mode, once a signal input corresponding to the signal channel is detected, the corresponding channel is switched to, and no switching command is waited for, that is, step S17.
If the test mode is not turned on, determining whether there is a channel switching command, i.e., step S18, if the channel switching command is received, switching to the channel corresponding to the input signal, i.e., step S19; if no channel switching command is received, the current channel is maintained, step S20.
By adopting the technical scheme, if the signal channel detection function is normal, the signal channel is immediately switched to the corresponding channel, namely the signal channel detection function is passed. On the basis of the existing signal channel detection function, the test of the signal channel detection function is simplified.
Example 4:
in some optional embodiments, the electronic device may also be a washing machine, an air conditioner, or other electronic devices. For example, whether the keys of the washing machine or the air conditioner are installed in a qualified mode is detected, the signal detection function of each key can be reserved, and in the test mode, the key body function is not executed, but the key detection result is output.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, an automatic detection device for electronic equipment is provided.
In some optional embodiments, the electronic device automation detection apparatus includes:
the starting module is used for starting the body function operation of the electronic equipment;
the signal detection module is used for detecting a signal corresponding to the body function;
and the first execution module is used for executing a preset test function according to the detection result of the signal detection module in the test mode.
