As shown in fig. 6, the mail-based telephone data processing apparatus includes a first receiving module 11, a first acquiring module 12, a second acquiring module 13, a first deduplication module 14, and an output module 15. the first duplicate removal module 14 is configured to obtain incoming call associated mails including any one or more of the contact, the contact phone number, the contact address, the contact mailbox address, and the historical contact subject of the contact in the contact information that is matched with the incoming call number from all the incoming call interval mails, perform duplicate removal processing on all the incoming call associated mails, and record the incoming call associated mails subjected to the duplicate removal processing as incoming call useful information mails;
and the output module 15 is configured to arrange the incoming useful information mails according to a preset arrangement sequence, and display the arranged incoming useful information mails to a user who connects wires according to a preset display mode.
In one embodiment, the mail-based telephony data processing apparatus further comprises:
the second receiving module is used for receiving an outgoing call instruction containing outgoing call information; the calling information comprises any one or more of calling contact persons, calling numbers of the calling contact persons, calling contact person addresses, calling contact person mailbox addresses and history contact subjects of the calling contact persons; the outgoing call instruction is sent out after the outgoing call user inputs outgoing call information from an outgoing call area of the current display interface or after the outgoing call user clicks the outgoing call information in the mail displayed in the current display interface;
the marking module is used for marking the outgoing number of the outgoing contact person as a to-be-dialed call when the outgoing information in the outgoing instruction comprises the outgoing number of the outgoing contact person, and sending a dialing instruction comprising the to-be-dialed call to the telephone terminal through the wireless connection module;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the contact information which is matched with the telephone number of the contact person in all items of contact information in the database;
the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring all mails in a second preset time range from all mails in the preset mailbox and marking all the acquired mails as outgoing interval mails; the second preset time range refers to a time range of pushing a second preset duration forwards from the current time;
a second duplicate removal module, configured to obtain an outgoing associated email that includes any one or more of the contact, the contact phone number, the contact address, the contact mailbox address, and the historical contact subject of the contact in the contact information that matches the to-be-dialed call from all outgoing interval emails, perform duplicate removal processing on all outgoing associated emails, and record the outgoing associated email that is subjected to the duplicate removal processing as an outgoing useful information email;
and the display module is used for arranging the outgoing useful information mails according to a preset arrangement sequence after receiving a connection signal fed back by the telephone terminal after the telephone terminal dials the telephone to be dialed, and displaying the arranged outgoing useful information mails to the outgoing user according to a preset display mode.
In one embodiment, the second receiving module includes:
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining at least one item of contact information, matched with the calling information, of contact person telephone numbers in all items of contact information in the database when the calling information in the calling instruction does not contain the calling numbers of the calling contact persons;
the matching unit is used for acquiring the contact information corresponding to each contact person telephone number and the coincidence degree of the outgoing call information when more than two contact person telephone numbers are contained in all the contact information matched with the outgoing call information;
and the sending unit is used for determining a call to be dialed from all the contact person telephone numbers according to the contact degree of coincidence and sending a dialing instruction containing the call to be dialed to the telephone terminal through the wireless connection module.

For the specific limitations of the mail-based telephone data processing apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the mail-based telephone data processing method, which will not be described herein again. The various modules in the above-described mail-based telephony data processing apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a mail-based telephony data processing method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the mail-based telephone data processing method in the above-mentioned embodiments is implemented.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the mail-based telephony data processing method of the above-described embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, databases, or other media used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)

1. A method for mail-based telephony data processing, comprising:
receiving incoming call information sent by a telephone terminal through a wireless connection module; the incoming call information comprises an incoming call number;
acquiring contact information matched with a contact person telephone number and the incoming call number in all contact information in a database; each item of contact information comprises a contact person, a contact person telephone number, a contact person address, a contact person mailbox address and a historical contact subject of the contact person;
acquiring all mails in a first preset time range from all mails in a preset mailbox, and marking all the acquired mails as incoming interval mails; the first preset time range refers to a time range of advancing a first preset duration from the current time;
acquiring incoming call associated mails containing any one or more of the contact person, the contact person telephone number, the contact person address, the contact person mailbox address and the contact person historical contact subject in the contact information matched with the incoming call number from all the incoming call interval mails, performing deduplication processing on all the incoming call associated mails, and recording the incoming call associated mails subjected to deduplication processing as incoming call useful information mails;
and arranging the useful incoming call information mails according to a preset arrangement sequence, and displaying the arranged useful incoming call information mails to a wiring user according to a preset display mode.
2. The mail-based telephony data processing method of claim 1, wherein the mail-based telephony data processing method further comprises:
receiving an outgoing call instruction containing outgoing call information; the calling information comprises any one or more of calling contact persons, calling numbers of the calling contact persons, calling contact person addresses, calling contact person mailbox addresses and history contact subjects of the calling contact persons; the outgoing call instruction is sent out after the outgoing call user inputs outgoing call information from an outgoing call area of the current display interface or after the outgoing call user clicks the outgoing call information in the mail displayed in the current display interface;
when the outgoing call information in the outgoing call instruction comprises the outgoing call number of the outgoing call contact person, marking the outgoing call number of the outgoing call contact person as a to-be-dialed call, and sending a dialing instruction comprising the to-be-dialed call to the telephone terminal through the wireless connection module;
acquiring contact information matched with the phone number of the contact person in all items of contact information in the database;
acquiring all mails in a second preset time range from all mails in the preset mailbox, and marking all the acquired mails as outgoing interval mails; the second preset time range refers to a time range of pushing a second preset duration forwards from the current time;
acquiring outgoing associated mails containing any one or more of the contact person, the contact person telephone number, the contact person address, the contact person mailbox address and the historical contact subject of the contact person in the contact information matched with the to-be-dialed call from all outgoing interval mails, performing deduplication processing on all outgoing associated mails, and recording the outgoing associated mails subjected to deduplication processing as outgoing useful information mails;
after receiving a connection signal fed back by the telephone terminal after the telephone terminal dials the telephone to be dialed, arranging the outgoing useful information mails according to a preset arrangement sequence, and displaying the arranged outgoing useful information mails to the outgoing user according to a preset display mode.

The mail-based telephone data processing method of claim 2, wherein after receiving an outgoing call instruction containing outgoing call information and before the acquiring the contact information of which the contact telephone number in all items of the contact information in the database matches with the telephone number to be dialed, the method comprises:
when the outgoing call information in the outgoing call instruction does not contain the outgoing call number of the outgoing call contact person, at least one item of contact information, which is matched with the outgoing call information, of the contact person telephone number in all items of contact information in the database is obtained;
when more than two contact person telephone numbers are contained in all the contact information matched with the calling information, acquiring the contact information corresponding to each contact person telephone number and the coincidence degree of the calling information;
and determining a call to be dialed from all the contact person telephone numbers according to the contact degree of coincidence, and sending a dialing instruction containing the call to be dialed to the telephone terminal through the wireless connection module.
4. The method for processing telephone data based on the mail as in claim 3, wherein the obtaining the contact information corresponding to each telephone number of the contact person and the coincidence of the outgoing call information comprises:
and determining the contact information corresponding to the contact person telephone number and the coincidence degree of the outgoing call information according to the number of the contact information corresponding to the contact person telephone number and the outgoing call information.
5. The mail-based telephone data processing method of claim 3, wherein the determining a call to be dialed from all the contact telephone numbers according to the contact degree comprises:
and sequencing all the contact person telephone numbers according to the contact degree, and displaying all the sequenced contact persons in a current display interface so that the outgoing call user can select a call to be dialed from all the displayed contact person telephones.
6. The mail-based telephone data processing method of claim 3, wherein the determining a call to be dialed from all the contact telephone numbers according to the contact degree comprises:
and sequencing all the contact person telephone numbers according to the contact degree, and determining the contact person telephone number with the highest contact degree as a telephone to be dialed.

The method for processing telephone data based on mail according to claim 3, wherein when the outgoing call information in the outgoing call instruction does not include the outgoing call number of the outgoing call contact, after acquiring at least one item of contact information in which the telephone number of the contact in all items of contact information in the database matches the outgoing call information and before acquiring the contact information in which the telephone number of the contact in all items of contact information in the database matches the telephone number to be dialed, comprises:
when all the contact information matched with the outgoing call information only contains one contact person telephone number, marking the contact person telephone number as a to-be-dialed telephone, and sending a dialing instruction containing the to-be-dialed telephone to the telephone terminal through the wireless connection module.
8. A mail-based telephony data processing apparatus, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the incoming call information sent by the telephone terminal through the wireless connection module; the incoming call information comprises an incoming call number;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the contact information matched with the telephone number of the contact person in all contact information in the database; each item of contact information comprises a contact person, a contact person telephone number, a contact person address, a contact person mailbox address and a historical contact subject of the contact person;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring all mails in a first preset time range from all mails in a preset mailbox and marking all the acquired mails as incoming interval mails; the first preset time range refers to a time range of advancing a first preset duration from the current time;
the first duplication elimination module is used for acquiring incoming call associated mails containing any one or more of the contact person, the contact person telephone number, the contact person address, the contact person mailbox address and the contact person historical contact subject in the contact information matched with the incoming call number from all the incoming call interval mails, carrying out duplication elimination processing on all the incoming call associated mails, and recording the incoming call associated mails subjected to the duplication elimination processing as incoming call useful information mails;
and the output module is used for arranging the incoming useful information mails according to a preset arrangement sequence and displaying the arranged incoming useful information mails to a wiring user according to a preset display mode.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the mail-based telephony data processing method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
